Is this recipe actually healthier than regular ranch being that this one is 17g of sugar compared to 1g of sugar in Hidden Valley’s recipe?
Thanks Cuong! I’ll be posting training videos soon. Probably every Monday:)
I absolutely LOVE putting ranch on my pizza. If your not sure, just put a touch on the tip of your pizza that way you don’t ruin your whole pizza if it’s not for you. My Aunt lives Thousand Island on hers.
Thank you so much for the amazing recipes Derek, keep them coming please! I have a quick question and would be very happy if you answered me.:) Ive been loving fiber one lately, but found a cheaper brand from my drugstore. It has a bit more sugar and fat but less carbs and much more protein. I started eating healthy and losing some weight, which is what i wanted. Do you think i should stick to fiber one or is it ok to buy the cheaper one?
Haha! Let me know how you like everything else you try. Thanks Timmy
I am never a fan of zero calories stuff, it never taste good to me. Always has a chemical taste to me. Now Bacon cheese popcorn sounds awesome
Wherever I can find the best deal at the time usually! I link to the protein I’ve been using in the description of each video and I believe they are having a sale today so that might be worth checking out.
dont know why but all of these zero this, zero that stuff looks like a scam to me,will take popcorn….
Recipe looks good… definitely going to give it a shot some day.
Do you have any fish/seafood related recipes? I don’t know about anyone else, but I do not know how to cook fish:/
I’d like to tell you that you’re doing a great job at this, and you should keep going. Your recipes are explained very good and you give us all the information we could possibly want. Thank you very much, and please, do keep up the good work!
this is awesome, especially the calories. you wouldn’t even eat the whole dressing in one go, that’s at least 5-8 servings… gonna try this with raw carrots as a dip:D
Woo! I got someone with that joke finally. Haha! Thanks Timmy
Hmm… liquidy ranch with zero everything, sounds delicious! “That’s atrocious!” So a resounding review then, lol! That bacon cheese popcorn though Sounds great! You had us at Gouda
I’d compare the ingredients however alternatives to products are fine to buy. I rarely buy the name brand in anything as long as the ingredient list looks ok. My local grocery store makes their own brand of products and it’s usually almost 50% cheaper than the “original”! So yes, I would say buying the cheaper one is absolutely fine.
Sure! You could always use the full fat versions of Greek yogurt/Sour cream for added fats in this recipe. I prefer getting my fats from other means which is why I use the fat free stuff here. Thanks for the comment my friend
Thanks mikethered! Those are some really kind words and I really appreciate them. Hope I can continue to keep ya entertained via food!
What’s your favorite way to use Ranch Dip or Dressing? (I hear some people put it on their pizza!?) I like it with basic veggies or to top chopped salads.
Good idea! It’s definitely enough for a weeks worth of salads! Thank you
Thats probably not what she said, haha made me and my fiance giggle.
yeah man my whole family say thats what she said, my mom dad and little brothers its quite hilarious, but it was un expected in your video for sure, I appreciated it lol Thanks for your videos I will be sure to try some recipes.
Ooooo! I love new products. I just looked it up and found out that I can buy it at the store next to my gym so I’ll be checking that out later and buying it if they have it. Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll try and use it in one of my recipes
Thanks my friend. I’m happy just helping a few of ya think outside the box…if I eventually get more that’s awesome too!
Sweet! I’ve been looking for a healthy alternative to ranch. Thanks!!
Thanks Jimmy! Whenever I get a new craving I try and come up with the a new recipe which is where most of my ideas come from. Of course throughout the past decade or so I’ve made a ton of recipes but not without a ton of failed attempts!
Awesome upload giving you a next full view Have a beautiful day

It’s awesome that you respond to so many comments, but with how awesome, unique and genius your channel is, pretty soon you’re going to spend your whole day answering fan comments. I think you’re a hero, man. Keep doing exactly what you’re doing, it’s making my body happy. (no homo).
Good stuff man, I’ve made 3 of your recipes so far and they were all awesome. Keep up the good work!
It really is amazing you don’t get more views, your recipes are awesome! Was wondering if you could do any pasta dishes; it’s one of my favorite types of food and would love to see your take on it if you have anything.
Keep up the good work!! The videos keep getting better and better.
This is a sick idea! I’m going to make this during the summer
Why haven’t you gone viral yet? This recipe is fire! Keep up the good work man!
Hey man! I’m not sure you can get in where ever you are, but you should take a look at “Skyr”. It’s an icelandic dairy product, high in protein, low in carbs/fat/calories. It’s excellent.

I was going to start saying “quarter” or both but decided to stick with what I grew up with. I’d guess it’s just a location thing because everyone around here says fourth. Kind of like the soda and pop argument (we say soda here) but I know a ton of people say pop. I’m sorry if it annoys you though I’ll switch it up in some videos!
Hey Ken! That’s a great idea. I never think about doing the simpler recipes that I make such as cold lunches. I’ll work on putting a few up this month. Thank you my friend
I wanna try the popcorn… holy shit that looks good and yeah when you wanna cater to all audiences you get a ranch lik that lol
Good ideas! I need to start incorporating apple cider vinegar more, love that stuff (for the health benefits). Thank you too!
I am very skeptical of zero everything tasting good at all LOL!
I agree, the only thing that bugs me is that he says: “One fourth a teaspoon” instead of “One quarter teaspoon”.
It actual does taste like ranch I eat ranch on pizza all the time I taught it had calories all the time and than last week I looked at how much calorie and it is zero calories and it just taste like normal ranch tbh try it it’s good
LOL on the dressing. And yes, it was us you gave the Cheddar cheese/Carmel to and it was the bomb. That one sounds really good. Thnx for sharing
I’ve tried other Walden farm product and they all suck! No flavor! There chocolate syrup was disgusting! The popcorn sounds tasty though! Thanks for sharing!
Was the whole bowl 228 calories or was it a certain amount of table spoons
3:34 after that reaction I think I’ll pass on the dressing lol
Bacon however caught my eye…funk off lol love that name
#bringbackpetmonster
I love this! I just made it and it tastes like regular ranch! I’m trying to eat better and salads are awesome but the dressings can be so fatty, thank you!
Ok, won’t be trying that dressing haha The popcorn sounded really good!:)
oh my 10K calories a month!! that’s like 83 miles I would not have to run, based on the treadmill I use. That sure dint sound like it tasted that good.. I think I will just eat regular ranch and run 83 miles to burn the calories
Boo. Was hoping you shotgun the whole bottle lol popcorn looks yummy
Yeah I’ll take a hard pass on that dressing, lol. But the popcorn looks tasty. I might look that up.
Zero calorien stuff must taste aweful, but the Popcorn looks fantastico:)
No matter what we eat it still kills us at the same time just the way the body works!

(“)_(“).. watched and enjoyed!*”thanks for sharing °•Susan♥
hahaha that zero stuff straight in the bin. Those pop corn look nice though bacon and cheese. like nr 21
i’m Palestinian so my English is not that good to judge whether it is correct to say “one fourth” or not!! but it sounded right to me:D
Hi Derek, I love your channel and recipes! However, I would like to make a request for a series of cold lunch recipes that you can share with us. I want to bring packed lunches to work but it has to be cold since there’s no microwave to heat things up. So, I am wondering if you have quick lunch recipes that I can throw together the night before. Once again, thanks for your channel!
Thank you, great video! Loved both recipes. I really appreciate that you provide alternatives to substitute because as an Aussie we don’t always have access to particular ingredients that are available in the US. Have just found your channel and I’m looking forward to watching more of your informative videos.
HAHAHA I’m guessing that’s a sound you are all too familiar with.
Nice videos, could you do some moderate fat recipes for increased calories as well? Only nutritionally delusional people avoid fat in their diet.
Where do you buy your Protein? Been in the market to get some but not sure which ones would be best for your recipes.
Thanks dawthness! I’ll do one of my favorite fish recipes within the next month!
Thanks liimitation, much appreciated! I’ll do a pasta dish soon:)
At least the popcorn looked good!! That “ranch” though!!?!? Eeeuuuuwwww
at least this video had a happy ending, thanks to the popcorn!
Thanks my friend, I really appreciate that. Will do my best!
I loooove this! Awesome. I think adding in some mustard and apple cider vinegar for that extra tang maybe? Love it thanks Derrick and no fat:)
Calorie free! Sugar free! Fat free! Everything free..N looks horrible
How the hell do you come up with this stuff? It’s incredible. The protein peanut butter cups are my all-time favorite. Thanks man!
it’s free of everything supposedly bad for you so I has to taste good, lol. I could order that Broadway popcorn in a sweet version? like #1
What the hell is that crap? Do you hate yourself or something that you tried it?
Not sure about the dressing but bacon cheese popcorn yes please
Actually ranch is my favorite salad dressing and I have tried to make it at home once and hummm not so good. I went back to using the store bought one: ( although I don’t like to take in all those artificial ingredients.
I will try your recipe though: )
Thank you for sharing!
