What a lovely guy he is!! Sad to know he has passed away!! RIP & a grand salute to the life he has lived!!
This guy is very humble and gentle man and also powerful too thats why he is world champion.
Mental health in Japan is not great though. Talking about mental health is frowned upon. Has stressful work conditions and has high suicide rate.
I came to the comments to read people say things about how cute he is but the first thing I see when I click the comments section is telling me he died. YouTube why the fuck do you work like this
Trust in Jesus he died for your sins, believe the gospel. Repent!!! If you do sin confess your sins, ask him to help you overcome your sins he will. Obey Jesus live by his teachings be lead by the Holy Spirit the Lord is coming soon you must live by his teachings. The love of God is beyond our understanding God bless,,,
Those who want to lose weight should definitely follow me

At 6:11 I learned something. Sweetbreads are not gonads! I always thought that was an euphemism for balls!
Instead of getting fat and muscular to be heavy, couldn’t they just get very muscular? If you are lean and muscular your opponent has little to grab.
So chanko is basically a sort of vegetable soup? It looks like it tbh.
I hate to hear that he passed away. He seemed like a really nice guy
Why would they give them Pepsi cups that’s a bummer if it ends up being a shake rather than a Pepsi.
” Beer is helpful too, but not too much… nervously laugh “
Nothing is getting in the way of the small pleasure in life
Are those statistics consider the difference in populations?
i mean japan is 126.5 mill (2018)
America is 328.2!! (2019)
Today all of a sudden i remembered him and now I’m really shocked about the news of his death he seemed so full of life
They spending all this money on just food. Gotdamn, why tf do athletes complain? They get free meals and millions of dollars? Hell naw I would be happy as hell
Rachel looked so hot in the suit but that scene was so funny at the same time
He had an awesome smile, this video is wholesome. R.I.P to the man himself.
Man it’s funny seeing these big full grown men get thrown out of the ring by byamba
He’s like a baby who is grown up by divine power..
Too cute..
RIP
when people say that Sumo are fat people, Fat people cant even do a horse stance
doesn’t the fact that USA has a population of +300M while Japan is around 100M not affect these stats?
I have tested out a number of fat loss programs already but not one of them offered me the outcomes like I got with this “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) course. Also I am not feeding on much as I used to be, I still do not feel jittery or perhaps feel a crash Ever since utilizing the methods specified in this plan, I shed 15 pounds by now..
The vid looks awesome and you look awesome! Love learning about other cultures diets! Growing up Filipino, I ate vegetables that my American friends never did! Foods like taro, mung beans, bok choy and okra were a staple in my diet! I’m definitely going to try counting the different ingredients I have this week!
Because of raw food and fresh fish and high quality meat. Mix that with low carb. perfect diet.
My families nationality, Vietnamese is under Japan aka vietnam is under japan ;)))))
Lady you have to check this out

The Bengal asking for hot dogs made it sound like it was a drug deal
11% bodyfat at 330 pounds, you gotta be out of your god damn mind
See here’s the thing Japanese people eat more food because Americans they eat food products when I’ve seen the American diet isn’t really conserve nutritional
Eating any rice at all makes me fat. How can they eat so much rice? Carbs blow me up man…
Is it only me that thinks that the chart is now wrong because of donald trump and his wall, hmmmm i wonder who is number 1 now??
So you were actually asking the question, “What is the Japanese diet!?”, opposed to actually answering, as clearly you have no idea what it is, can not be bothered to actually review the book in question before making your video and than really not caring what a Japanese person eats, only that it is varied. All with in the first two minutes of the video. A shame it took me two minutes to realize this video was pointless.
While working for a company hired by gillettte to set up stages and everything to do with the Pat’s for a year. I can say this is true at how delicious the food is. No matter who you are over their your well fed and hydrated. Fun job want to go back soon and do it a couple days a week again. Hard hours but really good pay and food.
It’s kinda cute when the dietitian writes the players’ names on their lunch. Reminds me of a mom. I wonder if ever leaves little messages like have a great game champ and remember to was up before dinner
Your skin is as white as milk from a new baby cow dipped in the gods tears and planted in the heavenly gardens and grown to the perfection known as you⚪️
im not sure if i have nothing to scale the lunches with but they look fine
y r most of them r lonely and depressed? Human being more than just healthy foods, but healthy mind and hearr. Japanese got 1/3 of whats right.
The front of your hair looks like a unicorn horn fabulous ❤️
A diverse diet is definitely wise. The Japanese ashiyu tradition is very healthy too. Our new foot spas are inspired by the Japanese original.
There is a very important thing that i’ve noticed about those meals. There is a significant variety of different food types, each is separate. I guess variety makes a difference.
I know I am late in the game for this, but I will say it anyway. I’m old enough to remember a time when the Japanese sizes drinks were also the sizes for American drinks!
Loved this video. However that stat on Cancer is a bit misleading. Japan has the second highest number of Centenarians in the world. Even higher than the billion plus populations of India and China. Cancer prevalence will be more if the average age of the population is high.
Gluttony is one of the seven deadly sins. It killed him. His fault
So interesting! I have to look into this more and check out the book.
Who else kinda wanted to join the Patriots just for the food after watching this
The dietician is incredibly handsome! I’m sure he knows that!
the SHAKES LOOKED SO GOOD I USE THAT ALMOND MILK AND YOGURT
Rachel’s forehead in the thumbnail is bigger than Jun’s cutting board
Im not trying to be a smart butt, but what does he mean “All our vegetables are organic” Im I missing something here?
Why do Japanese people have the highest rate of intestinal parasite infestations? Because they eat raw food!
I wasn’t looking the video, only listening when she said she studied in Jail!
Hi, Jenny. Im from Tokyo Japan but Ive never heard of this. interesting
Oh. My. God. Jennyyyyyyyyyyy I absolutely love your fresh look today. Girl. You are so fly!
Wait stop hold on. WTF. Why you got such big ass cups in the US??? I’m from Germany and you mostly get 0,4L or 0,5L but 0,9L in the US?! Holy shit!
where i am restaurants put out a pitcher of water first for people to refill their water, i thought that was normal
it is incredible how everything is connected, for exemple eating healthy will not just affect your weight like a lot of people think, it will affect your ENTIRE being.
I am Japanese, but never been told by my parents that I had to eat 33 ingredients per day. However, I’ve heard that governent recommend us to eat 33 ingredients per day, callerd 33hinmoku
you cant just blame the stores and big companies though. everyone can eat healthy anywhere if they actually wanted to. is it easier in some places? yeah sure. id like to eat more fish than i currently am eating but prices steer me in a different direction. it is a twosided blade when it comes to this whole discussion but first and foremost you need to look at yourself and what you can do to change your diet.
Short answer: because healthy dishes are so delicious in Japan
I stay in Japan for a couple of months and not going to tell you their lifestyle helps you lose weight
I’m not from Japan (although I do sort of consider myself to be since I spent my childhood there) but I lived there from age 3-12 and I ate a lot more variety then than I do now I think. The grocery stores carry such a larger variety of ingredients, especially fresh ones, than most do here in the U.S. and where I lived (Okinawa) it was very inexpensive to eat out so we did so regularly. I’m sure it has changed some since then, since Okinawa has become more touristy, but I still want to go back someday and I’d like to visit mainland Japan as well because I don’t remember the few times I went as it was when I was very young.
I love the tree waving in the background. The first minute I didn’t hear anything you said because I was watching the thing.:3
I had 24 different things today, gosh gotta try add more in!!
Oh wow I loved this – I really had no idea about this traditon!:)
xx, Carmen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2yAYrg4OeOo&t=1s
Uhhh so sumo wrestlers are essentially eating like everyday Americans.
Ok ok ok… But Americans have a lot of super lucky people that eat a lot(including me) and don’t gain weight. We gained a higher metabolism… Slowly. But a lot of us are not fat and not thin. Also many people are not overweight. Their body type is huge tho. That’s why people like lumberjacks look so far, but don’t have any health problems
You forgot to include that the Japanese society glorifies extreme thinner. It is common in Japan to being bullied in highschool if you’re a size more that the common one. Just watch certains animes, where the stereotypical fat girl is being bullied. Actually this mindset of thinner is common is Asia. Of course, Korea win the title.
I just want to say that it doesn’t mean that the society is overly healthy that the mindset is also it. I have some manga. In the description of female characters, the average weight is 45kg/160. Bmi: 17.6. It’s called being underweight.
I am pretty sure that those green tees bought on the machines, in bottles, are full of sugar as cola is. And i am not drinking cola or juices.
Its interesting because there are many places that sell “street food” in Japan and they use a lot of frying in oil, which is not considered so healthy either.
I’d love to incorporate this in my New Year’s resolution/lifestyle change this 2018 #healthyeating
I thought these videos were j retesting at first, but now it’s just blatant anti-American bias
Have to wonder how much influence TB12 had on the dietary program, what with his avocado ice cream, etc.
I’m japanese. My parents never taught me this, but they I think we implemented it. I ate a lot of different food everyday. I think having these varieties really make you feel like you are eating a lot, without over eating. The “hara hachi bu “ concept of only eating to 80% full is much easier with different food varieties
Not gonna lie, a lot of the Japanese food on here was quite off-putting. Where’s the red meat?
The specs are, spectacular!
(Sorry if anyone else got there before me lol)
This why they all live longer all the elderly people over there be 110 looking 70
I wonder if they waxed their underarms it would hurt a lot or not hurt at all…
They eat with chop sticks. Try getting fat when you can barely fit food on your utensils
What a unique video! Love your new look too!
Do you have any other videos discussing unique reads or books you’ve discovered or became inspired by?
Hi Jenny!
id like to know how do you store your food when you cook a big quantity for the whole week? Ive tried it but the veggies after a few days arent in the best conditions and flavour haha. (Sorry for bad english, not my native language. )
I hope you can help me!
PD: loved your look ♥
i am from japan AND yes, i was told to eat 30 ingredients a day! not from my parents, but people say that as one of the way to eat healthy. i have never heard of 100 a week, though.
In India which let me remind you comes under Asia. We have processed and junk food more expensive than healthy food. That’s why we consume healthy food more at our homes than junk food.
Love, love, LOVE today’s look! Especially the wacky hair it really suits you:-) The glasses are also wonderful.
Guys I know this has nothing todo do with the channel but there was an earthquake in México City yesterday and theres a lot of help needed if you could spreed the word would help a lot
Wait a minute
Japanese cups aren‘t small, the Americans are just ridiculously huge. In Germany we even have slightly smaller cups than Japan does (McDonalds and Bk) and in France and the UK it‘s the same
in america the FDA is paid for by lobbyists. imagine if we could see the entire ingredients list on boxed foods
He eats healthier than most obese westerners, and he is also fat, but I think he chose to be fat for sumo wrestling.
hi jenny, can you do a video on a week meal prep, meal schedule and fridge tour in detail?
I noticed in the USAthat products that the U.K. share in supermarkets.
That the USA versions label 0 calories.
When the U.K. packaging shows 6+ calories.
maybe different countries count calories differently?
Damn if hate to a sumo wrestler to be so gidamn fat and mobile restriction
The reason the cup sizes might be so small at regular restaurants is because it’s only technically healthy to drink around 2 oz of liquids during meal time (aka 15 minutes before you eat to the time you finish your meal.) The liquids actually dilute your stomach acid and make it harder for your body to digest your food. I learned this in my college Nutrition class and honestly helps me feel healthier.
Damn i want to live in japan not because I’m a weeb but because i want to be healthier
In Japan, if you are overweight, your company will need to pay extra healthcare to cover your health risk. From another youtube video, it is around 30K or something. So no matter if you want to keep your job as an employee, because your boss might want to hire another employee who doesn’t involve him paying this extra fee, or self-employed and you have to pay this for yourself. Staying lean is the better outcome.
Tablets that helps in burning fats

I’m sorry to tell you this but Vietnam is lower japanese by 20% we win Vietnam wins
Shit’s even more processed now, and everyone is far more aware of how everything is processed in the first place… Two reasons why that old school diet would be “rough” on today’s athletes.
I grew up in Japan and the last time I was there was 2005 so this isn’t current. What I noticed is the diet in the city is very different than in the country. When I ate at my grandmother’s house in the country it was very varied and whole foods were prevalent. I lived in Hiroshima tho and food was often processed and lacked diversity. Sounds like a great book tho and a great way to eat. Love your channel btw.
11:19 people of Genghis khan, he just striked fears into your body without you even knowing it
I have always asked for the smallest drink size available. I only have a few sips and take my cup to go. Eating out regularly is relatively new to America. As a child, we only ate out on vacation and even then, tried to eat regular meals at the grandparents home we were visiting. I remember eating out once as a child when we were not on vacation…of course we were not a rich family but we always ate healthy. We are a lot of vegetables because we grew a huge garden.
0:37 Is that Rachel in the crowd? Bottom half of the screen, slightly to the right
LMAOOOO LOOK AT JUN’S FACE 4:25
I just got a Do Not Exercise ad before the video even started –
I’m gonna have to try this! And maybe make a response video ♥️
Sometimes I wonder why Japan decided to get fat people, stick em in a ring and tell them to push eachother until one falls out.
Hi from Japan!
Thank you for your great videos always!
About the topic you talked in this video, I’ve never heard of that but i was told to eat different kinds of vegetables or any kinds of food as much as I can:)
Pls come visit Japan!
5:03
Why tf is Bulgaria under Japan?! We eat so much more, this list is inaccurate..or…. Is it just me..?
They use msg bigtime. Thats why their forehead can land airplanes but they are healthy.
I love how Jun calls Rachel “my wife” even though they share the channel lol
If your in Japan and you want to get the extra large, go to Americans fast food chains and order the large. 😉
3682 calories per day in the US? As an average over the entire population and all seasons? I’ve tried counting calories on a few select days. (It’s SO much work!) In summer (the season of minimum appetite), my daily intake is typically in the 1700s. I once tried tracking calories on a bitterly cold January day (and I live in St. Paul, MN) and counted 3438. In other words, I was eating for two due to the polar vortex.
I can’t believe that I was still short of the national average. Winter is the season when I’m always hungry and have an appetite as enormous as one of those Brougham land yachts that people used to drive. The January polar vortex gives me an appetite as enormous as a 1975 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham.
To be fair, I didn’t eat any junk food on that day when I ate 3438 calories. I’m sure that I’ve probably exceeded 3682 calories in a day on some Thanksgiving days or on those winter days when I ate a Gino’s East pizza. I won’t be anywhere near that national average anytime soon, because I’m avoiding all junk food until this pandemic is over. (I believe that eating junk food weakens the immune system and promotes inflammation.) And even after this pandemic is over, I’ll be eating less junk food than I did pre-pandemic.
I’m from Luxembourg and seeing that we are top5 for kaliric intake is crazy
Ohh I remember this summon guy he was in ONE DIRECTIONS STEAL MY GIRL music video
The reason why the amount of calories per portion is different is how the country in question regulates counting calories. Counting calories is by no means an exact science, and if the regulation is lax, companies are using it to their benefit to mislead customers in thinking something is healthier than it actually is.
Please release the jewelry again i just saw this and I NEED IT
This video is super interesting and you’re so cute with this hairstyle!
Well luckily for me I think my family eats out a few times a year.
I wouldn’t be surprised if byamba is a descendant of Genghis Khan.
Who is here after seeing the kitchen staff from the Washington team from NFL Media?
“Its a little horrifying to think about that being filled with soda.”
Me: * Shamefully looks off to the side *
My comment was not finished… so I was taught very young 2 rules. how to have balanced meals according to the moment in the day: fat, carbs, proteins, rather at breakfast and lunch; fruitsand vegetablesThe nutritional balance is built during the whole week
Omg lol my country rank is at 111 which is 2,540 kilo calories I just checked it
BUSINEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESS!
Vietnam’s average caloric intake is right below Japan’s one which is so cool to me ;> (I’m a Vietnamese so…it’s trueeee, Vietnamese are quite skinny, like me:>> Goddd I want to get on some weight so much! ;<<<
did you guys get a new lens or camera? lighting / bokeh in here is soooo nice. Really like the touch of color too
love the “off to the side” commentary text you put on the corners of the videos
0:37 Found Rachel
4:08 This was really cute
When I see the magazines then I think hmm does Rachel know Jun is watching theese
3:04 pretty sure that’s an extra large cup, I’ve never gotten a large and it be that huge
Japan eats more food; instead of food-like products
Well said!
I’m Japanese girl (21years old) but I’ve never heard him and this way!!! 30 things seems so hard but it definitely healthy!
Fearsome but cute. Uncanny. Im not clicking off but I’ll steer clear from now on for the sake of my sanity
I can’t think of anything clever or ‘witty’ to add… so I just gave it a simple Like.
Huh, this is so interesting. I’ve read that Japan has one of the highest rates of suicide in the world, yet it also has some of the healthiest people in the world too?
Noo, not this. I mean the Kokkai National Diet of the State of Japan which houses the Bicameral Houses of the Councilors and Representatives, not this.
hi im japanese.what you are saying is 「1日30品目」.i learned that at school. it means eat variety of foods. it doesn’t need to be 30.im a bit surprise that other japanese didn’t know that. i love your voice and your accent ☆
No way José! I drink tons of water. I have to have water while I eat.
Now guess what country started a “Anti Bodyshaming” Campaign to support their eating behaviour
I really love Japanese food but there is only one izakaya in our country and the ingredients for such foods are not as easy to obtain, on the other hand, western foods are way easier to obtain but really unhealthy, and the fact that these foods were heavily influenced and promoted from the west, there is the increase of processed food and fast-food restaurants in my country
The shakes was the best part carbs, protein, antioxidants, and fluids
Hi Jenny! Lots of love from India!
Whether the idea is back dated or not i loved the idea of having different foods for each meals!! It will lest help in trying different types of food and get good benefit from it! On a second thought trying different things will break the monotony and will encourage us to make different new combination of food to try!!! I m going to follow it.. let see how it works!!
So many extraordinary sumo from Mongolia. Like Asashoryu and Hakuho
I love everything about this video. The look you have going on, the content, the food, the concept coming from that book…I like the idea of you recreating food styles or habits from different cultures or from long ago.
If the world all ate like Japan there would be so much more healthy people. Lovely place to live, it’s so hard to find a healthy meal outside in the UK, compared to Japan. In Japan it’s the norm, in the UK you have to look around just to find a keto meal
What about vegetarianism in Japan? Is it heard of there? I know Tofu would be an option but would they see you as rude if you told them you don’t eat meat?
Eat real foods. If it has more than four ingredients skip it.
There are no essential carbohydrates needed in the human diet!
Opposite of what the rubbish USDA food pyramid states there is absolutely no need for fruits, potatoes, grains or other toxins! These only benefit the bottom lines of Big Ag, Big Pharma and Big Medical insurances!
From my memories of living in Japan as a foreign national, school meals were absolutely amazing. Not only were the meals varied and balanced, your classmates actually served the food for you! I loved the style of dining of putting a variety of food in the middle of the table and everyone just taking what they fancied.
Here’s a little trigger….
Japan ranking in he top 50 for cancer is thanks to the bombing from the war. Radiation is forever!
Although it is healthy in terms of diet and physical health, they have major problems with mental health eg stress, over work etc
I think one of the reasons that Japan is on the cancer list is because of the USA because of the atomic bombs
Hey Jenny:) I would love to support your content, do you accept Support from Patreon?
They aren’t healthy. Obesity and cancer rates has no connection to micronutrient amount. I’d like to see their chromium levels, or boron levels.
Dude you’re making me hungry that looks so delicious. And when you told me what it was, it didn’t anymore still looks interesting though, would love to try some of that!
Jenny.. could you PLEASE give us some skin/health care tips. Love you, you’re so sweet.
He seems so friendly and happy! These are the type of people you should keep close to you.
What the god damn motherfucking fuck-fest is a motherfucking OZ in real values? 38 OZ?? Fucking what?? Is that the inside of a lukewarm egg? the size of a used glove? An unrolled condom? A packing crate? or any of the other insane non-metrics USAns use.
Organ meat is repulsive and I remember being encouraged to get rid chicken skin
Coca Cola is a great drink for short burst type athletes, though maybe not for something as long as a football game.
If you went to Taco Bell when the Doritos taco came out you would get a stuffed taco but if you go today you get a small little taco filled with lettuce.
I lived in Japan for two years. The restaurants were excellent and I frequently purchased fresh fish and seafood from our local open air market nearly every day on Sagami Bay in Akia. Even vender food was fresh and superior. I loved fresh stir fried squid and really miss abalone and snails that I used to eat frequently. The Kobi steak was the best I ever have had. Everyone drank fermented coconut milk drink that was 3% alcohol. I rarely ever consumed processed foods there. Once living back in the USA after several decades I gained weight ended up with pre diabetes, and ended up with quadruple by pass surgery. Soon after I started the Keto life style, lost 70 pounds, stopped eating sugar and processed food and have never felt better. No more processed food or sugar for me.
Forget the bald eagle, America’s national symbol should be a big bowl of mac and cheese!
Why are people so healthy in Japan? They eat like normal human beings.
Love this look on you so much! Also great informative video!
the reason us southeast asians are skinny are since we eat cats
Why are all the “men” who work at Vice such weak pathetic beta male bitches?
Secret they’re not actually THAT healthy. I as an Australian male, for example, have a longer life expectancy than a Japanese male. Many countries have life expectencies very close to Japan, I’m talking months rather than years, and some, such as Switzerland and Australia, have radically different diets and lifestyles.
I think it’s just that the USA has become SO ridiculously unhealthy that anything else seems amazing!
Haven’t watched the video and idk if they addressed this but its not just from being fat. High caloric intake correlates with lower lifespan. Sometimes it snot even about nutrition. Its been shown that people who eat less(obviously not starving) have longer lifespans.
This is the most fun vid i watch today so far he’s such a kind hearted guy.
Eating many ingredients in one meal makes digestion more difficult. One should eat many different things during longer period of time like maybe 12 weeks. Daily it’s more healthy to stay on more mono meal regime as most of the animals do in nature
India is not even in the list. Are Indians the healthiest? Could be all the spices we use which contains antioxidants and act as immune boosters.
Just when you think Jenny’s style and fashion can’t get any cooler…she hits you with a new look like Bam!!
I love your new glasses!! Very simple and they do not interfere with your eye makeup. You’re always so pretty ❤️
Definitely going to try this experiment. I have been wanting to simplify my diet and this is perfect!
What about the difference between eating with your friends and in front of the TV. Could the subtle psychological differences between sitting at the table with the whole family like the clip at 2:42 vs the increasing trend of not having proper family meals be an important factor?
Japanese are healthy because they are strictly against the materials of USA
They don’t anythingade from USA
Burgers in Asia are usually bigger than in America for a similar price, my mother noticed when she was in Korea.
things i never thought i’d do!?
go find out in our THE MUSTARDS video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jEJblj0pyQ&t=323s

That graph at 2:13 made my heart hurt for all of those other countries who spend an enormous amount of their % income on food.
Damn, when I visited Japan, I thought the food was ridiculously cheap… and even when I went during the crash of the pound… and it was still cheap! What must it be like in America?!
with the fast food culture making it’s way through Japan, I fear JApan won’t be staying as healthy
i think a huge factor is the freshness of food. Most asian countries think freshness is the most important quality in our ingredients. And fresh food is cheaper and more abundant than processed foos.
Okay someone working on a nutrition based start up I would say soda / Coke is worse than the fast food. Also not all calories are same. Sugars make you more fat.
Stop making it so complicated you dummy.. it all boils down to sugar, sugar, and sugar! Stop consuming added sugar and see what will happen to your body. There is a limit as to how much rice/wheat you can eat… it fills you up quickly… but sugar?.. the more you consume it, the hungrier you get.
i am japanese and i can assure you that people in japan aren’t as healthy as this video makes it seem.
What the hell was Vince Wilfork eating? By the look of his stomach it must have been all of the leftovers.
they have in Japan LESS corbahydrates -> like industrial sugar!
Why cant we just have a revolution and rid of all those multinationals who poison us with sugar and awful food and implement all Japanese companies to trade food on earth, this way we can all have a Japanese diet and less pain in life and live good long lives
Being in the NFL is dope lol never have to cook and all the food you want
Yes, as other have said, we are told that we should eat 30 ingredients per day:) And I m pretty sure that my siblings are going to tell their kids too ♡
Is Malnourishment and being underweigh also registered? I mean as in the percentages of the habitants. This is very interesting
love the specs but not with the hoops circles on circles on circles. Dig your eye makeup and hair buns.
Eating in public is also not polite such as walking or on transitI noticed it was very easy to adjust to eating less because so much time was taken not stuffing my face constantly as we do in America…
The fact that BMI in Japan for women is shrinking is shocking and frightening. Eating disordered behavior is not healthy.
As an Asian, I can confirm that Asian food is more healthy than American food
healthy!= slim… probably people don’t consider going to mcdonalds and eat processed food as a way of life
So he went to school and got a degree* multiple for many subjects and walks into a kitchen to tell people what to make…good job head chef
I can’t stop crying while rewatching this guys oh my God he’s just such a nice person I-
Love your videos! Thank you. I’m such a minimalist now with my food, my hubby is not & tries to combines 100’s of foods in one dish. Talk about sensory overload. But I cannot complain, as he will never cook again 😉
These are the guys who inspired the THONGs that we see at the beaches. Just let that sink in for a second
My family would go out like once a month. Now its every other day because of quarantine. We go to yumm and it’s really good and pretty healthy
Obesity is not the only standard for being unhealthy, Japanese might be a lot skinnier compare to American, but the general population sodium intake is extremely high due to consumption of very high sodium food ingredients such as miso, soy sauce etc. Japan has some of the highest stroke mortality in Asia. Japanese also don’t have a rich and diverse amount of vegetable and fruit consumption due to ridiculously priced agricultural products, which is related to Farmers’ Unions total control.
Once a week I’m American and my family only eats out one per 6 months
Nutrition is not a part of it they came from highschool running faster and stronger then past NFL players
This just goes to show that your diet is affected by your height, your average japanese man is 5’7 but with his high food intake he is 6’1. Once you exercise and eat more food than normal your body is able to increase heights that are thought to be ”genetic”
it make me so sad, not so long ago my parents had a much much better diet, organ meat, simple products, fruit, veggies… but unfortunately in the society we’re living in today is heading towards the opposite. some kind of “we want something, we have it.” philosophy, but we shouldn’t just eat what we want.
I want to move to Japan when I’m older. Just started on learning Japanese, I feel like I’m getting a bit better at remembering certain words
That comparison between drinks isn’t fair because the Americans ones would be 75% ice in real life.
I wish the food in America was more like the food in Japan. I have never had fast food just because it is so unhealthy compared to what I eat on a day to day basis and the servings are so large. The soda part was frightening
This guy was passed up by other organizations. The Patriots bring in overlooked talent even the nutritionist lol.
It doesn’t matter if Japanese people are skinny because they well………HAVE THE POWER OF GOD AND ANIME
bottom line in japan they eat less..EAT LESS FOOD even though it is nutritious..
80s be like:
Chef: Okay sir, we know its an hour before the game, so here’s your 4 double pound cheese burgers and 3 litres of Pepsi.
Player: Uh, i’m supposed to get a toy with this?
Chef: Oh my bad
hands over cigarette
I read about “Japanese diet”, but I thought it about “100 products per day” not “100 meals per day”. 100 meals per day is crazy.
Best ran organization in the nfl this is just another example!
Looking at this guy makes me sleepy. That’s his dream job but his face expression say otherwise
Could you imagine how dominant players like Jim Brown would’ve been with this sort of eating
Bye NFL. If you’re American, and care for our country you cannot watch a second of this useless garbage.
Lmao I’m surprised the Redskins are eating better then Patriots
All that and paid millions.. no wonder they think they are entitled to everything
basically European food, lasts less long, more nutrition and less preservent and other chemicals
I think the healthiest people live in the Blue Zones. Say for instance Ikaria, Greece; Okinawa, Japan; Ogliastra Region, Sardinia; Loma Linda, Calif.; and Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica.
OoopppProf Alessio I thought he was Arturo of Money Heist…
Does he give them the dangerous painkillers and steroids or is that someone else’s job?
This message about healthy food was brought to you by…………Pepsi………
America just eats more garbage and tend to drink their calories.
God dammit, thanks alot china for eating bats and killing this man, thanks alot.
chup chup man
Look at the national flag. It’s self-explanatory.
He is a Korean He’s pretending to be Japanese.
SO fascinating and you explain so well. I feel so calm watching your video. And I love love love this look Jenny! You look so damn cute!
Imagine actually eating food instead of food flavored sugar.
The makeup color looks great with your eyes and skin! And I love the glasses!!
Can someone tell me the recipe of the shake he made at 6:20?
How to count the things we eat?
If i make omelette, wud it be counted as one or all ingredients wud be counted separately?
No offense, Your team is the most hated team in north america after the Yankees.
This is an absolute environmental mess. They are using disposable shake cups every day, saran wrapping every meal, and consuming by far more meat than is needed. They also aren’t buying lots of things in bulk like the small tubs of yogurt. When they are producing this much foo they need to think about their responsibility for their affect on the world.
Im in need of some really expensive, high end headphones I can blow this stimulus check on. Any recommendations?
Hi jenny!
I like japanese food but I won’t count how many ingrédients I eat in a day or worse in a week.
In France there are 2 main traditions in cooking just like accent: oil in the south (my beloved mum’s culture) and butter/cream in the north (my Norman dad’s culture ) He can it any cheese with bread and butter, and he remains fit. At school and at home I was taught
not only they got paid in millions of dollars, they are eating these food for free which would cost a fortune to me of each meal.
I’m asian and the “smaller portion size” meals make me super full lol. Those were whole meal sets right there and there are a la carte to order too so I typically order a la carte. How much do Americans eat!?
Tell me this guy gets the same kind of SB rings as the players, not the crap kind the bench and lower players get
I bet Bill Belicheck brings in his own brown paper bag lunch
