I’ve not tried either that I can remember! Hope change that! Good info!! Tfs!!
This was in a tea I was drinking yesterday… it was one of the main ingredients.
Something had triggered me being unusually hungry the past week or two and I indulged in sugary foods and eating too many carbs.
Thankfully something made my appetite go back to normal today and I’m very happy for that where it has calmed me down from wanting to eat more than I need.
I have a feeling it might be the Sugar Bush leaf that was in the tea.
Oh wow, I love this video and all your information. I have a lot of Rooibos tea, mainly because I was informed of the health benefits. It’s pretty smooth, but like you said it can get a little bitter if brewed too long. I will have to try the honeybush tea. Take Care, Peaches

Great information. I’m not typically a fan of rooibos and honey bush, but they can be nice.
I was introduced to red rooibos by a friend from Jordan in college, and it’s been the love of my (tea) life ever since. So yummy. Makes a great iced tea also.
You are such a great resource of great information. While taking notes, I came up with a question. If one wanted to get some of these teas where is the best place? Do regular grocery stores have good quality tea? Are their better brands than others?
I love them both! Very interesting to learn all about the health benefits!!
It also has a lot of magnesium and potassium and therefore is really good for bringing balance and helping with sleep and anxiety and it rehydrates you I’m drinking honeybush while writing this comment and it tastes really good unlike rooibos (I don’t like her because of the vanilla like aromas).
Hi Erick! Wonderful interesting video on two different types of tea. As usual enjoyed listening to you talk.
