Mam can u saw Aasan for high blood pressure please. Thank you
I’ve just discovered this video and it’s amazing. As a soon to be trainee teacher, I appreciate the detailed instructions and guidance and will definitely incorporate this into my own practice.
It’s slow enough and not too slow; it’s easy to follow and there are no distractions! I hope to find more of your amazing work in here.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
thanku this yoga help me a lot…. this is very very easy and very helpful for beginners..
Shiva is founder of yoga… He is called adiyogi… We must acknowledge him before or after performing yoga…
There are hundreds of yoga videos for beginners out there on YouTube, but for lots of reasons, this one is the best of its kind.
Out of desperation I started looking for a good quality professional video to help me to recover from a cycling injury 4 years before, having already had hydrotherapy, massages, strong medicines etc for long periods. Finally I stumbled upon this video by Al and Greg and I felt an almost immediate benefit. 2 years later I’m still using this video every week and the benefit to the core muscles continues. I also discovered through this video how mentally relaxing yoga can be.
For me personally, even though this video hasn’t cured me of my permanent injury or eradicated the chronic symptoms, it has allowed me to return to a much more normal way of life which other recovery methods and videos had never been able to do for me. By the way, don’t wait until you have an injury watch it now and with a little discipline and patience you will see good results quickly! I highly recommend it. Many thanks to Greg and Al, and good luck!
In ashwas chalan aasana she didn’t not touch knees on the floor. Wrong surya namskar
The yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) is not difficult to follow and then arranging the routines for sixty minutes is not that bad. If you are a novice, this fantastic guide is good for you. Furthermore, you can add this to your collection if you are a teacher. Due to this plan, I was able to shed weight, improved body flexibility, and a normal blood pressure..
BEGINERES NOT ABLE TO DO THAT KNEES POSES. THAT IS VERY ADVANCE POSE.TRY IT STANDING FOR BEGINERS. 8 YEARS I PRACTICE BIKRAM AND THE THIRD OF YOUR POSES I CAN T AND MANY OTHERS CAN.T IN MY BIKRAM ROOM CLASS SORRY BUT IT IS NOT BEGINERS AT ALL. ALTHOUGHT IS VERY NICE SHOWN PRACTICE
I was listening, but I didn’t follow the safety measures like you said to do in the beginning. I got my left foot stuck in the dishwasher and accidentally turned on the garbage disposal instead of the light. Then I freaked out and dropped my plate ( 7wow.cc/v08y ) and now I can’t sleep. Not anybody else’s fault, I’m just incompetent. Maybe I’ll do better tomorrow or something.
Perfect quick am session after surgery! Thank YOUUU!! I LOVED the music…would love to hear who it is by? Thanks in advance for that info if possible ✨✨
Day one I’m trying to get back into shape as I am 85 kg I did a 10 minute workout and then came to relax I thought I knew my body after the first 10 minutes working out started to shed a tear as I know I’m getting back on track
your timing is great, your beginner level is awesome, nice calming clear voice and thanks bro =)
Wow it’s beyond words, Shall I call both of you as my Spiritual Gurus.. I would like to call. You did a fantastic job. But, just a small request. After completing the paschimothanasana, you are supposed to show the poorvothanasana, (the back ward bending). Otherwise it’s perfect and more than that. Thank you my dear Gurus…(teachers).
This is amazing I don’t usually comment but I felt so compelled to. Good job this is amazing.thank you so much
This yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) together with cardio and light weight training, has made my core much stronger, much more versatile, and shed extra pounds. The guide is not difficult to follow and comprehend. Yoga exercise is not about postures merely but it`s a way of life also. The pictures and also illustrations are comprehensive making the poses not difficult to carry out..
I’ve become very heavy and it’s really in my belly. In the child pose is it ok to spread my legs wide to make room for my belly, I know it may sound stupid but I hope you understand what I’m saying..
Thank you for the video mam please put a video for insomenia please
Awesome video! Thank you very much! My spine feels much better after just one lesson 😉
4:15 That position is with your pubic area pressed against the floor, but your legs and buttocks need to stay relaxed. I see this mistake as common among USA people.
Before that position, upward cobra, you need to keep your back straight, in length with your legs.

Did you get that physique from just yoga or weights as well?
Its an absolute good help! Though it’s not the latest, but I do this every day! A very simple yoga for beginners indeed!
was a lovely class.. thanks for explaining the postures!! its so important to ease into each posture as strength builds up!
Mam what asanas should be avoided for Hernia compliance? Kindly confirm
Amazing Video!!! does anybody know what happened to the Yogasync crew? I can’t seem to find any new content. Their videos are the best I have come across
Ma’am…your instructions are clear concise and easy to follow….thank you
FOR MEN!!!! HELL YEAH!!! FINALLY! I don’t need a pose to relieve pain during my periods.
me: oh I can do downward dog
morning tiredness: not now ahahaha
edit: day two was so much easier than day one
Best yoga video encountered. I’ve been doing yoga for years, although as an amateur, and studying and practicing mindfulness practice. This stands out above the crowd as all the many comments already said below. I practice this several times a week, to the point that it’s become a memory routine for me, which I’m thankful for. Many yoga lessons are treated as cardio and don’t give thought to the purpose, or slow mindful progress, or connection to and cultivation of the mind-body. Thank you for your gift.
yoga can’t give you really peace in your heart. Only Jesus Christ can
Wow!!! Amazing. Like another user I want to give this class 15 out of 10:-) I’ve been doing yoga for 5 years on and off but this class was brilliant for reminding me of proper alignment and going through the poses in detail. The breathing instruction was amazing as well and the relaxation at the end was one of the best I’ve ever done, it really took me into a deep place of relaxation. Thank you so much! Namaste <3
How long do you hold each pose? Is it better to do each pose for a certain amount of time or rotate through each pose multiple times?
This video made me fall in love with yoga! I did it and after the first time I felt better. More flexible.
Wow an actual yoga video that says its ten minutes and is actually 10 minutes. Everytime I see a “20 minute workout! Guided yoga!” And it’s like 5 minutes…..
i got to be honest, im really lazy to do weight training after my weight loss to tighten my loose skin. is this a good alternative along with cardio? and how often?
weight training is out of the question for me..
In ashwa sanchalasana, one of the knee will touch the ground and the other will be at 90 degree
thank you so much…this is the best video in days.the alignment details enhanced the experience to the next level.thank you very much!!
very well done. the basics are explained and demonstrated very well. good going
Imagine my delight to find a class to recommend for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike that actually has amazing form, pace, cues (english and sanskrit), mood, AND PROPER ALIGNMENT like early Christmas. 😉 I am happily posting this to share for all. THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME AND MAKING THE EFFORT.
Bad tutorial, you just expect us to know the moves? I’m a beginner, for gods sake

I am a totally cynical guy, but I can listen to this fellow.
This video was the start of my yoga quest now happily practicing and teaching Ashtanga. So glad I found this back.
I cannot thank you enough!
Certainly the best relaxation pose (last pose, at the end) that I have come across.
perfect yoga poses, you get benefits in every pose, very well, explained with soft voice, thank you guys,
Absolutely great. I am no beginner to yoga, been doing it for some time, at home. But this is just great. Slowly, relaxing stretch….
I did this every day for like 6 years, now I go to a studio. Probably should have started earlier but my foundation is very solid, thanks! I memorized it word for word, and mimicked the accent too!
Nice work, Raghunath! Well described and great variations. Props

After 2 weeks of practice with this video, finally today I could do all the poses… I feel better every time I do it, and I will continue to do because each day I learn something new from my own body. Thank you:D

I came across this video when i was looking for a good yoga video during this Covid pandemic. Real slow, lets you feel and experience all the muscle stretches. One of the best yoga videos, with clear instructions and demonstrations. Thank you.
Thanks Guys, I’ve been doing this routine now since 2017. Its really helped with some lower back pain issues. I like the mindful pace, explanations and reminders for breathing.
Is there an intermediate class that you have done? I’m ready to try a bit more of a challenge.
Thank you. Peace.
I’m not even gonna watch this… I’m just like “Is this for real???”
And to further my point from the other day. It seems to me that I will unsubscribe get soon to this. I hope high hopes on this channel and all they have been doing is this type of crap. It is a shame, there was potential of getting a demographic unto your work and yet they chose this above everything else. MsMojo get your crap together.

I’m going to share you a hack on the internet for the popular yoga tips. All you need to do is type: “MindYoga4U” in Google. You’re going to turn into a master with the tips available.
“The human body is more immune to diseases in the absence of balance between body and mind.” Is this what you really meant to say?
Thank you doctor for this sharing. It is simple and easy to understand and reminds me to go back to the basic. I enjoy listening to your calm voice. It makes me feel that I am already in your class.
thanks guys for the video is really helps with my joints I feel so good after this video mentally and spiritually so glad I ran into it best yoga video on YouTube my opinion
Hi ma’am…the right leg has to go behind first in the sequence of Surya Namaskar.
I managed to get into pretty good shape in the past strength training clean, mainly with weights 218kg Dead’s for eg, I could do 100+ consecutive push up’s as well… single digit body fat etc, it took four years of training religiously 4-6x a week.
Strict routine, progression always warmed up etc.. never ego lifted in excess of my capabilities, no competition’s, never doing potentially dangerous 1rep max attempt’s, so careful as can be…
Then I let it all go after losing mojo…
After a yr or 2 I developed CMC joint arthritis (Basal joint base of thumb) poss through work or a friend bending my thumb back on a stag do…
now weak & carrying more fat than I’d like & fairly miserable about it but having had a steroid injection in my CMC joint.
(Which I’ll have to keep doing when it hurts too much for life if that doesn’t stop pain it’s surgery time).
That’s stoped the pain atm enough for me to think about attempting to get fit again.
I’d like to try and get my fitness back, I plan on lifting weight’s but this time sticking to higher reps less weight in an attempt to put less strain on joint, when I’ve had a play joint felt ok in the moves with the bar.
And basically when I tried to get advice over wether any form of strength training exercise could help reduce pain or protect joint & be beneficial, the doctor’s & physio’s were all a bit useless not seeming to know or just not wanting to say incase you hurt yourself further & blame them.
I’d like to start Yoga & Calisthenic’s alongside a weight routine but I’m afraid of damaging my hand, putting weight on my hand’s plural, incase I get the same problem in my other hand.
Basically on the subject of weight’s all I got from the Doc’s was; “if it doesn’t hurt it’s ok to do, if it starts hurting stop.”
I love to know what your thoughts are on this subject, if it’s something you’ve come across before, weather I can get strong again basically or if I’m screwed, this problem must have come up in the fitness industry before, I’ve had little to no luck researching it myself except finding some padded gloves that I’m skeptical of (& not naming here as I don’t want this to look like an elaborate advert. )
Or if you could point me in the direction of someone who might be able to help, I’m going to post this in a few places see what happens if it is possible maybe someone who’s been through this can make a vid.
Cheer’s
Leigh.
Plz guide about breathing during different poses not in end so we can understand clearly. Thx mam

Wow I love this video, watching it in 2020, please like my comments if care …Love you guyz from Nigeria
doing yoga with a bro just aint the same. i see the point of alot of the commenters but it’s like having a male nurse vs a female nurse personally. if its hiit, a bro instructor makes alot of sense, but for yoga i find a female touch to be more suiting
Thankyou, tough at my age, 70, but because of the variations very possible,
Thank you mam. Please do a video on yoga asanas for kids so that they gradually learn yoga.
I like it. Immediately subscribed, I wish I can meet you in person as am suffering from a lower back pain for years plus having issues with my posture

Thanks for the lessons really good. As this is the beginners course how long should you stay on this after you start to find it easier? What lessons if any should you do next and what type of yoga is this, many thanks again:)
This really helps me after a cardio workout
Thank you so much!! I’ve been looking for weeks all I found was chitchat videos
Definitely subscribing and doing this every day
Your yoga class video is best on YouTube for couple of reasons:
1. Very soft voice of instructor.
2. Slow pace of practice, which allows you to feel each pose.
3. Relaxing music on the background.
4. Importance given to breathing technics.
Thanks a lot for upload. Can i get any more of similar videos? Ideally from same instructors?
Does it look like Mr.” Raghunath” does any yoga from his body structure?

yoga is highly dangerous and i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, when anyone has troubles with it leave me a message here and i’ll tell you how to stop once and for all
”Do not underestimate this pose” Always did and it could only be explained like that so thanks mate.
I’m loving this. A masculine, non-feminine Bro teaching stretching for dudes. No sexy man-bun, a bald dude…lovin it!

Best teacher ever! Not too fast (you totally walk away changed. For the better!)
We agree with your clip.

I have never done yoga in my life. I have only weight trained. I am not as flexible as I would like to be. Is the a good beginners yoga training?
I hope it would be more helpful if the advantages and disadvantages have been mentioned
Good content but WAY too fast to follow along to which is what I wish this video was
I had been doing this routine regularly for years before I started practicing with an instructor. I have since taken a break from yoga due to kids and life! After searching desperately I found it again and it really is hands down the best yoga video I’ve ever encountered. Are there any other videos available by the same producers/instructors?
Yoga of Today! Love the Vid pretty informative and insightful..
I think little less talk and more action would be more helpful
The only way to god is jesus christ
GOD LOVES You, and he sent is son (him in a body) to forgive you and to saved you, jesus christ is god, he is the way the truth and the life!
“My heart is coming through the gateway of my shoulders.” That sounds so trippy to me.

If I perform Makarasana to get rid of erectile dysfunction….
One of the best yoga tutorials on YouTube. This guy really keeps it simple and his pace is just right to get all poses. Thank you!!
Heck with yoga. it’s the house I’m getting a kick out of. Is this his home?
Yo huge shoutout to these guys for posting this up and not adding advertisement in the middle! Ive been using this video for about 6 years now and it never ceases to help me. Thanks everyone!
I have utilized some other yoga catalogs in the past however, this yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) differs from the others because of the associated demonstration of positions involved. They are big and bright colored so it is straightforward to imagine what the pose is SUPPOSED to look like. And not only that, I`m dropping pounds too..
appreciate it 9 times out of 10 I’m the only male in a yoga session no matter where I go….I like that you provide YT videos specifically for men….
Thanks so much.. your teaching make me to start to learn and love yoga and now I am 5 years to continue and keep me increase and know more.
Within 21 days, I lost ten pounds just by adhering to this yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it). The photos are super helpful and a must for any yoga exercise guide. The guide has numerous amount of different poses which even advance yoga practitioners would love, not simply the starter..
Wonderful video on yoga session of all I have seen soo far. Detailed explanation for beginners is the keypoint.
This got me immediately… I’m staying with you and looking forward to learning and letting me inspire for my own daily practice.:)
