I tried to research the noodles online, it looks like they don’t make them anymore
if we eat this with orange, which is not allow, can we still in ketosis??? i am afraid to try it.
Made your buffalo sauce and wings tonight!! I forgot to add the butter for the glaze and just used straight “original” on the wings. Oh. My. Word!! My husband loooves the sauce! He even used the bit that was leftover as a dipping sauce. (Ok..I did, too. ) Already told him that I will make double next time, which might be tomorrow because we still have some leftover wings. Great recipe!
I use Konjac noodles for soup and they are just fine. However, I don’t like the way they bunch up when using them for Chow Mein or Spaghetti and, yes I tried dry frying them until they squeak and they still bunch up. Do the THM noodle bunch up?
I did a similar version last year of the sauce but I used sukin gold for the brown sugar. For some reason mine thickened up though without having to add a thicker.. you are right.. it is Soo good!!
aloha, the link for the oat fiber in the description is incorrect but super duper excited to attempt this recipe!
YES! I love Panda Express! Your version of it looks delicious.
Never mind it looks like you have to buy into a whole group of stuff just to get the noodles.
I can’t find the noodles at Amazon. Where do you find them?
Chia seeds make a great thickener. Just add some hot water to a tablespoon or so of seeds in a small bowl. Let steep for 10 minutes or so then add to the sauce to thicken. Works good for lots of sauces like generals chicken too.
Can you use air fryer? Also you mention oat husk. Is that ground psyllium husks?
Heather, how much chicken are the sauce measurements you used for? And how many servings should it make?
Just a trick. You don’t have to individually coat each one. Pour that egg into the bag with the chicken. Seal it and smush it around. Then take goating mixture and put it in a ziplock. Throw a handful of the eggy chicken and throw them in the bag and shake it up. Continue until all the pieces are coated. Also, you don’t say what kind of oil you are frying them in. Vegetable oil is not good for Keto frying.
Quick question! Could I use orange extract in place of the orange?
We started at the same time, and have the same amount of subscribers! Good luck and continue the grind:) on to the video now..:)
Sorry but I dont eat pork (as per bible). Anyome know of substitute?
OMG! Seriously? That cartoon at the start of the video is a terrible caricature of an Asian person. It’s insulting.
This looks so amazing! I am all about chicken and chicken nuggets:) Sometimes I feel like I’m 12 hahah!
Wow this looks amazing! Yes, yes I am salivating a little lol
So much fun hanging out with Heather in the kitchen! Trying to learn more about Keto (interesting concept I haven’t gotten into)
I’d go far as to say it’s better than the original Heather!! Just don’t let Panda Express see this video lol:) great job my dear!
you’re really a pleasure to watch, I think I could almost smell this dish after you added the garlic and ginger! Please stay safe and well:)
Wow, this looks and sounds soooo delicious! Your makeup looks AMAZING in this video! Might have to try this recipe and let you know how it goes. Cheers!
This looks so good and low carb too definitely want to try this one. I try to do gluten free where I can but can substitute as I have GL flour
Looks good, but I really like to READ my recipes. It would be appreciated if you could include both. Thanks
Is this super salty? I’ve tried a similar method before and between the baking powder and Buffalo sauce, it was so very salty
Never heard of Moo Shu in England, but it looks delicious and I will definitely be trying it out. Also, love Velveted meat for tenderness… Thanks Chef Petey.
Heather, great video! I really loved watching the cooking portion it was fun to watch. I might just have to get myself a fryer now.
I just wanted to thank you for taking such time and effort in your videos to teach these things. This is really helpful.
Thanks for the great recipe, was looking forward to this one!
Wow! That really looks awesome! And only 3 carbs? By the way, I like your make-up in this video.
Another winner! My neighbors are so tempted when I’m cooking. I heard them talking about the ‘delicious smells’ coming from my kitchen window. I draw them in like the pie in the window in the old cartoons! Delicious!
These are on our list. BTW, the Chicken BBQ Bundles got made today. I was a little late with lunch today because and unexpected guest dropped by, so we woofed them down. Sorry, no Pictures. Next Time! Learned a bunch and we really loved them. Easier than I thought.
That looks delicious! Going to have to try that! I have a question for you.
How do Chinese chefs make pork or beef so tender that it almost melts in your mouth? I know that they use the cheapest grades because of cost and when I cook it it comes out rather too chewy. When I go to the restaurant its different. Like so much better and tender.
Or is it just my imagination?
I hope you will try this and love it! What is something you wish was low carb that I can try and make?
As always, you explain things so well. I look forward to trying out this recipe!
I have just finished making the sauce. It is not real, LOVED it!!!!!! I swear, even better than Panda Express orang chicken sauce to me. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Great healthy food tip. Well done! Thanks BOSS… and it does sound yummy.
Thank you, I didn’t know about baking them with baking powder
Wow it certainly is a very different dish to anything I’d tried before. It’s super fast to make with just a few ingredients that we usually have on hand. I love your idea of serving this in lettuce cups…we love stuff served in lettuce cups! LOL Thanks for a cool recipe that’s a bit different from the usual. You are amazing at ideas that are different to “meat and three veg”
Unfortunately used to enjoy your home cooking videos, so far most look most unappetizing and recording isn’t the best or clear at all
I think I will just stir fry some cabbage with butter and serve it next to a slice of tender, moist roast pork. I am sorry but this looks like an instant trip to the toilet. Not to mention the sodium content. It’s no reflection on your cooking and I mean no insult to you. Asian food is just bad, except for (some) Japanese dishes.
My husband and I made this! So delicious! Thank you! Had to use tortillas, so waiting for your pancake video. We are already better Cantonese cooks after 2 recipes! Up next, my favorite, Shrimp Chop Suey, using the sauce from the Shrimp Chow Mein per your suggestion. Can’t wait.
Chef! Thanks again for your awesome channel. Do you have a recipe for chili oil? I love lao gan ma chili crisp, but I also love any chili oil I can get my hands on.
-Rachel from south!
It looks great. I know your fried rice was delicious and I hope that this will be the same you’re an excellent teacher thank you
OMG this looks amazing! Now I have to try it this weekend. I’ll send photos!
Have you tried coconut flour before? It works quite well and adds a subtle coconut flavour

Oh my gosh, my FAVORITE!
Can’t add pics to comments.
I suggested this recipe so thank you VERY much for this! Also want to ask for the uses of Chinese 5 spice. You seem to use ingredients I use except the fungus I haven’t cooked with but certainly have eaten in this dish. Moo shu is my favorite!
I am desperately searching for a smell-a-vision monitor so I can smell your cooking….:) Thank You for sharing your talent so freely… kamsamnida….:)

This looks wonderful! You make it look so easy. I would be cleaning the stove and walls for weeks! Still will try it though. The wok you use is really nice.

I’ve just gotta say, your hair looks FABULOUS today. And please come cook for me. lol
The keto Buffalo Chicken Wings look delicious. I can eat keto wings every day.
This looks outstanding! I have everything I need for this recipe. No Super Bowl for me, but I’ll find something appropriate to watch while enjoying these wings.
Heather, absolutely loved this video. My wife and I are huge cooks. We don’t eat dairy, so might need to skip the parm, but loved this recipe. And, I also don’t each gluten (rarely ever), so I do use cornstarch as a thickener instead of flower, but the xanthan gum idea is one I will try! P.S. You should have your own cooking show.:)
Where to buy your DRAGON HOUSE shirts at? I want the black and white one.
Made this tonight, it was A-MAZING!!! Thankyou so much, your recipes are the best XXX
This sauce was delicious! Thank you for sharing. We used it with asian meatballs and buttered rice.
Looks good! Gotta add broccoli florets as a filler since theirs no rice.
