I’m glad I’m able to go through the entire video. What a great way to have some ME time to treat myself at 12:12 am when everyone is sleeping . Thanks for the video!
This is sooo relaxing and easy to do, even when my body and mind is tired like today.

Hi, everyone! I’m living in Russia and there isn’t good doctors who works with scoliosis. I have 8-degree scoliosis (“C”) with top on Th11 level. Now I’m 16 yo and I don’t know what I should do. Can I work out, or it’s taboo on my body physical aesthetic? You can give me advice on instagram @peterbisquit

This video is amazing thank you for sharing your free content
Scoliosis can make your face assymetrical over time, because your posture makes your head tilt to one side, compressing your jaw on that side. For some reason, breasts can also develop assymetrically due to scoliosis, with one being larger than the other. Please kill me.
This is an amazing routine that I needed since day 1 of breastfeeding. I can’t believe you can feel so much better after 20 minutes of stretching. Thank you so much for sharing it Candi!
This was perfect! Thank you! I look forward to doing it again tomorrow! My baby is 14 weeks old. This is exactly what I needed!
I loved this video. It really made me relax after so many months of nursing and holding my baby. I will try to do these exercises every morning cause it is so relaxing and feeling so good.
Your videos are just perfect for pregnant and mamas! Thank you!
I just had a baby 7 weeks ago & I am here to get some help for my lower back, pelvic pain, and foot pain. I was super glad you mentioned it I felt alone because alot of my friends did not experience this after pregnancy. Then again I had two big boys for a tiny girl like me. It took a toll on my body for sure! You were very Informative thank you! Also, what are some good exercises for my pains?
you are contradicting yourself. u said lordosis and kyphosis were normal curvatures of the spine and for that matter that are physiologic curvatures but going forward, u are describing them as pathologic curvatures. u were supposed to describe hyperlordosis and hyperkyphosis rather… thank you
Sexy blonde you have to use a short blouse because I wanna see your sexy belly 10:56
Beautiful energy and practical help where is was needed! Thank you.
15 days postpartum and first routine I did since baby is born! Thank you!
I was just diagnosed with scoliosis This helped a lot I’m less scared now thanks
If you still need to improve your supply, the best thing to do is feed as much as possible especially during nights in the first two weeks postpartum. Also drink lots of soups, pork feet with soybean and peanut soup works best for me, I always get a boost after drinking it. But you need to have some sort of meat soup, 3 times a day to stay on top of your milk supply.
I love how Octavia is taking deep breaths. Following her mama in Pranayama! <3
Thank you so much for this!! I just gave birth 10 weeks ago and my body has taken a toll breastfeeding, especially my back. I hadn’t done yoga or exercised, since my 2nd trimester, so this was MUCH NEEDED!! This was SO helpful, and such a yummy efficient sequence to stretch out the kinks while my baby boy naps.. will try to do this video a few times a week!
The best thing for milk production is Korean seaweed soup! It’s amazing

Amazing. I have this exact lecture for the finals and I had forgotten about it. Thank you Osmosis for your ever beautiful presentation that makes the information stick for a long time.
Um, sorry, but EDS isn’t overgrowth of connective tissue I’m pretty sure? It’s a defect in collegian elastin tissue production. There are several types.

Summer before starting 9th grade I was diagnosed with scoliosis and my spine was 11 degrees and it was 1 degree curvature. Now in almost October of my senior year (12th grade) I think it got worse yet haven’t had it checked. I am turning 18 soon and wanted to know if I can fix it by doing Yoga or Pilates?

Hi Dr.Kamilla, I gave birth to a baby 5months ago, 2 months ago all joints of my lower body started paining. My lower back, hip bones, knees, ankles and foot. Since last 5 days my lower back has severe pain. I am from India and we do not have good practitioners like the way you did in this video. Please suggest few exercises from which I can get rid of these pains permanently. And also please suggest what kind of treatment works for me if at all I go to a physiotherapist. Your advice will be of great help for me please. I beg you to get me out of these pains.
Please kindly requested to explain how to correct anterior pelvic tilt
Hey Osmosis/Intense, doctor recently told I have scoliosis(literally today), but like I dont have a big “S” or curve, it’s just in the lower spine(right above my ass) with really really minor curvature. My hips and shoulders are balanced. I only have my left rib that just seems to stick out more when I vaccuum(the thing that bodybuilders do). My situation doesn’t fit with any of what you said…any idea what it is?
Oof I love being rare…
Anyone here had corrective kyphosis/scoliosis surgery they can tell me about? I’m getting it in a month or so and I’d love to know more about it
I have scoliosis and the excersizes make my back feel 10x worse and I’m having an appt at an actual back specialist rather than child doctor and I’m so scared and have no idea what they’re gonna say, any advice what to wear what to do before hand what’s gonna happen…? Is there gonna be xrays/Mri on the first appts??
This was great! I’ve been in so much pain due to breastfeeding. This is the first time in weeks that I’ve felt relaxed. Thank you Candi!
Thanks Candi, my baby girl is 5.5 months and exclusively breastfeed, these moves definitely helped my aching body! Do you have any other yoga videos for nursing mothers?
Yes this glute strength is so key to postpartum recovery. Low back pain is not your new normal no matter which doctor tells you that. Good tips
