I love her hairstyle. It frames her lovely face so well. And she moves incredibly, like strong silk.
Merry Christmas Erin! I’ll have to save this one to do again when I’m not expecting….. but I made it through Such a good flow to celebrate. Merry Fitness
Wonderful class, Erin! I am halfway through my 200 hour teacher training course, and I’ve picked EPK I and Visvamitrasana as my two “work on it” poses for my training constructing flows for each and working on them a lot. It’s so cool to me how there’s so much similarity in the muscular engagement in EPK II and Visvamitrasana. It kind of bridges the gap between Visvamitrasana and EPK I. Fantastic flow. Even though I’ve been doing your classes for years, I still am finding out new and interesting movements from you. Keep up the amazing classes. (Surprising that I haven’t done this class before, given that it’s four years old!)
Excellent but I want to know how have developed thai Muscles? Through yoga or other work out?
when I see this. i think i can do too. but..really need strength n flexibility.
I love the way you put classes together. The simple things are challenging my body because with your style of teaching I am approaching poses and movement in a different way which I love. Thank you for sharing.
omgggg I just did it!!!! no joke watch a bunch of different videos and couldnt do it. your comment about should going into internal rotation instead of external was a game changer for me! thank you!
Hi Kino, I just wanted to say thank for continuing to post your awesome videos despite all the inappropriate comments. Your videos have helped me figure out how to get into many poses without hurting myself haha.
kino you make great videos, and I have learned a lot but on a side note, I do masturbate to these videos. Because I would love it if my GF was able to do this and in comparison to porn im just using my imagination it feels much more dignified
love the way your toes spread and help you maintain perfect balance it seems.
I am struggling with lifting the back leg what can I do to strengthen

such a joy to watch your poses. me being a novice to yoga i look forward to understanding to be enlightened.
This is so helpful. I’ve been trying to go from eight angle pose to eka pada koundinyasana II for a little while. Seeing the mechanics really helps.
Amazing!!! I was doing your classes regularly since August (for 4 months) and got into hurdlers pose with no problem!!! I’m absolutely fascinated, yoga really gives you so much strength, it’s unbelievable. Those balances look so difficult on pictures, I still can’t get over the fact that I actually DID IT from my first try. Thank you for all your work!!! Next I’m going to practice handstands:) Peace!
This position Is very hot, showing sexy muscular legs end perfect delicious feet
Great Video and lesson. I seem pretty stable in the foundational posture with the back knee on the floor. But when I try to come into it from standing (Parsvakonasana) I somehow lose the balance when I try to grab the front foot. I can’t seem to distribute my weight properly without falling. Any tips? Maybe I will get brave and post a video
Hey! Your videos are very helpful. If you’re still doing these (and I hope you are), I’d love some help going from headstand lotus to urdva kukkutasana. Thanks for your lessons!
thank you so much for this super energizing, creative flow class:)
Hi Kino, I keep on watching and following your Yoga videos,it really helps me a lot.
Thank you so much for your dedication and effort, you are the best!!!
I’ve just started attempting the arm balances in the last few days. I LOVE your teaching style and how you broke the movements down. When I get to the head poses, its REALLY uncomfortable for me…to the point that I need to fold my mat for added cushion in order to attempt the move; is this normal when starting out?
this is a great sequence. as a yoga teacher i usually zip through youtube videos and take elements of classes and kind of cut and paste with my own ideas. but this class is so perfect theres nothing to cut and paste! I love it!!!!
Erin, thank you very much for this wonderful flow! I feel myself stronger, but I am not able to do Hurdler’s Pose yet. I’m on my way towards it! I did this flow in the park too! Namaste
I Believe My yoga Instructor done this Before with us but i could never get into the pose how you Just showed it but my yoga teacher did this I could never lift my body off the ground I always fell forward
I love how this says it’s preview but I learned a million tips from it!
Sexy Kino is back. If she keeps filming such videos her hits would increase again.
The elbow of my supporting arm begins widen as soon as I begin to shift my weight forward even though I am hugging my elbows in to the midline. Any suggestions?
