These are delicious-what a treat to have biscuits! Just a few things I did to modify the recipe was I used canned PUMPKIN because I couldn’t find canned sweet potatoes. I also used coconut nectar in place of the brown rice syrup. They turned out great. Thanks Ashley for another yummy recipe!

I’m making sweet potato and lentil shepherd’s pie tonight (thanks to HGG). Once I cook up the sweet potatoes for the topping, I’ll see how much is extra and maybe these will be a great addition to this week’s food items. I too don’t like preparing the potatoes, but if I do a bigger batch and combine a few recipes, it’s not so bad.
One time me and my Mum made macarons, (well more like she did. I just helped eat them) and now I’m really getting interested in baking. When we first made them though, they were really cracked and kinda gross. So this time I’m going to try to make some macarons by myself because I want to get on a baking show and I’m trying to practice my baking skills. Does anyone have any tips for me when preparing and baking macarons?

If I want to make the buckwheat flour from scratch, do I need to first get the buckwheat to sprout or can I prepare the flour from the buckwheat groats directly?
I tried this out and I used everything, I followed everything and the cookie didn’t work, I tried 2 times
I tried this recipe. The cookies are soft and crumble on touch. They are not crisp.
I did use measuring spoons and cups.
The mixture was a bit looser than what was shown in the video.
Any tips to get crisp ones next time?

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup buckwheat flour

Baked at 386F/180C for 7 minutes.

If anyone is curious, you can get vegan mini marshmallows, or you can make them. I like it like fluff so I use her 2 ingredient take down to make mash mellows every time I open a can of chick peas ( not waste and yummy snacks <3 )
