I work for a billing office and we handle everything from coding on for a few small critical access hospitals and clinics. Basically, once the coders are done, everything else is in our hands. We scrub claims, bill to ins, post payments, manage accounts, manage denials, collect payments, and etc all the way to dealing with bad debt. But we're working in different EHR systems depending on which hospital or clinic we're doing account management for. One client might be running Nextgen, while another might be running Epic, or Quadramed.
What we're on the lookout for is some sort of "consolidation" software that we can use. That way most of our staff only really needs to be trained in 1 system instead of 3 or 4.
For an example of what we're looking for, so far we've looked at Ontario's Artiva system, as well as DAKCS and CollectOne. But so far that's it.
If anyone could recommend any other systems that might do the job, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you
