Nice video.. we do follow most of these things. I request you to make a video for dry skin. I do regular body massage say suppose once in a month, then everyday moisturizer. In the night use almond oil on the face and elbows and ankels. Still in the morning they are dry. In the morning I drink 2-3 glasses of warm water. I also suffer from white heads on the nose in spite of cleaning them in two three days. What else should I do to retain the moisture in the body to show the glow on the skin. Tempeh is probably a more ideal way to consume soy protein. It’s healthier than regular beans and grains. Easier to digest and absorb. It’s more of a whole food than something like tofu. Idk if there are live cultures in it like kombutcha but the process of making it is very interesting. I find that it’s really good in homemade vegan chili. Pan fry or eat it right out of the package. It does have a specific flavor. Some people need to do a lot to it. I like it. Stomach bloat is often a bacterial thing when it’s not fat or constipation/ back up in your gut lining so eating lots of fermented things consistently or taking a daily probiotic can make a huge difference over time. Sometimes it’s from consuming to much salt too. Thank you for sharing. Diet is important. If you find it hard to find the time: i usually cook on sundays and try to pre cook as much as possible for the whole week.
Last sunday that was one ham with vegetables that i pureed and made a gravy, a vegetable soup with beef and pumpkin soup.
During the week i just take it with me and in the evenings i have some vegetables with my ham or when i decide to cook i will usually have chicken breasts with vegetables or something.
We eat out maybe twice a month.
When i had no time to prepare i get a salad or a sandwich, but i really hate salads and sandwiches so that’s motivation enough for me to prepare.

What’s your grocery budget like? Would you maybe consider doing a healthy (but tasty) grocery haul for broke people? I love a lot of these things from this haul and others that you have done (and buy them on occasion) but I am really limited financially. My one constant splurge is Dave’s bread (since it is one of the only soy free breads and I’m allergic to soy) but other than that I’m always going for the cheaper or on sale items. It would be cool to see what kind of things you would buy if you lived on less than $1000 a month (with cheap rent and transportation of course). I’m trying my hardest to eat healthy and cut body fat but I have definitely adjusted my expectations to fit that budget. I don’t do the amount of protein that I’m “supposed to”. I’ve been told by others “it’s always possible to eat healthy, just don’t buy anything fancy” or “if you really care you’ll prioritize it over other goals”. I think those people don’t understand what it’s like to live on minimum wage with unpredictable paychecks AND have student loans. I feel like so many health and fitness blogs promote expensive foods, clothes etc. I don’t think healthy eating and fitness are just for rich people. Really, it would be interesting to see you try to spend only $50-75 for an entire week’s worth of food and see what you come up with. It would be a cool challenge and would feel inclusive to a wider range of viewers.
I have a hard time eating veggies so I’ve been drinking a multi vitamin dietary supplement that has a mix of greens and fruits. The brand is nature’s way alive! Is this drinking a dietary supplement actually giving the body what it needs or is it one of the things that the grocery puts out there for people who want to be healthy, but falls into the trap of “fake health”? The Kite Hill almond yogurt in vanilla is my absolute favorite plant based yogurt. They also have Greek version but I believe you can only purchase at Whole Foods or Sprouts. The Silk brand makes vegan yogurts but not as good as Kite Hill in my opinion

I’m so late to this video and comments but I wanted to add that I buy plain Greek yogurt because I can substitute it for sour cream, as well as eat it as a sweet yogurt (with some fruit/nuts/little honey) or make a savory yogurt dip/dressing (with salt, lemon/lime juice, or garlic or dill or with cucumbers to make a tzaziki sauce or a raita, etc.). It’s dairy but it has probiotics, and huge tub of Greek yogurt is very versatile and delicious.

I use natural honey instead of stevia and greek yogurt or cottage cheese instead of sour cream, I think they taste better and I always buy fruits and vegetables in season beacause they are cheaper, as cheaper version I buy my greens whole (forgive my english by that I mean uncut and unwashed) so this way I save more money buy cutting and washing them myself. I also buy more spices (no added sugar or salt) to season my food so as to avoid adding extra sugar/salt and when I need something refreshing I drink water with mint leaves (it’s great for hot summer days)

The vegan koko planned cultured yogurt is absolutely gorgeous. The only downside is there’s little to no protein in it. I haven’t tried any other vegan yogurts unfortunately! ❤️

I just go to Aldi. It’s less expensive. I can get healthy foods and make good meals for way less. I also do off brand stuff. You are right about the whole chicken, though. Go to grocery stores with better prices. Also, it’s more expensive to get pre-cut stuff, so just get whole veggies and fruits and cut them yourself.

YES!!! Walmart!! I starting to do that and have found that salmon, Cod, and steak is far,far cheaper and I feel so fuller and than eating what I use too. I can make a salmon salad with dressing. More than enough to fill you at 500 Cals and $2.80. No kidding.

i’m happy to hear you’re willing to change to vegan yoghurt and i’m happy to recommend some yummy ones. if you want something that’s similar to greek yoghurt, which is what i personally like, i’d say go for the coconut yoghurt with the smallest ingredient list you can find. i’m in canada and i LOVE good goddess’ coconut cloud yogurt. and i believe it’s because the ingredients are literally coconut and probiotics!

I shop at Aldi. They have great prices on healthy foods. They are also yummy. I do like eating spicy japanese noodles with veggies and grilled chicken from Noodles and Company once in a while, though.

Guys, burn fat doesn’t need to be difficult (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that course has transformed my life. I probably shouldn’t even be mentioning it cause I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a good mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.
For protein you should also include beans and lentils. Those are both very cheap and great sources of vegan protein. For veggies I love frozen veggies. For sweetener I use store brand splenda. I think it tastes better than stevia.
rice cakes and peanut butter are good together the chocolate ones are also really good

Vegan yogurt suggestion: Silk almond milk yogurt! They make some from soy milk, but I prefer the almond milk one. So good! It’s honestly the best yogurt I have gotten. My favorite is the mango, but if you use it in smoothies and such they have vanilla!

Husband and I found ourselves blowing up to $800 a month on eating out, snacking and wending machines. I would pack his lunch but he’d go to cafeteria and get something extra, drink multiple sodas a day and stop at a fast food restaurant after work. Plus, we’d eat out for dinner 2-3 times a week. Once we stopped this out of control behavior, he started leaving his debit card at home and actually eating the lunch I prepare for him, not only are we saving a ton of money, he’s also feeling better! Can’t speak about any major weight loss yet, but it is definitely true that Americans tend to eat out way too much…

My family thinks it’s weird but I’ve always loved lentils. They’re pretty cheap and healthy. I just make lentil soup with tomato and onion. A pot can last a few days to a week. Sometimes a potato and a little meat.
