Saludos especiales para una reina que no tengo palabras para describir su beyesa mmmmmmmmm mamasita
I am a gluten intolerant for 9 months already and I know all of that you say. I decided to open my channel with my journey. I have lost 49 pounds. I feel awesome now.
I have celiac disease and have had it for almost 5 years. I cannot do corn…it is a grain and it is high in prolamines…the higher the prolamines, the greater the chance for a reaction. Rice is low in Prolamines, so I don’t have a problem with rice. Also, with celiac disease, gluten can be in your hair color, shampoo, body wash, make up, tooth paste and vitamins…so please check your labels or go to gluten free websites and see which ones are safe to use.
Thanks, your video is really helpful.
What do you use when baking? I read that yeast should be avoided cause of cross-reaction.
I have to have corn starch to cook chicken soup and gravies… Corn starch is gluten free right? And soy sauce, I am picky about soy sauce. I don’t like natural brewed soy sauce, like Kikoman. I like soy sauces like chun king and LaChoy.
Today is my first day going gluten free. Since i figured gluten is the reason for my weight gain
I love that you are sharing this. It can SO feel overwhelming at first! But it gets SO much better! Thanks for being honest and the giving some great tips. <3
Im confused, this started all of a sudden. I had bad stomach pains and been in the bathrooms alot, after just eating a hot pocket. and i was never tested or effected over this today. i dont know if it can appear out of nowhere. because im 16. idk
I have keratosis Polaris and I get really bad allergies. I’m also always bloated. This is going to be hard to cut out gluten
I had no idea about the soy sauce!! Im currently pregnant and was having really sore knees and a LOT of uncomfortable bloating and fatigue. I cut out gluten and felt great after about a week. I ate some sushi(cooked) with soy sauce and had a stomach ache right after.
Dr. Axe, why do you not recommend eating gluten free bread? store bought and or homemade. And what if you make it yourself? Is it simply because it is processed or for other reasons?
I highly recommend to read Medical medium Anthony Williams book Cleanse to heal. It is amazing book goes in a details and you will receive answers! I have healed my joints within 2 months since I changed my eating. No eggs, dairy and gluten!
Just found out yesterday that I’m allergic to dairy I’m 24!!!
I suffer from the same thing. It’s gonna be hard because I love cheese
And everything with dextrin and maltodextrin ingredients, unless it say maltodextrin made of corn… it’s alright
i found out a couple months ago i was allergic to gluten thank you for this
This past summer I developed on intolerance for gluten and dairy. It’s taken me roughly over 3 months to figure out what was wrong with me. I was in bed almost every day. It really sucked. Thank you for these videos.
Did you lose any weight once going gluten free? Also how long did it take for you to get relief from symptoms?
Dr. Axe, why amassi? It is fermented from cows’ milk which I thought you didn’t approve. TY. Love, Love, Love your videos.
When going dairy free and gluten free be sure to have a lot of veg and fruits and seeds, nuts, healthy carbs, avocado, sweet potatoes… Etc.
i have some gallstone and at times i feel pain. i researched it and it is sugested that people with gallstone have a harder time digesting gluten. so it is recomended to cut back. i try to eat mostly wholegrain vegan diet. i removed most grain from the diet except quinoa or millet. now and again i eat rice or oats. once in a while i may be naughty to eat it. but when i eat it to many times i do feel it and pay the price.
Some say rice is not ok for gluten free…I sure hope u are right and not them!!!
Great info as ever…thnx!!!
I’m just now starting to cut out dairy and gluten as per suggestion from my mom… This is my first day starting, so, I’ve been looking for recipes and found this video.
My mom suggested I try this, though, because apparently it helps with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) as well as just digestive issues I’ve been dealing with for over a year now…
Did you seriously just say you teach preschoolers this stuff? Every kid you teach? Do the parents know you are indoctrinating them?
Thus is what I’m trying to I realise I feel heavy, bloated, gassy and I feel my skin breaks out. So I’m trying to do a dairy and gluten free diet. I gradually stopped having. Dairy as much. Almonds are full of vitamin d.
Okay so im gonna go diary free tomorrow. I lovee cheese and eggs and diary but im going to stop because i cant take the bloat anymore and the digestion. I cant deal with the fact that i go to the bathroom once every 4 days. I will eat a tiny meal and my stomach will be, like she said 6-7 months pregnant. Im going to do it!!
I went gluten-free and dairy free for 2 months now but im still bloated, idk why?!
This may seem crazy. But I was actually happy when My DNA test showed that I have a risk for Celiac disease. Finally my wife has to listen to me on the diet. I like meat, veggies, root veggies, and fruits. I only eat the other stuff because it’s what is made for me. Every time I say something I am told ai am just being picky.
I just found out I am gluten and dairy intolerant at 35 years old. Pizza is my life. I was crushed when I heard the news. This was the first video I came across and I cannot tell you how helpful and optimistic you just made me feel… Thank you. I subscribed to your videos. You’re awesome.
Finally! Someone with the same food needs as me! Thank you so much.
U all dont worry i am fully confident that Mayo clinic and may b some pharmasotical will diagnose celiac cure vaccine or pills.cheer up….
Yay! I’m glad I found this video because I recently found out I’m allergic to dairy, wheat, and glutton..
GF/DF pescatarian here… I saw that you’re a fan of the Trader Joe’s GF Everything Bagels. they’re dope! these have egg in the ingredients list. I know some folks that are egg-intolerant can consume it in doses like that. Is that how you can tolerate it?
I was tested for Gluten Allergy shows nothing, yet the 2 trait genes for it is shown in the DNA on both parents sides, when I don’t don’t eat anything gluten or wheat I’m fine, or a tiny intake in a great while. The traits dna puts me at high risk for Celiac, but your told you have no signs in blood work to show the allergy, but when you try and eat anything wheat or gluten, stomach aches nausea, irritated skin, breathing issue symptoms showing you clearly have some fourm of allergy similar to Celiac as its Wheat or Gluten causing the issue clearly. And yet the blood work compare to dna one matches and proves the other barely enough percent to prove you have it. The Henry Ford Allergist and Doctors dismiss that there is a problem say its all in your head, yet people have scene the physical symptoms and reaction after eating something none Gluten-free and outside of the big named health system that is failing you for answers, a DNA labs check and everyone else knows its true, but they doctor refuses to update the symptoms and put it in your recordNever saw one on CPSTD not related to War, but from Childhood on any Doctor Show series now why is that? Or better yet someone tested for Gluten Allergy shows nothing, yet the 2 trait genes for it is shown in the DNA on both parents sides, whem you don’t eat anything gluten or wheat your fine, or a tiny intake in a great while. The traits dna puts them at high risk for Celiac, but your told you have no signs in blood work to show the allergy, but when you try and eat anything wheat or gluten, stomach aches nausea, irritated skin, breathing issue symptoms showing you clearly have some fourm of allergy similar to Celiac as its Wheat or Gluten causing the issue clearly. I wasn’t born yesterday I know I have the allergy, but to be not taken seriously, the continues issue affectimg my life which my allergist and doctor continue to down play is ridiculous.
I eat what I want and still have maintained the same waight for the last 4 years. I’m lactose intolerant and it’s because of ‘diets’ like this I have to pay an arm and leg to eat. Exercise and don’t be a lazy bugger and you won’t get fat…simple.
I can’t get over how wise she is, her wisdom for everything bewilders me
Your story is EXACTLY me!! The struggle is real at first but trust me it gets easier❤
Can a person suffering from celiac disease eat gluten free oats? And how the oats are made gluten free…n we can trust them or not?
Is this doctor on meth? He is bug eyed as hell. And did he just say there is no test except removing gluten?
I’m gluten free due to celiacs! It changed my life though <3
Laughing at the title after being gluten free for 9 years
I’m allergic
And 15 years of age
(I’m celiac)
I am dairy intolerant, my body quit making the chemical that digests milk protein, isn’t goat cheese dairy? Thanks for this video.
As someone who suffers with this, thank you for doing this. I know it’s uncomfortable and awkward. It really helps a lot.
@Maryana Dvorska have bothered getting tested for coeliac to see if you are actually intolerant to gluten… it might just be that your intolerant to certain foods causing ibs…. also i noticed many of the gluten free breads pasta lasagne have more carbs and fats to compensate for the lack of gluten… have you had any of these processed gluten free products in your diet and have you noticed any weight gains???
“in 2019, this list helped me decide for the best almond flour scafe.shop/tbaff2019?YX hope it helps you out too!”

BRUH… The black hair is IDEAL…. Suits you SO WELL….
hey I’ve tried to cure my acne for over 5 years now. I’ve tried everything but decided to cure it with food.I also noticed whenever I eat wheat (most Kenyan foods are from wheat) I literally fall asleep like my brain is tired. so am avoiding wheat as much as possible the problem is in Kenya such gluten free products are almost impossible to find. the ones I find are super expensive just cause they are imported. but thank for the tips n I love your videos
I had that same thing! They didn’t help but I’m officially starting my dairy free diet
u eat fake food. packaged=fake and full of chemicals. Make a new video with real food. Isn’t oatmeal a gluten food? Soy causes breast tumors in rats…just sayin avoid it.
I feel like I have less energy, but It’s probably because i’m eating so much less.
Thank you for sharing! Very helpful because many people are dealing with these same confusing issues. Time to reclaim our bodies!
I suspect that I have a gluten intolerance as I have had fatigue, joint/muscle pain, digestion issues, headaches, and fogginess for about 10.5 years now (since I was 10). I am now just connecting the dots and am going to see my doctor soon. Thank you so much for this, you made this info very simple and easy to digest/not complicated. Just subscribed and am looking forward to more of your videos!
Yea….if an alternative meal is far more expensive than eating bread it’s not really an option lol
Not to mention who has the time to prepare all these nice meals everyday…
Fuck this has literally been me Honey EVERYTHING YOURE SAYING shit. Thank you queen you’ve helped the start of this process for me a bunch
Namaste flour developed by a couple of women can be used cup for cup in a recipe for regular flour.
are u on keto then?? u didnt mention any fruits. u dont eat fruit?
Random — Obsessed with your eyelashes! Do you know what style/length they are?
I don’t have issues using the restroom but some foods shortly after eating give me really bad stomach pains. I’m guess it’s the bread ♀️ and almost all foods i bloat. I’m not a healthy eater at all. I do need to make changes but I have 0 motivation. Other than I don’t like having these stabbing pains.
Thanks for watching! You can find me on IG @stacyrody:) Be sure to leave me a comment on my most recent post, say “hello!” and let me know that you found me from this video.:)
I seem to get sepis often no one can figure it out I’m hoping this might help some
Since you’re already dairy free you should try going meat free too. Just for a try
Did you know that all grain has gluten? It is written about in the book “No Grain, No Pain”.
all of the gluten free products are not good either, they still use refined flours and sugars. too many carbs are not good for you
You need to test for H pylori and have a food sensitivity panel test done. It helps directing you in treatments instead of trying things blindly
Does brown rice really don’t have any gluten? And what do you eat, as a main meal during the day, beside sandwiches and burittoes stuff ( I’m talking about grains)? Would be really interesting to hear.
What’s your opinion on fermented foods such as kombucha or sauerkraut?
Used to love fish until i read about the parasites…can’t bear the thought of consuming them, even dead.
@Chad Williams Check out my article “What’s the Deal with Gluten?” draxe.com/whats-the-deal-with-gluten/ Also, “Is it Time to Give up Gluten?” draxe.com/is-it-time-to-give-up-gluten/
I suffered from aches and pains in my joints, lack of energy and difficulty remembering. All have vastly improved, it’s the best thing I have done for myself. As an added bonus I shed 20lbs of weight in the first 2 months.
Hi Alyssa! How do I get in touch with you? I would love to collaborate with you. I have been watching your channel for a while and would like to work with you. Is there an email I can write to you at? My new channel is Zest For Life. Check it out! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kM9XS5BKNso Thank you
Need to be careful of gluten-free processed food cause the alternatives they use to gluten can be just as bad
Eating gluten free can be exceptionally unhealthy. I have Celiac, trust me. If you want to eat healthy and have a non wheat-barley-rye diet, just go Paleo. Y’all could have a wheat allergy or something, but you can’t have a “gluten allergy”. And the bloating is prob diary:)
Thank you so much for making this video. Due to some health issues I have just started on gf/df which coming from such a normal diet is soooo hard but your video helped me out so much! thanks! P.S. I don’t like cooking either haha
I changed my diet almost 2 years ago and I thought why not try something new, and then everything went south going back to my regular diet, and so I’m here in a gluten sensitivity situation. but who am I to complain I look and feel great in the new sizes I’m currently wearing
Eating out has become easier than when I first went GF four years ago. But, I’m very careful when asking the wait staff about GF options. If they waver at all, that’s a red flag that they don’t really know, and my clue to order a green salad with oil and vinegar. Unfortunately I learned this the hard way. Now I always listen to that warning bell clanging in my head.
Pasta is high in gluten….so is there a brand that is gluten free?
Serious question… my husband eats gluten, can his bodily fluids contain gluten and can it affect me?
im allergic to milk things so idont drink milk or eat cheese or yorgurts or anything
Thanks for tips. Love your decor. Beauitful color combinations & furniture.
Well I am 32 now and I had all these symptoms as a kid and was just in the ER last night due to a very severe reaction to Gluten. Hopefully can be tested once this Covid stuff starts opening up in my state more.
You didn’t go to a gastroenterologist? That’d was eye opening for me
It’s so nice seeing this video, I’ve cut out dairy for about 4 years and recently started having major stomach issues almost identical to what you described, and I cut out gluten about a week ago and definitely feel better!
I have leaky gut syndrome, are these good recipes to follow??
These are very good tips. I actually eat this way and feel a lot better. But, I do worry that the bean flours cause gas.
I have celiac…..no I don’t, I don’t know. The doctors said I have it because of blood work and surgery but……I don’t know……..for sure……..
What I hate is that it’s only advertised as being bad for Celiac patients. It’s bad for you period even thyroid patients.
Gluten free is easy if you eat Asian foods. Europeans love their bread and pasta. I like Sri-Lankan, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese foods. Most Asian foods also have no dairy.
Did you notice the probiotics help at all or was it mostly cutting out gluten and dairy? I’ve been looking into trying those probiotics but already am dairy and gluten free
Love this… We intolerant people need more GF/DF videos, but I’m also soy free so…. I’m screwed to most of the prepackaged stuff… Because it’s in EVERYTHING!!
But the gluten free pasta has more carbs which turn to sugar???? That part confuses me because I’m trying to gluten and dairy free myself
Nothing is easy when you got…candida..celiac desease..and a leacky gut combined… its a very big problem
Nice video. Goat cheese still has lactose and casein but in lower amounts.
@Eve Peters, Yes! I have plenty of delicious and healthy gluten-free recipes on my website: draxe.com/diet-type/gluten-free/
Oats does contain a certain kind of Gluten protein, which can cause problems. Check this study out:
https://www.wehi.edu.au/news/new-clue-coeliac-disease-puzzle-cause-oat-toxicity-explained
The thing is, this protein’s concentration is much lower than in wheat, Rye, etc.
Rice, like all grains, also contains a gluten protein, but again, in a lower concentration, experts say:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uus3Jz_4wHE
This is why some experts suggest to avoid all grains, but I guess the effect varies from person to person. I’m currently dealing with the subject myself:/
What did you tell or ask your dr about in order to get your blood tested against 100 foods. How did you convince them to that?????
They never seem to want to do any tests
Video not needed just quit the gluten. You will find that you don’t need bread pasta Cookies Cakes you can live fine without all those things believe it or not.
You’re so inspiring and beautiful, I can’t believe you don’t have more subscribers!
This is a great guide. I’m allergic to wheat and I have fibromyalgia. I am so glad you’re explaining that being gluten free is not necessarily for everyone or inherently more healthy. If you swap regular cookies and gluten free cookies, you’re still eating the cookies. In fact gluten free foods a many times more processed than the regular options. Though going gluten free was the best thing I could have done for myself. I feel so much better now.
Myth: celiac is genetic
Truth: No, in our family nobody is celiac but my daughter is born with it. Thank u. Doctors don’t know everything 100%
Bad genes, please don’t breed any further. Clean up the gene pool
Recently discovered I have these exact intolerances. WTF can I eat it’s so frustrating.
I was just diagnosed allergic to gluten, eggs, milk I need help
I am celiac almost 2 years and I can’t start the diet
I Am in my way to start
That’s why I subscribe your channel
No,no no ——-ALL GRAINS ARE EVIL!!! All members of the grass family have similar proteins structures and no potatoes they are from the nightshade family!
I mostly go with meats!
he talked a lot about nuts, a lot of people are allergic to nuts…
i bloat whenever i eat ANYTHING and i hate it, my waist size goes up by 4 inches when i eat so i have to wear elasticated waistbands all the time thank u SO MUCH for this video!!!!!!
I have developed inexplicable intolerances to dairy gluten and eggs, so this is really helpful xx
I didn’t see the Chipotle aioli recipe in the description box!
I have a question… We are trying to go gluten free and I’ve been experimenting with 1 to 1 GF flours when you’re using a 1 to 1 do you need to use xanthan gum in bread, baking recipes always? I can’t seem to find a good rule of thumb on it. I hear for every cup do a tsp of xanthan gum.
I am sure that most of you know that going gluten-free is more than just food. You cannot use any form of plastic storage containers utensils and salon. It is highly recommended that you buy stainless steel cookware as well.
I not only have stainless steel cookware, but I also have stainless steel utensils and cooking supplies. I have glass storage containers and glass and ceramic bakeware. Plastic of any kind absorbs gluten.
I was diagnosed with celiac‘s several years ago. I thought going on a diet and that cost me. I’m not only have celiac‘s disease, but I also have the skin disorder that goes with it. It is called herpetiformis dermatitis. So before going gluten free, my reaction to gluten’s would show up on my skin. There would be blister like bubbles of pus that burn when you drain them. These blisters would show up on my knees, elbows, and the back of my neck. They were very painful!
What helped me the most is having people that are already gluten-free help me with questions, and my wonderful husband who did all the research about cooking items and how to be safe in the kitchen. One of the things that would cause a gluten reaction is GMO-based foods. You can find this even in your fruits and vegetables. The way you can tell, is they don’t have much of any flavor. I can always tell the difference between a real banana and a GMO-based banana even if I don’t have a reaction.
So if you go gluten-free, always find someone to be your mentor or your support person to help you and support you. It makes the process so much easier and faster. God bless you all and God bless my mom and my little sister for helping me as well!
Thank you for the great information as my daughter in law and grandkids can’t have Gluten or daily! So this has help me thank you for sharing!! Liz…
Yeah, go gluten free AND be happy if that’s enough for you.
I’m GRAIN free and on Autoimmune Paleo. Now that’s hard!
Going gluten free and eating all that processed junk like store-bought gf food products, e.g. coconut wraps, rice flour, nut flours (cause inflammation search for “oxalates”) is actually very easy. 😉
I have a huge belly after consuming gluten every time I comeback normal on my blood results but yet my son is wheat sensitive, I feel tired after consuming gluten after a sandwich I will feel super bloated and immediately fall asleep not even walks help I need to be strong and learn to say no especially at family dinners I no longer care if others get offended if I say no it’s my body I choose what I eat and don’t eat.its been like this for years I always look pregnant,,,,let’s be strong and say no to what no longer serves us!
Hi!! ❤️❤️With extreme bloating and pain symptoms you should go to a gastroenterologist! It COULD maybe be that the raw veggies are Too much for you….? even though it seems super healthy to eat raw its not easy to process for some people, too much fiber. Try cooked veggies or look up meal options for colitis/crohns as their diets ease the colon.
I really enjoyed your video thank you so much I have just come to the knowledge that I have a gluten problem and I’m trying to learn how to eat gluten free what I know now what little bit I’ve done has made a big and significant difference in the way I feel I subscribe I have subscribed to your Channel and looking forward to seeing other videos that will help me on my quest to Better Health thank you so much again Lucy Davis
How do you go gluten-free and tomato free, acidic Foods free, lactose free? That’s all the stuff I was told by my doctor to avoid
I agree, I am 12 and I have celiac, I was diagnosed when I was 10, My dad was diagnosed when he was 40. Btw, is there a treatment because I would love to know.
Hey! Love your videos, they motivate me. I have a question: how tall are u?
I’m on low FODMAP, GF and Lactose free…… Now that’s tough!!!
Your blood test was almost exactly the same as mine!! I’m going through the same thing you did 6 years ago…and im11 years old!!
Did you consider doing an at home gluten intolerance test and which one would you use.
This video is SO informative. Thank you so much for making it to help me in the beginning of my journey
I bought some barley only to find it involved gluten. I used to eat spelt.tht was hard to let go. I love banana sandwiches. Everytime I ate one I would feel awful. I am hoping eating one on gluten free bread will help.
If anyone’s struggling with digestion issues, a good place to start is to see what your parents are allergic to, have trouble with etc because it can help you understand why you might have trouble digesting certain things.
Love you girl, glad you kinda figured out what’s causing your digestion issues! I have stomach issues every once in a while and i know how you feel it’s the worst pain ever i think it might be mild IBS. But i have been taking digestive enzymes whenever I eat out or eat something i know i’ve had trouble with in the past and it seems to help A LOT.
Do you think dairy is gluten? Cause its not. Pure dairy, like milk of all percentages is not gluten. People seem to think this because they see products that have mostly dairy in them but also gluten (like some shitty processed creamers that don’t even taste good) have gluten in them. But dairy is gluten free…
Very good video, for someone who knows nothing about gluten free, thank you so much.
I’m getting tested after two years of constantly loosing weight, getting a gastroparesis diagnosis (which I do have), getting an EDS diagnosis, and a POTS diagnosis. I really hope that I can get answers cause if it’s not this then it’s endometriosis
Why aren’t you using milk in your smoothie? I understood that milk products were o.k.
I know when I was a kid if I drank milk I got sick, but goat milk was great, we lived near a goat farmer and got goat milk, cheese and even goat meat which is Soo much better flavour than lamb and less fatty and also goats eat everything
And I thought that pretty girls didn’t fart. Who’d a thunk it??
What sucks is a lot of gluten free alternative items contain nuts or apple fiber, and I am also allergic to those as well. (As well as a few other things) So I have to make most of my baked goods (which I don’t do often) and such at home and stick with lettuce wraps over gluten free buns at places that offer them.
For me if I get “glutened” accidentally I get a skin rash on my arms and face, a headache, and sometimes it sets off my asthma. Most of the time I don’t have BS symptoms unless it was a lot. The worst was when I accidentally ordered a drink with vodka. An hour after drinking it, it felt like someone was dragging a knife across my gut. Which used to happen when I was younger, when I first started drinking, but didn’t put two-and-two together until I was tested for a wheat and gluten allergy. I used to avoid beer because it made me vomit (never even thought well maybe I’m allergic).
I noticed when I went low carb and was eating no breads and pastas those days. My stomach, allergies I have from my left side and headaches on that same side was somewhat gone. Then I went to eating those things again for 3 days. My stomach and those other symptoms are back. Not low carbing it anymore. But I am gradually going to cut out gluten. I do feel so much better without it.
I am the only 1 gf in my home, so i bake a batch of muffins, scones buns, bread, then cut them into portions for me, freeze it and then pop them in the toaster or microwave when I want to use them.
I am able to cook amazing things from scratch. And I do enjoy it. But then there’s also real life where that can’t happen ALL THE TIME. So yeah, I also have to be a preparer quite often. LOL
I don’t eat bread unless it’s pizza anyway, and I have such a bad relationship w/ pizza that I’m cutting that out too.
Just found out I’m lactose intolerant and was crying for a while until I found out that every product that is dairy free I tried I love and I might just become vegan cause I was vegetarian and now I can be vegan
Perfect thank you! I am not gluten intolerant but I have been feeling super bloated and sick and I’ve read that going gluten free helps with that so I’m going to experiment and try!!!!
What is your opinion about doctors that post youtube videos stating all grains including rice, millet, potatoes, etc. basically all the foods that are on your list of okay foods to eat, are still full of gluten and if we really want to go GF these too should be eliminated?
I’ve gone dairy free because it was really affecting my digestive system and I’m seeing some difference which is good
Goat cheese is straight up addictive. When I discovered it, I was so happy
Great video! Thank you for sharing! I agree with you on so much and I’m going to have my husband watch your butter tip because he is ALWAYS getting crumbs in the butter. He is not gluten free when it comes to sandwich bread but everything else I bake from scratch here is gluten free because I don’t buy regular flour. I only buy the Namaste blend from Costco 5 lb for $8.99. They have wonderful recipes on their website. It’s the best deal for gf flour! For soy sauce we use gf tamari sauce from Whole Foods. This video is a couple years old. I’m interested in whether your whole family is still eating the same.
You’re definitely right if it has a gluten free label doesn’t mean it’s healthy, these foods sometimes are even worse than the gluten containing counterparts, they ‘re full of highly processed oils, sugars, starches, gmo’s and so on..
Trying to start being dairy free and gluten free because of my severe digestion issues that have been going on for years! But I just want to say I truly believe food combining is a myth. Your food doesn’t digest one at a time. Our stomachs hold different enzymes to digest different types of foods. Also, fruits are not just fruits. They are also carbs. Just like oatmeal isn’t just a grain it’s a carb as well as a protein. You cannot put foods into one category. Our bodies are made to digest a variety of foods so please take what these other influencers are saying about food combining with a grain of salt.
Hi Ashley, thanks for sharing your advice for Gluten Free alternates. My family & I are just starting to switch to a Vegan diet, and I’m starting to realize that eliminating gluten is also healthier too! I can’t wait to try some of your recipes, as well as some of those from your adorable daughter too.
I see that you also offer great Green Living tips for the house too. I’m definitely a New Subscriber!
I liked your video and your trip to TJ……. Might want to re-consider the eggs….. they are a major trigger for upset tummy. My tummy improved 95% when I cut out eggs. Great video, pretty lady.
Same I cut it out and I dont get acne anymore, but once I accidently ate gluten and a huge pimple apeared on my face. So gluten dairy definitly cause inflamation
But I was researching online and it says people respond differently to inflamation, some people get hair thinning, some get eczema, some get acne, some get weaker bones, some get gas bloating and even other etc reactions.
I definitely think ppl should eliminate these foods and see if they feel better.
My Doctor said I need to go gluten free.. so I will start in 4 days.. I just went food shopping and spend $300.00 dollars. SMH thanks for the facts
There are ways to eat avocado toast gluten free! I was just diagnosed with celiacs disease.
Very very helpful for me. It only occur to me that I’m gluten intolerant. I was going bananas not knowing what to eat but thanks to you Dr Axe, I have got plenty of ideas now.
Did you test for celiac disease? You had the symptoms and eating gluten free is the treatment
I don’t mean to burst your bubble but food combining is complete bs. Please do not buy into that. I recommend watching Abbey Sharp’s video for more info.
I had to go to gluten and dairy free because of the same thing. I went to the doctor way too many times to have to figure this out. I was in sooo much pain. Actually doctor just told me I was plugged up and then I called my mom who lives far away. She said she was gluten and dairy sensitive. This blew my mind I never knew. Then my cousin reached out to me after a post I made on social media and he went through the same thing. Now I’ve been about 95% gluten and dairy free. I’m eating about 70% organic as well. The difference in my body is staggering. I feel soo much better!!!!! I started April 15th and already I feel like a different person. I’ve also started doing ariel yoga since my gym is closed due to covid 19.
I did not read through the comments to see if this has already been asked but how is goat cheese okay to eat on a dairy free diet? Is that because it’s not cows milk? I am avoiding dairy because I have found that it causes me to have acne. I eat cheese one day and 1-2 days later a zit or zits pop up. I wonder if I can eat goat cheese tooooooo? I hope so!
The hardest thing is living in a place where there is little to no alternatives to gluten and dairy.
Very nice Josh! I realize that even as a healthy, toned young lady, gluten still has a MAJOR affect on my digestive system! I know exactly what I must do!
Just to put it out there cutting out dairy and gluten REALLY helps the skin
Oh phew I thought you were one of the people contributing to the gluten free diets that are causing the risk in cross contamination in gluten free products with gluten free diets on the rise people aren’t being as careful to make gluten free foods so in turn celiacs and gluten sensitives suffer. Ironically.
Great video though!
My biggest issue is finding whole grain/sprouted gf swaps that are also organic. It was NOT easy to just swap bread-type things if you are used to actually eating healthy. I have had to eat more meals with whole grains like rice and quinoa (NOT barley, spelt, or rye though) and less bread
Thanks! Mine was chronic pain from inflammation all over my body. I have been eating gf for over 5 years, and I am about 80% clear of pain except for hormonal headaches. By the way, it took more than 2 months for me to see a real difference in my pain. I guess that’s how bad the inflammation was
This was a great video. Thank you for being so transparent about your issues. You are not alone. I suffer from digestive issues as well. Extreme bloating gas and discomfort, troubles in the bathroom, etc. It can make you sad and depressed at times….and like you don’t want to be around people. I will definitely look into food combining, and cutting out dairy and gluten. Thanks again!
I DNT like eggs that much and I’m lactose intolerant. But I like ice cream sometimes so I’m vegetarian idk why I can’t just go vegan tbh
ok so the only 1 test is necessary to show celiac. That hormone panel that i took which also showed gluten problems. I was 14 of 15 on the scale. NOW two years later i have hardcore symptoms after eating gluten but I KNEW to give it up since i was already told i had antibodies or whatever to the gliadin and was borderline celiac. SO that is enuff then!!! Quit preaching an acting like you gotta take 5 other tests. If i eat gluten it attacks my gut HENCE instant reactions hence CELIAC, hence, immune response. That is all she wrote. It is easy for me to be gluten free. I dont eat processed shit. I also have major pituitary problems which cause a lof of hypoglycemia.
Hello Dr.Josh Axe. I follow regularly your videos and they are helping me a lot! Especially on gluten free subject. I have recently found out that I am highly gluten intolerant and it’s very hard for me because I am not sure anymore what can I eat and what I have to evoid. I wanted to ask you about buckwheat. Can I use it to make bread or not? Big greetings from me and keep on making these wonderful videos!
I get really tired after eatting bread pastas or pastries could this be signs of gluten intolerance?????
I am gluten free since im 2 and im 15 now and i kinda like bc i live healthy and im from switzerland so dont judge my English
I’ve been gluten free for two years now, and its amazing how much better I felt just cutting that out! I still was having problems though, so I went on the AIP diets to figure out what I could and couldn’t eat, and that was the biggest help. My skin cleared up, the bloating was pretty much nonexistent, and I lost a lot of weight(detox weight). I can’t have gluten, most dairy, corn, beans, or regular potatoes. Its rough sometimes, but I feel so good now. You’re amazing! I’m glad you are figuring it all out, best of luck!
LOL the reporter is pretty but an air head. A person can’t be treated for Celiac they too have to take gluten out of their diet. And most of the time your not born with Celiac disease you develop symptoms when you get older.
Research Tilapia and you won’t recommend it for a healthy diet. Trust me.
Try the keto diet that’s what I did not fix my bloating big huge stomach 8 salads for 2 weeks took my minerals plant-based keto diet I can’t stress how much this helped my life get so much better apple cider vinegar hydrochloric acid as you get older you lose your asset this is Magic for me it takes about three years take me to months to 6 weeks to get better improved almost 100% clean out my liver clean out my kidneys any refined Foods salts Emily assault perfect use that dr. Berg
I’m dairy free and gluten free but not by choice. My body just hates everything.
i am type 2 diabetic. I am looking for other ways to eat better.
Stacy, please, please, please!!!!! Make more videos what you eat in a day, your GF grocery hauls cause I am so confused right now, I need to go gluten-free according to my doctor. Don’t know where to start.
Thx for the video helped me alot, im a newley diagnoised lactose intollerent and allergic to wheat.
Please share ur gluten free routine with us. I can’t eat gluten so please I want to see what we should eat if we can’t eat gluten
Finally a christian doctor on youtube who can constantly talk to me about health! My dad has a doctor friend and hes an herbalist but your talks are waay shorter and easier to follow. Im 13 and I heard that starting early is best. God bless you!!!!!
I LOVEEEE Trader Joe’s potato/mushroom/ green bean thing just ate it for dinner!
Wow your pancakes✨ look amazing ✨and you are right they look like regular pancakes! I need the recipe now! ❤
Tilapia is really bad for you along with other farmed fish. I love TJ cod fillets, they used to have cod slices
Oatmeal technically isn’t gluten free, you can get it wheat, rye and barley free but the protein in oats is no different to wheat just a slightly different form.. in Australia you legally can’t identify oats gluten free
Thank you for this video!!!! I’m also gluten sensitive and allergic to so many things and excited for this video
thanks man I’ve been going gluten free for one month now and I feel great I go to the gym four times a week and I find I have more energy and my stomach is more tighten up thanks to gluten free…
Living in Michigan there are very few GF grocery stores, etc. At Kroger’s or Meijer’s there is a frozen pizza called “California Pizza that if GF with an absolutely wonderful cauliflower crust! However, I don’t think it is dairy free,. I’m Celiac but can tolerate dairy in limited amounts. I wish we had a Trader Joe’s to make our shopping as easy as yours is. Thanks you for a great video❗️
My daughter is on this kind of diet for her juvenile arthritis, although she does have eggs and real cheese, just no milk. Also she cannot have bananas as apparently they are inflammatory or tomatoes either. This makes it very limiting so I like seeing what other people do for some more ideas. Hummus is one of my daughters favs and it’s so good for her so win win wish I had a trader Joes near me!
Dr. Axe, first of all I luv ur videos: brief, str8 fwd & PACKED with information!!!! My question is; on those coconut wraps what brand is that????
My wife is vegan, dairy and gluten free it’s really hard if you are a beginner choices is very slim..
I have IBS, celiac disease, and lactose intolerance. It absolutely sucks because I have to be very careful with what I eat
Clickbait……. I’m not going to look like that picture if I go dairy, gluten and egg free
Your shopping items still have lactose in the cheeses, so I tried a weight loss program eliminating both L & G from my diet. In 6 mos I lost 55#’s. The Vanilla almond milk is my fav….too. I do cook so I must watch out for the antagonizers. Meat, potatoes, veggies and fruit. Like your video. Thanks
Much needed video ❤️. I have Celiac Disease and I have to be Gluten Free. I’ve been getting horrible joint pain, headaches and fatigue for years but just found out last year. It’s especially hard to find gluten free options when I travel.
I have brain Fog After dairy especially cheese. I Dont have Problems with digestion but that brain fog is to much i go no Dairy.
Yes. I cut out dairy and gluten and I have to turn down a lot of things at my boyfriends house or at my own house and I feel like people get aggravated with me. But I’m not seeing it as a trendy diet I just really can’t have that stuff, it makes me sick and bloated.
Whole Foods and Trader Joes has a lot of gluten free and dairy free items.
Excellent video on living gluten free! ♡♡♡I heard cauliflower pizza crusts are delicious, but have not tried them yet. How much do you spend monthly on groceries? For my spouse and I, we spend $400 a month.
Love this video. I don’t have an allergy or anything but I’m trying to eat as little dairy and gluten as possible for my health and cholesterol and to lose more belly fat but I just wanted to let you know veggies chips and straws are both very unhealthy and just as high in fat as regular potato chips
I have severe stomach issues, stomach cramps, bloating, rush to the loo issues. So far I have taken out dairy which I feel has made a little difference but I am hoping the gluten elimination will complete me
Heya, the best results that I have ever had was with fatdeleter i found it on
google Without a doubt the most useful diet that I have ever tried.
there were a few things that I believe were not actually GF unless I couldn’t see maybe. But overall great meal prep.
Hi! Just curious how did you figure out your intolerances? by removing the foods or did you get like a blood test for it? Do they automatically test you for common allergies or do you have to ask specially?
I have gluten intolerance. I have the bumps on my arms, bloat up like I’m in the third trimester of pregnancy after eating anything with gluten in it, having fertility issues as well, amongst other things. Slowly getting gluten out of my diet. After 23 years of eating gluten, it’s pretty hard giving up my favorite foods I’ve gotten use to eating. Love me some pizza lol and I found a cauliflower crust GF pizza I really love at the store.
Thank you for this great video. I found it super helpful. We live in a van and are already vegan but looking to go gf too. Are all corn tortillas gf? Or is every brand different?
You have family history for thyroid or t1 diabetes illnesses?
The NIH Celiac Disease Awareness Campaign seeks to heighten awareness of celiac disease among health care professionals and the public. The Awareness Campaign stems from consensus recommendations of an independent panel of experts convened by the NIH to assess current diagnosis, treatment, and management of the disease. The consensus panel concluded that as much as 1 percent of the U.S. population has celiac disease, but the vast majority remain undiagnosed.
1% is not nearly as many as you people say. With all the chemicals invvolved with removing gluten, you are probably worse off eating gluten free! Just like decaffinated coffee…the chemicals to take out the caffeine are worse than the caffeine itself!
Stick with natural foods and eat right…Get on the JERF Bandwagon (Just Eat Real Food) and you’ll be much better off!
sorry but I do have to say, why do Americans talk so much instead of just getting on with showing us the food and cooking it…..
Why did you go to a gynecologist? Did you mean a gastroenterologist?
Fry free, dairy free, gluten free, fiber free( almost all veggies), soy free, oil free, spice free here, shell free, weed free ♀️
I can just have baked meat n fish n potato pretty much.
I’m so exhausted of this n I hate cooking.
Just found your channel and love it! I have a very strong feeling I’m allergic to gluten and dairy. I’m getting tested this week, but either way I’m cutting it out of my diet as much as possible because it makes me feel like
This video was so helpful and organized love it!
thanks for making this, i have not been diagnosed with gluten intolerance yet but my body reacts badly when i eat gluten, i have had digestive, hormonal, skin and neurological issues when i eat gluten. i just decided to go gluten free a few days ago its been 5 days now and i cant imagine my life has been amazing, no digestive issues, better skin and best of all stable happiness, if there is anyone seeing this, i beg you. take this seriously especially if you have problems when you eat gluten. Just go a few days off gluten and pay attention to changes, i promise you will let that bread, yummy pasta and donut out of your life. Although it might be tough to go GF because we have been eating it all our life and its yummy but from experience life is better without gluten for me and i have made a promise to myself to go off gluten forever, best decision i have made yet. Okay i think i have said enough.
OK if someone could clarify.. she stated that she eats Goat Cheese but isn’t that dairy?
Have you checked into Candida overgrowth in the gut!?
Digestive Problems. Many individuals experience chronic intestinal distress when battling a candida infection, as yeast overtakes the intestines. Persistent flatulence, burping, bloating, constipation or diarrhoea, and stomach cramps may be caused by a lack of healthy bacteria in your digestive tract.
Hey! Just found your channel from LMU’s post about you! I’m an LMU SFTV grad as well and stoked to find another LMU alumn on YouTube. I’m also gluten and dairy free haha #subbed
Never heard of the wraps, they sound great. Jordan Rubin’s another great man to listen to. Doc you have so many answers to many of my questions. God bless you and your work. Can’t get enough of ya.
Little northern bake house makes an awesome gluten free bread that is plant based and vegan. I get it at Sprouts in the refrigerated section of the bakery. It’s my favorite!!! My non gluten free bf loves it too.
There is also a wonderful cereal made out of beans that is super yummy. It’s by a brand called “Love Grown” it got my through the first trimester of pregnancy when all I wanted was cereal. So I was basically eating beans haha you can get that at Sprouts farmers maker as well
It would have been more helpful to tell me what gluten is in. I can go gluten free more easily if I know what it is.
Can you share what kind of GF/DF sweets or desserts you like? I have more of a sweet tooth.
Also… Just FYI… Soy messes with estrogen…. Especially for thyroid people.
Great video Ashley, I’ve just been diagnosed Coeliac and have only been gluten free for 2 weeks. Your tips were great, unfortunately I can’t get any of the goods your recommended as I live in Scotland UK but the tips were great. I cook, so I make my own cookies, biscuits etc. I’m still trying to make GF bread thats edible, no luck so far but I’ll keep trying. Thanks again
I have inflammation issues and was told I need to watch Gluten, dairy, and sugar. They suggested PALEO eating..whats your thoughts on PALEO? some GF stuff is paleo complient but some things are not..any advice appreciated Dr Axe
gluten free makes me feel lighter gluten made me feel very bloted
What blood test did you get that tested for that many food sensitivities?
I don’t have Celiac disease, but I have been diagnosed as having gluten intolerance. I’m having a difficult time as I love bread. It’s so difficult! I am not supposed to use gluten, wheat or grains! I try to stop but not doing so well!
I am not alone with this diet I went gulten free for 4 years now and 1 month being dairy free so thnx I love u❤️
Another option for going gluten-free but be eating savoury fruits like squashes, tubers or, vegetables as a form of carbohydrates.
Going gluten free when you don’t eat any meat is really difficult. I’m hungry all the time.
Oatmeal is good too. I don’t like cold smoothies in the winter. I need something warm.
gf is a nightmare when i go out mcdonslds no gf kfc no gf burgerking no gf i live in asian places like sushi city or wassabi pizza hut also do a gf pizza
Thank you for making this video. I’ve been in the “testing my body” phase for awhile, scared to commit to a gluten free diet even though I display all symptoms and KNOW it’s what I need to do. Your video really helped give me some clarity and motivation.
Going gluten free with homemade food is the best! Most people assume that some store bought gluten free foods are healthy just because the label is advertising so, the truth is they are full of GMO corn & soy, industrial inflammatory oils like canola, xanthan gum (often derived from GMO corn and triggers allergies) and many starchy refined flours!
Great video! You may check with your doctor to rule out celiac disease, it is very serious.
I have celiac disease. Glad I found you. Thanks for the helpful tips and links. Have you addressed eating out when you’re gluten free?
I am trying to figure out how to eat. I found out friday that i have problems with gluten, corn, beef, soy, nuts, and night shades. I found most gluten free options use corn, soy, or nuts. Problem is i cant have any of that please some one help me
Great resources and info! We have a cooking show for KIDS with food allergies (particularly gluten, dairy, and nuts) and are always looking for great info to share with our viewers. We will definitely be sharing. Thanks!!
Since you’re on the Westside, you should see Meghan at Meta Health! You probably have SIBO! It’s what I had
I dont understand what’s to dislike in videos like these lol
I’m always confused when I watch these videos as to why no one seems to seek help from a Gastroenterologist.
Thanks for the tip on the bread. I have found I can tolerate some sourdough bread that is made with a starter and not yeast.
hey doctor Axe is bulgur wheat good to eat when trying to lose weight?
Going gluten free as well as dairy free because of Hashimoto’s. This video was very helpful to me.
I didn’t know anyone made coconut wraps. What brand are they @Dr. Josh Axe?
I’m DM-1 and also have celiac disease can you tell me that if a celiac disease patient is continuously taking gluten containing diet then what would be the extreme result with him????
question! im on day 3 gluten free, do to have body withdraws or feel werid?
What if you are, disabled, and have to use food stamps for buying food. Do they take food stamps at these kinds of stores?
You may want to store your coconut flour in the refrigerator to make sure it stay fresh.
A gluten free diet is easy to follow, it is all to do with your mindset. When I found out I needed to follow a gluten free diet, I never had trouble, I switched immedietly without any need to try and adjust. My thought process was about all the good things I could eat, not what I could not. God Bless.
Doc put me on a gluten free diet for sensitivity, been on it for several weeks, and I’ve seen very little difference:( I’m hoping I’m not gluten sensitive
The people who can eat gouten but choose to be gluten free kinda irritate me because people kinda take my celiacs less seriously.
Thank you so much for this! I am gluten and dairy free due to intolerances, but I hate eggs. So many plans have tons of eggs in them. I really needed this. I also hate cooking so I cant wait to try some of these
I felt so good after 4 days of gluten-free/low carb. I don’t know why I stopped, but right now marks going into my third day of going gluten-free/low carb! I’m tired of suffering from daytime sleepiness, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, etc.
Hi Dr. Axe, is the sourdough bread better than gluten free bread?
thank u so much for this after 10 or so years of denial i’m pretty damn sure i’m gluten intolerant. my stomach looks 7 month pregnant. it so depressing as i work out every day and am in great shape my arms and legs are super toned but still i have to hide under baggy t shirts and never wear crops because i look obese on my stomach i know i have abs too because there are days when i haven’t had gluten and i wake up with washboard abs i’m going to do exactly what u said 2 weeks without touching the damn gluten
did you have your girls tested for gluten as well? love your videos, so helpful
I’ve found gluten free soy sauce and gluten free cherios cereal
When I went Gluten free for 20 days. I became excessively attractive to all women on my state. They get nervous and flirty when I talk to them or sit next to them. I feel like I am more handsome than Mr. Universe and hot models. hahaha! God bless.
but for kids in egypt we need bread and coconut is not easy to find what to do please help me because my kids have adhd
Hi Dr. Axe! I have a question? Does nuts seeds and good fats such as avocado give you acne? I have hormone/genetic acne since I was nine! I am 28 and still suffer from this! I am looking into going gluten free but I also heard that nuts and mainly the good fats will give you acne? Is this true?
If a person doesn’t have Celiac Disease or is not gluten intolerant, they shouldn’t go gluten free because many gluten free products have more fats & sugars that would make a person gain weight not lose it. I did lose weight due to my Celiac Disease & the gluten free diet helped me gain weight. If a person eats gluten free foods, they could have iron deficiency or anemia from not having it from gluten grains. I know this bcuz if I don’t eat my gluten free foods for a while, I feel shaky, dizzy, & I have blurred vision. I’ve been on the gluten free diet for 10 years, from when I was 9.
I also am gluten free and dairy free! Eggs bother me only in large amounts!!
There is a gluten-free vegan brand of baking stuff out their cookies and In joy life
Thank you so much for sharing your story and providing constructive information!
Stopped eating gluten for a day (!) today (being vegan already),and for the first time the “eternal bloating” has disappeared ever since.M-A-G-I-C!
Health and happiness to everyone!
Thank you very informative, my wife has celiac and we are always fighting to find something to eat this will give her some good ideas.
@Sirena TellYouLater, the wraps I use are called Pure Wraps. Check them out: http://www.thepurewraps.com/
You look great thank you so much so inspiring God bless you!!!!!!
These are some good alternative food tips, but this video does not address any tips that people who have actual celiac disease need to know in order to go gluten free. If people do not pay attention to potential cross contamination they are not actually eating gluten free. For example, using a toaster that has been used for wheat bread, and eating cross reactive foods.
@Zene, check out my resources on eating healthy on a budget: draxe.com/healthy-eating-on-a-budget/ and draxe.com/eating-healthy-on-a-budget/

#cleaneating #healthyliving #throwbackthursday

Cross reactivity Tapioca, sorghum, buckwheat, arrowroot, quinoa, corn, coffee, milk, eggs, chocolate, soy, rice, potatoes, sesame.
My intolerance has been since childhood. Now, if I ingest the best cheeses w/o knowing it I could end up on an ambulance within 30 minutes as my reaction is almost anaphylactic serious. Gluten bloats me up. So, I’m one of those people that MUST eliminate these foods from my diet.
Oh snap! I came to see the result but your eyes are got me like crazy, So beautiful
do you do phone consulting? I am desperate after my eight year olds allergy testing came back allergic to a lot of foods!
Hi Dr. Josh Axe.. Thanks for teaching me so much this is great work this shows how much you care keep up the great work.
Thank you for your video. I have one question do you have to dry pitcher for your Vitamix? I ask because you can make your own gluten free flours if you like. If you go to one of the demo shows in your area the pitcher is $100 if you buy it online at Vitamix then it is more.
Is it possible to gain weight after going gluten free if you are underweight?
I wish they had a trader Joes in Canada. I have suffered from GF/DF intolerant for 10 years. Its so expensive.
are you sure they have gluten free food in Europe? i hear they’re really poor over there…they don’t even have health care.
How come you never went to a gastroenterologist? I am in my second one because I need another opinion. I have very similar problems and I just went gluten and dairy free a week ago.
@Katie McManners I recommend eating wild-caught salmon or grouper instead of tilapia. Here’s why: draxe.com/eating-tilapia-is-worse-than-eating-bacon/
Food combining doesn’t actually do anything…your body doesn’t work that way.
I was recommended to go GF and DF so I was wondering isn’t goat cheese dairy?
Celiac disease is actually caused from the mold in the grain you’re consuming not the gluten.
artificial sweeteners did this to me.. (digestive issues) I couldn’t even move because I ate so much of it at one time. super super super bloated. I have never had issues with dairy/gluten foods but the artificial sweeteners ruin me.
I went gluten free and it changed my life forever! Thank you for the video:)
I ate my last gluten meal tonight….it made me feel sooo crummy and I just decided that’s it I have to stop eating gluten. Thanks for your help, I will definitely be watching more videos! Definitely sensitive to dairy and coffee as well. Keep up the awesome videos!
Thank you so much for this video cause it’s so painful whenever I eat anything with gluten that I cry and sometimes even throw up. I got told by my Gastroenterologist to stop all dairy and gluten cause I’m allergic to it. I just didn’t know where to even start. Thank you. May the Lord bless your heart.
You like Salt n Vinegar Chips and anything Buffalo. You are my dream girl❤️❤️ Amazing video!
Love your channel. My daughter is gluten intolerant check her out. Gigi’s gluten free lab.
What a bunch of horsespit. This wasn’t around before. They are poisoning us!
I have no digestive problems (bloating, diarrhea/constipation) with gluten, I have gluten ataxia.
I miss my Subway sandwiches! I can’t even be near flour dust… ingestion through breathing it in.
Trace amounts starts the neurological problems within 15-30 minutes. I end up disoriented, start stumbling around, have memory loss…followed by intense feelings of air hunger for 2-4 days after, and irregular heartbeat.
Omg this video is so awesome! Thank you for showing examples of the items. Now did you mainly get your items from Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods?

Highly highly highly recommend the podcast called “dishing up nutrition”, it has a green backdrop with an apple. It’s such an amazing podcast having to deal with IBS, bloating, fatigue, depression and how it correlates with our diet.:)
I think that the industry is forgetting one important fact and that is I believe that reasearch has shown that “Glyphosate “ is the culprit and yet not many people know about it. The ingredient is found in almost all grain products and in some wines. The reason being is because Monsanto developed a product called “Roundup” and it is sprayed on fields and on crops to effectively kill weeds as well as dry the grain quicker to produce those products we eat such as most cereals from the various manufactures. A list of those can be found by searching the name Glyphosate and it’s dangers. The safe amount that can be consumed is approximately 3 parts per million but a lot of the products that hit the tables in your home contain 13 parts per million and more. This information can be found by typing the query on that exact subject. Please find out for yourself and demand better answers from your health professional and be your families advocate.
God Bless

You started the video with: if your kid has.. celiac can appear on any age. Dont be mistaken to think its a children disease.
And no. You can be fine for your whole life and than celiac can appear. I was diagnosed when i was 20(never had any problemes with gluten before). Don’t make any false videos that may confuse the public.
