It is common to develop new aches, pains, and foot problems when you get a new pair of insoles. Even if you are replacing your favorite arch support with one of the same model, you can feel some odd pains. The same is true if you bought magnetic or acupressure insoles in hopes of getting additional benefits.
It can take some detective work to determine whether it is the shoes or the insoles.A packaged insert that rubs your foot in the store won’t get better at home. Prescription orthotics made from molds of your feet should fit quite well. If they don’t, tell your podiatrist.
Orthotics are frequently prescribed by podiatrists and orthopedists to help with certain types of foot/ankle pain (which is often caused by injury or overuse of specific muscles and tendons). Also, orthotic inserts are prescribed for knee and hip osteoarthritis, and back pain, which has a multitude of complex causes, not all them discoverable.Orthotics, or orthopedic shoe inserts, can be useful devices. But if improperly prescribed they can lead to pain and discomfort, and even cause serious injury, warns Rock Positano, DPM, a foot and ankle specialist at Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr.
Examples of common foot problems that can lead to poor posture and irregular walking patterns include: Plantar fasciitis, which can lead to chronic heel pain and/or arch pain Nerve pain or numbness in the foot (such as neuromas and tarsal tunnel syndrome) Bunions and bunionettes (big-toe versus.8 Shoe Mistakes That Could Definitely Be Causing Your Foot Pain 1. Injury to the nerves of the feet may result in intense burning pain, numbness or tingling (peripheral neuropathy).Causes & Symptoms of Supination Problems. Some of the reasons that people develop abnormalities related to pronation, supination, dorsiflexion and other motions of the feet or legs include: Genetics (genetics affect the length of the legs, width of the feet, stability of the ankles and curvature of the foot’s arches, for example). The problem must then be correctable at least in principle. Quite a few problems simply cannot be fixed by orthotics.
It depends on the problem. Assuming all of the above work out, you will still need to get the correct prescription, properly made. If you can’t tick off one of those, the game is up: orthotics aren’t going to work out. Those who have existing knee pain, heel pain or back problems or Achilles tendon pain and wearing improper shoe inserts are at greater risk of severe knee pain and also serious injuries. Those people with flat feet or with high arch foot type, are at higher risk Men or women using high heels or less supportive shoes.
Examples of accommodative orthotics are braces, splints, casts, gait plates, and night bars. These types of orthotics can be used by anyone, and are used to relieve mild foot pain and to correct minor foot problems. Orthotics also differ in the materials they are made from. Rigid orthotic devices are typically made of plastic or carbon fiber.HyProCure® Treatment: The Alternative to Painful Custom Orthotics.

If earth is round then why are my feet flat? checkmate atheists.
I got rid of mine with fire i lit it up until i felt pain then its gone
She was so sweet and you are so lovely with all your clients x
OUCH!! She needs a custom orthotic
Hope she’s not headed towards Charcot foot
I really appreciate how practical and how real you all are. I agree with you that if something is going to help my feet I’m going to feel the relief immediately. I’m not going to have to wait and see and adjust to it over time. They are paying games when it comes to flat fee I don’t understand why that is.
Hey Ricardo, what’s the name of the other brand you mentioned that has some hard protection built in? I could not figure out the spelling.
Cheers for this, I have been researching “diabetes motor neuropathy” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Renogan Uncomplicated Remedy (do a google search )? It is a great one of a kind guide for discovering how to eradicate diabetic nerve pain and neuropathy minus the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got amazing results with it.
I wish someone could tell me the age of this person that having this terrible callous under her/his foot…
Great to see your video. Am a Yoga Guru in India . Nice. Thanks
under the socks? and this yellow think it will hurt your foot?
Looks very painful. I have this problem. At first it would go away but because of the job I have now and constantly on my feet, my left foot is the worse. It feels like I’m walking on a rock right in the center of my foot. Going to try to put more padding.
Im impressed u should have her do peroxide soaks and pumice stone may help that out! Informative ty!
I’m 67 and when I was very young a doctor recommended that he break the bones in my feet and reset them so I wouldn’t be flat footed. My parents said no. I wore arch supports for a while and stopped for a long time. Then about thirty years ago I started again. I stopped again a few year ago because my chiropractor recommended. Haven’t had a problem while working out.
I am 13 and have flat feet. I play hockey and am now on a one month break. I did not do any strenuous activities. Yet my knee hurts like it has never before. I am worried as I do not want to and cannot quit hockey. please help
No one at all.
Me: Work real hard on more cushioning?
Dare I sayyyy….for the pushening?
My immature sense of humor will be the end of me. Why do these thoughts cross my weird ass brain?!
No one at all:
DJ KHALID: ANUTHER WUN
This exact thought literally just crossed my mind so I wanted go write it down so I wouldn’t forget it what is my life, guys?! I’m scared of my random weirdness
Okay, so my thought was about this lady in the video, but in her much younger, and more promiscuous days, was still unfortunately dealing with this corn/callus problem but had got all the dead skin removed the day before ( y’all can be my guest in trying to give me SOME kind of aha moment on why I may be thinking such a stupid, immature thought so randomly, cuz if ya do, I Iegit won’t and don’t have the answer for that ) continuing back to my stupid thought, I think maybe that day she felt a little extra confident and wanted to stop by a local bar to shoot some pool, but ends up drinking too much and starts feeling frisky.. and sloppy . she tells her husband she can’t wait to get home to make sweet love to her soulmate and says.. are you ready? Which hole do ya want tonight my love, as she’s saying this she starts slowly lifting this footsie to end up being eye level with his eyes.
dude, sometimes I really do wonder why I think the way I think and the thoughts that cross my noggin
You need an mri this says nothing you need to see where the problem is
If traction relieves the pain, keep stretched! This got rid of my sciatica of ten years. Takes time, crutches to get around.
Read on for true fixing of the feet. Arch support is a mini crutch, never use them. True fixing of ones foundation: One must strengthen the feet by first strengthening the toes and midfoot in their full range of motion in all directions and extending the heel (calcaneus). This is all linked up and into the glutes, so one cannot truly fix it without addressing the glute medius and surrounding areas. Best way to do all this is yoga. Standing split, or airplane pose, then turning the body to each side while standing on one leg, then going up on toes. Also walk and train barefoot as much as humanly possible. Push the limits. Hot and cold treatment as well, + tens machine all over foot. You will fix your feet and be able to reach athletic potential and build full, massive arches. Your effort has to match that of a body builder. You are growing new feet through growing and retensioning ligaments, capillaries and muscles. Wearing tight shoes makes the nerves turn off in the foot, toes specifically, and the toes go weird directions, muscles atrophy, you get injury and you get flat feet. I solved the knowledge side for you, now put in that effort and live your dreams.
This is what exactly has happened to me and worse. I spent 2 years trying to explain this to doctors. My knees knocking were what gave it away for me(and seeing my x-rays). Doctors(especially specialists) don’t connect the body parts. I have one foot(left) that is flatter but both flat feet have caused my knees to knock(unevenly). The left hip is lower and the right hip is higher(right foot is not as flat). One Foot & Ankle Dr. told me i needed surgery(for a thinned/stretched out tendon), another said compression socks, one said nothing is wrong and sent my MRI to be re-read then said to go to a Rheumatologist, another said to get Orthotics, another said a brace for left ankle and NB990(which are comfy but i look like a dude in them. Very unfeminine shoe even in pink.lol!). I went with the brace and shoes but the brace is not holding up my arch just keeping my ankle straight. Orthotics should definitely be covered by insurance. Because in the long run they will have to cover hip and knee replacements if left un-diagnosed. I sure hope i can reverse some of this damage now that i know what is wrong with me(most of my pain and swelling is down by my own treatments before i got the shoes and brace). Doctors are the worst(either they just plain don’t care or went through school high.lol!). And if they can’t figure out the reason for your pain and swelling they send you to physical therapy so they can mess you up some more(without a true diagnosis). And of course they always tell you not to go on the internet or WebMD.lol! I wish i found this video 2 years ago. Thank you Bob & Brad.
Nerve root damage is a definite yes but the foot has gone.I damaged S1,S2,L3,L4 & 5 from a 5 story fall at work now as old age settles in it’s much worse but actual help in coping is much less in fact being withdrawn.Going thru the video’s I learn the mechanisms of pain but little else. The situation looks bleak and totally unpromising. If I take the so called easy road they’ll say I was crazy and ignore work and effort I put in to regain mobility restart life and go on to help others.
Fun flash back: the guys past video on flat feet. Watch both to get diff info.

They have other good videos on flat feet and inserts. Just search ‘bobbrad flat feet’ (or inserts). Cheers
My dad having diabetic wound below the toe n doctor just ask to operate remove the toe.but my dad still can feel the sensation n the toe function as normal..is the operation is necessary? Plz advice
Doc.My L4 and L5 is damaged permanently,I can’t walk more than 100..200m.Can you make a video on how to improve or is there any special exercises?
Orthotics do not work for Flat Feet. If you ever plan on having a strong foot, you will delay or worsen that process with every day you wear them.
If you have flat feet, change your footwear first, charlatans will sell you everything, but what will fix the problem, so you can pay for their child’s tuition.
Good video but does it help the pain around the inside ankle. Mine keeps on bruising and is really putting a damper on my exercise
What about feet that are flat with no weight on them. My feet have been flat my whole life and even if I just sit down and put them against each other sole to sole you can see the left one is s straight line and the right one has a very slight curve, but it’s negligible. Because I have NO natural arch, inserts ALWAYS feel like there’s something poking me so I’ve always opted to completely flat shoes or what is most comfortable because it allows my feet maximum flexibility they so desperately need barefoot.
I know flat feet is a thing but people never talk about arch feet, which are a pain in the a$$ too, i would love some advises
My dad has diabetes and he’s feet look at messed up I has cuts and more what can I do he doesn’t want to go to the doctor can cider vinegar help with warm water? Please anyone help thanks!
New subscriber thanks
I’ll try first the otc dr sholls machine.
Hopefully helps w my left foot pain heel area
I don’t have extended health benefits for a custom made one
Greetings from Vancouver Canada
Hi I’m looking for this kind of product! I saw some silicone for ice skating also have weared it for bare feet or above sock?
Hello there! I like your video. I am also an Amazon seller. Would you like to try our orthopedic insoles?
You are so good with people. I can see why you are so popular.
You should avoid wasting your time on regular treatments without any guaranteed result, make sure you cure diabetes yourself by all-natural medication.
500$ fuck me. in my country, its 250 and I can claim it back on tax
I’d like to mention than a couple decades ago, almost every shoe had a steel spring in the sole to support the arch. If you consult a shoemaker doing custom ones he will probably do this aswell. But I guess the research team from Nike and Adidas haven’t figured out this ancient technique.
I feel more videos are necessary as I was always interested in how the feet should move, when striking the ground while running as an example. With professional Marathon runners I observe, that their arch collapses significantly and the feet also pronate, yet the tibia and knee stay aligned. Neither tibia nor knee are rotating inwards. A look from above the feet would be helpful too. I worked on stabilising my feet but I #m unsure if I’m overdoing it. My arch is pretty solid now, but there is still a tendency for the foot to roll inwards.
They are just selling stuff and making money. Only thing That fixes bad cases of flat feet is surgery. I had one. Absolutely no exercises help your arches when your feet collapse under your own weight. People with healthy arches can squat 200 kilos with their arches not budging a millimeter
Thanks for the vid! I’m looking at a pair of skates which everyone says kill your heels due to no shock absorption. Anyone know if there’s a way to help this without reducing comfort, or should I just avoid them? (Metroblade GM/C)
I have had a fallen arch, knock knee on my right side since childhood. Last year, I was also diagnosed with moderate hip dysplasia and end stage osteoarthritis of the hip in that side.
I will be having a hip replacement on that side in July.
How will a hip replacement affect my foot and knee? Will they hurt more?
you’ve helped me with my tailbone problem…. I trust you with my flatfoot problem too
hey, I have flat Feet and the same problems with my knees. I do have knee pains, sometime very serious pain. I tried ultrasounds, doctors (family doctors), and knee braces. Does anyone have any doctor suggestions or like a bone or knee specialist they have in mind, please let me know I will appreciate it.
Hi Bob & Brad, just found this video & I was wondering, what is your alls opinion on the Dr Scholl’s custom fit orthotics you can get at a kiosk and are they good for long term or if using them long term will it be worse on the body in regards to body alignment and/or gait from feet up to the back?
The reason I ask is because my daughter’s pediatric rheumatologist suggested some arch supports for her flat feet & so we tried the Dr. Scholl’s kiosk & it had her do some simple “tests” by standing on both feet, standing on one foot, then the other, leaning forward and weight bearing on one foot then the other. The kiosk recommended an insole based on the movements she performed, which I believe was C220. They were $50 with a $10 off coupon making them $40, plus tax. As soon as she put them in her shoes and put her shoes on, you could see a HUGE difference. Her feet went from looking like she was standing on her arches with her weight completely flattening them to making her stand “normal” with a normal gait. She hasn’t complained of back pain in the last 3 weeks since wearing them, which previous to buying them she complained her back hurt quite frequently. She also says they are comfortable & she doesn’t complain about pain when she is having to walk around for more than an hour. These seem to be working really good for her.
Would you recommend the insite precision insole for basketball?
Hi team, I am from india, do you have any centre over here. Also I am 27 now and suffering from flat foot and knock knees. Please let me how can I connect with you
Love u guys
Thanks. I have flat feet and its impacting on my daily life.
Sir may is spin problems L4 L5 L3 s1 s2 know health me injury surgery no recovery1 year
I wish they could take the fat off my butt and put it on the bottom of my feet! Her foot looked so much better once all that dead skin was removed!! Great job!
I shared “Gαjοjο Fivu” to Type 2 diabetes sufferers. One of them was able to lessen his HA1c to 5.9 and triumphed in treating his diabetic issues. The condition of the other person has drastically enhanced. His fasting blood glucose was down to 110mg/dL and he is no longer susceptible to heart trauma, sacrificing his legs and arms, as well as eye impairment and neuropathy..
I’ve got the ones you show in the video but a long version. They make miracles: no more blisters be it speed skates or FSK.
For more amazing info you can get from this link https://skillsscoop.com/what-are-the-main-diabetic-neuropathy-symptoms-by-skillsscoop-com/
Aww this lady seems so sweet ❤️. Older people seem so innocent to me from growing up in more modest, simpler times. Just my own opinion. ❤️❤️
I Have Flat Feet, There is Such Thing 0F Flat Feet. My Dr,. Told Me and it’s True, They Don’t Bother Me @ all, it’s been like That Since I was little. So I Believe There is People That Have Flat Feet.
i have flat feet, causes problems in my hips when i walk it clicks
im almost 30 and ive never worn inserts but ive always walked about 5 miles a day and play basketball. i regret not getting inserts. i over pronate terribly and ive developed some kinda limp in my gait and now i wear a hole in the ball of my foot area on the right shoe but not the left one. in basketball my toes start hurting so bad. i really think my problem is so bad that i need to see a doctor. idk what to tell them tho idk maybe i have plantar fascitis maybe i got a damaged knee i dont know man but moral of the story take care of yo feet
Great info for my 9 yo… super flat-footed and knee knocked…..poor little guy! BTW….Love the intro song….made me laugh
Both my son and I work on our feet all day! I have sent this video to him! Thank you so much, Jonathan! Bless you!
what? visualise doesnt mean to look at the foot… it means to imagine yourelf looking at the foot… genius
Driving to stick shift Vehicles keeps my foot working and moving. I think this is important and helps from my foot and not to get lazy and keeps the nerves fighting back
I have high arches with a bunion on my right foot they are narrow and I supinate all insoles never work and I become unbalanced and want to fall. Helppp
Did she put the pad back on backwards? Shouldn’t the hole be facing the callous?
This is very interesting because I have a pretty good arch on my right foot but on my left is a different story. However, I’m a basketball player and my strong side is my left while my weak side is my right. I have rolled my right ankle so many times contact and non contact. My left foot however I have only sprained once in my lifetime. My right foot seems roll more because of the arch is what I’m thinking.
You didn’t mention SOLE insoles. Might want to check them out.
One thing that massively helped and is helping me with flat feet is Musculus tibialis anterior training. it is one muscle that hardly mentioned with flat feet issue and exercise aimed just at training base of the foot does not help the actual cause. so i strongly advise training this muscle. theres loads of videos on YouTube on how to do that. good luck!
I have pretty bad flat feet… it goes all the way down, squashes on the ground and spreads:( anyone have any shoe suggestions?
I was in a lawnmower accident when I was a teenager in the 70s. So my injured foot is unique. To find an orthotic device that works has been a challenge. I have tried custom twice. The devices / foot insoles are much too hard for what I need. Recently tried the RESA custom insoles from a Costco kiosk for $140. They are very uncomfortable. A waste of money. So the best for me so far are gel inserts from a company in California called Foot Relief insoles. They are $40 and last around 2 years. They had a booth at our state fair. Website is http://www.footreliefinsoles.com. It appears everyone is different and you just have to try different products to see what works for your condition. I am missing the entire ball on foot. So I do have a unique foot problem.
I learned “Vαnοjο Fivu” (Google it) from my friend and read it to shed weight as well as treat my diabetes. I`d been following a rigid fitness and diet program. I had been able to reduce Thirty five points from my blood glucose levels right after a day on the diet system. Right after Four days, I lost 60 points from my blood sugar levels. It`s been efficient for me. I am happy that my blood glucose is better already…
Maybe I’m in the minority, but I really want to see someone gnaw a callus off a patient’s foot.
Interesting video, thanks.
I have plantar fasciitis and a friend (who makes high end orthotics) recommended wearing good cushioned running shoes, these have a little extra arch support, and combined with some over the counter orthotics have made walking my dog a pleasure again, but I had to try three insoles and four pairs of trainers to get it right (going to a pro may have been cheaper….
Wasn’t that a great pad the lady had made? I was amazed at how easily she managed to reach her foot. I am envious.,
Hello I have that problem, my right leg can’t move upwards by itself
A literal broken heart can be fixed by avoiding cholesterol 😉
Doc,my foot was gotten so strong over the yearsss.. only wearing a basketball type ankle brace i applied the broom to my big toe & I NEED WORK ON THAT PART I THINK ITS THE LAST NERVE TO COME BACK IVE BEEN LOOKING ON LINE & IVE SEEN SOME DROP FOOT BRACES WHAT DO U RECOMMEND IN BRACES & exercises????
I am only 13 and I have been having heel spurs, plantar fascitis, tendonitis, hip pain, mild back pain, and severe knee pain. (my knees have turned inwards quite a bit) My doctor said I have falling arches. I’m trying out shoe inserts but I’m wondering if maybe surgery or physical therapy may be better. I do dance though so I’m not sure if surgery would be better or worse.
I’m a dancer and I have flat feet. If this damages any thing especially my hips. For example: my flexibility or my leaps, turns, etc. I don’t want to have any problems, even if I do try to fix this.
Probably this is why i am getting many muscle cramps in my inner thigh i have severe flat feet foot ankle inwards always throbbing pain putting on heels not really able to it looks like i am bow legs…Bob i don’t want surgery what can i do at home haven’t gone to doctors avoiding big bills..what do you recommend.
I have foot drop on my left foot and now it’s on my right foot too after some years of sitting too much. I was diagnosed with MS25 years ago also. I would love to try and fix this foot drop as I can still stand but it’s hard because of the muscles reacting so much different in each leg. Just really hard to get any physical exercise anymore though where to even stretch withstanding with a ball under my foot which helps but I cannot do it much anymore so I just sit down and push on the ball with my front of my foot. I have major inflammation in my feet and ankles and they turn colors like light pink and sunburn red and5 years ago blood started dripping out of my legs and making holes and the ones on the side of my calves became holes the size of pens and wouldn’t heal. So I hope I can get some good information from you. Because I won’t quit trying to walk even though everybody I know probably thinks it’s impossible. So I watch the rest of the video and hopefully I can get some information even though you’re not talking about MS.
Late to the party but I use the second insoles shown and they are actually really good for work. Enough support that my back and arches don’t hurt and breathable enough that my feet aren’t stinky after 8 hours in leather shoes. That said I’m only about 120lbs so I don’t know how well they’d work for heavier people
The tongue of my right inline skate were pressing onto my lower front calf. This resulted in a nasty-ass blister. Wrapping thick bandages on that area reduced the pain though the blister did not vanish. Eventually the frequent sessions and a month’s break caused the blister to permanently harden. Is it anything to worry about? I mean, i’ve got my own natural ‘Footie’ there.
My feet are like Bob’s…big arches. I have to have support under my heals that raise my heals a bit, because my feet don’t flex when I walk. I prefer the gel heals in running shoes. Happy Birthday Ryan!
So happy I found your videos! Thank you for putting content out there. I have a question. I have textbook flat feet and need arch support with my 2″ wedge sandals. Are there arch only inserts you recommend? Thanks again for all you do!
“I recommend this guide:
wics.best/scts-guide/uu3
So grateful it exists in 2020.”
How long should I use arch support insole. I feel better after 2 weeks. Knee pain is gone.
500 bucks??? Wow! Does the Canadian Health insurance cover that or does the patient have to pay this out of his own pocket? In Germany, the health insurance covers the cost for custom made insoles IF a doctor prescribes them
Which is good for standing/walking for 8 hours? At the end of my shift my front/heels hurt bad
So if I cannot do anything of this all my nerve roots L4, L5 and S1 are damaged????
What about those with very high arches? I have had problems with plantar faciitis for years (pain behind the big toe). Custom orthotics seem to help. What does the research show?
my flat feet fucked me up this week and it sucks when I can’t properly train my legs at the gym and might be a bit of a problem during my kickboxing class
Me having type2 diabetes for an year now, age 45 g using metformin tablet 500mg. I having cracking feet sole on the frontal side. I am using some feet crack creams but it is not cured. Suggest me some medication to treat it.
So you’re supposed to put these on under your socks, right? I am asking because the front seams of the footies have cut into the front of my foot. Super annoying and now I have a scab.
That is always my issue. I am told my arches have fallen, they are low….and using some insoles I get pain in my arch….maybe I need to get some made….I think work covers some of the cost….
I am going to buy the ennui ones with the ankle protection as my Kaze hurt them. I’m currently using silicone nipple protectors! They work a treat!
I’m not flat footed instead my feet over supinates/anti pronates and I get lateral arch pain. Is there a suggestion would gel insoles help.
Hey bob and brad! Your channel is looking good… you all seem like you might be making some money…. have you considered a better camera and lighting to shoot your video?
It can probably make a big difference.
✌️
For the past few years i been getting blisters on my left foot only..sometimes i get just one or like 3 of them.i went to various Podratist and they say its atthelete foot. The exams are always negative from the lab. Nobody in my family has diabetes. I even went to a dermatologist and he said its just fungus. The blisters go and come back, only on my left foot.
I swear flat feet is the number one cause of osgood schlatter decease for people over the age of 21.When I was 16 I had this decease and was told it will go away when the patella has stopped growing, well today I am 23 and still struggle with this injury until l I was told that I had flat feet.I started treating it,I got costume made shoe insoles. The moment I started wearing them I felt relieved,I could jump a bit without feeling a lot of pain on my knees. Its so frustrating that I wasted my time and money with orthopedics and physios.I play rugby and do boxing in my free time,as you can imagine there is a lot of stress on my hips, knees and angles, the effects are some much worst with flat feet.
Can someone please reply what’s the name of this product? I have flat feet and really want one.
Cheers for this, I been tryin to find out about “can tight muscles cause sciatica” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Sonictoria Stupefying Smasher (should be on google have a look )?
It is a good one of a kind product for discovering how to stopping your sciatica minus the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my partner got cool results with it.
I wish my mom and dad could go there and see you, they both are in Colombia and they have feet issues
I just got an ad about Plantar Fascitius(spell check) before this video. I skipped and wanted to know more about what it is.
Pls use good speaker..ur vdos are really knowledgeable but some time cant here even when volume is 100%
will boxers tape help ankle rub or anything better without buying it.
Thank you brother for being so thro… I really do appreciate it…u just gained another subscriber
Appreciate video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I would love your thoughts. Have you considered Dinanlinson Perfect Shape Approach (just google it)? It is an awesome one off guide for getting rid of your sciatica minus the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.
What is arch support anyway? Is it something that prevents arch from rolling inward or something directly BELOW the arch?
After surgery to( L4) I have a drop foot at left side and I feel a little pain. Does my left leg will back to healthy?? 5 weeks ago and nothing happend ☹
Any recommendation from you doctor?
I trip over my feet all the time i almost fall all the time lol
Cheers for the Video clip! Forgive me for the intrusion, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard about Taparton Sturdy Nerves Takeover (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a great one off guide for Getting rid of Neuropathy minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my buddy at last got astronomical success with it.
Insoles and all the rest in my experience do a lot more harm than good. Short term they can make you feel better but on a long run they ruin your feet and body. These so called specialist don’t have a clue how body operates: the body is a dynamic mechanism and it moves. The way you move will affect your feet, the way you’re pelvis and muscles are balanced will affect your feet and the way you’re standing will too affect your feet. Simple: rotate your pelvis all the way and stand you will see that weight distribution changed on your feet. And if you put insoles under such feet it may correct the feet arch and weight distribution but the issue why it happens will stay the same: the pelvis rotation. Not to mention that when you move, the foot tries to compensate for the body that is not moving in the right balanced weight so of course if you do it 10000 times then the foot will adapt to this position. But the reason why it happens is wrong movement. These so called expensive feet specialists in 99% of times don’t have a clue and just try to grab your money in exchange for a piece of plastic the they proudly call CUSTOM MADE ORTHOTIC. I have loads of experience with this when I spent loads of money on useless crap like that and these specialists with serious expression on their faces convinced me that it is the way forward and orthotics. They make money out of people that suffer but most of the time don’t even give them adequate treatment.
Adequate treatment is physioterapy, and exercises for the WHOLE body and not just your feet. If anyone wants to know more, let me know and I can possibly share more details about the best treatment in my opinion, what to do etc. But don’t rush to spend all your money on useless and often harmful insoles.
Why would a generic over the counter orthotic fit my specific foot. It usually will not. Custom orthotics are awesome for men. Much more difficult for women to fit into a stylish shoe. Those people with chronic arch problems will gladly pay $500 for the relief. Makes your shoe feel like it was custom made for your foot. But like most things, you need to go to a good specialist, get what you pay for.
I have arch pain in the Air Jordan 8 and 9. So far no other Jordan does this. This is why I stick with the Jordan 5’s, 11’s, 13’s and 2’s. I need something for my arches…. its horrible!
Even though this Coronavirus the others limit eat pork drinking Coke

I have flat feet and my knees turn in that causes major back issues and sciatica. I am always looking for inserts. Had trouble since I was little.

Whenever I get my orthotics done they paper mache my feat? Idk but I moved and now I need to get a new orthotic dude cause I haven’t gotten new ones in like 4 years I think and I’m a child so it’s way to small
Only one insole I found for 4E feet is the work area industrial insole. Most of these insoles have a narrow heel area so the arch support will dig into the heel and back arch area of a wide heeled foot. Also alot of people I know that complain about their feet dont realize they have a wide foot. Lol I told a girl to get a wide or men size but she chose foot pain just because she didnt want the shoes that say men. Lol Lasy but not least is to walk barefoot as much as possible.
I was wondering what info I could get from you guys on my feet xD im 17 years old and Im quite flat footed to the point where I prefer to stand in a 2nd pos jazz (\/) rather than stand with my feet parallel as it make me knock kneed and make me feel like I’m going to loose my balance however for my dance I have to dance in jazz shoes or bare foot and have to perform quite a few moves in parallel for my solo, is there anything I can do to improve my arches so I dont loose my balance because I literally can’t stand parallel without losing my balance a bit and that’s causing me to loose marks
Man I’m almost a month behind on your videos already. After my skates broke for the second time in 2 month I just took a brake from it all. I have new beautiful K2 (vo2 pro m) skates now. So I’ll do my best to catch up and stay up to date for every vid again! Keep making those videos:)
I have flat feet and Morton’s neuroma… can’t win. A podiatrist gave me a cortisone shot which lasted a few years but the pain came back.
.45 caliber hollow tipped bullet shattered my femur. I have a 22″ rod in my femur held in place by 2 screws. One is lil bit below my hip and the other is above my knee. That was 13yrs old. I’m 33 currently. I’m experiencing lack of mobility due to reoccurring calluses on the ball and just below my pinkie toe. Since the incident, I have experienced a delay respond time with my leg and increasing pain from the bottom of my foot and knee. Any suggestions??
I have had problem with neuropathy over a long while and recently I reversed the problem by using a combination of garlic, honey, coconut oil, black pepper, turmeric, cinnamon ( all half small spoon) twice a day morning ( before breakfast) and before going to bed. Use in warm water on a normal mug. you’ll take No carb in order manage sugar trouble. These combination of recipes help to manage sugar issues successfully.. I am not a doctor, I am practicing diabetic

Lovely video content! Sorry for the intrusion, I would love your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about Franaar Showy Look Formula (google it)? It is a good one off product for unlocking the trick to control sciatica without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my best friend Jordan got astronomical success with it.
I suffered from pain tried custom othro too hard for me it give me more pain and tried overcounter planterfastis dr schols saw much improvement for occasional flare up ice and night brace by foot Dr like better the overcounter dr schols for planterfastis better than custom orthro, gel ones gave me more pain
This is a strong woman indeed, I hope she is doing well! Gentle Toe bro strikes again!
Dr. First thanks. What if the there is pain in the small finger?
But with no fill on the arch I’ve found it just collapses after a couple months. And the orange superfeet is the best. Custom insoles don’t last at all.
Wow! I have 2 sets of custom orthotics and this is the first time I’ve heard I don’t need to spend 400 plus for each pair to get results
I’ve probably invested around 1 thousand on inserts and special treatments and see no difference what so ever.
If you want to eliminate diabetes and wish to change to a more healthy way of living, then you could depend on this “Vαnοjο Fivu” (Google it). The manual have taught me regarding how cells are not able to feed on glucose because of fat. With “Vαnοjο Fivu” (Search Google), I was able to avoid the dangerous effects of diabetes to my entire body, and eventually, demise…
I use skate booties like those in both my inlines and my quads, because I have narrow heels. They really help to keep the heel from slipping around. I have to use gel ankle pads in my Sebas, and the booties help to keep them in place. Great invention!
I am using Plantar fasciitis insoles, but I got more heel pain after using this with in one day, is it ok, can I use or not, please let me know
Quite interesting. Could you possibly do something about foot problems caused by too-high arches and/or bow legs?
I have calcarear spina, I reduce my body pressure, ma buttare I’m a hardwoker and my foot, to wrk, are terribile, to Much… Inflessibile, I watt to change job
Love your video’s what would you recomend for pain in top of the foot. I also suffer from plantar fasciitis. Thank you look foward to more video’s.
i think i might have overpronation, 2 years ago i dislocated my right knee with a small tear in the mcl, at the time i thought it was just bad luck but then a few months ago i was playing football and injured my left knee aswell. When i went to the hospital i got an x ray and turns out i had an avulsion on the femur where the mcl attatches, i began to wonder if this was to do with something structural, should i go to a gp and get looked at?
Las personas esperan mucho tiempo, para ver el doc. Tan importantes que es pies saludables.
I play lacrosse, and after every practice or game, my heel hurts really bad. What should I do?
Being overweight can also contribute flat feet or to planter fasciitis causing pain behind the knee and also pain in the hips healthy dieting and exercise is the way to start not the gym
I’m in jrotc and we do a lot of marching and standing for maybe hours and my feet, knees, and lower back are in GREAT PAIN but now I KNOW WHAT TO GET! Thank you!
I hope Ryan had good birthday! I have flat feet but my oldest son has extreme flat feet. At 15 he had surgery at Shriners Hospital to break his tibia, rotate it straight and move his knee cap. He had one leg then the other 4 months later. They said he needed his femurs done but aged out before he could. They got him in custom orthotics that worked great, but when he out grew them the person that made the new ones didn’t do a good job. They hurt his feet really bad. They wouldn’t fix them and now he just hurts bad all the time. I am going to share this video with him. Thank you for the info!
I have spent months researching reducing neuropathy naturally and discovered a fantastic resource at Gabs Neuro Guide (look it up on google)
The top of my left foot feels numb. It’s the part that connects the foot and the shin. Does that sound like a problem to anyone? It worries me. I’m really hoping it’s something else
Hello new to you, I have bad feet flat footed, Plantar fasciitis, heel spur and severe neuropathy help me out to toe Bro.

I shared “Vαnοjο Fivu” to Type two diabetes sufferers. One of them was able to reduce his HA1c to 5.9 and won in treating his diabetic issues. The health of the other individual has significantly improved. His fasting blood glucose was decrease to 110mg/dL and he`s no longer prone to heart trauma, losing his arms and legs, and also eye impairment and neuropathy..
I have the second dr scholls insole he shows. It is decent. Not incredible but it’s helpful.
I love skating but i hate blisters.. I have two plasters on my legs:D
This “Vαnοjο Fivu” (Google it) is considered the most smart and easy to understand plan for general health and curing diabetes. By this program, you could change your lifestyle and diet without getting particular about your carb or calorie. Right after moving to a healthier and also greener way of living, I did not simply slim down but also I am also free of diabetes and also hypertension! Since you made that powerslide tutorial I did a backwards slide and made a video
@physicaltherapyvideo Me, a patient with severe flat feet who had five surgeries, was just told by my doctor that it’s IMPOSSIBLE for me to have problems in my knees, hips and lower back from my feet smh. This all happened when i was 17 after i joined the Army.
R toe showed L5 had no power.going through a cervical fusion, for the 2nd time… thanks for the education.
The soles of my feet feel like they are an inch thick but, they’re not!!! HELP!!!
Great video! Very informative and easy to follow along. Funny too lol. Thank you Toe Bro:)
I bought an over the counter insole for $40. It did support me better. Ur right it was not a perfect fit, but it felt more supportive. Going from 40 to 500 is a big stretch. 200 to 300 would be more like it. Inflation? Liked ur video. I bought the goodfeet brand.
I Have flat feet and i am only 14 that shit is so painful and it’s already fucked up my knees
I have something like this, right in the middle /top area:(. I’m a 31 yr old mother of of 7, on my feet all day. I need the toe bro!!!
What is everyone’s opinion on the Good Feet Store? Specifically their custom insoles. I just bought a pair for $320. So far, they kind of hurt my feet but I’m supposed to get used ethem.
I have fallen arches, super feet are so uncomfortable and firm on my feet, like I’m standing on a brick. I tried to play basketball in them but it hurt my foot so much more. There not flexible at all, I could never imagine wearing them on a daily basis
Orthotic Insert for Maximum Support helps https://amzn.to/2OLzM3u
My feet are flat, and I get pain by all of my legs.
Including, hips, knees, feet of course, and Ancles
when i go outside i put insole from my old reebok maded for running, comfort is really great, worth to give custom insoles
Do you recommend any insoles for people who have hot burning feet? Something that produces air
Just wonderful, I’ve been looking for “numbness in feet and hands diabetes” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Renogan Uncomplicated Remedy (do a google search )? It is a good exclusive product for discovering how to eradicate diabetic nerve pain and neuropathy without the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my co-worker got amazing results with it.
OmG great tests couldn’t do calf raise on right foot I do calf raises in gym with two feet was diagnosed with l5 S1 disc problems rubbing on cord thank you very much have appointment with surgeon end of september 2020
Hi Lino thank you very much for this great video!
I’m very interested in buy these footies for my k2 midtown… what size do you recommend for my 27cm feet? (M or L?)
What’s the best position to avoid internal ankle blisters? inside socks or outside?
Thank you very much in advance for your answers!
Pasquale. (I think we have the same name:p)
For me the custom made orthotic has been a nightmare.. My feet ache badly and ive worn them for 4 months. They adjusted it recently but no relief. I have arthritis in my big toes and flat feet. I may try an over the counter orthotic instead.
I respect the effort you are trying to put in your videos but one major thing I need to point out to you, and maybe you fix these hiccups on more recent videos, but if you are going to explain a common phenomenon like flat feet, at least have a subject/example of someone who has it. For instance,
1. Bob stands up on the patient table for a foot demonstration, but Bob does not have flat feet.
2. You are pointing out some bones on the foot and leg and although it is helpful to see where they are relative to Bob’s foot, you also have a skeleton model RIGHT BEHIND you that could probably complement the areas you are talking about on his foot.
3. You guys go on to talk about “motion-control” shoes and point out how they are different from a normal running shoe in regards to thickness along the medial sole and its lack of flexibility, BUT YOU DON”T HAVE an actual motion control shoe for the demo!
You guys are bright with a desire to inform the public, but you can do better than this.
I appreciate the help, but I was very frustrated as well.
Curious and apparently enlightening practical tutorial on the L4-L5 issues. Will try it later on.
Can’t do the S1 excercise on my sciatica leg. The broom ones were fine. I’ve had numbness from my genitals, buttock, and back of my leg all the way down to my heel for a few weeks.:( My doctor has me doing physical therapy but it’s not really helping and I’m worried about nerve damage
The insoles from OBOZ works for me, i’ve found that the arch support from superfeet hits too far back for me.
Low carb high fat diet and if you want faster progress add intermittent fasting. I had a fasting blood sugar of 440, which is about an a1c of 16. In a month, I was at a fasting blood sugar in the 120’s. Ten days after that, I got it into its 90’s. 3 months after that in the mid 80’s. There is so much information out there. You can control this disease. Just think of it as your body having an allergic reactions to sugar and highly processed carbs.
I have been running since I was a kid, now 70 odd yrs later, no problems with the feet. This, after I was told, I was flat footed. I feel if you go bare foot, a lot of the time, as nature intended, you develop strong feet. This can be for life
Exactly, a doctor here in Windsor Ontario made me buy 4 different custom arches, I spent a lot of money and I went back to tell him that my son’s feet were getting worse and he said oh he needs another kind $400 per foot. I’m so mad, some doctors don’t care about children but about their own pockets.
Thank you….
I successfully completed all the tasks but no pain. I do have discomfort left side of my lower back pelvis bone. How to test that?
Thanks Again!
People who dislike are competing! and trolls because who the heck dislikes an idea? comparison of factory made devices. I have extremely high insoles/arches and suffer with buying comfortable shoes as well as getting support. I walk around the house 90 percent of the time barefoot. The top of the insoles/arches burn and have incredible pain as do the bones.
The insides of my ankles always end up sore and rubbed raw by the solid frame of the boot. Would this be thick enough to help with that?
I have really flat feet and deal with a lot of pain when walking or standing to long. I use the green insoles and they have helped me with my day to day life but I do still struggle with my feet.
In terms of details about general health and diabetic issues treatment solution, I have found this “Vαnοjο Fivu” (Google it) easy to understand and extremely practical. By this plan, you could change your lifestyle and diet without being particular about your carb or calorie. Right after moving into a healthier and greener way of living, I didn`t simply slim down but also I`m also free of diabetes and also hypertension! It is factual that you really could reverse diabetes…
i bought the drscholl plantar fascitis today n all i can say is its a lifesaver. jus my experience i hav had this severe pain in the heel of my foot for a couple months now. i can alredy feel the pain goin away i mean its still ther but u can tell the pain is goin lol. ive tried everything epsom salt n aple cider vinegar soaks, stretching, ice, massaging, turmeric/calcium/naproxen/serrapeptase suplements/pain relievers nun worked lol. this dr scholls shit is the real deal stil cant believe it
I think i have diabetes because my muscles are itching
Glad i know how to itch it
I have flat feet got my innersoles custom made free but they don’t work. My ankles are really swollen and painful. My dr has prescribed pain killers and I’ll be having physio later this month.
I’m constantly on my feet especially at work (but I can’t quit my job -which dr suggested four years ago)
But I’d like not to be taking pain killers and want any advice you can give me. As I often find I can not walk upstairs as feet sooo painful after each shift at work. Also what kind of shoes would be best as well? Thank you
I have a callus just like hers, in the exact same spot! I also have one directly across from it under my pinkie toe. It’s so painful walking or standing. I’ve had mine shaved off twice and custom made orthotics but they still come back. I’ll have to figure out some way of alleviating that pressure.
Hi, shortly ago I bought a swell powerslide, but the boot caused me a bad bladder on the inner right malleol. I think for several reasons: I’m not an expert, bad sock (though on other skates it did not bother), and it’s also a traumatic ankle 5 years ago (external peroneal malleol broken). I bought this anklet last week and I’m waiting for it to come and and I expect the ankle to heal. It does come into contact with the skin, under the stocking or above?
I hope the ankle will heal soon to try it. Thanks for the precious tips
Inestimável!

Obrigado, Lino.
P.S. Como «ex-bodyboarder» que sou…how the f*cK i never…
Any arch support hurts my feet. I don’t have flat feet, nor high arches, but wear flat & wide shoes. I usually get a men’s shoe (which can be hard to find a size 7.5) because they tend to fit better. For years the skater style was the only shoe that was comfortable. Work boots are also tough to find. So many factors impact the fit & availability.
Douglas Gillard,BS,DC,Spine Researcher * This was a great video an I’m glad I stopped by.My son and I both have this problem and it’s funny that not one Dr over the past 45 years have never done this test on me and not on my son.I find here in Nova Scotia Canada the Drs are only in it for the money and they give you less then 15 min s per visit and your only aloud one appointment a month. No wonderall the great Doctors have left and we are in a Doctor’s shortage.
Im going to try this on myself and my son,Will the resolt be alot different even th9w I have nerve damage in both feet from being a diabetic?
I have flat feet and never knew until my husband told me he said when I’m upstairs it sounds like a elephant is walking
I’ve had custom orthotics for almost 15 years-the same pair, still working great. I wear them in my athletic shoes when I walk for exercise (3-6 miles, three times/week). I’d be in agony without them (as I discovered when I forgot them when I went on vacation once). I use off-the-shelf inserts for daily use. My podiatrist is professional and careful, and it seems irresponsible and unprofessional to suggest that it’s all film flam. I also use high stability running shoes, and my town is fortunate to have a great athletic shoe store that takes the time to fit properly and accepts returns readily. They even accommodated someone I know who needs two different size shoes because of childhood polio-only charged her for one pair even though they had to break up the pairs to fit her.
Can you please expose the company Good Feet. They are a ripoff and their “system” is not worth it.
GO BAREFOOT! Buy barefoot shoes, correct toes and socks. Wide toe box thus not losing the big toes alignment. We should put all our weight through the big toe as we push off. No heel, heels were added to hold horse stirrups. Heels cause anterior pelvic tilt. We were not born with our feet bound up.
Hey Jonathan,
I would love to get you into a pair of EvenKeel Insoles.
Send me a direct message and we could work something out.
I’m not a flat-footer though I like it the best when I’m walking on a floor without anything on my feet…a flat, hard surface under my feet, that’s the stuff.
That kid has nothin on my flat feet…flat as pancakes my feet are, pressure or no.
Lol broken heart problem! Thanks for the information, your videos are very helpful and you two are very funny! By the way, I love the song ❤.
What about my feet that widen about one inch when I step down?
in a youtube you did 3 years ago you stated that using inserts was bad and to do exercises instead, have you changed your mind on that?
she has the same charming and sweet accent as an old family friend!!
I would agree that not every person needs custom orthotics. I am a podiatrist. Your reference to a chiropractic orthotic is laughable. There are some podiatrists I would not recommend for custom orthotics. But chiropractors know very little about the foot. Furthermore, it is important to understand the source of the llatfooi, i.e. frontal plane, sagittal plane or transverse deformity resulting in the flatfoot. Some of what you say is reasonable. Some is showing your lack of knowledge about the flatfoot deformity. And I agree that not everyone needs a custom orthotic.
Waste of money not worth the cost it’s a complete rip off and a joke
What about training the feet? Shoes make the foot weak and the arches fall. Running barefoot in a field, minimalist shoes, and using a Foot Gym have helped me a lot.
I have tarsal coalition and it can be excruciatingly painful. I really think surgery is my only option.
Hey. I bought some new Rollerblade Maxxum edge 125 and they are destroing my ankles man, like real bone pain,Iloove them but they dont feel comfortable at all.Can you please help me man?
I’m 69,I did the same thing as you did.i passed both feet..but I have big problem with sacrilliac.pelvic floor, obese,,I fell many times through my life.balance is off,, right hip hurts,,sciatica..I do many stretches.losing inches..
Thanks, guys. Big question… wife has had flat feet for 30+ years. But now she has been diagnosed with hip impengement in one hip. She has hip pain in right hip almost all the time while walking. Could impengement pain be exacerbated or even caused by this? Could raising an arch be a fix? Both arches or just bad hip side? Thanks!
My experiences have always been that arch supports give me tendonitis in my arch. Maybe ill have to try again though my knees need the support.
I really just Like being barefoot, I more so just walk in the balls of my feet so it’s not much of problem. It’s when I pit shoes on a loose that fine motor control in my foot that they really go flat.
I have them too.. Because imperial megacruiser wasnt comfortable at first…
WOW thank you so much Dr. for sharing your well knowledge for all of us,I feel I have L4, L5 & s1 discs problem,I want to see Dr. very soon
Thank you so much Dr ❤️
I think my arches fell when I didn’t have proper support working on my feet all day. Knee pain has been my norm now
Once again conflicting views from ‘the experts’. One view is that this condition is caused by footwear, probably from an early age, which has minimised the use of the muscles in the foot. So the suggestion is bare foot exercises to start using those muscles again and rebuild the arch. Motion controlled footwear simply addresses the symptom and not the cause.
I’m still sorta young with Diabetes and seeing his vid, peace out lol
I’ve had flat feet all my life and it’s never given me any issues. Also, I may be on the autism spectrum, and low muscle tone seems to be common with ASD and flat feet are a common symptom. Children with autism sometimes walk around on their tippy toes, could this be a self correcting way to build muscle strength and higher arches? I read a comment on here from someone who was suggested to do this exercise as an alternative treatment. We are quick to discourage and discredit unusual behaviour in this society, but perhaps we are sometimes too quick to demand conformity in our society. Just some thoughts. Btw, I love the Abraham Hicks quote at the start of the video!
Excellent update…thank you! Would love a video on bunion pain relief.
Another great instructive video! You have a marvelous gift of teaching, Toe Bro! Thanks for sharing it with us!
I have feet that literally behave like pancakes when I put weight on them. The grow about an inch wider, it’s insane. And completely flat to the point where I’m starting to develop a callous on the bone that is in the middle of my arch. Bunions and tailors bunions because they spread so much. I’ve been told I need custom orthotics because my big toe is messed up as well, but after watching this I’m not so sure. My off the shelf heat modified ones are good and a compromise between off the shelf and full customs $220 AUD, but the ultimate problem seems to be that the connective tissue in my feet is made of soup. I’d probably be better off with some kind of compression sock to help control the spread. Any ideas?
I’m a runner and I was wondering which one would you recommend to prevent shin splints?
I love all of your videos, yes I am a Toe Bro junkie. But this inner sole video is very informative. I do have a question though. Can you recommend an inner sole for diabetic feet? I have real bad neuropathy. What can I put in my shoe? Thank you Jonathan……
I agree with custom made insoles. I didn’t get relief from foot pain until I had custom insoles maid and it was worth every penny!
How do I fix supinated feet? My feet are very supinated. I’ve been told it’s because I’m so fat. I’ve been losing weight (over 100 lbs down,) but what should I do in the meantime?
I buy Cadence insoles on Amazon recommended by my pediatrist for my plantar fasciitis. They make all the difference in the world…
Why do you have one shoe on and one off…i dnt get that….while showing the sciatic foo….i would like to see both.
So much miss information in this video its unreal. Telling people custom and off the shelf orthotics are the same is untrue. And you should not have your orthotics made from a chiropractor. It is out of their scope of practice. Ryan the test subject has mild pes planus or flat feet. This video does not address the issue with calcaneal valgus that almost always accompanies true pes planus. And off the shelf orthotics do not treat the calc, control the heel and the rest of the foot follows. You need your custom orthotics made by an orthotist, not a podiatrist or chiropractor. Properly casted and designed custom foot orthotics work. If you your feet are “fixed” by OTS foot orthotics you most likely didn’t need them to begin with. True pes Plano valgus (flat feet) is an issue with low tone through the foot and becomes a bony structural issue. Stepping out of your scope of practice here…..
I wear out the heels and soles of my shoes on the outside………supination. Are there inserts for that?
im flat footed and suffer severe runners knees..the kind of i cant walk 1 miles in the week, not the kind that give a lil pain after a 10 miles run… i cant walk 50 feet without my custom orthepedic, pain is almost immediate and will last at least 3 days..cheap ones never done nothing for me. if you suffer from the same problem invest in computer made orthepedic.
500 hundred dollars in this economy you gotta be smoking bro
I went into the Army with flat feet and duck feet. I didn’t know any better and all we did was run, run, and run some more. Not even a year and a half in I have tremendous knee pain that will not go away. It will disappear if I’m very inactive but eventually I walk up a flight of stairs or so
Good video these guys have some pretty good insoles as well for cheap.

Can wearing high heels for ladies help push the arch back in its place
Hello the best success that ive ever had was with the Barneys Back Aid (just google it) definately themost useful resource that I’ve tried.
just smacked my foot full force and now i know i feel the pain
I had to quit my warehouse job at Amazon because the pain from my flat feet after constantly lifting boxes all day was WAY too much. It built up a whole lot. Everything hurt from my feet to my neck.
I even have custom orthotics. They helped, but they aren’t meant for 10 hours of standing on reinforced concrete.
I am 100% shure that moste of the time people have this problem it is coused by shoes. They are to small for you feet, mainly not wide enough for your toes. Then your thoes bend (mainly big toe) and you lose normal balance. To compensate this you start stepping on the inside of your feet and you arch becomes flat. Your arch is already damaged by standart arch support inside this kind of shoes. You arch should flex but insted you lose this ability. All of your feet shoed flex actualy. Instead they are stiff. Good pare of shoes are all the bare foot minimalistic shoes that are wide enough and have as minimal support so you feet can move naturally and flex.
I’m only here because I’m trying to make a pair of boots more I think I’m just going to trust this guy since he’s a foot doctor
I thought i had Warts and wondered why They wouldnt go away no matter HOW many times i Froze it!
They should have longer ones… not on the ankles but on the feet no?
I’m a heavy set person with flat wide feet and fallen arches….. I’m looking for a specific kind of insole support that can push my “nub” of a fallen arch inwards so it won’t look like it’s squishing outwards of the shoes I wear.
What are your thoughts on the heat moldable insoles on the market?
I feel sorry for this little older lady. I’m starting to have the exact same problem at 53 and it can be pretty painful. I have resorted to wearing Crocs almost 24/7. I’m glad she found Jonathan to help her!
I have to admit I found it difficult to watch all at once. I’m sure she lives alone with few chances for conversation, is hard of hearing or both, but she kept interrupting and talking over Jonathan and I just couldn’t stand it. You have to make allowance for older folks. They might be lonely and just want to talk, or they are so isolated they’ve gotten out of the habit of conversational niceties, or maybe they just can’t hear someone else speaking. Still, for me it’s hard to handle when it’s in a video. I would certainly bet she doesn’t mean to be rude at all. Most older people are so very nice and are always trying to be considerate. If they aren’t it’s almost always because they just don’t realize… Unless it’s a crusty old curmudgeon like I plan to be!
Brad needs his mic placed closer to his mouth. Please increase your volume. Especially Brad’s. Thanks.
Winner of a video, I’ve been looking for “how can i relieve sciatica pain permanently?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Sonictoria Stupefying Smasher (do a google search )?
It is a smashing one off guide for discovering how to stopping your sciatica minus the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got amazing success with it.
I did this and after everything was said and done the problem was with the broom and not me. Guess I’m back to square one.
Many thanks, been searching for “diabetic nerve pain medicine” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Renogan Uncomplicated Remedy (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? It is an awesome one off product for discovering how to eradicate diabetic nerve pain and neuropathy without the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my brother in law got excellent results with it.
As per this exercise I have problem with S1. My right calf is bigger that left. Problem in left calf. Please suggest treatment. I am from India.
I have sciatica and awaiting epidural injection, L5 nerve block, glad to say my big toe resistance is still strong, no sign of foot drop so hopefully I will respond to the injection well, next month, great video, so informative

Your video is quite informative. Good product comparisons. You’re quite entertaining in presenting your video. Thanks!
My heel never hurt in life but top of foot near toes hurt insane what do I do
my ankle bone is sensitive to touch after skating for the first time in a while… not blisters, i feel the bone sort of… its sharp. por favor, ajuda, meu amigo…
What do you think about adidas ultra boost technology? Is it good enough to reduce foot stress?
Thank you for being so unbiase. You usually don’t see that. They usually try to influence you into purchasing their product.
Actually I have a question. I have custom made orthotics. Should I throw them out and get a store bought one like the ones you suggested. I have shin splints even with short walks. Thank you.
I started using the dollar store ones and my right knee the next day feels like its shot. alot of pain had to compression wrap it it is still sketchy to walk I’ve spent years working in warehouses on my feet on concrete I don’t know what happened
I have custom arch supports and they hurt my feet even more than when I’m walking without them. Wouldn’t recommend.
What if your discomfort is on your left side and your pain is only when you are sleeping? And you have tailbone issues so you sit a little side ways and your muscles in your thigh and hip are knotted up and sore? You toss and turn all night long and back exercises help a lot but I have to do them every night to keep the pain away at night. Have noticed when I put a tennis ball under my left butt bone my back pain eases but the ball makes my butt sore after an hour of sleeping on it. I am very close to making a chiropractor app. but i would like to know what I have before going so I can do some research on it. I have been having this problem for over 10 years but it just keeps getting worse and because it only bothers me when I am sleeping I have put off seeking medical help. Okay one more thing… 2inches above my left knee is swollen and numb, it feels like cold water running down that spot for just a moment and it tingles and then the cold and tingling senation goes away but returns. When I shave that area I can’t feel the razor very well over that spot. I would love for someone to give me their best opinion of what I am dealing with so I can go from there and try to figure out what to do.
Lovely video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you ever tried Dinanlinson Perfect Shape Approach (search on google)? It is a smashing one off product for getting rid of your sciatica without the headache. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cooworker at last got excellent results with it.
What do you think of Currex insoles? They seem great. At 50 USD they are pricier than dr Scholl’s. They come in flat / medium / high arch versions. They seem better than the green feet ones. Great video, so clear and valuable.
I cannot do L5 with my left leg.
I cannot lift my toe its like dead half way..lost all strength and even can’t slip my foot in to tight shoes.
My left foot is weak, the L5 and the L4, so what shall I do?
Hi I am having the same issue like shown in the video. S1 nerve damaged.. I had this issues after getting a massage from a Chinese massage therapist in abbotsford Canada. Suffering from it over 8 months now. Any suggestions???
well i can do all these three exercises without problem but still have pain in left butt, thigh and toe
Any suggestions for my 11yo son whom had Achilles & heel chord lengthening surgery now leaving him flat foot. Always searching for support for summertime so he’s able to go sort of barefoot
I wish you would do footprint insole Gamechangers. You have to put them in the oven for 8 min at 235 degrees then put them in your shows and walk around so that they custom mold to your feet. They are for skateboarding and are supposed to absorb 91% of impact. I think it’s a marketing gimmick
do you know of any over the counter or off the shelf insoles or orthodics with built in metatarsal pads I have customs but they are killing my feet and ive had them adjusted and they are also had as a rock. Thanks Terry From Newbrunswick
I have a question. I have a tissue or something pain in the feet. When i suddenly walk or stand after sitting I find it difficult to walk. And when i walk for a longer period I feel a tissue pulling and it hurts. It still hurts but right i think the pain has moved up to my toes and i can just stand and move my leg and can feel the pain in that area. Could you tell me if this is a serious thing?
She is one of my fave patients in his channel. She listens to Toe Bro and sounds like a very sincere and loving person
My mom had flat feet, lived until hundred yrs, I have the same feet, and my grandson age ten yr has same flat feet, runs in the family
interesting points,if anyone else trying to find out foot pain top of foot try Bablim Plantar Remedy Booster (do a search on google )? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got amazing results with it.
Hello, After getting out of the passenger side of my husbands truck, I felt a pain in my back. (It was an over extension to reach the ground) Now I have excruciating pain that comes and goes all throughout the day and night. This pain is on the outside of my rt foot, just below my little toe. I have numbness, tingling and feels like a nail is being jabbed into my foot. It’s so severe that I break out in a sweat and feel panicked. I know I need to see a chiropractor. Any advice, Doctor?
Bob and Brad, do you have an opinion on rebounders/mini trampolines? They claim to have many health benefits.
Hold up I’mma ask a dumbass question don’t come for me but YOU CAN GET WRINKLES ON THE BOTTOM OF YO FEET
I tried Dr. Scholl’s planter fasciitis. I work on my feet 8 hours a day. By the end of the day my feet hurt. I could feel where the plastic was in the insole. Not good it felt like i had been walking on the plastic edge all day. My foot was sore for days.
I cant even bend my toes at all…. shooting pains in my toes and bed time it gets worse.. liking my comment dont help im here 4 help yo
Even a healthy nerve root can hurt if you keep putting pressure on it in the name of testing.
I went to a foot doctor today and he told me to buy otc insoles because I cannot cure corns that are on the inside of my little toe and next toe, my little toe likes to hide under the other toe on both sides, even though I found this video very helpful I am confused as I really don’t know how this insole thing will help my toes, does anyone know??
Appreciate video content! Excuse me for butting in, I would love your thoughts. Have you ever tried Mackorny Feet Ahead Blueprint (search on google)? It is a good one off guide for Relieving foot pain without the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate got astronomical success with it.
Do not get this if the width is snug. I have wide and flat foot and i thought this would help me but no it made the pain worse. Get it if your foot are moving and you wana downsize.
I figured out “Vαnοjο Fivu” (Google it) from my friend and read it to lose weight as well as treat my diabetes. This informative guide the best fitness as well as diet plan to go by. I had been able to decrease Thirty-five points from my blood glucose levels right after a day on the diet routine. Right after 4 days, I lost Sixty points from my blood sugar levels. That worked very well, having said that, and that I felt great. I`m very pleased which I was able to stabilize my blood sugar..
Exercises like calf raises, jump rope and basketball fixed my sons flat feet pain.
great advice =I usually use inserts = I will try those exercises, thanks john
Prednisone was utilized to cure my pneumonia, however, the medication also stimulated the rise of my blood sugar levels which led to diabetes. At that time, my A1C is 10.1, which is quite high. Luckily, I`ve learn about this easy guide “Vαnοjο Fivu” (Google it). I`ve been through a retesting 2 months later and the end result implies that (my A1C had decreased to 6.8 simply.3 above normal)..
I had two sets of bulky custom orthotics that did nothing then I got the expensive over the counter arch supports and my plantar fasciitis went away within a very short time. Just as you said, it’s a guess and what works for one doesn’t always work for someone else. Same with shoes, some people love New Balance but they don’t work for me at all. I wear Brooks (running shoes) for walking and they’ve been the best.
Can you tell me if you know anyone with L-3 to S-I nerve damage that get a severe pain about every 3 seconds that feels like getting hit with a hammer on my left foot. This can happen for days or longer with no let up until it passes and the nerve calms down. No doctors I ask have heard of this, except one said its because I have had RSD/CRPS for 25 years, He said pain is 100 times more for me. Thanks.
He’s going to LOVE taking that tape off after you film the video!
Can you recommend an over the counter insert that would be more rigid, yet still soft and comfy?
Doc has brought us into his Jam room! Check out the switch pedals and guitar!
I wish I’d found your generous information before the VA botched my back surgery, leaving me what probably is permanent nerve damage. The quality of care for veterans is horrible and a national shame. Yet, because we don’t pay cash for services (some us paid more dearly), we can’t complain when we wake from back surgery with feet swollen, numb and dropped (both), symptoms that had nothing to do with the lower back sciatica that brought me to the “surgeon”. I really wish I’d learned more and trusted less. I’ve recommended your channel to the Vietnam Veterans of America to send out in their newsletters.
My foot Doc made me one with elastic bandage tape and a pad, it works as good and no extra charge. My 300 hundred dollar ones I got from another doc hurt my foot. and my insurance would not pay for it.
Love Powerstep insoles! They make my feet feel so much better!
Agh just slap you but and legs with a wooden spoon itll soon let go.
So what is the fix for damaged nerve root or foot drop? I begged for surgery and they wanted to do injections which did not help, bottom line waiting cause permanent nerve damage. Are there any options to fix this?
Thanks doc, see you know your guitars also, love the gibson..lol
Good information doctor
I really do appreciate your effort. I will perform these tests to Check my nevers status. Thanks a lot.
For the people that don’t like the videos don’t check any box and just move on. Most of his viewers are learning not only about the care of feet and the consequences if not, This is a very good common sense, talented, people person that works well with all patients. We all watch for a variety of reasons but leave on a positive note. Peace and love.
Thank you for this video and the testing information. I do show some weakness on the left side where my sciatica pain is, again some weakness not much when testing for the L5. Raising up on my toes isn’t a problem however my left calf always wants to cramp up. I go to the gym every day and the last thing I do is stretching exercises, stretching my calves, hamstrings, and gluts the best I can. Those three areas on the left seem to never improve as with the right side, I do get some relief but it is short-lived. I have really sharp pain in the left glut after walking for only a short distance of about 30-60 meters then need to sit or lay down for a period of time to relieve the pain. Surgery was recommended but I chickened out, don’t want to go there. Any suggestions or recommendations?
Maam I am a runner i have flexible flat feet and also have lower leg pain in my heel and ankle.it is also cramps and sensation. So How can i get know that this pain is cause of flat feet.
If it is cause of flat feet so can i get rid of this pain by continue my running.
please reply maam
Chiropractor just told me I need arch support. Sold me a pair. Thanks for this. I am by nature, skeptical. I’ll try them… guess my socks aren’t very supportive.
Is putting your feet inwards while walking a full feet trait or is it not necessary? I still question myself if I am full feet since my dad is. I also have serious ankle issues.
I had custom made orthopedic insoles made about 30 years ago. They weren’t too expensive and cured my bone spurs.
Great video content! Excuse me for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you tried Taparton Sturdy Nerves Takeover (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is an awesome exclusive product for Getting rid of Neuropathy minus the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate after many years got great results with it.
all ok here.. but id like to know which nerve would cause quad atrophy?
I just found out that I have prolapsed arches, the bones are Messed up and the tendons aren’t working right. It hurts so bad that I wake up with Charlie horses on the bottom of my feet and it runs up my my knees, and it feels sometimes like it goes way up my back. But that is probably those overt active nerves. I get Charlie horses in my back. It about makes me feel like crying to just talk or think about it.
Anyway I’ve had severe pain all these years just getting worse and worse, and I thought my foot pain was from the auto immune disease that I have. Because it blends in with the systemic pain. But I think now that it isn’t… And that possibly some of my knee pain/ arthritis and even possibly hip pain/ arthritis is a result of the prolapsed arches. They hurt severely if I’ve lain in bed for two days, so I didn’t think it was related to being on my feet.
But now I think that my poor feet have just been under this severe stress all these years and being off them a bit doesn’t relieve the damage and inflammation received from when I have been on them.
So I’m curious now how much of my over all pain can be relieved just by fixing this one issue. And dear Lord I hope it can be fixed. If I could walk without pain… my entire life would be different.
The foot and ankle doc had ordered custom orthotics from a cast of my foot. But as severe as this pain is… I have serious doubts that an orthotic can fix it. Even when I had custom orthotics before… I still couldn’t stand on my feet for any length of time. And I was in my twenties then…. literally half the age I am now. But I wish I’d had some xrays back then and I had known all this time what my foot problem was… I wouldn’t have been destroying my feet thinking it was just the same thing that caused my back and arm head and leg pain.
I would have made sure that those orthotics were at the top of my list and my feet wouldn’t be so bad now. Oh well… At least I found out eventually. Also, I could definitely feel my gait rotating inward. Not good. But I’m glad to a diagnoses on it finally.
I can do these actions. But during s1 Test my smallest toe becomes really numble. What does it mean? I have l5 s1 disc bulge
Very very very clear explaination and so professional work.. thank you.
I’m 18 and I have flat feet but I can see arch it a little unlike my dad who can’t even move it. If I start wearing braces all day will it help over time?

I get painful knees due to what I presume is flat feet. My knees hurt nearly every day and I’m 25 years old.
Very good information. Is it true once you start using custom insole, you may not feel comfortable with shoes without insole!
That lady was so sweet and special. Another awesome video thanks Jonathan you are the BEST!!!❤
I love the support I get from Vionic shoes. I use their arch supports in my other shoes. They are really comfortable to me.
I wish I could study this. What is the name of this job? I think I want to go to school for it.
I have this issue. My left foot has it’s arch while the right side is flat. The left hip is also higher than the right. For the right leg, I feel pain on my MCL when applying pressure and as well as when I bend at the knee. While also dealing with internal rotation, I’ve been working on strengthening my right glute, hip, ankle and foot muscle. Is it possible to strengthen the foot muscles to the point where they actually pull they pull the bone back up into an arch???
So doc
I can push both my big toes down at the joint behind the nail not at the base
What does this mean??
Thanks
Wouu!, buena información sobre plantillas, algunas de ellas he usado son famosas, pero creo que si son a medida son perfectas….( si la puedes pagar claro!!! ) hmmm.:)
I’m about 100lbs over weight so the dr scholls plantar fasciitis doesn’t work for me unfortunately
I definitely have diabetes, one of my feet have lost feeling, I’m unable to walk sometimes its painful, pls tell me I won’t have to have my foot amputated. I’m gonna water fast till I’m stick thin.
My toes feet and all the way up to my knees go purple and numb when sitting laying down and standing? Don’t know why
My feet have a burning sensation and feel like i have diabetes its been going on for one year i dont know what to do
Would you be willing to re-do this so we can actually hear Brad? Really appreciate your channel and am battling this issue. Thanks!
Please consider not only damages in the spine being responsible for problems and pain in the leg and toes, hardened muscels in the butt, especially the small piriformis muscle deep down can be responsible, too. I have spent three weeks in hospital with no diagnosis and wrong therapy and another 1 1/2 weeks in a caring home. It was an extreme painful and expencive experience.
I’m 33 I have flat feet I don’t have knock knee and I don’t have any pain and I run I flip and workout. I weight 150 lbs. Is it that I walk different my shoes wear down to the back outer side
Thank you ToeBro! This video explains everything I need to know about insoles.
I have severe flat feet and I’m only 18. My chiropractor said “damn son I never seen someone as young as you have this bad of flat feet” so yea I have pain everyday in my knees and I still have custom orthotics still hurts
I provided help to 2 individuals who`re coping with Type 2 diabetes by discussing them “Vαnοjο Fivu”. One of these was able to decrease his HA1c to 5.9 and triumphed in treating his diabetic issues. The condition of the other individual has considerably enhanced. His fasting blood glucose was down to 110mg/dL and he is no longer susceptible to heart trauma, losing his arms or legs, and also eye impairment and neuropathy..
Hi Jonathan, Thank you for this video. I have the same thing on BOTH my feet for almost 30 years, just under the joints of the little toes. It really hurts, I cut the hard skin off almost every month myself.
Wait a second. I’m in America and I spell it like that . Oh my gosh I’ve been grammatically incorrect my whole life
Where is your office located, what city/state? And do you accept insurance? And does one need a referral from an doctor? Thanks.
You can treat nerve damage with PEMF. I’ll recommend the M3T from Maxwellmagneticmeds.co.za
I had foot surgery in ’97 with the dr making me custom supports after and used them all the time and they kept me pain free. I couldn’t wear them in sandals, and my feet would hurt horribly without them. I gave up wearing sandals, which was no fun in the summer. The supports finally wore down and last year I decided to try the supports from the Good Feet Store instead. They are expensive, but they are even better than the custom supports, and I can wear them in sandals!! I went out and bought several pair of sandals and I felt liberated! But I think at the same time that everyone is different and has to figure out what will work best for them. Would LOVE if I didn’t have to wear the arch supports, but at least I have options now.
Thanks doctor. I test my big toe n i felt so weak to lift up
Your father would be proud I’m sure based on the little I know of your ‘story’ Mr Toe Bro.
Aghhhh thank u! I was skating 6 hours yesterday in Venice Beach and my Powerslide Imperial One80s can hurt a bit

The foot in the pic is so flat that i had to look at it for a sec to realize what it was
what about for warehouse work where you’re walking and standing for almost over 12 hours a day…..any help on that cuz i need it ASAP…..give me the insoles
Anyone that has spinal stenosis, DO NOT HAVE SURGERY ON YOUR BACK, DOCS ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH, you can dissolve the:gunk in spinal canal easily and cheaply!! Go read “Aging Spines Feel Young Again”, written by Dr. Debra Katchen, md, I have 3 friends (and me) tried and we are all better, will cost you no more than $20 to fix yourself in 6 months, you will start feeling better at 3 months! I had back surgery and now all my nerves from my toes to my butt are ruined and have to take narcotics just to have any quality of life!
Simply by opting for “Vαnοjο Fivu” (Google it), you`ll overcome diabetes and set you to a more good lifestyle. For a time frame of 1 ½ months, my husband has been a passionate follower of the plan. He has been dependent to insulin for five years in his 6 year long struggle against type two diabetes. His eating habits get positively changed since he has been a passionate reader and follower of this program..
What about when you test sitting and standing for example i can test L4 and pass sitting but standing i cant stand on my heal. My foot drops if i try
You know, I was always wondering what those were. They offer both kinds, the capped one and not-capped, at one of my specialty inline store but I had no clue what they were aside from (at the time) what I guessed was “protection”. I don’t think I need those but they may interest my soon-to-be speed freak inline skater co-worker. Thanks as always Lino!
No pain. Numbness. L5 and L4 damage as indicated by the video. Clear evidence of ‘drop foot’.
I have congenital pes planus & the foot doctor said it’s caused by the ligament laxity in my knees. I have arch-support orthotics & was advised to ice my knees whenever I get those painless “pop” in the knee bones. Nice looking arch, Bob!
It’s gotten so bad my ankles just pound after running and I can’t feel my feet just my ankles and knees
I always thought the 500 price tag on customs was an insurance scam. None of them ever helped me. Best thing is lots of stretching. Years of meds have made a mess of my tendons and what not.
My right knee actually is the only one that hurts and when I don’t wear my aurthotics for a couple months it starts hurting a lot and I cant walk sometimes cause it hurts so much.
Many thanks, I’ve been looking for “sciatic nerve pain symptoms in foot” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Sonictoria Stupefying Smasher (should be on google have a look )?
It is a great one off guide for discovering how to stopping your sciatica minus the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy got cool success with it.
Who’s foot are you using for demonstration the Night King from GOT?
what about if there is ongoing pain on top of the foot and beneath the arch and heel and just discomfort allover especially when walking, does that mean a custom orthotic will solve my problem? and also does custom orthotics is custom made shoes or just insoles?
much thanks)
I have flat feet and tore both hip labrums, do you think flat feet are the main cause?
Will these help with arch pain. I get pain in my left foot and was wondering if this would help or make them worse.
This is exactly what the PT did when I went. I have a bulging disc in my L5 and the lateral side of my right foot is numb. My right sciatic nerve is compressed.
Excellent review without being too critical of over the counter options. Really appreciate it!
I’ve been having bruises on my shins where the buckle would meet, would these help?
Thank you so much this helps explain what’s going on with my flat feet I will definitely look for those shoes
This has helped me skating for over 25km without any issues afterwards! In the first weeks of skating with my new Powerslide Imperial boots, my ankles were chafed every time. They work best when I use them under my socks.
Hi YouTubers, I have a dumb question-are the footies supposed to replace your sock? (i.e.: You don’t wear a sock over or under the footie?) I just want to make sure I’m understanding how these are used. Thanks for humoring me!
Do these guys need to end every sentence with each other’s names?:’D
I used to skate sockless with roller skates, but they were custom leather and I was younger and didn’t have arch support/ankle issues yet. This is useful for a number of reasons, especially as I consider fitting, thanks.
What’s best for hyper hydrosis and calluses on baby toe, plnatar faciatits front. Do I need shoes, or these insoles good enough?
Sounds like with this i can fit my older skates better(im 44, but the skates are 44.5 liner in 46 shell).
The Soe of. My pinky toe gotten flat and numb because I was grabbing to my too big shoe using my toes. Now it’s numb and feels flat at the bottom, I feel each day the numb spread abit more, I’m worried, since I’m getting a 5 hour walking job
Anyone else saying, “poor you” would sound so rude to me for some reason. But somehow, the way you say it seems so genuine I can’t be mad about it lol.
Man, you are my hero! I just ordered one. Since i discovered this channel i am a wheel addict too!
Very good information. The visual of each type of insole really helps to see the difference. Any suggestions if you have peroneal tendonitis on the outer edges of the foot? I guessing then I do not want too much of an arch support because there’ll more pressure on the peroneal tendon right? Thanks!
I had flat feet and knock knees since i can remember, i can’t wear shorts because kids made fun of shape of my legs. for a long time, my feet doesn’t hurt at all, i only feel really streesful after a lot exercise. maybe my feet have evolved after years exercise.
I feel bad for these people. I don’t have any corns, callus, warts on my feet. Praise the LORD.
Hi Dr. Douglas
It’s nice video, I have a question in this Reg… My wife is having a intermittent pain starting through big toe till the deep thigh in the right leg… Especially when she sleep it starts from bigtoe and when it ends it relieves pain…is it due to damaged L5? How can it be cured?
Consulted several doctors several times no one able to find the root cause.. Done X-ray, scan n so on everybody says it’s fine.. Write some mineral n vitamin tabs n send.
First of all your channel name is weird second of all I feel sorry for that’s all thank you for my time
Sir my father has similar problem he is not able to stand on both on fingers toes and anchle toes n last month he had the surgery.. but still the problem is there.. n namness still present. Doc plz suggest some thing..
I’ve been using custom orthotics for 30 years, and most don’t work too well. I recently found an insert made by orthofeet that works very well, and gives me more relief than my $400 custom orthotics.
I pray you do a seminar near LA Ca I’d love to attend as a nail tech for 37 years I deal with a lot of these problems! Thank you @Toebro! I’ve LOVE watching your videos! Simply mesmerizing! You are so caring to your patients!!
My fellow Xsjado skaters probably felt a little puzzled just now. For me, I just have the troubles of breaking in new shoes. I have to put large bandages on my ankles for a couple weeks when wearing new shoes until they stop cutting into my ankles (unless they’re hightops, which I don’t wear). New shoes in Xsjados can be the most painful experience if I don’t prep my ankles/feet properly.
The video I didn’t know I needed. Answered practically all my questions instantly from one Google search.
Thanks to you and your awesomely cheesy intro jingle!!
Helpful videos but both of you should have mics because it’s hard to hear sometimes.
I have posterior tibialis tendonitis and was referred to a special store that sold motion control shoes and expensive orthotics. The orthotics are worn down and are flat now. I was reading that orthotics act as a crutch and do not allow your feet to get stronger. I try to walk barefoot, stand on one foot for balance and walk on my toes. It has slowly gotten better.
I can barely walk….pain in right leg…been told i have stenosis on mri….been dealing with it for months…drs dnt care anymore
I’m a nursing student aspiring to go to medical school and I love your videos! Very informative and the way you speak makes things very clear in addition to my independent studies
Can you give any advice of fleet feet with hypermobility? Tried to find a video on hypermobility on your channel and there aren’t any
Does her foot look all wrinkled because she soaked it first?
I can’t say enough good things about the $30 Walk-Fits. I along with my father had Plantar Fasciitis due to wearing baseball cleats. He saw the infomercial and tried a pair. Within 2 months his plantar fasciitis was healed. I had plantar fasciitis for over a year and had tried cortisone shots, stretching, strengthening, shoe cushion inserts ect..and nothing helped. 2 months of wearing the walk-fits and my plantar fasciitis was healed. I disagree with the statement made that “If it hurts don’t use/buy it” because when you wear the walk-fits you cannot wear them for an extended period of time for the first few weeks. It even says that in their instructions. They do irritate/hurt you feet after you wear them for even only a short period of time when you first begin wearing them. But after a few weeks/month or so you can wear them longer and longer until you have them in the entire day. I continue to play baseball, basketball, work out in the gym ect… and I have a pair in each of my shoes. I have flat feet and without them my feet hurt and both of my knees hurt. When I wear them my knee pain goes away and my feet feel great. I don’t own stock in the company, I’m not a distributor, I don’t work there ect.. I’m just a person who suffered with very sore feet and knees and the walk-fits aligned things and have taken the pain away. Simply incredible..I would have never thought that a $30 shoe insert could have that much impact on my physical well being.
I only wear shoes if I am outside I wear my crew socks if I am inside public places I go bare foot if it’s nice out then I put my socks on when I get there. I have very painful flatfeet when I wear shoes for a longtime my feet are also flat when I walk barefoot.
I stuck some Nike Lunarlon insoles in my Salomon STs today, most comfortable insole ever.
