This is a Clean and Jerk attachment for a landmine or bar pivot. A Viking Press is a lift in which the user performs a shoulder press using a single bar attached to either a landmine or bar pivot. A Viking Press does not require this kind of a bar, and there are cheaper options. The bar being shown here is available from Physique Fitness out of Edmonton, AB, Canada. It comes as part of a landmine attachment bundle, but I was able to order this “clean and jerk” handle, to be shipped to me in the US, by contacting their customer support via their website. Not sure if I’ll need to pay brokerage fees, but they only charged me $60 and $50 shipping. A bar similar to this (i.e. wishbone attachment) will typically cost in excess of $300. It will arrive to me in Texas in a couple of days, currently tracking that it is about 200 miles away. I will give an update on it after receiving it and giving it a demo.

i think the real trick would be to get samples of sounds overlayed at each millisecond interval and play them back through your ears accordingly with slight variable volume, peaking volume at the age median delay
If you want to update this some time, talk to a stadium sports announcer. I have done high school football and got this all the time. If I had the volume high enough for the fans to hear, I could hear the delay in the booth. I’m not sure what the delay was, but I suspect it was longer than what you were using. I think in that situation it is easier to tune out the voice from the speakers. I also tended to speak in shorter sentences with a short break before continuing.
