I lost 6 lb just from 5 min running to 5 walkings and doing 5 min on other machines. I also eat healthy and drink 89oz of water every day in just 5 days
All I do is push-ups, Plank, Side Plank, Crunches, Side Crunches, Leg lifting each for a min
Till u reach an hour in total. Do 3 reps each

My gym instructor gave me:
10 mins on the treadmill (speed 3.38)
8 mins on the bikes (speed 4)
5 mins on the step machine
I’m 14 so if you’re around this age and don’t have a gym plan, i’d advise you speak to a gym tutor or try this one out, if it’s easy then maybe try a little things different. Same if it’s difficult

I lost 25 kg in 6 months by fast walking. 9.0 incline and 5.0 speed for starters. Each month I raise incline and speed for a little. And all strength exercise as well. I feel like different man. I was at 104kg,now I’am on 82kg. I can running 25-30 mins at day,which I couldn’t at start(5-7 maximum). I agree that fast walking is apsolutely fantastic cardio. It’s much more easier than running and orbitrek. And you burn even more calories.

so I started doing this workout with the abs and the arms one. the first day was motivating knowing how long it will take to get fit and storng but on my fourth day it became harder I started slacking and taking breaks and not working hard enough what should I do to keep exercising and working hard to get results.

I wouldn’t do HIIT if you’re goal is to grow muscle at the best rate. HIIT puts a drain on your body’s recovery resources, but so does lifting intensity and volume, and more of them will grow you muscle. Don’t spend your recovery resource on something that doesn’t directly contribute to hypertrophy.

With all due respect, you shouldn’t need to “recover” from cardio. If you’re lifting intensely enough you basically are doing HIIT in the first place. There’s a reason not ONE successful professional bodybuilder does HIIT on a cardio machine. Low intensity cardio is way less taxing on the body and can be done everyday. HIIT has only become popularized by people bored of steady state cardio, which personally, I find is far superior in a cutting phase.

i’ve been doing this with three other workouts 6/7 times a week since like june 28th??? ((sometimes 3 or 4 it depends)) i walk a lot, i cut off on sweets and sweet drinks, no fried food, no white bread, just a bit of pastas and stuff, i’ll eat a scoop of ice cream or homemade cake here and there but like 5 times a month. lots of water and fruits. i’ve lost over 10 kilos already:)

Advice for men would be stay off the machines. Go for the free weights for an actual workout and go sprinting in a park or swimming for cardio. As for women, I’d recommend walking on a treadmill for atleast an hour. That’ll allow you to lose leg fat without getting muscular but apart from that I’m not too sure soz:/

Day 1I’m really sweaty and tired but this made me feel really good. Hopefully I could lose some pounds by doing this workout + intermediate fasting:)
Day 2It was the same as yesterday and I was a bit sore
Day 3I went for an hour walk and then did the exercises it’s getting easier
Day 4today I went for a run so when I got home to do the workout my legs were so sore that I didn’t do the lunges correct but other than that I did everything else:)

I’d love to do cardio and I have, but it’s super hard to make a good diet plan. I do this “bro” gym program (5 times a week) and putting cardio training in there somewhere seems To be quite hard. Any tips? I’ve been using this Suunto watch To measure stuff like heart rate and how much I use calories per day. (3000 cal per day) I allso work in the construction sites which makes this even harder to make good diet plan where I can have enough calories but not too much.

You are beautiful . I know it is hard to loose weight at intial stage you can keep it up by adding a little weight trainning. Good luck and keep the tempo high . Working out on regular basis increases blood flow and sweat releases toxins to make you everglowing and flawless.
I like 100m sprints, full out, 8-10 sprints per workout. I think you’ll be amazed if you do this. And recovery takes time, so I can’t do this more than 2X per week, and occasionally feel better only once per week (OK, I’m over 60). But start gradually (fewer sprints, slower takeoffs are REALLY important) to avoid painful muscle strains that sideline you for weeks when beginning (yes, experience). But once you’re conditioned to a degree, it’s just fast, fun, and you’re done. With recovery between sprints, a workout might take 1/2 hour, which anyone can make time for.

All I do is 30 minutes on the elliptical for 6 days a week at 5:30am. Not sure that helps that with any weight lose.

Unfortunately, this workout is high impact…so with all that jumping it’s not for everybody. However, it does look like a belly buster.

I been doing this and your 30 minute full body work out alternately, one every other day. I’m in my second week. Believe me, I know I got a work out. Burpees and climbers are tough and I can’t keep up speed wise, but I’m there till it’s over. I can see improvement, and slight results already. Very motivating to get the 2 thumbs up, nodding your head. Thanks for a great workout.

I mostly work for meany reps for incline,internal training sessions,i am very active organically once I’m pretty maximized,for a, energy efficiency process from strengthening my core keep my whole body in full control.Luckily i’m a lot stronger an faster then some others around me..i apply my self i work hard but more highly motivated like the ones on here are..but she’s a pro I’m impressed on how she does this..keep it up!! .

I finished it! I got a really bad knee injury that has stopped me from being able to run or work out the same way 3 years ago. My self confidence plumited, i gained weight and depression set it. I started doing this because running hurt too much, and today i able to actually finish it for the first time. Thank you so much for posting this. The part She’s not mentioning that people with significant amounts of weight to lose should not be sprinting because you are putting too much stress on your joints & can end up injured. An overweight person, when sprinting, is literally shocking their joints with up to 2x their weight each time.

Usually AFTER a 45 to 60 minute weight training session at least twice a week; I would do a zumba session for at least 30 to 40 mins. Zumba really fun to do and the music keeps you pumped up and motivated. You should try it Jeremy.

This is my daily routine now. You have challenged me and given me the perfect workout routine. I’m unable to complete this routine entirely (like I quit few exercises halfway or a little beyond that) but I’m getting there. One thing I would recommend is TABATA Cardio. It’s a form of HIIT cardio that burns off fat but also retains muscle because of the exercises that it contains.
