Just make sure you soak them overnight otherwise you’re in trouble.
I lost weight when I stopped eating oatmeal everyday. Too many carbs.
Oats (50 gms) + 10 finely chopped almonds (soaked over night) + water. Let it rest for 30 mins
Add one scoop of whey protein isolate (25 gms protein) mix the whole thing together and eat.

I have a question, I tried to lose weight so I follow an app called Lose It, I eat around the calories according to the goal calories presented by the APP. and I measured my heart rate one afternoon and it was 49 bpm…. I feel like eating frequent meals with less calories is lowering my bpm(when I did intermittent fasting I had lowest 62 bpm).

I have been overweight for my whole life and I have been exercising and eating like all my normal weight friends, but still I have only gained weight in these years of taking the all kinds of exercising challenges like lose belly fat in 30 days no sugar months the eight hour challenge running challenges and I have played football, taekwondo, danced………but my body has just been getting more bigger and bigger and it’s really not muscle, it’s just fat. I’m sorry but if you want to lose weight you have to put in the work, sure this will help you lose that extra weight. But if you don’t do anything else apart from this you won’t be seeing a lot, all I could say about losing weight is that you should eat 1500 kcal if you’re a girl and 2000 If you’re a boy, and put in exercise until you are sweating hard. Then have a rest, it’s actually quite easy. I do have a fast metabolism tho so if anybody says “I’m doing this and nothing works” I wouldn’t blame you as it’s the same with gaining weight for me. Anyway try these tips if you can, see if you get anything

That’s very true same happen to me I was eating 2 meals a day and hit a plateu no matter how many hours of cardio I did now I eat more frequently and can actually eat a cheeseburger if I want to and still lose weight
Our body is the worst and the most idiot body of any creature from earth.
I don’t deny this could work but I am curious about it. My best shape I’ve ever been in and without having to work on it at all with more exorcise was when I ate once a day. Intermittent fasting is supposed to help you hit ketosis which means you’re using fat reserves for energy. Now whether or not that effects how it stores, I don’t know. I do know that there is a ton of proof that says that your cells go into repair mode after 12 hours of fasting which would be 8 hours of sleep and four hours before eating but even longer than 12 is best since the longer you’re in repair mode the more cell damage that can be repaired. I should try grazing and see what happens. It’s harder to get back into intermittent fasting than grazing for sure and at 45 it will be interesting to see which method works best.

ok instead of olive oil use coconut oil it has way better results eat 2 table spoons of that a day to get your metabolism boosted and plus its good for your skin you will loose like a 3 or 4 pounds a day if you drink 2 cups coffee a day then 2 table spoons a day plus 2 30 min jog or 15 min sprint (sprint has better results) then do 1 min of planks, leg lifts wall sits, and lunges do those work outs 5 times so 5 mins each with a break in the middle then do hard core dancing its really good for you then take a 2 min break then lift weights for 5 mins then repeat the 5 min weight lifts 4 times breaks in the middle and also for the best effect do not i repeat DO NOT eat meat or dairy

My metabolism is insanely fast if i am doing anything active (which is a lot) i can easily burn all the food i had in no time at all, i mean i can go from full to hungry in an hour, this is great if u need to to something physically demanding but for a short time if no food is present. I discovered this when last summer i decided to help out my close friend with his landscaping business, he is a big buy so anytime he ate he would be tired so over the years he started to not eat anything until late at night( i strongly discourage this) so it would be really frustrating as I would get tired fast but when i had food I would have basically infinite amounts of energy for the next 90-120 min haha, also i want to mention that if i am say staying home on a weekend or something the desire to eat is very minimal so without any effort i end up fasting for the whole morning and often half of the afternoon.
I used to have a fast metabolism, but I had people in my life who were really close to me telling me that I’ll be anorexic when I grow up and that scared me as a little kid and one day I forced feed myself to get rid of my metabolism and now I hate my body even more
Hello,I struggle through an eating disorder and I have body dismorphia.Every time I lose weight I still see my old self,I still feel completely fat and disgusting. Other people in my school usually ignore me or stare at me with dirty looks. I usually catch other girls whispering mean comments about my weight and I am sick of it.I really have no idea what to do with my body,everything I try goes completely wrong and I feel hopeless. Great suggestions. Can you make a videos on your diet recommendations? You touch on things in your other videos like women need to eat differently to balance hormones, eating diff during the monthly cycle, diff types of foods, carb cycling, etc……but don’t really explain how and what we should be eating (specifics) on how to do your plan. Could you provide some more detailed videos on what we should be doing to balance hormones and enable weight loss…..a strategy? Thanks.
