*Me before clicking on the video*: “Psshd, How hard could it be?”
*Me 2 seconds into the video*: “Bruh…”
First 14 days of this vertical jump program “Jumοnοz Azb” (G0OGLE it) as well as the workouts feels amazing, I cannot test my vertical gain so far, because I haven`t completed this method yet, but I really like the sequence routine for legs, you feel the burn immediately and my legs are getting stronger..
Y’all don’t think people lift weights and then show you a simple way to gain muscle by doing calisthenics on camera. You have to really exercise to build muscle. Facts. Weights and calisthenics have a different physique. know the difference
*Time Stamps for each exercise*:
Power Plank Up 1:10
Step-down version 1:36
Plyo-chin up 1:50
Step-down version 2:23
Single leg plyo bridge 2:48
Step-down version 3:08
Pendulum plank 3:36
Step-down version 4:00
Hannibal push up 4:27
Step-down version 5:14
Rolling squat burpee 5:30
Step-down version 6:14
180 depth tuck jumps 6:35
Step-down version 7:15
They exercises he waz doing are not that hard i am doing full planche pushups, look them up they are way harder then triple clap pushups.
Obi, invest in a quality microphone if your gonna do more voice overs. Great vid
It’s a shame of me type of people who just satisfied in 2 or 3 of exercise je showed us and said that’s enough you will be He-Man with 1 month
Hey, as a combat athlete, i’m looking to gain power and strength without fatiguing faster. If I do explosive, fast twitch workouts, I understand that especially with the right diet I’ll get bigger, stronger, more powerful etc, but will I also fatigue faster. It’s important for me that I am still able to perform after considerable time on the mat, in the cage, etc. How can I do both? Thanks
Jeeze I need to start incorporating this kind of training. Like he said, so many train slow and controlled but not explosively. So tempted to buy one of his programs. I’ve learned so much but still so many questions.
Should your hands be turned out for the cobra pushups too like the dips? Or is it not necessary because of different positioning / angles?
Why are you even at the gym? You can do all this stuff from home!
43 yrs old here. Was an athlete when younger and got out of shape starting to get healthy and exercise more your videos are all fantastic and amazingly helpful. Really love them and will be visiting your website to look into programs. Cheers
Do you go to gym or do home workout only. Is it possible have such fitness by workout a home..?
Finally i was able to do Hannibal push-ups. Damn that feels great.

Great for additional martial arts training!
I would like to see more exercises like this
It is a great video, as good as all of your other videos. I think it’s amazing, and trully a real value added, the exercises and the whole explanation. Thanks Jeff!! You are a great professional.
After this Corona thing is over, I assume that fitness industry will take a major hit as a lot of us will be just ok with working out at home. No more paying unnecessary huge gym and trainer fees
help when I do the handstand my legs go slightly to the right and I don’t know how to correct that, I hold it for 20 seconds but my legs go sideways
Disappointing… variations of extreme pushups.. n extreme ab stuff. Meh
Does Jesse has a health insurance? I mean… Doing all the WRONG exercises, he must have, right?
You have video on how to fix tight hips, do you have one to fix loose hips? I have loose joints.
I love calisthenics workouts! Great way to be fit with minimal chance of injury.
Good man,i hope one day can train with you ,i am from Hong Kong ,my name is joe,thx
This is jiren in real life!! Son goku is in trouble bruh!! Lol great workouts!!
As someone new to working out & getting gains; thank you!! That tip on the bench dip is huge for me, I’ve been doing lots of those. Keep these coming!
i used to do taekwondo religiously and do bodyweight training in my room everyday. i felt like such a badass haha
Seriously I’ve never even thought about even doing the “bad neck” exercise. It just looks like a bad idea…
Nice warmup routine! I did 3 sets of each before an intense 45mins of freeweights.
Will incorporate this from now on, thanks.
Been working away in Monaco with gym prices through the roof so tried a whole range of body weight workouts. This is the most killer effective workout by far. A great workout to follow
I feel like your vids have been on another level recently. well done.
After watching the video: Hold my beer
Again me:give back my beer.
Corona virus just came to my town and my parents don’t want me going to the gym, looks like I’m going to be doing calisthenics for 2 weeks lol. A kid in my brothers school got the virus so my family has to stay isolated for 2 weeks ffs
Did a workout similar to this at home because I couldn’t make it to the gym, and let me tell you I was knackered. Just shows you don’t need fancy equipment, just a bit of imagination.
I’ve hit a snag in the road. I’ve lost 15lbs and my chest is more define. My back n arms are strong but I cannot get my stomach down.
Yeah I’ll stop doing planks when I stop vibrating like crazy,..lol
Hi sir. I have been following your channel for past few months. Great knowledge. Actually I’m also fitness trainer. From India
Dear Sir Obi Vincent,
I watched your video and I like it. My utmost respect & interest. Good job! I hope I can inspire you to watch my short “Explosive MMA bodyweight exercises” workout video.
https://youtu.be/M9S0liQmqsY
I hope it may provide you with new insights and inspiration. Check out lots more of my “MMA bodyweight” variations & exercises on my YT channel (if you like).
Thnx for your time. Best wishes & till soon, Jacky from Holland
Cant wait to incorporate these into my next workout. Thanks!
I don’t even remember these exercises right after watching your videos so don’t worry specially this one brought me close to thought that people should unsub your channel this is confusing man Bloody hell
This looks fab, something to do on a day I can’t get to the gym. Thanks
People want to strengthen their neck muscles too? Wow. I just want abs, man.
It starts out like, ok coo…I can do that. Then by the middle of the vid it’s like ummm nah…by the end I just accepted the fact he’s the real life Steve Rogers
My goal is the handstand push up at least one. Chris is amazing motivating and challenging us all. Thank you mate!!
breathing?
you’re doing it wrong! the body doesnt need oxygen
I really find this vertical jump program “Jumοnοz Azb” (G0OGLE it) impressive! I can do a 19 inches-high standing vertical but now on my 2nd day with the program, I had been able to achieve 23 inches! I encountered sore hamstrings but it’s okay since it is my rest day. Tomorrow, I`ll be back on the grind and also the shock stage!
on the plyo bridge are u pushing up with foot or lifting up w/ core.
Can you do a video of this type regarding training for basketball?
thank you so much
Chris I have a simple problem can you help me
My right hand muscle is significantly larger than my left one. What should I do?
Great video! Original and real useful content. Particularly like the part on the bench dip and the suggestions for other triceps workouts.
Only thing I would add is not to dismiss kipping entirely. It is useful as an intermediate step for beginners like me to work up to the real pronated pull ups. But once I get to those, I would not be doing kipping anymore, I wouldn’t see the point. Unless maybe for cardio.
Wow, man! What a wonderful exersises! Thank you! I know you may not see that, but still… That’s amazing for a start of your journey of explosiveness
Chris can you make a video on how to deal psychologically with hunger? I’m fasting like you for 15 hours counting the calories the protein etc but with only 2 meals per day I’d eat like 4 pizzas at any moment of the day no jokes
Thx for posting this Obi…so helpful in this Corona Age….
Great great video brother thanks we needed that keep them coming!!!
You have amazing control and you have strength in your arms that I am dying to touch. ♀️
these videos are perfect man. straight to the point, no bullshit. appreciate it
My brother was a sports buff and I presented him this vertical jump program “Jumοnοz Azb” (G0OGLE it) to improve his vertical jump. He likes the program after attaining a big development. He`s not someone who loves reading, so it gives me great delight to see him carrying this book around dog-eared from being read over and over..
Why the dislikes? i really cant undestand those people.Yes he does show advanced workouts right off the bat but he shows you how to get to those and that is why it says “Hardest” in the title.
This is totally insane!! Didn’t know that one human can do all of this craziness… this guy is level GOD
Hey Matt I just finished my wrestling season a few months ago and I utilize bodyweight training, have been for the past 4 years. From experience and what my coach said, that I was exceptionally great because when I would snap somebody or go for takedowns via shots on their legs, it’s all pull-based exercises. I think when it comes to grappling and wrestling it primarily goes to pulling based exercises while boxing, muay thai, or any other striking sport is based on push-based snaps.
Before I knew Chris: no push ups
After I saw Chris: 17 pseudo push ups
I saw the beginning I was like ok this seems manageable and then he starts doing these workouts that are all level 1000, I’m like yeah, not even happening anytime this life time lol
I have a big big question Chris, I’m 16 and i’m trying to build a good body. I have not a lot of fat and i’m rather lightweight. How much i eat or drink, it’ll stay the same. Will this slow my progress?
Another question: Is it better to stick to the same program and exercises for a couple of week OR is it better to do different exercises every single time you train a muscle group. An example: for 4 weeks 2 times a week 120 pushups: 4 sets of elevated, normal and diamond. OR do every week every training another type of exercises for the same muscle group?
IF ANYBODY COULD HELP, IT’LL MEAN A LOT
Hi jeff when do you include plyometrics into your ytp for athletes?
two ideas that my sifu taught to me were the importance of the center line and sensitivity through understanding rotation. the center line, as you yourself have stated before Matt, is SO important to understanding our physiology and our own ability to transfer power that it deserves it’s own training.
personally, I think single arm exercises and single leg variants of the lunge are highly beneficial for the martial artist, especially if done slowly.
just my two cents
Here’s what you do, you buy Jeff’s programs and complete them. It’s so simple. The guy’s the best. So much crap out there.
Bro i have watched your video in thenx
Best way to lose belly fat
Will it be a problem if i skip the “hanging knee raises” because i dont have anything to hang.
Also will it help me to build muscle and abs?
I am 14 years old
1:15 Plank push-ups.
1:49 Plyo Chin Ups
2:49 Glute Plyo Bridge.
3:41 Pendulum Plank
4:56 Hannibal Push-ups.
5:32 Rolling Squat Burpee
6:35 Depth Tuck Jumps
At about 2:30 I was like whoa whoa slow down there champ. Lol
For me, Planks are easy asf, it takes me so long for my core or my back to burn.
this is so incredibly useful and proves that you don’t need a lot of fancy equipment to do fitness. thanks obi!
@Chris Heria… Breathing exercises or tips during these workouts? Taking it back to when you began as to how you progressed, if possible. Thank you for your tremendous work! Much love!
OMG gurl I just had some multi v and like wow I had to deep breath with some banana nd bread and now I’ll have my cup of tea and Snickers and probiotic yogurt Like wow I love you Iggy!!!!!!. I love you babys
I am so close to doing 90 handstand push ups im 13 i need more power to do this i got balance but need power

Just out of curiosity what are your stats? Height, weight etc..
Chris heria is my biggest inspiration….
I just love his all the videos
Just keeps doing your thing man
You are a great dad, great fitness teacher
What person trying to get in shape would do all that Bullshit!
So again chronicles of what could go wrong.. my external Mic died.. sorry everyone! Lol Dont forget ANY questions about the workout or alternatives leave a comment. Please Don’t forget to Like the vid if you enjoyed it, that’ll be much appreciated.
I’m trying to get various opinions. I’m 18 and 5’7 and 107 pounds. I’ve been skinny and small my whole life and I have been off and on workouts but they never stick. This time i’m focusing on what i’m eating and when along with workouts. I know I should be consuming around 100-110 grans of protein a day given my weight. But because i’m wanting to put on a little extra weight and still get lean muscle overall, how much carbs should I be shooting for on a daily basis? If I even need too be shooting high, I have a little stomach fat i’m trying to burn off but literally every other place on my body is twig. All reply’s are welcome! Thanks!
Look
If you had

Would you capture it
Or just let it slip

hey chris. i’m trying to progress my way to a planche. i can do 15 pseudo pushups in a row perfect form and hold a plank for upwards of a minute and a half. i just cant seem to get it can u please help me out on what i may need to do
I really like basketball, particularly when I play with my brother. Having said that, I observed that he can jump higher than me. I seek guides all over the internet, used them but found no results. Lastly, I found this vertical jump program “Jumοnοz Azb” (G0OGLE it). I have seen some changes in my jump and continue to see enhancements..
Check out my 5 months learning calisthenics video https://youtu.be/sKFyhaDjXHI let me know if im doing ok!
3:51 pike position
5:00 pike push up
6:25 90°’s hold toe taps
7:55 planche leans
9:51 pseudo push ups
For those asking original music was called the devil’s quid pro quo by butch clancy.
I really won’t to try this cause I get bored with workout. But can you really build Mass with this
Love the way he does a really hard workout, stands up and just talks normally like he’s not even phased by it hahahaha
am stuck on tick planche and can’t do the advanced tuck planche either I can hold a tuck planche on flat ground for about twenty seconds but can’t seem to advance what advice do you have for
me
hi matt, good video as always. i have a question. i’ve noticed that during your lunges you stretch your knee so it goes a bit over the feet, but i’ve always tried to avoid that thinking it’s bad for knees’ joint. isn’t it?thank you for all the precious information you spread.
Rly liked this workout! Been following you for a while at Instagram and you post always intresting posts and motivation! Thanks man!
This guy is a beast but like watching a ton of videos of videos of him and getting confused what tf to do first. There are just so many and every video is like go to this and learn that and when I went there, there it’s again some new thing and again new video. Nice funnels but at least let know how to start up with couple workoutttssssss broooo
Can you please tell what do you actually mean when we say engage your core, tighten your core
U scared the shit out of me when u went straight into the upper body. Not that I have a weaker upper body per say it’s just that after a leg day they’re no “hey let’s go on and do tomorrow’s workout too” I’m bitching and am going to do it “fuck me” U must be a vet or something cuz there’s no quit in you. Inspirational man imma stop my bitching and I’ll do the rest of the damn reps scouts honor.
How many reps should i do with one excercise? Or how many seconds should i do one excercise? Thanks for answering keep up the good work
I truly appreciate your science based explanations of why you suggest your methods and debunk the bro science…good job!
Its motivating me bro.. I like your physique.. Fitness freak.. Keep it up… Love you.. Can you pls help me for my fitness..
Great execution and great exercises I love that kind of content, keep it up❤️
All right guys, that completes the first round, 4 more to go
I like every workout you do but i would like u to do chest workout with no equitment because i want to built chest
About 50% of those would result in a faceplant for me. Luckily i know my limits. Sofa get ups, fridge lunge, beer curl, bed lower downs, pillow crunch, chair sits etc
Matt, how can fighters/martial artists train bodyweight everyday? We see a lot of fighters doing pushups and situps by hundreds a day, how can they to it without hurting their recovery?
Hey Matt, do you think that martial arts kata/forms could ever replace cardio?
Me ” I was a pallbearer at my buddies funeral”
Jeff ” You pallbearers are carrying those casket all wrong”.
I love bodyweight training, and it’s amazing to see somebody whose big like jeff doing explosive workouts.
definitely doing this tomorrow and telling my pals at the dojo thanks.
Jeff: its not easy but easier.
Bodyweight:am i joke to you.
Magnus midtbo: hold my beer.
I tried several programs in the past however it doesn`t help, but this vertical jump training “Jumοnοz Azb” (G0OGLE it) was the best. 2 weeks ago I can only just touch the rim and it was embarrassing. Now I can dunk and all my friends are surprised at the fast transformation!
Hopefully you are already in the combos, keep improving.
Mine in particular has used superior technics but is basically the same that your singular training.
is all a dance not a demonstration so don’t repeat and progress
Sissy squat vs pistol squat?
Might as well compare a toothpick to a machete lmao
I used to do sissy squats back when I started working out and got nothing but lactic acid from it.
Today I’m doing pistol squats every other day and my legs are growing too fast for the rest to keep up!
I would LOVE using this guy for my students BUT he always has no on
Hey,
So, first I’d like to say that I really like your channel. I’ve been training with calisthenics for a while now and have seen great improvement in my strength (although I’m still stuck on 10 strict pull-ups). Recently I’ve started up shotokan karate and have noticed that I’m a bit more musclebound than I previously thought (probably due to my prior bout with powerlifting style training). However now I’m having trouble preforming my usual upper/lower 4 times a week training in combination with 5 times a week training at my dojo. As a martial artist and someone who trains in calisthenics and has achieved a great body structure, integrity and even size (IMO), do you have any advice on how to continue my training?
thanks man,
Thanks so much, Jeff! Rapidly, one of my most favorite vids.
great video.I have a really serious question I can’t touch my toes without bending at the knees and because of this I can’t do pistol squats because I can’t keep my leg straight.kindly suggest me what should I do
Can you ser help me may probleme leg do you give me programe evry week and exercice..thanks
The simplistic approach is cool and less intimidating than some of your beast workouts. Trying this today!!!
Ive never done or heard of at least half if not more then half of these weird variation malfunction exersizes execept the plank
At first i thought of getting ma ass man on the gym and hit weights there but after i saw ur vids.. I think i wanna master calesthenics first
SWEET MOTHER OF JESUS H. CHRIST! What is it with the fitness community on youtube and class A clickbait thumbnails?
First time I’ve seen your videos and I have to say I really like the workout, and you seem like a cool dude. Definitely coming back for more

Great video! You got a new follower… By the way, this is a full body routine, but it seems Very long, do you recomend do it full on one day or cut it to make one day lower and other day upper? Thanks!
Truly, an excellent video. This one ranks up there with your technique video for the Bulgarian Split Squat. These exercises are on my ‘todo’ list.:)
Obi I love these variations you come up with this is a fantastic workout will never get boring.
A great workout to use on the road in the hotel room!
Thanks Jeff for taking the time to help mankind perform body-weight exercises the proper way.
I’ve never tried these body weight exercise. I will definitely try and practice them. Wonderfull workout☺☺
Sir, I am suffering obesity. From which video I start watching Sir?

great vid
anything on a makeshift pull bar when traveling and staying in hotels where their gym is limited
thanks
He’s got another clip out there where he’s doing 50 1080p’s (triple spin pushups) that ends with a 1 hour levitation hold
Because of this guide, I was able to improve my vertical jump and I could almost dunk. Being a basketball junkie, I am always looking for a way to improve. When you read this vertical jump program “Jumοnοz Azb” (G0OGLE it), you`ll be able to discover an outstanding workout plan to achieve a higher jump and also detailed explanations on the biomechanics behind a vertical jump..
Real Talk, This Looks like Kung Fu!
Alot of these exercises are in Shaolin Kung Fu Conditioning….. These exercises are beautiful like a ballet or a dance.
Damn I remember this video used to have some really good music. I guess it ended up in youtube purgatory.
Guyz dont try this beginers will end with injuries.its nly meant for advanced
I realize this is 5 years old, but I’m glad you’ve stopped the continuous music in the background; too distracting and it felt strained when listening to your instructions.
Hahahaha and all that muscles were created using bodyweight training and clean suplementation!!!
Watching this as I train my foundation. Today is my 100 pushup day. I like to mix in 40 burpee too. I just had to scream to push my 60th perfect technique pushup. Might be a few more sessions before I hit 100. Love it.
I can only do sets of 10:0
Had to drop to knee pushups for the last 40. I am devastated
pull up until your chest touches the bar for an extra challenge
such amazing video one of the best. backpack thing bluw my mind
Others:’You can’t make real gains from home’
Chris: watch my videos
I always imagine this video with the old song ( Devil’s quid pro quo )
Planks world record being 8 hours isn’t really a valid point. The record for hanging on a bar is over 2 hours does that mean that one hand hangs are easy? Of course not.
Great upper body,weak lower bodychicken
Great lower body,weak upper body-??
I’m not trying to hear that bad press about the neck bridge though. I’ve been practising it for 6+ months with both hands placed around the brow/temple to support my posture. I haven’t had any signs of pain or stress from the exercise, I’ve noticed improved flexibility and considerable muscle gain. Could be a better exercise for me, a 140lb dude with a big head, compared to someone with a lot more weight pressing into their neck.
“A monkey f***ing a football.” Man that’s some comedic gold.
6:23 Crossfit athletes. Also their reaction when people look at them
Really nice video but how should these exercises be putted in a week to not get exhausted? If someone can help me or where can i learn how to plan a workout programm
Right after attempting many programs and also not one of them working, this particular vertical jump training “Jumοnοz Azb (G0OGLE it) was my savior. Touching the rim was all I can do two weeks ago and I really felt ashamed about it. My friends are really shocked regarding how I could now dunk within a small amount of time!
3 times a week and one Murph a week now that I won’t go to the gym for the sake of my father’s health
hi im 15 y/o. What workout should i do? I don’t have any equipment and im bored just sitting at home.
This was tough as hell! My gym is currently under reno, so I’m gonna be blasting these in my basement all week.
thanks for the video but can you explain why you listed lunges but not squats? thanks:)
Could u do a explosive upper body n lower body workout separated vid or what u like
Solid. No nonsense.
I’ve seen every single one of these exercises before but great to see them all in this same video
I started cross fit in 7th grade (Last year) when I think back to the first week I have gotten so much better. Now at 14 I can deadlift 185lbs

If I remove all the fat in me, I’m just as ripped as he is. Fact and simple.

I’m impressed by how you Americans build muscle in your FACE.
Great video ❤️ you are definitely one of the best fitness YouTubers out there
This came up when I searched youtube for “explosive push up”. Watched the vid anyway.
Amazingly strong human! TRULY LIKE THIS A LOT! 100% RESPECT to this strong man
Chris, could you do a movie about your weekly training schedule and carb cycling? Like on what days do you train which groups and eat how many calories etc?
Can anyone tell me why the hannibal pushup is named like that (“hannibal”)? Is there another name for that exercise?
It took only me 2 weeks to dunk easily utilizing my 2 hands, with the assistance of this vertical jump program “Jumοnοz Azb” (G0OGLE it). Which implies this program really works! I am now like a mini Blake Griffin on my team..
Takeout the background music. It distracts from what you’re saying.
Good information as always man. I get lost in hours of your knowledge.
Jeff straight away read my mind. I was feeling somewhere addicted to weight training and felt quite monotonic. Every lifting the same weight. Thought of incorporating some explosive body weight exercises…..and bam! Jeff drops a video at the right time.
This kind of info is why Jeff’s was the first channel to which I subscribed.
This guys insane good form good body control using all his muscles as one.
Chris, can you be more specific with the progressions? I would like to develop my strength, but i want to know how start and how many reps i have to do to make a progress or how much time per rep in case of pyke hold
I have been steadily training on wrestler’s and front bridges for a couple of years now, but I have watched two videos of you explaining why you consider them to be harmful. Now I am wondering if I should abandon them in favor of something just as productive but less harmful. Neck training has become and indispensable part of my training regimen, but I am interested in swapping out the bridging for something else now.
Exercises performed by professionals in closed area under supervision. Do not try this at home.
I have an anterior pelvic tilt, flat foot and slightly inward knee. I’m trying stuff but it just feel to workout properly. Help
Man who is 40 how he can strech daily can you show us please
Ahahahaha! Floor Fu*kers! LOL Sorry, but that’s a hilarious, but a very adequate, description of what they actually are. LOL I see more women doing them though. Kills your back doing them that way too.
Due to the covid-19 this is more than needed. Just did this at home and realised how weak I was. This is a killer at home.
I clicked the video because your push-up for was off cause your pelvis was too low
Well thats all good….how about your heart from maximum heartbeat to normal beat? how long does it take fully rest your heart? over workout means early death. make sure give the heart time to rest and heal….
It’s the middle of the night and I felt really hungry, so I went down to grab something convenient to eat. There were baby carrots in the fridge and they were convenient.
I’m surprised I found something healthy and convenient. I still hate the taste the carrots, but I am now satisfied.
What are the sets and reps? Planning to do this as a home workout coz corona
How often should this workout be done? excuse me if it was mentioned
wonder how many times he face-planted while mastering those moves

Looks like ive been doing this wrong
Thank you o’wise muscle wizzard
I don’t usually like videos even If I love them… but ‘turn their necks into massive pieces of shit’ was flawless and nonchalant enough to make an exception
As I started following diet and training plan from NextLevelDiet, I took my confidence to the next level. Girls finally started noticing me.
I can’t be the only one who realized they changed the music of the video and removed the intro
Great full body workout! Perfect for at home. One question…how often should I do full body workouts a week? I only ask because I like them more then breaking up body parts due to funky life schedule.
What happened to the old song on this video? I liked it better
LOL.. That front lever move was cut short on purpose.
Cuz he could not hold it more then 1sec
The guy is strong for sure.
But front lever takes a whole other type of beast.
No way. That’s fucking great!!! Even if i’m german and don’t know the perfect english speech,i think i’m going to order this book of martial arts bodyweight

What are your thoughts on the perfect push up tool? Where the hands rotate as you push up and down.
Some of those exercises look so unhealthy just as a common sense thing. Great video Jeff.
PLANCHE
THIS IS THE ONLY WORKOUT WHERE I SAW CHRIS STRUGGLING!!!!!
Can you make a specific vid like this but mainly for boxing?
Absolutley nobody:
Jeff: Here’s why being alive is killing your gains.
How often should I do plyometric excercises if I do a regular Weider workout during the week?
This video was one of the only bodyweight workouts that I feel would be super effective for gaining muscle keep up the good work.
Check out my uncut Push day workoutI have never lifted weights before and have gained a decent amount of mass.
Thanks
Ed
1:15 Plank push-ups.
2:49 Glute Plyo Bridge.
3:41 Pendulum Plank
4:56 Hannibal Push-ups.
5:32 Rolling Squat Burpee
6:35 Depth Tuck Jumps
Great vid Matt, I go for my first TKD grading end of May and competition in July
Be careful on how hard you’re landing on some of these. Best to land lightly for the sake of joints, I recommend a touch pad for some of the plank/ ground exercises to measure landing force and keep that minimal.
i love the advice and the exercises thanks a bunch. the music is a bit loud, forces the speaker to yell:/
For the whole video I was just looking at his triceps. Man thats one hell of long and short head..
I’m here because of Covid-19 lock-down. I’m not trying to go back to my giggly old self
Where do i get those pants? Would love to have them but haven‘t seen them anywhere so far
I think its called Ballistic Bodybuilding, and must be done carefully so as not to overstrain. But Great way of Bulking without extra weights!

I got athlean xero and did the plank up. my arms were so exhausted I couldn’t do any other variation of push-ups.
Hi Obi, i do 50 reps squat in one set (3 Sets), is that ok, kindly advise, thanks.
Question: in your opinion, if i1 wanted to have the “bear mode” physique or strongman competitor/wrestler look, do you think it can be achieved with calisthenics? or even weighted calisthenics?
Thank you for this routine, Matt:) I have had a mild supraspinatus impingement in my left shoulder for the last 5 weeks or so, and therefore my regular upper body training has been impossible to execute.
This might work as a good way to get back into my normal calisthenics pushing and pulling:)
Top 4 for BJJ: One arm push up, one arm (assisted) chin up, pistol squat and ghr.
