What an amazing video, those who put thumbs down your not human
Bro I used to run a mile in 6 mins now I’m soooooo trash thanks for this I haven’t watched but the presentation shows me you know what you doing thanks.
Everything you said made perfect sense and was relevant and beneficial how people felt the need to be negative on a good video is just plain and stupid
Was waiting the entire time for Joe to bring up chimps or DMT.
My BMI said I’m over weight as I’m 5’9” and 177 and I’m only 14 so I’m planning on doing swim team
51 people who disliked this video like being a lazy piece of sh!t.
I used to run alot and for longer time due to quarantine i stopped taekwondo and football ( soccer ) played a game yesterday i coudnt run even for like 20 min straight did like 20% of my self and im so exhausted and have alot of pain would love to come back and train more
My tip,I am not a professional, take advice,it’s fight or flight, when you start breathing hard during workout, manage it keep going, you are starting to panic your heart rate goes up you panic more etc making something hard harder, your body goes into panic mode, just speak to yourself,to overcome these intial panic feelings, this is built into your neurological system it’s prime evil.badically you fight, this really works and yes it gets easier you learn to cope with breathless ness, xxxx again I am not a professional so take advice xxxxxx
Dude you are so right..I remember when I started bootcamp..I thought I was gonna die..they would run us hard then slow us down. Rinse and repeat..it didn’t take long before I was running longer and longer.then could go longer with a load.good stuff.great video brother.
It took me a whole minute to real8ze this guy had an accent
Great Video! Forgive me for butting in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you researched Rozardner Big Signals Reality (do a google search)? It is a good one of a kind guide for learning how to last longer in bed minus the normal expense. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cooworker at very last got excellent success with it.
He’s so ugly and creepy looking while also being vaguely attractive. Typical Equinox.
Cycling is purely magical. I started cycling everyday, and I dropped whole clothes sizes.
What is the connection between being breathless, struggling and leg performance, say running if I did not have any breathlessness would my legs just keep going, I understand about aerobic and anarobic
Cardiovascular capacity increased Any supplement available pls say
Looked up how to increase stamina with jump rope, saw some pro then saw my boy at FF so clicked here lol didnt know u did vids like this been a subscriber for a while and stumbled across lol
Yo… you’re on point brotha. Thank you for all the time and patience you put into sharing this knowledge.
You can always tell someone who knows what they are on about because they try to dumb it down for people to understand!
This guy sounds like he just studied the night before the midterm exam and he feels ready the next day, but some how gets a C and wonders why.
I wish every channel was as simple and too the point as yours, thankyou!
can someone summarize in simpler words? i dont understand his englisch
You are the first person on youtube who asked to dislike if it wasn’t helpful, well this was helpful and you gained a like and a subscriber❤️
btw I am a taekwondo player and I am skinny can u help me to gain some weight.
The thumb nail immediately made me think of the Patrick Stewart Picard meme.
I would like to meet these 55 people that didn’t find this helpful at all!
All these experts.and yet they all contradict each other and it is still a world where everyone is a fat ass.
Straight to the point very informative and humble human being thanks for the video
To complex “go hard” rest well eat whatever the fuck you want to a limit
Thumbs down? You’re crazy. This video is very informative. You earned a thumbs up and a subscription, I look forward to more helpful content
That’s right I’m professional and during December 2019 till now pandemic and now 7 june I lost my conditioning and my stamina I cant play as before I have muscle but my heart beat is lower I was getting less of sleep like sleeping at 2 3 am till 10 in morning but for a football player sleep has to be 10 hours so from 11 pm to 11 am morning enough dont be like me I waste my grateful talent and waste my greatest thing that I achieved
Apologize for what? That was the most informative 3 minutes I’ve ever seen. Not like these Self-Promoting Fools who would take 15 Minutes to do what you just did.
Hello your video helped me a lot do you think people with asthma struggle more to get a stronger cardiovascular for example palying soccer
Im not even fat and i have a shit cardio i can run for like 20 secondes on my max speed i could jugging on a tread mill for 15 minutes and im dying at 15 minutes my brother literally ran for 1 hour straight and with a higher speed
Excellent information that needs to be addressed with a daily routine exercise mindset without procrastination.
“having a big heart is good”
Rich Piana rises from the dead and joins the chat
thanks for taking the time to make this video it is very informative and helpful.
This advice is not the best and is misleading. This is an example of regurgitating misconceptions about cardio. For beginners the best advise to increase cardio is to start slow. Just go for a walk with the intent of slow jogging for 1min at a time then building from there. You really don’t need to go to the gym for “cardio”. Also you shouldn’t be doing high intensity anything to build cardio. The best long distance runners know this and a lot of training runs are at a moderate and even slow pace where you are able to breathe steadily. (Controlled breathing is key.) This is the sweet spot for building the heart’s capacity and what builds endurance. Cardio does not get better when you push past around 85% max bpm. HIIT will definitely make you a better athlete but it doesn’t necessarily do a lot for “cardio”.
Everything you need to know about building cardio: Long and steady workouts, consistently, where these definitions are a matter of personal ability.
i’m gonna try these tips.
I used to workout then i stopped for a year and a half.
Now i’m back at it. Body weight training is fine. But whenever i wanna do cardio i get really tired, pale, nauseated, i sometimes throw up, and if on the treadmill i get light chest discomfort!
i used to workout and do a lot of cardio. It’s frustrating that i can’t do it anymore!
What are strength training exercises I can do at home? I’m not old enough to go to the gym but I really want to run a mile again. Also, what’s the most days a week I could do this?
I’m just here searching to improve my cardiovascular system for my sport (taekwondo). But you also made me subscribe to your channel. Great vid:)
When you said ” I apologize” after giving such a good information I felt like crying
Lol, this is misleading
The only way to build endurance, a bigger engine, is to run more and run further.
Speed work makes you faster but that needs to be done only with a significant mileage base
everything you said in the beginning about the enzymes of the muscle tissue made no sense from a biological standpoint but great video other wise!
this shit works. i used to run and train with some friends who were practicing for Gurkha army and we used to… run up mountain stairs every day… eventually adding weight… my endurance peaked, legs were swole af and all of my leg pain was gone. doing similar endurance exercises with varying intensity is the key. also, yoga.
There are a few suggestions for treating climaxing too soon at home
Try thinking about something else: something distracting, boring or annoying
Try taking a deep breath before to ejaculation: this can delay orgasm by slowing ejaculation and stimulation
(I read these and why they work on Magic Remedy Method website )
Well actually the most important work your CV system does is transferring oxygen to other cells.
Im a 67 year old jazz and rock drummer, that has been in the hospital for 5 weeks due to ‘3’ abdominal surgeries. I began at age 4. If I don’t restore my strength and stamina, I’m done. Your video is exactly what I needed.
Mahalo from Maui
Fantastic, I love this, I’ll gonna share this to my friends and family, this will help them, thank you sir.
“7 to 9 hours of good quality sleep is recommended for most adult”
The Army
I play a lot of sports and I really like exercising. Earlier this year I had a skiing injury and haven’t been able to exercise because of it for about 5 months. And to add on top of this I have an iron deficiency which I’m trying to fix. I want to increase my stamina so I can play sports again this year but I’m always so tired and when I do exercise I get tired really quickly. I’m really not sure what to do or where to start. Any advice?
My dad says to me if you want to slow you’re heart rate down while running you take a deep breath threw the nose hold it is for a second or 2 then let it go and repeat
if you people desire to get ripped more quickly without spending a single another minute in the gym, then you really want to look at this video SIXPP.COMAnd then I feel as if I’m witnessing a miracle, as ever so slowly she raises her face towards the moon
my p.e. teacher required us to watch this, and I usually find his assignments to be stupid like bottle flip challenge, i do believe that this is actually going to be helpful in life! so thank you!
If people want to get fitter and stronger, do machines with zero rest between sets. I did this and it really works
Who’s here trying to know how to get his cardio back after covid-19
Joe, professor X, mr.Clean, bass rutten all in one. This guy.
You’re going places dude! Great, quick video that’s straight to the point!
Thanks for the Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you heard the talk about Rozardner Big Signals Reality (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a good one off guide for learning how to last longer in bed without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my BF at very last got astronomical success with it.
Cardio without eating a bit before will result in a loss of muscle because the body cant burn fat quickly enough to sustain energy for running and will burn anything including muscle. You might lose your gains.
I’ve got 3 days to get army fit before I go for my assessment Center on Thursday, wish me luck bros
You know when says “Sooo The conditions” its time to drop everything your doing and listen the fu.
You shouldnt mix cardio and strength training. Do strength training first ALWAYS. Then do cardio.
I have an asthma and i cant last 10 mins doing cardio, without having an asthma attack. Do you have any tips?
I run the road in the gd sun everydayhiit my ass yo that’s suicide
I need lots of oxygen, my body (arms/legs) they won’t get tired. But I need to take lots of oxygen
Dang this guy just unloaded 9mm rounds of health information for fitness. I was like uhhhh… this guys knows his stuff.
Great and informative video my friend!
Why would someone even consider giving it a thumbs down, that’s just utter foolery lol
Not hard…
1:Don’t smoke
2:Eat healthy
3:Run 5 times a day 3+ miles Atleast
4: stretch
But when I reduce rest between sets i will not able to increase weight after set and i want muscular size beside a cardiovascular fitness
Here are the 3 key points for any one who doesn’t have time:)
1. Include cardio with strength training ( 1:31)
2. Rest between exercises as little as possible ( 2:57)
3. HIIT workouts ( 3:50)
Nice video man. You actually define everything in very detailed but to the point. This thing is very rear in today’s internet videos. Please keep this quality in your future videos as well.
Hi. I’ve decided to start intermittent fasting. This is my 3rd day and I feel more alert, my mood is more stable, and it’s super easy. I am currently 232 lbs. Can’t wait to see results.
Starlings law is not dependent on the size of the heart, only the amount of stretch which equals stroke vol. A larger heart is a diseased heart. He is correct that bodybuilding can lead to a “thicker heart”, which is why many bodybuilders are chronically ill by the time they are in their late 50s.
Low educated his an idiot knowing your body and food is how you best learn
This guy really knows about fitness. It’s fascinating to listen to him honestly.
This guy is basically describing all of my different cycling training exercises.
I have been doing half of these without even knowing these things, wow. I’m completely new to running. I have made great progress compared to myself, but now I hit a wall with shin splint pain:/ I gave it a 6 day rest, but it looks like it wasn’t enough, today it came back at the end of my run
Yo, if I did excessive running would it strengthen my cardio? I mean that’s a dumb question but whenever fatigue hits me it affects my sight my head feels light and I’m almost passing out.
Well, This quarantine got me drowning in self pity, fast food an alcohol.
It’s time to make a change…
Thanks so much for the info
Fledge Fitness I do karate class for 3 day of the week and Fridays of that week I’m required to go there and do lot of cardio workouts for two hours of the week and when we all start as a group me and my body get tired quick and easy even when I’m breathing throughout each one of these exercises and I barely have time to breathe that I forget to breathe plus I have to push myself fast and hard every time and keep going until the instructor black belts say stop and move on to the next exercise, and it’s gonna be more challenging cardio workouts for me in the future, so what do you suppose I should do to prepare and how should I prepare for these challenging cardio workouts now and in the future?
Edward. Can you do a video on what is your take with dry fasting vs normal water fasting?
I’m really skinny and underweight, but I want to improve my endurance. Do I still follow your tips or is there another way?
He just described a day in a life of a prehistoric human. Walk all day foraging and stalking an animal. Then doing full on sprints to chase and kill the animal. Long walk back to camp. Cook meat. Sleep. Repeat.
Cardio Workout
Stroke volume size:
50 min maintaining short conversation effort level
Intervals with dynamic exercise while able to say a couple words, then ‘walk’ until able to say short sentences
Mitochondrial efficiency:
Long twitch fibers; Running while not able to say short sentences
Fast twitch fibers; Sprint till muscle almost starts to burn, then rest for ordinary recovery period, maintain for 40 min
I made it too. Want to know how? just go to woodprix webpage.
The only way I wanna build endurance is by sprinting my way into his Heart
as a student, saying mitochondria without following it with the powerhouse of the cell makes me extremely uncomfortable
Been exercising with cardio for 3 years none stop but I’ve decided to take one day of rest now. but I do jogs and dancing and some push ups and pull ups. How bad is that?
Lowkey I’ve been intermittent fasting my the last 8 school years of my life cause I don’t pack lunch or eat breakfast
For soccer resistance we use sprint jog sprint jog sprint jog for about 20 minutes
he talks like his the smartest ass on the planet, very annoying
I keep thinking of the glucose song

And no unique “system” is dumping acid. That’s just the after effects of the body not being able to distribute enough oxygen molecules to the cells. Then the body is not able to rid itself of carbon dioxide which makes the blood toxic/acidic.
After load and pre load has nothing to do with the heart being “thick” or “big”, but is the pressure measured in the blood stream when it’s contracted, Vs detracted.
“To hit your max speed, you have to engage your core to stabilise your body” I love that piece of advice. All movement is improved by taking a moment to think about what your core is doing is it engaged? It’s such a big group of muscles but it is really easy to forget to use them.
Of course am giving u thumbs up my friend, this actually really useful and easy compared to other videos. keep the good work brother and thanks
This guy is the best if you have a hard time to sleep. Just listen to him and you’ll fall to a dream in 2 mins
I understood all your points and I think they are helpful. Mainly commenting here because you’re the first person on YT who asked to dislike the video if it didn’t helpthat’s really nice and humble my friend
Dude for the past 2 3 months I’ve gone from having godly cardiovascular endurance to trash because of trips, injuries, and surgery and I gotta get it back AGAIN IT’S SO ANNOYING!
My teacher showed us this thank you for good video and you did not waste my time aswell
For some reason my cardiovascular system in one day lost its stamina
I get where he’s coming from but really comes down to what you want… different Sports require different training methods and this does not apply to all of them… some sports require you to exert short bursts of energy and some longer gradually…. the human body is such that you get better at doing what you doing…. cycling will make you better at cycling… boxing at boxing… mountain climbing at mountain climbing… thats just the way it is…. you could….endurance in a specific movement does not transalate into other movements
Honestly Pavel is an incel and knows jackshit about bodybuilding and health
I have tb in past can i Improve my cardio or stamina sir? I can jog now for 4kilometers but haft of that is walking
Please answer mt question guys
Question: what happened if you train at 90% (180 bpm) for 30 min( running).
Healthy or dangerous?
All this bullshit.. just go out and workout or run.. learn techniques and form.. eat right.. shit is not complicated
Great timing on this bro. I’ve been doing HIIT treadmill workouts for about two months. I just started incorporating body weight exercises between sets, so your video is right on time. In addition I just received my Fledge Fitness jump rope in the mail.
Great info as always!!
So is he describing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)? Also, I wish Jocko Willink was a part of this conversation.

Thanks for the information, I’m gonna start a good routine based on good cardio and Good eating and sleeping habits!
He got so old.
I have one of his videos.
Also his english is different now.
I am a hyper genius who has a masters degree. This man is correct in what he talks about in regards to cardio.
I’m a doctor and I can confirm this guy really breaks down endurance to a cellular level which is accurate and I can’t wait to try out the way he describes
This was so interesting and beautifully made. Love it! I tried running many times (programs of few times a week or daily) and I always ended up stopping because my knee would hurt. Do you think it could be because I was doing static stretches? It makes me sad because I enjoy running with my dog!
Excellent video, clear, informative and straight to the point
I thought fat people have bigger hearts? How is a bigger heart good? 1:00
Does anyone have any tips for a beginner runner who gets heavy legs really easily? When I run my legs begin to feel like lead and my ankles flare up and becomes quite painful. Any advice??
Woooooowww I able to run 10k and feel relief and i didn’t know why till now now i feel cool
Joe Rogan: “Permission to have you on the show, Commander?”
Picard: “Make it so.”
I can honestly say I didn’t learn one damn thing from this video.
For a sec I thought this was one of those joe Rogan vs joe Rogan edits
Who’s here because they just sit all day in the middle of the quarantine and they don’t want to be fat and lazy?
Really informative. Does any of you have a book/article/video/ect. Recommendation to dig deeper into this topic?
Bro I wasn’t able to look at him without looking the mirror on his bald head damn I can see the whole room there
I’m not going to pretend that the info being presented here was new. That being said though, I thoroughly enjoyed the way you presented it. Broken down in simple terms, clear cut info, practical.
Thanks dude
I started eating more fiverr and Miner and exercised tons after this video!
Every time I hear cardio for losing weight I want to throw up. Cardio is like 30% of weight loss. Cardio should be for overall fitness, you need powerful Lungs and heart to be fit. Fuck weight loss that’s dumb reason
These two should do a head and shoulders commercial together.
The heart rate inertia is the macrocirculation that is still compensating because the circulatory system is heavily loaded, and it takes time to fill the cells with the required oxygen molecules.
thank you! I have a very unhealthy heart and I’m trying to fix it but I usually overthink things like this. seeing this video makes it seem a lot more simple. but that doesn’t mean I wont work hard lol
He had me at mitochondria. I love a lot of the small clips available, but this is absolutely the best bit of info.
“I recommend this product:
phip.best/bycommand/LtB
So grateful it exists.”
I think I’m resting too much, as at 2:46 I heard it as 79 hours of sleep a day
You don’t want your heart to get thicker, you want to it to get bigger. Bars!
wow, i’ve read pavel’s books and this is the first time I’m hearing him talk….going by his books, was expecting a heavy russian accent. lol
