As I was rewatching this video I realized that I forgot to mention how tall I am lol. I explained why i prefer a larger ball even though most common advice suggests otherwise. I’m 5’3 (or 160 cm) and according to livestrong I should get a 55cm ball BUT! I personally prefer larger size one and reasoning as to why i extensively go over in this vid:-) But yeah, guys, size does matter after all!
Also if you want more exclusive weekly beach ball/stability ball/ pilates ball boucing, deflating and inflating videos that i don’t post here on YT please subscribe to my patreon: https://www.patreon.com/betterslimmeryou
This is not as instructive as it could be. Remember, most people when actually shopping for a ball, don’t have any already inflated on the spot for them to sit on, try out and choose; the balls are boxed and sold that way. They come in 55, 65 or 75cm-so how to choose? Obviously being able to check if my legs hit 90 degree angle would be ideal, but can’t do that when it’s boxed.
So…what is YOUR height, Chalene, and what size ball are you sitting on? What is the average range of body height that size ball accommodates? That would give me a better clue as to what I’m looking for! Thanks!
Thanks for the info about trideer! Have you tried the fitness brand black mountain products? I’m in the market for a new fitness ball and I’m not sure if I should get a trideer or bmp ball. It definitely has to be 85 cm though!

Thank you so much for your vid i treally liked it.
Maybe measure from the floor to about the back of your knees… then choose the ball cloest to that measurement rounding up to account for a little depression for when your body deforms the ball. Im 5’7 shortish legs, im going with the 55cm
Try to do like a challenge where you have to do some exercises with the ball but the ball is half inflated
it’s soo wow this ball but if it takes you more than 8 minutes to put air into it you need a new pump
