Hard to follow as mirroring you we got backwards first so can’t see what you’re doing
Strained my ribs somehow. An article recommended this pose and heat. Love to hear more suggestions, although I know you’re busy.
Hi Adriene, I can’t remember if it was in a video or a response you posted in the comments, but a while ago you briefly mentioned how much your body has changed since starting yoga. Can you talk a little about that?
this is not how Hatha yoga teach Gate pose. u seem to be doing it the wrong way.one needs to bend towards the leg that is extended sideways
nice videowell explained, not boring, fun to watch. thanks!
I always greatly enjoy your sense of humor, but I must admit, “spread yo butter” made me laugh harder than usual.:-D
Something I think would be popular would be a yoga/sanskrit vocabulary episode
Plus it would give you a chance to flex those theatrical muscles with like a language arts teacher persona
Oh wow, now I get what this pose is all about. Thank you Adriene!!
I have never worked as hard in any yoga class as I am now, working my way through the foundations of yoga series. It just shows how important it is to take the time to make sure that poses are done properly and all the necessary muscles are engaged. Wow! It is hard work. My body is soooo tight. Thank you Adriene for your gift to us!
thats really hurt, i got cramps in both my legs and bottocks muscles. Thank you but that was hard. Ouch.
My knees hurt a lot, even double siding my mat… Any suggestions? I had to stop the poses before as I could not ignore the pain…
finished practice with this.. and i felt tall afterwards, and slow and graceful. Thanks Adriene

SMILIN’ & ENJOYING………Adriene, thanks again for keeping it real and connecting to the masses, while making each of us feel as though we’re having a one on one yoga practice with you!
You could just be smearing sun cream 😉 just saying! Will try this later as I have torn my Quadratus Lomborum and ligaments connecting my lumbar spine on the left… in recovery now but very stiff. Just trying to find gentle exercises to target my back from different angles… like the look of the little hover, need to regain some core strength:)
After doing gentle morning, energizing morning and bedtime yoga with you for 4 months regularly, I’m amazed how fast I regained my strength and flexibility. Big thank you, Adriene!

Love the yoga classes! My kids and I have been doing them every morning with you! You are our YOGA! Thanks again for making this so accessible.
I do this everyday, and it makes me feel sooooo good!!! Thank you,
I definitely noticed a lot of lift in my ribs and that I was holding my core taller than normal. I had a bit of soreness in my knees. Next time I’ll be sure to have a blanket to pad my mat.
I just love your mat! Turquoise is my favorite colour and the pattern underneath is stunning. Where did you get it from?:) xxx
I wish I lived in Austin so I could take your classes in person! Love your personality and singing and the fun you bring to yoga!!:)
My sides feel great:) Question, howevermy knees tend to hyper extend and I found the pressure on them painful when my heel was pointing up. Any variations you would suggest? Could I keep my weight on the outer edges of the foot rather than the heel? Thanks!

I was watching the older foundations videos and there has been quite a transformation in your presenting style. Always some humour, but there’s more of an ease and openness of your personality.
Thanks Hero! We will definitely try to tag them better. We have another 100+ videos coming, and will be adding more tips on our website. Thank you for watching!
Well made videos that are informative and relaxing to watch, they deserve more views. Try adding more tags, I tried to re-find them by searching ‘learn free yoga’ and they were nowhere to be seen.
