you should buy Suja Essentials Organic Mighty Greens Juice it is cheeper and its 59 oz
We made the lasagna today and it was AMAZING. I seriously recommend trying it guys. My whole family loved it.
The lasagna was delish! I can see why some people say it lacks flavor, you have to understand that these are simple ingredients. processed foods are high in sodium so if you’re use to salty foods then yes this might taste diff but once you start making healthy choices you’ll start to appreciate the natural flavors and love them. I love the flavors of simple foods you can taste the veggies.
Would love to see hair, makeup and skin products:). Could you share how you make dressing with tahini? Thanks
Loving your videos! Very inspirational. Could you share with us how much this grocery trip cost?
Love how she debunked the unscientific notion that gluten = unhealty. It’s just a money-making trend people… relax.
Thanks for spreading the word! Great video, we need more people talking about gluten free diets.
This look super delicious, just one thing but I found the tofu really gross what can I use instead of tofu?:) Thanks for your videos
Thank you for sharing. I am a vegetarian that suffers from wheat intolerance. Hard to find new recipes. Thumbs up!:D
This video is definitely fantastic! It helps me recall of times when my wife used Custokebon Secrets to get rid of 17 pounds and enjoy being healthy again! Most people want to lose fat, however we also require to remain healthy, which is exactly what Custokebon Secrets given.
Hey! Thanks for this useful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (just google search it), but I’m not sure if it is good. Have you considered Custokebon Secrets? I have heard many extraordinary things about it and my mate lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(
Great video

Great video with great recipes balanced with good information
Great recipes. My hubs just went gluten free. This is much needed. Love your channel. Just subbed.
I would love to know more about natural beauty products. I’m finally able to find all cruelty free products. Natural products are harder. I live in central Canada so no Whole Foods:( and skimpier availability.
Do you cook your zucchini when you make pasta? I cooked it a little and it tasted so bad
When considering eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern day fad diet plans. Extreme diet plans are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your everyday nutritional intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short period and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should search Fenoboci Diet Plan on google as it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.
the lasagna is excellent. I think I might make some more this weekend:)
if i don’t want the canned products, what can i substitute for the black bean?
great recipes and info, very helpful, ty so much n have a great week!!!
Every single time I go to whole foods, I HAVE to get a container of kalamata olives from their olive bar.. Soo delicious!
I’m trying the lasagna tomorrow, I already bought all the ingredients
oh tbt to when me and my friend visited nyc with my class (i’m from germany) and we went to exactly the whole foods store that you went to for the grocery haul! amazing video btw
I’m been thinking about going gluten free for awhile now. I’ll have try some of these recipes. I know I’ll like the rice one.
Thanks for sharing all your information. I am, personally, not vegan but I do like a lot of vegan recipes, principles and life style philosophies. However, I have found that vegans can be a little aggressive, over bearing and “preachy.” I have not found that to be the case with you though. Thanks to you I have pushed the envelope, for myself, and tried a lot of new foods and recipes. Thanks so much for sharing your content and keep up the good work!
Why is everyone getting on the anti-soy bandwagon? Haven’t a billion Asians thrived on frequent soy product consumption for thousands of years now?
nice and healthy. How much would this cost you a week? yes for beauty products and or skin care.
LOL at 7:41 I love your slippers:) So cute:) Could you use coconut oil in replace of Olive oil?
I finally made the lasagna today, and it was so good! Thanks Joanna!:)
Nice! I love videos like this. I’ve been gluten free for three months now and have been loving all of your recipes!
I tried the rice with lentil beans and it was great! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!
I am so happy I found this! As a coeliac vegetarian its hard to find new inspiration x
It’s still astonish me just how a lot of people don’t know about Custokebon Secrets (just google search it) although lots of people lost a ton of weight using it. Thanks to my personal buddy who told me about it. I’ve lost a lot of fat.
Great haul and would love to hear what you use for beauty and house products! New to your channel, loving it!
fell in love with the Chickpeas Vegetable Curry, I think i´ll try it over the weekend, thx for sharing, Joanna:-)
I’ve been carving for lasagna for long!! Thx so much!! Love ur videos!!!!!!
This was such a well done video Joanna! As a long term vegetarian, I really struggled 15 years ago learning I was Celiac. All my veggie burgers, Veg dogs, Chik’n tenders and other vegetarian foods were all eliminated overnight! It was a shock to learn they are mostly gluten.
Although Europe and Australia has always been ahead of the game for Celiac care no one seemed to know what gluten free was 15 years ago.
Yes foods are more readily available now, but previously I bought my food in Health Food Stores and they were chemical and preservative free…suddenly GF is everywhere made my mainstream companies and not always healthy or chemical free.
Although there are other reasons to be gluten free (People with MS and Autism often “do better” gluten free) and there are people who are gluten “sensitive”…I cringe when I hear people saying that “NO ONE” should eat gluten because “Gluten flattens and damages the villi causing malabsorption of nutrients in the body!”.
This flattening and damaging of the Villi that makes people unable to absorb nutrients effectively ONLY happens in people with Celiac Disease!!!
I am happy to hear you mention something that I hear less and less as people chose to give up gluten…some sage advise I heard 15 years ago. “Do NOT self Diagnose”!!!! You really want to know for sure if you have Celiac Disease because the disease puts you at risk for Lymphoma of the intestines, and you want to be proactive with your health!!!
Thanks for these delicious looking ideas!
I am trying to lose weight so these videos will defiantly help me:) Thanks:) I want to make some recipes on my channel also but I am first trying to learn gluten, vegetarian and dairy free:)
Thank you so much for making this vid! Im glutenintolerant and I want to become a vegetarian so this is perfect
Not gluten free. Tofu contains soy. As does the can goods used and other ingredients.
The rice with black beans one is not easy to cook…any one has better idea how to cook black beans? They are just so hard, even after I have soaked them for one night!
You are amazing I’m so excited to it in the weekend can’t wait
I noticed you were wearing bunny slippers in your reflection when you opened the oven. How cute, they went great with your dress. Lol
Hi Joanna, I recently subscribe to your website and I am loving it! I am a 52 lady who like to stay healthy and in shape. I like to walk every day, unfortunately I live in North of Minnesota and our Winter season is very long and cold, is there any kind of exercise that I can do instead? I am currently doing your daily 15 minute workout and is helping me, but still need to have my walking time. I am 5’7 and 130 lbs. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge. Great tips, workouts, info and recipes!!!
I just want to say that I love your videos and our accent. And you are so pretty!
HI Joanna i love your videos.. I have celiac disease and I got very sick before i found out what was wrong with me. now I want to lose weight but I’m having a tough time losing the weight because my celiac disease affected my thyroid. thank you for these recipes!
I love this channel. Thank you for sharing. Time for me to make a trip to Whole Foods:))
Also, I just bought some tahini from Trader Joes last night but I have no clue what to do with it. Do you have any recommendations?

joannah i am new subsribe and i have been asking questioning about my douth atleast twice or thrice but u did not respose plz it is earnest request plz do rply
I love this video and I definitely want to try the lasagne. However I just thought I’d point out that vegetarians do have to be careful with what cheese you pick. Parmesan especially, as it cannot be vegetarian all parmesan cheeses contain rennet unless it’s specifically made to be vegetarian. Some cheddar cheeses contain it as well, so watch out.
Loved your video! Yes please, do a skin care routine with all the products you use, it would be really interesting!
I thought the lasagne was a bit tasteless. I even added some chili and more garlic, but it was still not as good as I hoped. Also, I don’t think it’s necessary to cook the zucchini and the bell pepper before you put it in the oven. They get soggy and adds to it being too bland in my opinion.
I live in the city too and always go to that whole foods! Hope I can bump into you sometime!
I need to try that tahini now! I got this other tahini from whole foods and it’s running out.
This sounds close to this Nigerian style rice I just learned about recently called Jollof rice but they add chicken to it
Joanna I lovvee you:))) ur channel rocks and if u don’t mind can you pleeaasee make another 1200 calorie meal plan but for vegetarians?
my bf and I are trying to change our eating habits to something clean and healthy. I was wondering if you had advice on how to make the transition because we can’t cut out meat out of nowhere.
Have you considered buying dry beans? I find them really cheap to buy in bulk. I don’t trust canned foods, especially after tasting some really “canny” ones.
I always go to that Whole Foods. I’ll be looking for you now:)
I would love to see your skin regimen and the makeup you use. Most makeup’s contain gluten and I’m allergic.
I am obsessed with your videos! I can’t wait to make your lasagna! I love your recipes and am inspired by you. You are absolutely gorgeous!
I love your channel! Thank you so much for all of your awesome ideas.
Thanks for the video! I would love to know any brands of kimchi that you like. I do use Giovanni styling products. They are my favorite. I would love videos about beauty products. Especially those that can be bought in the health food store.
Loved all of these even tho im not vegan or need to eat gluten free.)

Hi, I am wondering where you buy these chickpeas!?:'( In germany they are not very popular so the only ones I could found were some in glass and they were disgusting. D: Are there some frozen or do you buy them fresh? XOXO
I really enjoyed your video, you are one of most favorite youtubers…I’ve tried so many new things because of you. I’m not 100% vegan, but I’m working on it…your videos keep me positive.
Hi Joanna, I was wondering if I can freeze the veggie quinoa lasagne for later? And if I can how long does it last? Thanks.
