“Non-diet diet”? Read definition of diet. This guy doesn’t understand meaning of term “diet”. Everybody has a diet unless they don’t eat at all. What they mean is that weight loss diets don’t work. Especially calories restriction on the long run.
I work remotely nearly 95% of time for last 5 years and going.
fought right corrects lefts when make mistake am I on point?
I admire your honesty and how self-critical you are. Thanks for sharing.
I can barely stand one date without combining it with something else. it becomes too sweet for me.
I N T E R M I T T E N T F A S T I N G!!
Been doing it for a while now.. Results have been amazing.. Some amazing things happen to your body if you can train it to go without food for 16 hours EVERY single day…
I’m majoring in nutritional sciences with end game of becoming a registered dietitian and this guy hit the nail on the head. I’ve been doing research into food psycology and neuro-linquistics. This is awesome!
Excellent list of the pros and cons. I love the OMAD lifestyle, but even then I’ll have days here and there that ste 16 or 18 hrs, or just TMAD (2 meals a day)
Hey, hi, I wonder if weight loss / health is your goal, do you make sure that you eat whole foods plant based no SOS?
I’ve been a vegetarian for a while and no one thought I would make it. Lots of people made fun of me but I’ve stuck with it and it makes me feel like a better person. I’m so happy you feel the way I do about people sticking their noses into your business.

I worked from home for the last 5 years of my employment with a large insurance company. It was absolutely the best ever. I was offered that opportunity for 2 years prior, but was afraid of the isolation. Couldn’t have been more wrong. It was a great experience and I would love to get another chance to do it.
i noticed that i feel happier and more energized when i avoid meat and dairy. im a very sensitive person and i feel the effects of negative energy far more than the average person. im pretty sure thats why i’ve felt mildly depressed in my childhood, teenage years, and even my young adult years. i was actually diagnosed with schizophrenia a little over a year ago. my diet, i feel, had a LOT to do with it.
I’ve been vegetarian for three months now and it’s opened my eyes up so much!!
What exactly is Custokebon Secrets? How does this thing really work? I see lots of people keep on talking about this popular fat burn methods.
My name is Mercy from Ghana.I am on a diet but my tummy keeps growing bigger. How do I go about it?
just found your channel and I’m subbing! Also, binging through your videos! Thank you for being a positive influence as a vegan! So many negative connotations about vegans and it’s so sad. No matter how positive you are people love to challenge you! I’ve been a vegetarian for over 12 years and over the past six months decided to go vegan! such a great life change.
I genuinely feel like you and Olivia ( her channel is obsxura ) would be really good friends on YouTube! I’ve been following you for over a year now and I love you and your personality(:
So what exactly did you do to loose weight? Did you workout or was it all the diet? And do you have any tips for weight loss when vegan
What exactly is Custokebon Secrets? How does this thing really work? I see many people keep on speaking about this popular weight loss methods.
yessssssss this makes me so happy <3 I've been vegan for almost 7 months I think, and watching my body and mindset change is amazing!
It’s not about what you eat, it’s about the how, when and the why. Listen to your gut and to your hunger, and to your gut and hunger only. Make concious decisions: “What do i want to eat? What do i crave?”. Learn to listen to your hunger and stop if you are not hungry anymore. Don’t eat if you are not hungry.
Any diet that recommends you take in less sugar, lower your insulin and increase your whole foods WILL work. Keto, Paleo and Intermittent fasting all definitely work. Sugar increases your appetite, encourages you to eat more bad foods and in its refined form has no nutrients at all. That feeling of not being able to stick to a diet is a symptom of sugar addiction. Reduce sugars and refined carbs. Stop snacking.
Congrats!!! I’ve been vegan for 5 months and can’t wait for many more
Oreos aren’t really vegan they contain palm oil which is such a horrible industry and causes all the animals in the forest who are going extinct to die:/
it’s so bad that I am working 24/7 now that the bosses think we are sitting at home relaxing all the time.
Nice vid in 1000 years all the fish and animals will be dead if we keep this up. By. 2100 most of the fish will be gone. This sucks.
How I am Becoming Supernatural
I’m 36 and when I was in my early 20’s I was diagnosed with Lupus, an autoimmune disorder. I was told it was incurable and I would have to live with it forever and just accept a life of pain and fatigue, inflammation and exhaustion. I went on a true obsessive quest for knowledge as I was unwilling to believe that I would was destined to live with this condition. I began studying and implementing just about any alternative medicine modality that exists. Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, raw foods, detoxification, super-foods, rigorous exercise programs, parasite cleansing, heavy metal detox. etc.
All of these things really made a huge difference, but if I were to be honest my life has been one of having to spend so much effort and money on my health that if I for just a few months fell of of being in total discipline… I would again begin having bad symptoms from an overactive autoimmune system. I’ve had terrible issues with Candida in my sinuses that have literally made me spend half of my life barely able to breathe at all through my nose. It’s hard to really express to someone how much having chronic sinus blockages can really affect the quality of life. When you can’t breathe you can’t relax and I was so often feeling like I was in an anxious flight or fight state to due to this.
The past year of my life I’ve had some personal issues that challenged me to my maximum and I began having issues in every area of my life from money, to relationships, to my health. I started feeling suicidal and just too exhausted to persevere anymore. I had spent a good 15 years of my life searching for a key to true healing and had made many improvements, but never felt totally
Then I found “Becoming Supernatural” by Dr. Joe Dispenza. I’ve realized that I’ve been trying to affect matter with matter, trying to change the my physical body and this physical world through actions and doing only. This book taught me that the true path to healing is within and only through doing consistent meditations and opening the body’s energy centers will we transcend the initial traumas that are stored in our body blocking the energy flowing to our natural well being. I’ve been seeing results from just starting meditations a few weeks ago that are blowing my mind. Joe Dispenza is right if we want truly heal ourselves of any condition or problem in our life, we have to “Become Supernatural” and I can genuinely say that his book opened the door to understanding who I am and the power to heal that had been dormant in me all of my life.

Great & Informative video, Maria! I can relate to the planes flying overhead. It is that way all the time in my area since I live near an airport.
I am on my first week of going back on a vegetarian diet. When I first started many years ago before I went back to a meat diet, I did it to lose weight like you did. Now, I have educated myself on the cruelty of the meat & dairy industries & the benefits of going vegan which I hope to do in a few years when I move out & have a stable life. Best of luck to everyone.
I work for a very flexible company, and often time I work remotely, depending on my obligations. I find that I sometimes work more efficiently when I’m by myself in comparison to when I’m working at the office. This video was very insightful though:)
been vegan for 3 months!!!! I have way better skin and feel so much happier and I’m feeling depressed much less!!!
By being vegan you’re killing cows and chickens by not buying meat how do you expect them to feed the animals if no one buys them!
This is NOT an interview it is an advert just selling more interventions that are gonna cost you hard earned money
I see lots of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets. But Im not sure if it’s good. Have you ever tried this popular weight loss method?
Miracle Formula breakthrough created by Doctor!

Why does the Linkedin app make it so hard to find these type of jobs?
I think it’s all about creating a low-carb diet since insulin is released for high carb foods, it causes fat production as well since it’s also a growth hormone
I felt the same especially the being alone most of the time. Not having to interact or socialize with other people. But yeah, that’s just my experience. Pros still outnumbered the cons and i really like what i’m doing.
Thank you sharing and great work. Veganism has made major changes to my life!
I’ve been doing 20:4 for
almost 3 weeks. Sometimes I feel a bit weaker for wanting to eat maybe an hour early. But otherwise Im good. I’ll give OMAD a go. I had abs in 2018 for the first time in my life but I fell into depression. Went from 11% 210lbs upto 275lbs now. Ugh.
I feel fasting cycles makes it easier for me to not snack all day. I’m worried if I do this type of thing I’ll plateau quicker though.
Thank you for being so honest and straight forward. I am a vegetarian, and hardly perfect on the junk food front either. We’re only human!:)
My sister laughed when I told them I was gonna lose fat with just using Custokebon Secrets, but after I showed them great effects after I used it they are begging me to share with them about it. Of course I won’t let them know the detail about this diet plan, lol
This is a little
Informercialish, but nonetheless, a lot of what he says IS true.
I respectfully disagree about how he proposes to handle will power and ‘urges’. Cravings simply vanish when u eat enough food that’s satiating and fills your nutritional needs. He said it and I’m saying it. There’s no need for “behavioral modification,” whatever that means… emotional eating is a thing, like he said, but FEELING your emotions is how you get through them, not avoiding them or eating differently.
I’ve been vegetarian for 6 months and last week I made a decision to become vegan ❤️ so happy 1 week vegan aniversary for me ❤️
Om Shri Dhanvantre Namaha
Thanks.
As per the ancient hindu wellness science of Ayurveda, there are three types of consitutions
A) Vata A combine of Space and Air
B) Pitta A combine of Fire and water
C) Kapha A combine of water and Earth.
Based on the body type, different foods are prescribed.
Also it varies based on the seasons.
For instance honey should be avoided in Summer as it produces heat in the body.
I’ve noticed that you never stop talking about your veganism and that you said you don’t like vegetables. That is all.
Hello there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Simply just do a google search engine search. On there you will find a great suggestions about how you can lost a lot of weight. Why not give it a chance? perhaps it is going to work for you too.
Most studies conducted have suggested that both diet and exercise are ineffective and have little to no benefit in helping with weight loss consider taking a look at this article if you don’t believe me
https://www.vox.com/2018/1/3/16845438/exercise-weight-loss-myth-burn-calories
And here is a question whether you are overweight or not.
Why is that obese individuals are often seen to be weak, lazy, and overindulgent, not just by the general public but by the mainstream healthcare industry simply because they are fat or are craving unhealthy food
Imagine if someone said to you that your problem is you sleep too much and you should just sleep two hours a day. And everyone in society and in your life judged you for being weak and lazy because you slept so much. You could sleep two hours a night for a while, but sooner or later you’ll need a big sleep—a “binge sleep”
because you’re body is going to want it regardless of what society tells you.
IT’S EXACTLY THE SAME WITH FOOD.
You can cut your intake and force yourself to eat less for a while, but sooner or later you’re going to need a big “binge eat.” That’s because your body is forcing you to eat more in order to keep you at a certain weight.
That is why both diet and exercise backfire because they focus on this strict discipline which your body will resist, if you look at people who enter shows like biggest loser and other similar shows, most of them loose weight but they also gain it all the way back because their body is forcing them to be at a certain weight.
I eat vegan due to my A positive blood type. Are there any type O’s that are doing well as a vegan?
Eating oreos while watching! And you mention them uhh i feel better about my self now
PROS AND CONS OF OMAD (ONE MEAL A DAY FOR 30 DAYS) WEIGHT LOSS EXPERIMENT
lol… this is so wrong info spreading by mindvalley…: Yes nutrition is important doesnt mean that all execises are of waste. Means: as this person said joint pain is due to the lack of movement and poor mobility and general people push themseleves to the limit when they first start. there are a lot to say, but at this time this is enough for me to say this is BS video
As of my being as Muslim… we have volentary fasting as follow:
3 days a month (11,12,13)
2 days a week Monday and Thursday
Also few days in defferent dates in Muslim year
A Must fasting
Full month of Ramadhan almost 30 days
My mother were doing it for both the optional and the must and died in middle of 90s of her age about 94 years old without any health problem… only at last year go lungs infection and died from it..
Most Muslims now days when fasing Ramadhan they spiol meaning of fasting.. they eate on it more than normal at rest of the year.
I lost 80 pounds I didn’t starve myself
I ate protein and vegetables
Sugar natural, refine or artificial
Causes my body to have massive pain
So I Associates sugar with a sledgehammer because that’s what it feels like when I put it in my mouth
Pain radiating from my jawline to my head zero sugar= zero pain
My weight now 130 lbs
It’s the diet you can never cheat on because they’re serious repercussions if you do
congratulations!! awesome video, and I hope very inspiring for non-vegans

I grew up in India (mostly vegetarian diet with some chicken or fish on sundays and my dad was a physician) and moved to the US long time ago. Barely went out to eat and ate nutritionally dense plant based homemade food in India. We were effortlessly slim and healthy. The small amounts of dairy came from buffalo milk which is extremely human gut friendly compared to cow’s milk in the US. Anyway It has been pure hell mentally and physically since my move here. The fluoride and other chemicals in the water, the sugar in everything, cow’s dairy in everything destroyed my skin and health for a long time. And caused so much depression and other mental issues. Always craving sugars where as in India and in the early days in the US, I hated everything that was sweet. Tried paleo, keto diets. I even tried vegan and vegetarian diets. I truly hate the crazy keto bandwagon everybody wants to jump onto. It is sad to see Indians ditching their native diets that worked so well and get into keto and eat so much more meat. I personally believe Keto works well for Westerners but the brainwash is so powerful that Indian drop their healthy fermented foods for it. Anyway, finally after all the suffering I changed my water situation (reverse osmosis) only eat organic produce to reduce pesticides and other chemicals, eliminate most of the dairy (except ghee) and eliminate any traces of fluoride and other chemicals and do intermittent fasting. Just eliminating these chemicals and eating mineral rich lentils and other plant proteins it self will eliminate the sugar cravings. The only trick is you got to stick with it long enough that you pass that threshold where you will reject sugary foods naturally. But people do not wait long enough for that to happen.
I’m trying to lose a bunch of weight, is it a good idea to go vegan?
So much bla bla. Stop eating! Fasting and loads of cardio. Don’t be lazy. It’s called Discipline. People trying to find the easy way for everything.
I am on intermmiten fasting and my attitude to food changed. I do not have to eat as much as I did. I lost some weight. I never ate white sugar really, but use less honey etc. Anyway intermmiten diet works well for me. What Eric says is great. What he does will actually help people in every aspect of their life as the self esteem is a base.
im not a vegan yet but soon i wish to be. its not the right time for me to become a vegan right now because of my situation. but i definitely understand that people will want to fight with you because they dont understand why people go vegan. i told my friends recently that i want to go vegan in the future but they all just kinda were giving me shit because of it lol. i feel like people need to be more open minded and compassionate towards the animals suffering in those corrupt farms. all those steroids, antibiotics, and growth hormones cause the animals to become really sick. people dont realize that we are all connected to each other through energy, and when animals are under distress, this creates negative energy. and then when we eat those animals, we absorb their negative energy which causes us to become sick, depressed, anxious, stressed out and even suicidal to an extent. it also severs our connection to our immortal self by numbing us out, spiritually. i think thats why theres so much madness and apathy in many people these days. its not really their fault, but they just need to become more aware of how we’re living in these days.
Shut up and let the other guy say something! Does the other dude speak human? Why is he in the video?
It must be a lifestyle change. Omad for life! The way he is talking about the relationship with food changes with this program that they are promoting, I feel the same way since I’ve started OMAD. Little by little I have no longer had this compulsion to foods and sugars or fast food. I didn’t stop eating anything I liked but I am only eating once a day and naturally there are these shifts. I used to be addicted to chips and soda and sweets and now those things are just not as appetizing and I can go without so I didn’t restrict myself from anything but naturally I’ve started not being attracted to those kinds of foods. I also don’t constantly think of food all day like I used to which has freed up my mind for many other things. It’s not a diet, it is a lifestyle.
healthy keto diet is the best way to lose weight because i’ve tried it before and boy it works well i lost 56 pounds in 3 month without exercise and the best thing about healthy keto diet is that you rarely feel hungry and no longer crave junk foods
It would be a shame for you not to lose body fat while other normal people are able to shed extra pounds quickly using Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine).
If you’re still drinking coffee, the diet must not be that healthy because being tired and needing a cup of coffee means adrenal fatigue. Weak adrenals means weak kidneys. Weak kidneys means poor kidney filtration. Poor kidney filtration equals acidosis. Acidosis equals every disease ever.
Hello there, have you thought about this kind of diet plan called the Custokebon Secrets? My cousin says it helps people lost tons of weight. Is that possible? I also heard a lot of great review about this diet plan. Thoughts?
Don’t you guys have sense of moderation? Humans have been omnivorous since the primitive age. Being omnivorous was coded in our DNA. Eating excessive meat is unhealthy of course, but you don’t have to quit eating meat completely.
The main thing for me is not having people to talk to “in real life” other than my wife, so I am talking back and forth with my team in the Philippines, Spain and the UK but not the same. However, so many pluses working from home, I always liked that better, I have an office in Scotland that when I lived in Scotland I only went into once a week and mostly spent the day distracting the staff LOL 😉
