First time I watched one of your videos and this was totally great. Got my leg somewhat up in flying pigeon, even if it was just for few seconds. Wheel pose after that felt super great, I had so much strength, I never got so far up. I’ll be back tomorrow:)
Yes a lot of heavy breathing going on today lol! Been a while since I did this, was a lot of work but still making progress, just need to keep practicing! Thank you Allie once again! ⛵️✨☮
I was definitely getting my butt and hamstrings kicked! But think I’m getting stronger ✨❤️thank you for you teachings Allie!!!!!
Darn, this class is so epic! And I love not knowing what’s in it for me today, the first time I did this class I could’nt lift off and fly but instead took a full wheel in the end for the very first time! This second time I managed a hoovering pigeon, a crow pose for 6 sec (first time over a sec) and a wheel at the end again which I could hold a bit longer this time. Woooo! Thanks for your awesome flows Allie!
Love your videos and the pace you teach at! I did not fly today but I am grateful for the foundation to get there!
Ellie, I love your sequences and the speed of the practice! Today I’ve started to fly a little bit in Flying Pigeon pose for the first time. I’m very grateful to you for sharing this wonderful class! I can’t wait to practice with you again! Namaste

I love this sequence! It really did warm me up but I still can’t get that leg up. It’s so infuriating!! As soon as I try to get that leg up, my toes lose grip along the tricep and I faceplant the floor. Do you have any advice? So annoying:( x
Thank you!!! For me you are the best! Great job! I am looking forward for more videos!
Fantastic tips Matt. Have been struggling to lift leg straight back and hold for so long. Everting the foot and pulling the hip back makes so much sense. Thank you!!
