This video made me subscribe. Perfect balance of demonstration, instruction, AND explanation of the theories behind everything. We got the what, how, and the WHY. Just awesome!
I just made a follow along workout i u want to check it out!!!
Do you think that doing these exercies at home on the concrete could be somehow dangerous for my joints? Better go to a park? Great video thank u again
I’m huge into working out and the moves are fairly easy compared to what I’m used to, but you do a good job! I can’t believe how much I sweat especially the second time through!!
Thanks for teaching me something. Just started doing this yesterday at therapy. Torn ACL and meniscus recovery.
Now I can impress my physiotherapist with my knowledge;)
Loved the video! I’m a recreational tennis player and I was looking for videos to help with plyometrics. Could you recommend any other of your content that would be good for tennis? Thanks:)
So detailed with your ideology man! This is great training thank you
How would you work this into a lifting program? And in guess the bigger question is how do I work plyometrics into my lifting program? The goal for me is to be a more functional athlete going forward.
very effecfive, young athletes should do this in their routine.
I would have to start on something a lot lower to start jumping just learning. You guys are awsome.
This was very informative. Thank you for the information. Keep uploading.
Are these Depth Jumps or Drop Jumps or is there a difference?
This was my first time ever hearing or doing a tip toe squat. Awesome workout!!!!
Great video. Really enjoyed the explanations and the realistic progression between jumps.
This is hands down the best calisthenics tutorial i’ve seen on youtube, so many other people tend to complicate it all, but you show the real deal and how to do it clean and simple! Big props to you man!
@Fitness Culture I need some drills to work on landing softly. I sound like a bag of bricks when I’m jumping. What’s the appropriate way to land to keep it smooth, heel to toe or toe first?
How would you incorporate this into a workout. Would you go on upper or a lower split, before a heavy session, after or on a lighter day?
Added 5kg to most of the exercises because that’s all I have at home during quarantine, second round blasts the legs! Thanks for the workout FB!
13:00 estas alabando a dios? No, estoy haciendo educacion fisica
Really liked the exercises individually but over all didn’t find the video very challenging. It’s a beginner video and shouldn’t say advanced in the title in my opinion.
Quick curious question partner, what would I have to eat to gain the right amount of muscle mass?
I really like your workouts that include warm-ups and cool-downs!:)
Superman’s aren’t that hard imo tho, def don’t deserve to be in the same category as Iron Cross work and Handstands. But very nice vid!
Great video! Scary training on them knees but you don’t know what you are capable of accomplishing unless you eliminate fear…thanks guys! Liked and subscribed!
Great workout.
Fyi, this routine has WARMUP & COOLDOWN included.
Nice to finally see some useful fundamentals. Too many focus on the end result!
Is it ok for this workout per day? Or should i practice more?
why does the calorie counter have all those numbers.. does it mean your burning calories between those numbers this dash
What does it mean when your legs start shivering while doing the exercises?
this can help burn thigh fat right guys? cause im new to this.
Work out is awesome
But after I finished my work out, my legs were shivering when I bend my legs.
May I know the reason for that?
I like how he keeps saying “keep your lungs open” and every time I realize I’m holding my breath:)
Love this workout! Done it two days straight now and can definitely feel it, especially in my butt! I’m sure this is gonna become a regular workout for me.
Oh my god you’re great!! i’m obssessed with your chanel, good luck!!
I just wanted to say Thank You…You guys are Great!!! I have a little request, I’m 49, and love your low impact workouts. My knees can’t take impact, but I can handle a longer workout. Can you do a 1000 calorie low impact for us more mature, but still healthy women. Love you guys!!!
thank you tank.you thank you..I did this excercise during lunch break and it is awsome.
Great workout…. I did it twice over as suggested straight after my Tracy Anderson Mat work. Simple but very effective, thanks again guys!

It’s make my eyes tired in 25 minutes
Vi completo el video. Excelente tutorial. Buenísimo….
Congrats! You guys are the best and you’re doing an amazing job..much 10x
Simple moves but the 60-second stretch makes them challenging. Forward lunges for a whole minute is painful:)
Meg, I’ve read that a better progression for people who can’t do a full pushup is an incline pushup rather than knees
I feel sad because i felt weird she’s without a mask. July 2020.
Hello I enjoyed listening to you talk and workout it is a great thing!
Awesome video. However, what would a weekly routine look like?
Я также на работе вьебаываю, но чет тело не то что красивым не становиться оно еще и болит.
None of these excesses are advanced. They’re a joke, If you wanna showcase advanced exercises, showcase front lever and planche not this please
Meg show me 25 reasons why i should take you for houesewife,25 bodyweight exercises really aint much
fantastic video to learn, thank you!!! im downloading this baby.
I am a heterosexual woman, but girl your butt looks awesome, you look so toned omg
The culture is different in Spain. If someone falls, messes up in public it is absolutely part of the culture to make a song and dance about it, they do it with children to teach them independence, how to laugh at themselves and not to whinge. It is not like in America, there is no malice intended.
since the gym closed down and I couldn’t do pull ups in my house I went from being able to reach 10 to 7 pull ups. But I did achieve a pull up with extra 10 kgs!
Well guys if you think dat muscle up or lever are advanced… better come here xddd
can someone please write me where this was taken i want to live there i see the place of my life -> 8:00
i wish i had this equipment in my town so i could do the advanced ones..
I like girls like this who don’t have perfect teeth. Seems more natural in a way.
NOT ALL EXERCISES ARE GOOD FOR YOU!!! DON’T DO EVERYTHING IN THE VIDEO!!!
Nothing bad to say about the exercises, but you yourself are doing it with shit form. Fix ur form then show how do to them
What if you don`t have the thing nearby that she uses to do the push ups? Please help
This is the girl I want to marry. She is not to hot or cold just right.
U Blow My Mind! If I ever get to the point where I can do a few of these more complex maneuvers, I’m gonna post and Bragg and give u all the credit. So inspired.
Push ups and dips are beginner exercises and the other versions are the same difficult
Did anyone notice the creepy old dude showing every couple of minutes in the video starring her
THANK YOU SO MUCH. This is very important to a beginner like me.
with inverted exercises, why are wide arm grips considered intermediate?
There are 3 songs in this video. What is the name of the 2nd song?
This is also a great conditioning exercise. My heart is pounding rn.
who clicked just because a girl on video:p
dang look at her shoulders man she’s beast althogh mistakenly clicked the video but its fully worth it hitted the like keep up the good things
just found your channel and it is super informative! Thank you, gurl!
This video is great! It would also be nice if you could show how to breath while exercising… thanks a lot!!!
Difference between pull up and chin up? Just grip orientation?
Hey Guys, we hope you like the video. Don’t forget: You do every exercise until you reach fatigue, before you continue with the next one.
After you finished all 6 exercices you completed 1 GIANT SET. If you want to do more than 1 Set, rest about 3 Minutes before you start with the next one.
We recommend anything between 1-3 GAINT SETS.
I did 40 pistol squats
40 side lunges
40 lunges
40 glute raises
40 calf raises
1000 skips in skipping rope
100 squats with resistance of 7.5kg
Short answer: YES ABSOLUTELY
Long answer: Kind of. Not really. I mean, a little….but, listen..you’re out there getting stronger and that’s what counts. I am dating this girl who calls me chicken legs. We went to the gym together to fix this problem. I hit the squat rack, and she reverse cowgirled three men in the parking lot by the dumpster. I know about the reverse cowgirl because I watched from the car. I couldn’t get out of the car because my legs were too sore after going too hard in the gym. When she got back in the car she just looked at me and said..”pussy”. Then she spit in my face and snored all the way home. I am in my car still because I cant move….from the soreness, you understand? I just watched my neighbor, Tom, and the mailman go in the house. I think we know where that is going….
From now on, I’ll do bodyweight exercises.
man this guy defies gravity, he’s in good shape, i just got my rings and it’s workout just to get onto them
Love your Videos!
Could you please do a follow along Video?
For example, each of these 6 exercises, for 15 reps.
That way we don’t have to forward and pause this video so much
Thank you
if you guys needed someone for the red X acts i could volunteer
Say no to constantly doing leg day, cus it’s fucking stupid, if u do sports or general exercise at a good rate, your legs will be strong and good.
All these people doing leg day, fucking disgusting disproportionality.
the last second ruined it for me, ”do that 2-3 more times”, she says ”then you will have done your begginers excercice”, she says ”you will be healthy” she says when in reality im just melting and stinking
Doing the single leg exercises would mess with my OCD as one of your legs would be getting more rest than the other and potentially less growth ♂️♂️
Gimme answer pls how often should i train legs if im doing bodyweight
I got more mobility improvements by using this exercise. From a squat to (BW deadlift/toe touch), reaching out to the sky like to stand tall. Basically stretching to be more taller is the purpose of this mobility exercise. Originally you have to start from seiza. But I modified to being used as prone technique.
Never seen a person look less happy to be doing a workout routine.
Great you also showed the incorrect form for every exercise. That’s such a detail some tutorials always miss. Great work.
Good shit, did rings today man, what a work out. Probably will stick w rings for a while, not looking forward to a packed gym w restrictions.
What if you have lost dorsiflexion in your right ankle? Can’t properly squat unless doing sumo.
I really appreciate the demos of what NOT to do and also the modifications. Such quality content! Thank you!!

I love your workouts and have been doing them for almost a year now, no not every day and sometimes not for an entire week. Yikes! But, as a 63 year old female with some minor knee issues, I did complete this one but found I had some knee pain on some of he squats. Your suggestions for the older crowd please. Thanks for all you do.
I physically can’t do a pistol squat. What to do to build up to being able to do them?
So…where are the beginner exercises? Are there other non ring exercises i should be working on to be able to do the “beginner” exercises?
Why this man have to put his cakes on display 5seconds into the video
My two favourite exercises are the tuck planche and the one legged front lever as I cannot do the full exercises yet
Very cool and fresh music, better than in the most other Fitness Videos.
Really enjoyed watching!
These guys are the biggest deceivers I ever seen! Thses exercises will hit your muscles, make you fell pain for a long time, and it will cause you the most terrible spasm you will have in your life! For Allah’s sake do not do this exercises!
I don’t know if this excersice is legit but after a pistol squat you could progress to doing Explosive Pistol squats!
In this video.. we are holding in deep squat position..than in that position where should we feel the pain in muscle..
Because I’m feeling the pain in groin..is this right?
Everybody gansta until Saitama starts recording youtube video
Ok, I’ll say no to Chicken Legs.
Chicken Legs: Hey, how are y-
Me: NO!!
Can somebody inform me about rep ranges? Is this till max reps or more like 10 per excercise
dude i worked so hard in the deep squat i lost circulation in my hands
take this from me people, if you have the possibility, leave out the running and go swimm instead, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better. Full body workout and very good for all joints and all muscles, stamina, running just fucks up your knees.
Gday from Australia, I would love to get your advice and guidance on my next part of my back injury rehabilitation, I have suffered lower, middle, upper back and neck issues for two yours since a work place injury. I have spent two years in physio and hydrotherapy with no improvement. So essentially its a long term injury. The next stage will be epidural injections, cortisone injections and extensive work with physiotherapists and special trainers to get me to where you are physically. As I will not be working I will be doing my recovery as a full time job for 3,6,12 months. Do you have any contacts, friends, colleagues here on the gold coast of Queensland who have the skill set like you do but also the body like you do who I can employ to train me back to strength, core, flexibility, agility, form and function to start surfing again!!! I need your help. I will look forward to your swift reply. Much respect and appreciation, Damo from Australia
You don’t want to lose weight, you want to lose fat. By following stupid diet plans, I was primarily losing muscle mass. Oh god, how dumb I was? You only need correct diet and some kind of training, and the best thing is that you can find both (and much more) on website called NextLevelDiet.
Thanks a lot for the video. I made my own calisthenics gym at home. And I really I needed some help.
Can anyone actually do the pistol squat or is this guy a freak of nature?
In your body transformation programme, is there any separate day for leg or abs?? Can you brief here how th workouts r designed in ur programmes.
Who is watching this in the quarantine due to closed gyms?
That photo at beginning of link is lies. The shorts strings are in exactly the same position. Becoming a someone begins with truth.
Yeah well… Lower body is still the achillesheel of calisthenics
His improper pistol squats are better than my proper pistol squats lmao
Thank you. Your workouts are great and the time and effort you put into them is very much appreciated. You guys rock!
sry lads but chicken legs are in the genes. jon jones could deadlift 600lbs and his legs were still sticks… these callisthenics might add a bit of definition and a tiny bit of size but… we’re still fucked
Another great video. My rings are on order. By the way, do you offer personalised training in London?
Is it just more me, or does he kinda look like the muscular squidward.
There is something about the front lever that makes it my favourite
i figured out how to do a pistol squat, come down controlled but then squeeze your glutes as you get to the 90 degree point of the leg
I can deal with ads
I can deal with buffer
But when ads buffer
I suffer
Ive been working at home (calithenics) doing researches and making my own routines 1 and half month i gained more than i expected
Anyway I can pay you to train me? I’m 19 and would like to get ripped
I’ll ease into this one step at a time. Tomorrow I’ll go and get a cat.
Why is the athlete walking of the box and not jumping with both feet together? @Fitness Culture
Спасибочки большое за видео я очень много нашел упражнений для себя
REQUEST: Can you please make a stretching video for all the organs, lymph etc with explenation and duration. Most videos on YT describe or only show one position. I really want to see a full body stretching for organs if possible. Keep up the great work!
12:41 he’s like WTF…..
.by the way some quality content bro
How often should one do this workout? Everyday? 2-3 days a week? Can you work on legs (calisthenics) every day you work out, say 5 times a week?
Watched this video saw your abs got depressed, opened fridge, eat chocolate cake and not just a bit the whole fucking lot, I hope your proud of yourself.
Jak si ko bik… Haha funny we have exactly the same saying in Bulgaria: jak si kato bik.
Languages are funny! & of course great job for the video, Dominik, I enjoyed watching it and I’ll practice some of it today already. Keep it up!
Best core lesson every. Step by step. I saw many really good, but that’s the best. Only have enough mind power to follow. Thanks. Every kid should see it.
4:16…that’s what those bloody things were for in school, we always just used to climb up them
computer generated graphics look so real these days… imagine if someone could do this for real.
Im about five years late but this guy made a very helpful video and he is just a BEAST or a GOD at this point.
You are a ring master. Just got some rings and I can’t even hold myself up lol
Superman..
& Super Cat.. also has fun and trains with him!!!
This geezer is a beast. True strength, true dedication and awesome technique. By far the most impressive video on the subject I’ve seen. Respect mate.
Can u show your gym and equipment in a video? Fantastic training man!
Ahh this was painful, my legs feel like jelly but felt good to complete it, 2 rounds as well! Yay me! Thank you guys!:)
goddamn i wish I had a bar + dip station like that in my backyard
Absolutely amazing conditioning. Incredible discipline aswell…. Love the little kitty helping you too
Cat is the secret to mastering Calisthenics, this really is an indesputable and non-debatable, non-negotiable fact.
You want to be the best you can be, then Cat.
When you say to do an active deep squat, does that mean to slightly press upwards from your feet?
Rather than just squatting low and basically sitting there.
Working out in a beautiful garden is far far better than any sweaty expensive gym. Feeds the soul while working the body. Great video. Way above my standard but something to aim for.
cant we have six pack just with 2-3 simple move why tooo many variations
Hi please correct me if i am wrong i love the idea of calisthenics as your mostly only using your own body weight i.e your not going to get too bulky or slow in comparison too just lifting heavy weights. The same goes for cross fit i really like the idea of it but i cant help but notice there are lots of unnatural movements involved and over time this would have a negative effect on the body am i correct in assuming this thanks in advance for your reply.
This is another awesome video. Just when I think I might be able to do some of these exercises, you step it up ten more times and then I am in just awe. You are a beast.
Please master, How do I start? What exercise should I start to do first?
Everything is perfect. The music, videos, workout. But throw the cat out. There are so many snowflakes commenting on the cat which is distracting them.
Whole body variations is one of the more impressive thing I’ve ever seen!
The advance exercises are my motivation!
It’s amazing of what human body is capable of!!!
Wow
I am 36 can I still do this?
Regards
I find it very hard to straighten my legs in L-Sits. Help! Low L-Sit no problem. But i cant do it straight in regular L’s.
So I went and bought rings got rings for tutorial
Day one lol
Day 2: cheap gymnastics rings anybody?
START: Wanted to learn how to train my abs
END: I want a kitten
Meg great tips and suggestions.
Showing excercises about scaptular stabilization and shoulder strengthening is a very importand aspect for someone with not a lot of experience to start with the best foundation and safety and to move on the ladder of success.
2 friendly tips from a greek warrior:
1 When you do chin ups or pull ups in general like in 4:15 do not lock your feet back cause that is not a healthy position for your hip bone, if you can bring them forward and leave them straight in front of you or even better straighten them one beside the other and elevating them a bit keeping your core tight.
Thats a very healthy and a good bonus for your overall quality of the movement cause making your core stronger throught the movement be it isometric holds negatives or anything else gives you an edge in stabillity in power and proper range of motion of the movement.
2 When you do the dips like in 2:40 you can turn your palms a few degrees outwards so you can get a more friendly position for your shouler joint and help redirect tension a bit from the point of tension on the front delts by rotating and opening the joint cause lots of tension is applyed on them during the whole movement and in the long run through repetition and fatigue you will have some impingement and pain.
PS: i am 187 pounds bodyweight and i also use added weight to perform pull ups chin ups etc etc and i talk from personal exceperience and knowledge cause with more weight and difficult excersices its easier even for an exceperienced to get injured
To be honest i really liked your video cause its what exactly i did and started to develop since some years i started working out again and now i am a happy and healthy athlete giving my all to my workout routine, and i liked the fact that you were straightforward and pretty self explanatory in the video not wasting time like lots of others do.
Stay strong and healthy you earned a sub and my respect actually you are the first woman fitness channel i sub cause of my statement above really.
This is very inspiring. I will buy the Recoilrings from Rogue most definitely. I will start with these reps and all like you demonstrated. Peace and love from East Harlem NYC…
This guy is a fucking lecturer.
Respect to the demonstration methodology, eloquence and rich content.
From my experience when you get your body fat percentage down your body weight is extremely light so pull ups, L sits, and etc are extremely easy.
thank you thank you i just got my rings, can’t wait to try this out
Thanks a lot for your workout. In these moments of lock down it’s cool to train with people all around the world. Greetings from Bretagne (France)…
Did I just find a vid with no talking, only specific training and good execution in the movement? Danm right.
Im 41 and been working with these for a few months as an addition to my gym routine. Finally mastered the L this past week. Thanks for the extra exercises to work on.
nice power and I actually laughed.
You may want to train straight arms on your planche before you attempt any of the iron cross progessions. Dont blow your elbows:(
great video:) the line between intermediate and advanced seems thin:D
Yo fucking respect bro. Since when you are training on rings?
Very very nice video! Thank you Bro! Different levels are very important!
Dude some of them exercises aren’t beginner. You wanna put people off for life
1. Skin the cat…..beginner?
2. Pull ups……mate If you’re a beginner you probably couldn’t do a pull up on a bar let alone the instability of rings……6-8 reps? 3 sets? You’re asking a beginner to aim for minimum 18 reps?
Not knocking ye mate and fair play for putting the vid up but you need to offer easier alternatives for beginners as this vid falls well short of many others in that respect. Before anyone asks yes I can do rings and have been for 10 years. Why dont I make a video you may ask…..simply couldn’t be arsed.
I just enjoy doing the monkey every time I see one of those things or monkey bars on a playground… It’s only a little creepy cause I’m 35, but I have a little facial hair, so I look like a Dad… No one usually thinks twice.
Thanks for what is a really useful, watchable and succinct video. I’ve just started using rings so definitely a ‘beginner’ but that front lever into back lever looks impressively gruesome!
This was a great display of exercises. I laughed out loud for the one labeled “rest.”
just added some knew stuff to the ring quarantine workout, just found a fixture high enough to hang them on
Mate I’ve just started with rings so looking for exercises so this is great. BUT WHAT IS THAT OPENING TRACK!! OH MAN…….
So, if I were to do all the intermediate workouts from this video, would this a fully body workout? And would it make sense to do that twice a week and skills like back lever twice a week?
Been training with rings for a while and looking to up my game a bit. Loving your content btw.
Twisting the dips like that will absolutely destroy beginners tendons. Not recommended
LEG WORKOUT
*Tanpa jeda istirahat.
*Mulai dari kaki yg lebih lemah, lanjutkan dengan kaki yg lebih kuat.
1.[ 01:33] Pistol Squat atau [ 02:40] Slow Step Up
2.[ 03:15] Archer Squat
3.[ 04:03] One Leg Glute Ham Raise
4.[ 04:31] Jumping Lunges atau Normal Lunges
5.[ 05:05] Deep Squat
6.[ 06:18] Single Leg Calf Raises
Amazing stuff. Very impressive how you’ve mastered so many different exercises. Just for perspective, how many years of training with what type of volume have you done to reach this level? Thanks for the informative videos
Awesome videooo! A lot of exercises in a short period of time! You aced man!!
Some advanced are too tough like front levers and hand stands. Some like superman’s, monkey, iron cross are simple.
My 9 year old son does those exercises on the monkey bars at school with his friends.
My right leg is a CM longer than my left leg. I get massive back pain doing anything squat related. Any ideas?
I started doing your workouts at 434 lbs. You two have been a great benefit to my weight loss journey. I’m down over 100 lbs and finally can do some of your other beginner workouts!!! I just finished this one and it was great!!! So appreciate your channel!!!
Great exercises. Short, sweet and to-thepoint video. Nice music.
I don’t want to sound like a hater or a smarta**, but I thought that pistol squats are about putting a straight leg next to the lifting leg while the straight leg doesn’t move until you’re done with the set
I’ve done nothing but the rest for 2 years and seen no real gains!!!
Thank you very much for this amazing video! I’ve just started doing rings, and this one video gives me more inspiration than a dozen or so videos I’ve watched so far. All very nice, and cool and s..t. But this one is packed with great ideas what to go for, next to last me at least for a year. Once again: THX!
Are rings easy or hard on joints? Like, are they bad for joints compared to dumbells or barbells?
Hi, my channel has a clip with a workout on the rings. Please look and rate.
Girl in the background @ 1:59 was definitely adding snapshots to her spank bank.
This video was love man. Keep working on your skills, you’re a beast. I’m going to right now. The music was cool too.
Do I do my superset with 1 leg everytime or do two sets of each exercise targeting both legs?
Good vid! Im gonna do all those things now in the park! smash it on the first try………or perhaps break my neck trying.
Finally got my rings yesterday, first thing I did, went to the park. I struggled to do the support hold, but could already handstand with my feet against the bar!!
If I ever have a chance to get to initiate a project for a calisthenics park it’d be amazing. I want to have these kind of places for normal people to try in my area.
How do I create a Workout with Exercises like These so how many Exercises for push, Pull, Abs, and legs? Last, how long should you rest and how long should the workout be? Thanks
I have chicken legs but bad knees so how am I going to do any of these:'(
All of those are great but I ain’t doing no funny looking dip.
This is gold, straight to the point, complete, good technique! I’ve just began with rings…best video so far on youtube and the music!!Perfect:)
I would love it if it had subtitles in English, for Hispanic Americans it would be great, because they are great videos. I love one arm pull ups.
Amazing!!!
Check out my transformation!!!!!!

Great video! Nice fast pace while good Explanations of each exercise, thanks mate!
You’re a machine dude, I feel like people watch this and have zero idea of the control and strength needed for these movements because of the zero sign of effort from your expression
The fact that he can pretend being unstable while doing pistol squad but still nailed it is beyond me
I just had to do less and more often as I would always over do it and be sore for 3-4 days after workout even while getting.5/1 g of protein per bodyweight
Sim, mas ele tem pernas fininhas lol lol lol porqueeeeê?!:)
Love this, have to workout at home because of coronavirus but all gym equipment is sold out and most other leg and glute related exercises ive seen are extremely easy without weight. These exercises look like they will be much more challenging though, thanks!!
My right should has issues when my range of motion goes deeper that 90 degrees for all pushing motions. Any suggestions for how to advance?
Muscle ups, one arm pull ups and one atm lock offs are my favourite
Useful bro. Im a beginner and Im workin on my pull strength. Thats for the advice on pulls.:-)
TOP VIDEOS AND EXPLICATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS A LOT!!!!!!
Fitness guy goes on the ropes 7:40
me in the background kid trying to follow instructions 7:40
I am disliking this because the thumbnail is clearly photoshopped.
Daniel, looking at your video here… I must say you have aged very well!!!
Hola soy ecuatoriano llevo 1 mes y medio entrenando calistenia sólo tengo unas barras nada mas donde hago push Up, fondos y las australian Up yo quisiera tonificar mi cuerpo como hago gracias
Its funny to see Daniel doing perfect, controlled, full range of motion dips at 7:29, and the guy in the background pumping out terrible ones. Everyone trains, not everyone trains correctly, I’m in to buy some training and learn something new at 52 because this guy knows what he is talking about and the proof is in the pudding.
You are my new favorite fitness channel!!! 2+ million subscribers by 2021
Thanks I really apreciate your videos. By the way my favorite excercise is L-SIT pull ups ✌️.
I love how he does’t just talk about muscle growth and looking good, but about progression, becoming stronger and how nice some exercises feel. Real sportman keep it goinf
How can you do these with no/minimal equipment? Any household items replacements? I got a doorway pull-up bar but that’s about it
