Candance!!! I have to say. I have had a yoga ball in my house for over three years and used it to just sit on and occasionally stretch my back. I have recently went through a rough spot in my life. I have decided to make big changes to better myself and also for the positive progression of humankind. I have been working on that for years now. It is finally coming full circle! Anyways as i was cleaning my living room and wanting to try something. Staring at the yoga ball, I said to myself youtube should have something, let’s give it a whirl! I’m a newly certified personal trainer and I’ve been working with my mom, who is obese and has a few mobility issues. After working with her for a month and watching her improve we decided it was time to take a break from our usual program and do a yoga based workout. I was kinda of worried about how I might modify the poses for her so that she can have a positive and enriching experience. I was playing around with the idea of using a chair, props, etc to make it easier for her, but I didn’t want the sequence to be restrictive. This ball yoga flow is beyond perfect for her! I’m going to incorporate a lot of this for her training later today. Thank you for posting!

These are really great. It’s nice that you’ve added music but I’d actually prefer not to have the music and have you give out instructions and alignment tips so that I don’t have to keep looking at the screen while doing the workout.
Shes going way to fast. Don’t try to follow her. Just look at her back arching during the leg lift, there no control during this movement. Remember: quality over quantity

Hi Caroline, I DO IT IN THE MORNING ! My hammies are starting to “talk” about fire on them I like unilateral way so I did twice more then bilateral tricky hamstring isolation exercise. Deep core exercise are so useful spine stretcher. I feel it! You are such a pleasant suprise in life full of fake trainers and You Tubers! All with knowledge and mind!

For me, talking too fast hard to follow without watching the video constantly. Audio level inconsistentquite low at times. As with any number of these types of videos, hard to actually watch video when chin to chest, looking at ceiling, upside down looking at wall, etc. (;-) Would Google Glass fix this problem? (;-)

It’s the next day and I’m actually sore! Heart rate didn’t go over 100 during this workout so I wouldn’t consider it HIIT but the exercises were great for strength and stability! Only thing is that I don’t like wearing glasses during my workout and it’s hard to read the tips. Would much prefer form tips instead of music. Thanks for a great workout!

I finally got to do this one and OMG!!! There are stability ball workouts and then there’s your stability ball workout. Not gonna lie. Had to do some of it on my knees. But what a great workout. My hamstrings and abs are on I already know I’ll be coming back to this one so I can step up my game. Thanks, Caroline!!!
omg, this was so much harder than i thought, my abs are on fire! this workout made me realize i have so much to improve… the pike and leg raises are still impossible for me, but i’m not giving up! i’m definitely going to incorporate this workout on my routine. thank you!
Out of all the yoga ball videos I looked at, this one is the only one that gives me that calm feeling of a peaceful workout. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video. I really enjoyed it.

I liked the exercises but, the lack of instruction and pause in between moves does not allow a new person to follow along very well. if you spoke this would allow for both good instruction and a tiny bit of time to transition to the next move properly.
