Veggeterians: STOP eating meat!!!
Normal people: without barbucue sauce
Mike who did you have to bribe to be able to say the “take a hard long stick and ease your way through the meat” line??? hahahaha
Save all those “hitchikers” for meat loaf. A burger should be just beef salt and pepper. I will try the mayonnaise trick once to see what happens.
Hahaha so me! I’m like na I’m okay I don’t need any help I got this! When really I do sometimes but I can’t have anything come out wrong!
I know this may seem weird but, I love the way you cleaned that chicken lol

Nice job! They make smoke rings for gas grills now. Try those next time you do ribs on a has grill.
1:25 Just use a tick piece of bacon and than rub a grill with bacon
So to make your sausage bigger, either spiral it or find a smaller bun. White guys, rejoice! Your problem is solved!!
I made your orzo Greek salad with tofu feta for a BBQ. It was a hit! I will definitely be making this again!

MAza Dar Seekh KaBAD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ae3ghltV4LA&t=59s
Thanks for sharing Uncle Ellis’ party with us. Great job on the chicken cleaning oh my!
Thank you so much for this. I wasn’t sure what time to start, if I should start cooking the brisket at 7am, if cooking the day before is okay. This is super helpful, I’m definitely gonna do the cocktail hour while I rush to finish the meat thanks again!
Why boil in bag, when you just put those noodles in water? You are actually making one extra step by adding bag not saving time, which is what hacks are for….♀️
You did that party of 300 all by yourself? I hope you were satisfied with your pay. To me, no one pays enough for the amount of work you do. Your back is killing you…..and your feet…..
I LOVE your detail of care! No shortcuts, you’re very clean and your food looked delicious! ❤️
I love seeing someone using (mostly) organic ingredients ♥️ I don’t do BBQ because we don’t have a garden but loved your tips.
5:38 i have that problem i thought I would need surgery thanks
Thankyou heaps. In Australia we usually have a cold christmas dinner but this year its a BBQ and I am the only one cooking this year. Only about 20people but still its going to be a big job for me! Thanks:)
Did anyone catch the guy almost saying girth when describing the sausage?
Thank you for your advice. This is so helpful when sorting a big family BBQ.
lol the part about cleaning the grill by yourself because your a control freak had my busting up thats all me right there, nice
I miss LA!!!:D OMG-rootbeer?!? I’m taking your word for it and trying that! Thank you!!!
Where was this party at? Did you guys use some kind o leg venue????
I have a hard time considering someone to be a “BBQ MASTER” when they grill with the rack on upside down in half of their videos, or when they place food on the rack going the wrong direction (parallel vs perpendicular).
Ok so you waste some perfectly good nacho chips just to start a fire.. Great Chef Moves
Wait, since when did Mike have a mole next to his right eye? Or is that just a smudge?:o
Hi, while marinating the chicken where do you put it? Is it inside the fridge or room temp?
That was amazing! Wow you guys really know how to throw down! Taking some ideas away from this. Thanks

Your writing is false I am turkish girl and it’s writing is KEBAP okay
lol sis kosher salt is exactly what you should season chicken with
I stumbled onto your channel looking for tips for hosting my first large-ish family gathering (probably around 40 people). Nothing like hearing of your massive meat purchases to feed 300 people to make me feel a little more comfortable with the number I’m starting with!:D
4:29: Flames!? No problem! Throw some potatoes against the fire! And that’s it
How long do you marinate the chicken in the seasoning and root beer? New subscriber. Thanks!
I never thought of pre cooking the chicken. How long does it take to heat it in the oven? I’m going to have to try this next time! my brother always like chicken but I’m over here like ugh it takes so long lol

who’s with me
This was a FABULOUS AND CLASSY COOK OUT!!! Uncle Ellis is handsome too.️
Questionable fingers hell yeah I know what u talking about ima use that idea too
Thank you this was a great video you helped me tons
Not to be rude but this is grilling tips not BBQ… I know it’s a formality but it’s kinda a big thing in the southern states
They are tips not hacks. You don’t see people tipping at a log with an axe, the words are not interchangeable.
Where I come from (Bahamas) we use lemon juice or vinegar to clean chicken. I will need to try kosher salt.
If you knew how to grill properly this video would be pointless…
Thank you so much for the great ideas I am going to use them today for my bbq
So many great ideas, will use some for my sons Birthday BBQ. THANK YOU!!
What beautiful food! The tablescape is gorgeous ❤️ You are blessed with a beautiful family
is it me or does it sometimes look like Mike is going to kiss ben
The Mrs. says-Chicken is packaged with a protein slime that prevents drying, I wash my chicken off with salt the same way you do, it sounds nasty but that slime protects raw chicken and everyone should wash the chicken off before cooking some do not because they are not aware of this process of the slime spray. I do not think the taste should be any different then washing before hand maybe it’s just a cleanliness habit every one should adhere to. Why take any chances of weird tasting meat.
Carolyn what restaurant supply store do you recomend in L.A. I am catering a wedding reception and able to purchase wholesale.
Why did he put ketchup on one side of the burger then eat the side without ketchup 3:20
Your beutiful doll, all that work shows even more love for what your doing. Prep game serious,
the one with the onion and the grill killed me…… grilled was spotless afterwords….:)))
Thanks for sharing Uncle Ellis’ party with us. Great job on the chicken oh my!
These are the best real time recipes and instruction I’ve ever seen! And watch all the cooking shows. Especially loved the one pies!
And here’s me flipping my lid thinking about making burgers for 50 people…I can’t imagine all this work. But that chicken looked divine. <3 Might have to try that sometime.
Great to see your prep work with the chickens, so important. I add lemon juice to the cleaning process as well.
Carloyn, girl, that is serious work. You truly have to love the art of cooking/hosting large gatherings.
Yum and thank you! I tried to see the brand of tahini… the one jar i bought was soooo solid and just not appealing but everyone uses it and I feel like I need to get the right brand.
Thank you I’m hosting my 40th at a beautiful country house with a lake. This video helped me so much. My guest list is around 100. My budget is 30k.
Delicious root bearYum! that brisket and chicken turned perfect! Perfection is everything and you lived up to that standards!
isn’t the song that starts at 2:30 just a strange ripoff of eagles’ ‘life in the fast lane’?
the suns out so lets have a bbq before it rains. sounds likw somethingni would say here in tasmania
Thanks again Jordan! Perfect timing for the upcoming Holiday weekend.:) I think I will be making the Orzo salad and skewers to bring to my BFF’s cookout Monday! THANKS!!
GDS has 150mg per 1/4 teaspoon and is in the category of “lower sodium” but not “low sodium”, if that makes any sense. Most things considered to be “low sodium” are 140mg or less. It’s lower than most of the All Purpose seasonings out there and we used kosher salt to keep from having to use as much.
what a beautiful.. well done party
THANKS for sharing the ‘how to’
