Ingredients 3.5 cups rolled oats 1 cup almonds, roughly chopped 1/2 cup raw buckwheat groats 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons maple syrup.Coat granola plus ½ cup pumpkin seeds or whole unsalted almonds, and bake. Let cool. Add dark chocolate chunks and dried apricots. For the Banana Bread Aficionado.
Swap out applesauce with 2 ripe mashed bananas and ½ teaspoon nutmeg. Coat granola plus ½ cup walnuts, and bake. Let cool. Serve with fresh banana slices and cold almond milk.
In a large bowl combine oats, buckwheat, nuts and seeds. In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup, oil, cinnamon, ginger and salt. Bring to a boil and hold at a steady boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.Spread granola onto baking sheet in a uniform layer. Bake at 300F for 20 minutes, roughly flip granola, and bake for another 18-20 minutes, watching closely so it doesn’t burn.
Granola will be lightly golden on the bottom and will harden a lot during the cooling process. 5.Preheat oven to 275° F. In a medium bowl, combine the oats with the mixed nuts and/or seeds and the ground flax. In a small, microwave-safe bowl, combine the applesauce, honey, canola oil, cinnamon and salt. Microwave on 100% power for.
A versatile recipe for creating the ultimate nutty, cluster-filled granola.Sometimes I put lemon, almond (especially yummy) or rum flavoring with the vanilla. Most times it comes out like a granola bar, sometimes like a cookie bar, but it’s always good. I sometimes use whole wheat flour too. The only time I messed up this recipe, it.
Instructions Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C (325 degrees F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almonds, cinnamon and salt.In a very large bowl, mix together the flaked grains or oats, almonds, sunflower and sesame seeds, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
2. In a small saucepan, warm the fruit puree with the rice syrup, honey, and oil. 3.This no added sugar homemade granola recipe has just the right amount of sweet and salty thanks to using unsweetened applesauce, almonds and sunflower seeds. My homemade maple pecan granola recipe is a fave in our house.
What is better flavor.Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, nuts and/or seeds, salt and cinnamon.Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a food processor, process the coconut until it resembles a fine meal.
Transfer to a large bowl and whisk in the buckwheat flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, optional cardamom, and salt.Step 1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Stir together buckwheat, oats, almonds, maple syrup, olive oil, coconut oil, vanilla, fennel seeds, and salt in a large bowl. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet.
Bake until golden, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in flaked coconut.Granola is perfect for breakfast either served alone, sprinkled over Greek yogurt, or eaten in a bowl with a splash of milk. It also makes a great snack as-is, or mixed with other foods like nuts and dried fruit to create a custom trail mix. If you really want to change things up, try a savory granola recipe.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the rice krispies, buckwheat, apricots, poppy seeds, and cinnamon together in a large bowl. Add the honey, mixing well to combine.
Then add the sunflower seed butter, once again, mixing well to combine*.

My granola recipe is literally granola, honey, 10 drops of water, and 1 tsp of sugar mixed in the bowl and cooked on the stovetop. You can add nuts and seeds and dried cranberries.Put it on Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt.thank me later.
He sure could use a new camera man I’m motion sick from watching.
Unless you are doing some serious training this is not a healthy breakfast
After following the same recipe Ramsey did what would be a reasonable shelf life if placed in style jar and in my pantry?
Looks good. Check out this granola I baked in the car! https://youtu.be/ZtCXmkFGEmU
30$ to make 3 portions of granola…hmmm well, not balanced
Hi Gordon, love your recipe. It seems you missed to tell the temperature of the oven. I’m guess 180 degrees C? Please confirm, I don’t want my granolas to burn
Love how he knows his actions with precision. You feel the professionnalisme. Love the visual…just amazing!!
He doesnt exactly tell us what honey to use but i would go with clover.
Hey, what did he said after puff rice? Something like wheat something….? Before the pumpkin seeds? Pls help…
Awesome… Thanks for sharing. We made the no-bake Oat Cashew bars here:
https://youtu.be/0gVFo1km5rg
What if I don’t have quinoa flakes? Will it still be good without it? Or is there something else I can substitute for?
Isn’t hot honey poisonous? Bc i know that if you stir honey into hot drinks it activates the venom
He didnt say the temperature to set the oven to lmao. What a fuckin’ wanker
I mean it looks like delicious bt theyre heavier than milk and that is the problem.
So yummy, I have proposed a recipe on my channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCA3B7mvZkN76YU1ZdxOyTBg
Yes, honey is amazing unless you bring it to a high heat when it loses all its nutrients, lol!
This looks amazing! I’m gonna try it soon. Since I’m gluten free, corn free, dairy free and chocolate free I’m always looking for good store naught granola barsI find them, but since there are few I always stick to eating one brand for a bunch of months and then I get sick of it. Now I’m at the point where I’m sick of about every brand of granola bars I’ve bought. So I think I’ll try making your bars because they seem super easy and yummy! Thanks for the recipe!
Ayurveda says heating honey turns it poisonous. And this is world’s famous chef! There is more to food than taste and appearance.
Ramsay: “the staple, of a granola..”
My dumb ass brain: “is from office depot or staples?”
Me: “too much Ramsay for too many hours”
Where on God’s earth can I find this recipe written down with proportions?
I searched: “how to make a good ass bowl with cereal”….
I get this….
It’s not really a recipe though because you didn’t let us know any of the mf quantities of ingredients. Not even the temperature of the oven, just “25 minutes”
Lovely, beautiful, wonderful, delicious, lovely, wonderful, nice, amazing, really good, beautiful, lovely!
Where can I find the recipe with quantity of the ingredients?
Hi, i don’t unterstand english… can somebody help me and write the ingredients so i translate the reciepe… thank you!
Uses terrible honey. I’m surprised he is using grocery school honey. With raw honey this would be great.
Hi jordan i know that sockie norris from the norris nuts likes you so much and here very own goal is to meet you please help her
Which are the quantities of seeds, almond, goji and berries?
Judging g by the honey he used the fake Chinese honey, most of that supermarket crap is fake.
Ignorant ppl cooking honey smh. Nothing this clown cooks is good it’s just junk food. I ate at his restaurant in LA, total garbage. Couldn’t even eat it
May you give us the measurement of each ingredient of the recipe? This recipe looks so yummy and tasty.
this looks so good! I have to try it. I’m excited for all the fall recipes im going to be uploading over the next few months. fun stuff
this isn’t healthy unless you replace the honey with a mashed banana. then dehydrate all of it. also, no oil. oil causes heart disease.
Have made similar one baked together with raisins and orange peel before I saw this video.
Would love to learn the reason as to why the dried fruits & berries are not mixed and baked together with the oat and nuts mix.
Don’t even think of heating honey ayurveda is strictly against it. You can do your research.
Is it just me or does It look like Gordon have RIPPED ARMS
Put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Whatever the temperature I guess… -_-
Never heat honey or never used it with hot or very hot water, milk etc… Always used it with normal or Luke warm water or any other… According to ayurved honey converts in poison when u heat it or use it with warm things…
You should have alternatives for poor people. Better yet, I’ll just find a chef who takes poverty into consider. Hum, maybe chef Jamie Oliver. I’ll try his videos.
So in the beginning he added some honey into the pan but did the pan have anything in there or not?
Thank you so much for this video. I was this previous video and the lady put entirely too much sugar in the granola. I enjoyed this video!
Look delicious I just want to ask you something… the applesauce isn’t available in my country… with what I can replace it??
i made it yesterday it’s delicious!!!! i also made your quinoa crisps:p
Can you do a video about how to cook with pink Himalayan salt and the difference between pink Himalayan and kosher?
This looks good! I think dried cranberries would be good too especially close to Thanksgiving.
Can you please do a video on healthy muffins? My husband loves muffins in the morning and the ones from the grocery store or coffee shop are far from Healthy.
Fall is my favorite season! I’ll be trying this recipe and I can’t wait to see what else you have in store 😉
Hi! I know this might seem a weird request since it does not have to do with fall recipes in particular… But I wonder if you could consider to try out a recipe of homemade vegan yogurt that doesn’t use coconut milk nor cashews… Something with almond milk or oat milk maybe! Tried a few recipes and didn’t go well!! It would be nice if you could consider making it, since all your recipes seem so easy and seem to work perfectly every time! Anything I ve tried to remake… Has been so much appreciated in my house!!
Thanks so much, have a wonderful day
Ramsay theres about $50 worth of ingredients there! Average person cant afford this for breakfast hahaha
This looks so yummy & love that its healthy too! One that Ive been making for a while now is called “Olive Oil Granola.” I think it was
put out by the NY Times but have many variations now when you do a search. Its yummy, easy to make and healthy too!
looks so good! how can i replace the coconut oil? would sunflower oil taste disgusting?
Do you have suggestions for what to use instead of quinoa flakes?
Is there a way to make this without oil? Love your videos!!
Any suggestions for substitutions for the coconut products? Allergies!
Do you have an idea about how long this would keep? And would it be best kept in the cupboard or refrigerator?
So, how are we supposed to make this without a recipe, no amounts, no nothing?:(
Ur jus Beautiful . Keep sharing ur amazing delicious recipes wit us.
Mmmmmm… Granola with apples and cinnamon taste so good. That taste so sweet and crunchy granola. Great dish. See u next time.
This is my first time making granola, and it turned out amazing!!! Thank you!

I was wondering how would i store them and how long would they last? Thank you:)
How am I just discovering this channel?!?! I just pinned a ton of recipes and had to come subscribe. Looks SO GOOD.
Thank you so much they turned out great and I added a bit cinnamon
I swear you have the best recipes on YouTube! I have your cook book saved in my cart on Amazon I plan on buying it one of these days
Hi Beth, love this recipe! How do I make this as just loose granola? Not as bars. Thanks so much!!
I thought coconut oil was healthy so I too started using it. Now I find that it’s not that healthy afterall. What’s the latest on consuming coconut oil…this week, because last week it wasn’t so. It’s like becoming controversial like eating eggs.
coconut oil is NOT good for you! It is a saturated FAT and clogs your arteries!!
Hi your recepie looks yummy..
Question can I use any other sweetener substitutes? For diabetic people
thankz
Hi Beth. Just wondering about the calorie, protein and fat count in these bars. They look delicious.
Fallowed by a T this recipe, but I think and when I tried it, it super salty… way to much salt… am I the only one that salt over powered any other ingredients…great recipe but for my taste and my family to much salt, will try again but with 1/2 or less salt.. also thank you it’s very easy to fallow and what can substitute the agave?
What a great recipe and the video. I have been using this video and making these bars for some times and love it. Thank you.
This particular “loso shocking plan” paleo program (Google it) was such a simple method for me to reduce Fourteen pounds in the short two weeks I`ve been following it. It took me almost an hour to get two pages of healthy and alluring recipes I want to try.

This looks awesome! How long can you keep these bars? A few days? Or can you store them into a container for a couple of weeks?
I am not sure what moisture is there to be dried off of oats but alright this looks nice
