Lately, I've been binge-watching
on my way to work. The way the actors, producers, writers, etc. so openly and even vulnerably share their path, struggles, and feelings that arise from their work experience seems incredibly inspiring, even for a person of a different field.
Given the professions that we're in, it understandably comes with a certain constraint of how we vocalize our experience and how we present it and ourselves to the public, even putting the legality of it all aside. Nevertheless, I'm wondering whether any of you know Youtube channels or podcasts where doctors, nurses, etc. would not necessarily sit down and pour their hearts out like in the link above, but maybe to a similar less constrained extent share their experience of being in the profession that they're in?
would be a good example, but I'm looking for something even deeper. I want failures, fears, internal debates about right and wrong, doubts, feelings of inadequacy, etc.
I feel that these types of discussions would make my profession seem more human and honest, and that is something I feel I currently need.
Much appreciated. Bonus points if there's a neurologist involved.
