Is Custokebon Secrets useful to lost a ton of weight? We’ve read many good things about Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine).
My best friend eats whatever he wants only once a day for most days. He’s become so used to it that he just doesn’t feel hungry. He’s 35 but he is constantly mistaken as a 16 year old. CR (maybe also IF) really is the secret of anti-aging!!
I have always been thin, and sometimes don’t eat much, yet I am healthier than others my age, 62, or my siblings. I can do a 10K, no problem.
I eat this way,but for America to eat this way what would be the consequences?Well industry would be quietly against for you would not be as big as a consumer.Excess calories and over eating means more manufactured food(all different angles of shipping and retail),more fuel use because people are heavier and transport more food, more medical consumerism,TAXES and I am sure their other points to make.Point is you are wanted to consume consume and over produce then to die that is the design.SLAVE?
COD twice a month. More like every other day. I love the stuff..
if you boys expect to get ripped prompt without wasting a single another minute in the gym, then you should check out this online video SIXPP.COMIn the beginning Marvel created the Bullpen and the Style. And the Bullpen was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the Artists
Wow, calories from fat is how I show people the food they eat is crappy and high fat. Now, they don’t want to even show this.
In the coming days calorie restriction won’t be an option,it is and will be the norm for the majority of us,God Bless and stay Prayed Up.
I swear you can read minds i was just thinking of this!!! And side note you should do more things like these as well as recipies
you don’t need a scientific study to prove calorie restriction is life enhancing. you just need to try and it and see how you feel. you just need to think about how you feel when you over stuff yourself and how taxing that is on your body, how tired and miserable it makes you.
It doesn’t work as they think. Primary mechanism is protein restriction. Best diet is high carbohydrate low protein low fat. And restrict only to degree you are stocky strong. It essentially should be unrestricted whole starchy staples, vegetables, fruit. These guys are restricting needlessly with many of the wrong foods and hence only getting moderate improvements in final longevity. Significant calorie restriction of optimal diet actually causes harm. Again, stocky strength is degree of restriction and high starchy carbs, low protein, low fat. Example would be Starch Solution Diet.
Elizabeth Balckburn co-discovered telomerase, the enzyme that repairs telomeres, not the telomeres themselves…
Tino all you have to do is take the amount of grams of fat and multiply by 4 to find the number of calories from fat.
is cod better than talapia as far as protein and fhealth benefits?
calorie restriction does not amount to starvation. starvation is obviously not healthy.
On top of people not getting enough potassium, they’re eating a high salt diet, which skyrockets the amount of potassium their body needs. I hope they don’t take off the calories from fat label!
Sugars count toward calories total. Just because adding up the macros doesn’t=total calories doesn’t mean the product is “bad”. A product could be sweetened with fruit juice or something to make it palatable, which drives up sugar and calories. Just something to consider, y’all. Cheers!
This video will be really useful to so many people. I feel like a huge portion of people have no idea how to comprehend labels.
The thing I don’t get is when they show people who are practicing calorie restriction, none of them look any younger than you would expect. Yes they may have lowered their chances of certain diseases, but they haven’t actually turned the clock back at all and discovered a fountain of youth or something
I just took a Biology Basic Nutrition class in college and this info is very accurate. If you see preservatives or sugars as one of the first three ingredients definitely seek an alternative. Thanks Protein Chef for spreading the knowledge. Keep up the good work love your channel.
THIS IS WHY YOU’RE REALLY NOT A VEGAN UNTIL YOU UNDERSTAND LIBERTARIAN PHILOSOPHY AND YOU’RE REALLY NOT A LIBERTARIAN UNTIL YOU BECOME A VEGAN…I DON’T SEE ANY OF THESE VEGAN AIRHEADS GETTING IT:
THE SOLUTION IS SIMPLE, FREEING THE MARKETS OF THIS GOVERNMENT HORSESHIT ENABLES PEOPLE AND COMPANIES TO COMPETE FOR LABELING. THE KIND OF LABEL I WOULD WANT TO SEE WOULD INCLUDE THESE THINGS:
1. MACRO NUTRIENT RATIOS AND PERCENTAGES
2. MICRO NUTRIENT RATIOS AND PERCENTAGES
3. PROCESSED FOODS COMPONENTS
4. ANY POLLUTION OR TOXICITY
5. A SIMPLE LIST OF ALL INGREDIENTS BY WEIGHT
You can only create enough vitamin D from the sun throughout the year if you live below the 37th parallel (about the top of Texas). Oh you also have to go outside… with a bare torso… during peak sunlight hours and no sunscreen… (all pretty rare in modern society). Oh and if you’re Elderly you are out of luck as well. Otherwise you must receive it from dietary sources or supplement.
sugary drinks DONT make humans fat you idiot… carbs dont make you fat, fat makes you fat…
You could derive the fat calories, but most people don’t know how to do that. It is completely arbitrary to select just a few nutrients. Including vitamin D is extremely misleading, like you said.. It is as if the FDA is jumping on the sugar phobic Paleo bandwagon. I want to know how much of the rare trace minerals such as chromium, cobalt and iodine there is in my food, but they don’t even test for them.
Since you’re studying to become a dietitian, is there a way you can formally complain to this change?
I want to know if these people also practice IF. Otherwise surely they are ravenously hungry all the time.
Amazing video idea, personally I use a calorie counting app called “My fitness pal”. My brother needed this information so you’re right on time. Tyvm.
This is bullshit, not knowing how much calories come from fat is critical in peoples decisions in choosing food. This is the benefit to corporations who make money from making this country fat as fuck. And added sugars part of the new label is just implied propaganda to the consumer that carbs makes you fat. I fucking hate the new label.
i’m bummed about them removing “calories from fat” from the labeling as i find that to be one of the most handy stats! guess, i just checked and you can still calculate it by multiplying total grams of fat by 9.
The calories from fat label is what I go by to keep fat low when I buy something packaged. Why would they take this out? People are so obsessed with just keeping calories low at the expense of health and nutrition… Like they would would rather trick their bodies into thinking it can run off 1200 a day rather than making sure they are getting all the nutrition they need to feel good and happy.:(
Round 2 this week and we’re back with something a little different!!!
America seems to take the stand that obesity is caused by carbs. I still don’t know how anyone can get fat on carb heavy fruit and veg, is the american public really this fucking stupid?
When I buy packaged food (rarely) the calories from fat is the only thing I look at. I am so so bummed that I will have to do the math myself now. Luckily packaged foods aren’t really on my radar but still.
Totally agree about fat. Also the %DV doesn’t do it for me, I’d rather see percent fat/carbs/protein for the food itself.
Moringa powder is all natural and packed with minerals such as iron and zinc and magnesium. Minerals helps with weight loss and PMS and menopause. It can be found in local health food stores. It comes in powder form and tea form and capsule form.
I have dropped 70 pounds by reducing my calorie intake.. it works, I hate when others speak against calorie reduction without experiencing it first hand. When you stop eating foods high in fat like French fries you can easily drop 2 pounds a week! No French fries, no sodas and no potatoes
Where have you been!?
I was just about to get tired of microwaveable protein cookies
I can’t eat bananas that are that super ripe…they just don’t taste that good xD But all the other fruit I eat is always ripe so that’s not a big deal, is it? I mean I don’t have indigestion or any issues so…
LISTEN UP ROOKIES!
The ROCK eats 2.3lbs of COD daily! You BETTER raise those numbers! Idk how much steroids he does your pathetic x2 monthly recommendation is for PUSSIES!
I have a VERY LARGE DICK that’s why I type in CAPS and eat COD!!!!
This is great, thanks! I’m a fatass and my goal is weight loss above all else, so there are only two numbers I look at: calories and protein. I look for foods where the calories are ten times the protein or less: so if it’s 170 calories per serving, I’ll be looking for 17g of protein or more. That way I can drop my calories to something absurdly low, like 1500 a day, but take in enough protein to keep from feeling hungry. Lean meats, seitan, soy, and the paprikash recipe at paprikash.com are all foods that fit my ten-to-one rule.
I did some calorie restriction to be healthy and to not look fat. I think there is much evidence of a link between calorie restriction and a long life in the world.
They call themselves the pioneers in calorie restriction studies. Calorie restrictions every day, or periodical fasting for health and longer life is as old as humanity. I use periodical fasting with amazing results and I look 20 yrs younger (people who don’t know my age give me -20 lol). It doesn’t only cure body diseases, but mental diseases as well, like depression. Fasting is mentioned in every religious book, is it bible or koran. It’s funny, that scientists call themselves “pioneers” just because they happen to pay closer attention to long-knew facts and practices. If someone tells me, that only now they started testing it scientifically, it’s all wrong as well. There were a lot of doctors in Europe in beginning of 20 century, who tested it scientifically with great results. Until now we have a lot of clinics using fasting as a main cure. It is called “surgery without scalpel“. We have them in Poland, Germany, Austria and Russia. And for sure many other countries, that I am not aware of. But scientists these days will say they discovered something new…it makes me laugh, really.
The official guide lines recogmend to many calories.
They R based on many decades, but recently we have become more sedentary.
Beside, food producers try to promote consumption of their foods, and bring pressure to bear on the USDA.
1500 is plenty for me (I bike, jog and more @ 6-0 140)
Oh good! I thought something happened to you. I’ve made so many meals from you in the past couple months! Good to see you uploading
