Relief from constipation and diarrhea makes absolutely no sense. Also, are you late for a meeting? Slow down a little bit. Making “concise” videos doesn’t mean you have to hurry. Maybe make a top 5 instead of top 10 if you’re just trying to get through it as quick as possible.

The description of wood Apple and the photo displayed is not correct. Especially the photo sends wrong impression. The photo displays rotten form of the fruit which isn’t consumed in India. Moreover it doesn’t have smell or taste like that of rotten eggs. It is beautifully yellow and sticky. Follow the link below for the correct information and a recipe.
https://youtu.be/9IlS6UdFJmo
Having a deadened sense of smell really helps me try some new foods

number 6, jabuticaba is so good if you blend them in a blender, it is way easier to eat because they have a medium pip and bitter skin
Wood apple definitely looks much better than that image. It tastes amazing and helps with digestion problems. Also, once ripe it smells like honey. Those images don’t do justice to the fruit.

Kiwis are among my favorite fruits since I can’t eat fruit with red pigmentation on them. A really rare allergic reaction in Westerners, more common in Asians but only a handful of us have them:(
Essentially can’t eat apples (but can eat green ones), peaches, cherries, etc. Oddly enough, strawberries or watermelons don’t cause an allergic reaction.

Hi Jeff I disagree with you. Some foods stay on the superfoods list permanently forever because they’re backed up by years of independent research for example: avocado, walnuts, parsley, eggs, beets and more. You should specify that you meant the lists of superfoods created by: Dr. Oz and another TV and media food gurus whose lists of the superfoods depend on who pays more at certain time for promoting their product.
