Video is really good everything that explain in this video is available to understand
FINNALY I can catch the boys in tag without getting tired because they pretty fast xD
Some of these points vary from person to person like the point about controlling body fat and keeping kids at a heathier weight some kids have better metabolism or over active metabolisms meaning they burn off calories very fast and thus don’t put on weight. stronger muscles yes that’s a thing but is that really necessary for you do you need to be physically strong. and the hole thing about making people happier not true I dread P.E Lessons they are a way to single out the weaker kids with less stamina and strength from the stronger kids its a lesson made to embarrass people some people stand tall and strong but some people like my self are small and weak I weigh like 5.5 stone and I’m like 5ft 4” tall were as all my friends stand from 5ft 6” to 5ft 11” tall sure exercise outside of school can work for some people I just don’t think its for everyone and defiantly shouldn’t be enforced in schools.
Video is great. The voice is very computerized, though. Possibly make it more “smooth” sounding? Otherwise, I love that it is easy to understand and straight to the point. Thank you for sharing this video.
