Barrett was assigned to 1st Battalion, 6th Marines, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, NC, and died on May 5, 2010 while serving during Operation Enduring Freedom in Helmand province, Afghanistan.This is our second workout in our new series of CrossFit workouts featuring only the most brutal and difficult CrossFit has to offer. It’s called “Bull”; a hero WOD named in honor of U.S. Marine Corps Captain Brandon “Bull” Barrett.
It’s the type of workout.But no other CrossFit WOD is as important as the hero WOD. They’re more than just workouts. They’re a way to honor the memory of brave men and women who have given their lives in the line of duty.
