Regarding the Paleo Prime Vanilla Blueberry Cookie, when you put the ingredients up from Amazon, it does say, “Vanilla Extract” so you weren’t wrong when you purchased it. On the packaging, it said, “Natural Vanilla Flavors” so you were fooled.

Great review. Unfortunately, this is why a lot of folks, like myself, have unhealthy diets. I’m in a one income house of 3 and there is absolutely no way I could buy any of these items. In fact, most items that are healthy are too expensive. That’s the biggest problem. Doctor’s, Nutritionists, Fitness experts etc., all say change your diet by eating plant based and organic foods. This would be wonderful it it didn’t cost a bloody fortune. My husband’s not a big guy but he has a big appetite and I’d spend $200+ a week just trying to feed him. So unless these company’s lower their prices, people are going to continue to buy processed, cheep food.

I love your videos, i find them very informative but I am curious why you consider any low carb/sugar food “keto” when virtually any food can be a part of a keto diet if designed appropriately. The keto brownie, for instance, does not strictly adhere to the typical keto macronutrient ratio of 75% or more of fat. I’d love to hear your thoughts on that, and I assume your idea of keto is always based on net carbs rather than total carbs which is a whole different debate.
I have been eating the Outer aisle pizza and a sandwich thins for about two years now, amazing. they are what made it possible for me to stick to keto at the start. I would make a pizza about once a week and do a sandwich a few times a week. there is a place called Barons in SoCal that always has them.

these larabars taste like trash. they all have a base flavour of dates and dried fruit that has been wetted again and cramped into a bar which over powers any of the flavours it has.
