Can you do a little research before you give people health advice? Grapeseed oil is so high in omega 6 that it will cause ridiculous inflammation. It has 700 times the Omega 6 that Canola does. Canola is garbage too but it has a 2:1 omega 3 to 6 ratio. Grapeseed oil is 1:700! These ratios should be as close as possible. If you want to screw up peoples bodies then yes recommend grape seed oil. I would advise knowing what you are talking about before giving critical health advice. I recommend Organic Coconut oil or Organic EVOO

This was hilarious. The ‘interviewer’ kept digging themselves deeper and deeper into a hole not letting him speak, putting words into is mouth, purposefully misrepresenting, He was practically laughing at the ‘interviewer’ by the end.
