Keep at it warriors. Moses was 120 and his eye was not dim. At 56 repped 315 on the squat and then did some sprints at the track. After than I worked 9 hours on the job and then did two hours of yard work. Then came inside and washed clothes. You got to keep it moving. Nutrition is getting better again.
