People think of hip openers are poses like pigeon, where the femur is externally rotated, but something like eagle, where the leg is internally rotated is also a hip stretch. In other words, almost any yoga pose can be thought of as a hip opener since we are using the muscles around the hips in many different ways.Slowly lift torso and rest hands lightly on right thigh.
Lean hips forward slightly, keeping right knee behind toes, and feel the stretch in the left hip flexor. Hold here, or for a deeper stretch.Understanding Hip-Opening.
The phrase “hip-opening” often creates confusion, as many people assume that it’s similar to opening a door or book, and therefore limited to taking your legs apart. But opening your hips means creating mobility in all directions.Start by lying on your back on your mat. Bring the soles of the feet to touch and let the knees fall open.
Start breathing deeply, consciously sending breath to the hip creases. Start to ignite the energy within you and allow the hips to start to melt open. The first time I cried in yoga, I was confused AF. My instructor had us in a hip-opening pose, was gently walking us through it, and before I knew i.
Pigeon pose is a key hip opener for athletes that stretches the hip flexors, piriformis and glutes and can help to alleviate lower back pain.Pigeon pose is an intense hip-opening stretch. The word “tight” is often used to mean toned and fit, but a tight body isn’t always a healthy body.
Tight, inflexible hips can contribute to pain in the legs and lower back and make you more more susceptible to injury.Hip openers are among the most satisfying and powerful yoga poses. They hold a tremendous potential for transformation; they can help us release deep-seated tension and trauma of the past, which many of us hold locked in the hip area.
Hip openers could affect any of the muscles surrounding the hip depending on the position of the joint at the time of the pose. In general when we stretch or open a muscle we are lengthening its position, moving the two attachment points away from each other.Yoga Lesson Plan One Physical theme: hip-opening poses.

This is way too advanced. My body hurts. Lol. But it feels great. Thank you
Pleaseee marry me 😉 lol you are fineee:))))))) dm or write back x
So I promised myself that when the mindful movement challenge ended, I would continue to challenge myself and explore the videos I have avoided. This was the first video I chose, and I absolutely loved this class and learned some new stretches that felt amazing on my hips. I definitely have happy hips after taking this class:)
I love Laura’s vids. She is Awesome! thank you Gym Ra for another great video
Beatiful as usual!
I like your tank top. Where can I gget one like that?
omg I must be the stiffest person on earth!!! I tried this, but I feel like a log. Question: If I contiunue to do this flow, (as the stiffest person on earth!) will I get more streathable, or must I try to a more beginner-level streaches?
I have extremely tight hips. The tightest ever seen. I could not go fully on any of these. Now my hips feel like noodles. Does that indicate that I am being stretched correctly?
Ignate the inner fire frotating the hands and put the flame on eyes to blind the mind to the external pleasures
Madam today I work with you new level it’s amazing but I can’t reach your pose. Thank for being part of your students thank you mam
These stretching poses and double pigeon are doing wonders for my hips! thanks!
Kino! Can you tell me about your toe rings?? I really really want them, I noticed them extensively in the DVD, and j can’t find any like it that are toe rings? @kinomacgregor
More Kylan! I absolutely adore this. I do it after cardio and it is just what I need! Please add more videos with her!
Thank you for posting videos to help people like me learn yoga. Sorry you have to put up with harassment from the impotent basement dwellers who have nothing better to do than comment on yoga videos. But I’m glad you do it for us. Thanks!
That kinda felt more like aggressive stretching rather than yoga. My hips feel open but my lower back feels tighter. It’s kinda hard to keep up, maybe slow the tempo down a little bit?
Kinoooo, approx 2 weeks ago I watched this video and wanted to try it as forward folds, streches are always my sweet treats but I injured myself and cannot do any kind of move as recovery requires no movement. Appreciate your positive vibes and yes wish me luck and speedy recover please
I try to do this video several times/week. For me, someone with bursitis of the hip, it is wonderful and helps gently stretch and strengthen an area of weakness. I first do the morning yoga stretches, then the neck stretch, opening of the shoulders, this video and then the abs. All are by Ester Ekhart and fabulous.
I finally stood up the bird of paradise! It took me several times doing this practice but I didn’t fall over this time. Thank you for your guidance!
FANTASTIC asanas for the hips and entire body! Esther is a brilliant yoga teacher.
The first time I tried this actually was before bed. Amazing, and surprisingly relaxing given how tight my hips and back are due to an old injury.
Thank you for sharing this video, I’ll go check out some more when I wake up!
I love your approach to the practice! Your channel is amazing and I am learning soooo many things from viewing your videos repeatedly! Thank you Kino!!
Yep, did it! Leg isn’t completely straight though but I blame lack of energy at that point! Thank you so much Brett. Note to girl on the left of the screenflex your foot when you’re grabbing your knee in poses!!
I was looking for a very slow and relaxed yet powerful sequence this morning and this delivered brilliantly. I am going to do Opening the Shoulders tonight and am really looking forward to it!
Thanks for your teachings! I would like to know if there’s something to release the neck! I can’t deal with it. Thanks in advance!
Some idiot says I’m hurting myself when I go back into a backbend or trying to get my leg behind my head.:(
A guy with extremely tight hips, can barely get into diamond shaped position 1. Will I ever get into full lotus?
Awesome kino. I had just started with yoga and but kinda confused that where should i start from.
Is this exercise safe for people who suffer from spinal disc problems? Are there any precautions I should keep in mind while doing this? Thanks a lot!
I can’t even bring my elbows to the floor in the diamond position! I’m too inflexible.
Hello sir,
I saw ur video. I really liked it. I just want to know about your yoga classes. Where it is?
Is it in India or anywhere else.?
I love this:) But it is very short:(
I likeee longer of this
Very nice. My only suggestion is to have a not so flexible person doing the same movements so we could see the suggested modifications.
Thanks Kino! Cool and funny to see you speaking like you weren’t streching your leg behind your head. I’ll try this one:D
jesus christ, lady, are you made of rubber?
more beginner videos, I say
Glorious practice Brett thank you for guiding us! More studio recordings please they are wonderful:)
Really nice class!! Definitely feel it in my hips:) Much needed. I got as far as binding for the bird of paradise but wasn’t able to lift my leg just yet. Not gonna lie, I think I panicked a little in surprise of even coming that far!:D Thank you!
I loved it. I I felt all that tension leave my body, it was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for posting this!
great display of flexibility but maybe you should practice more core yoga Kino…I was surprised you have a bit of a gut there
Amazing class! Finally made my first lotus pose! Thanks eternally!!!
i did this flow after 30 minute Vinyasa flow. First time in my life I could do lotus pose (although its not perfect). Thank you and hope we can see more video from Kylan.
If you want to hold for 4 seconds….why start the countdown from 5?
these hip stretches are great. I’ve been having trouble with my hips for a while now & your videos are helping. Thanks!
Can u make video for this and shoulder stretching together? Like basic hip and upper body stretch about 20-25 min. Its so great to do daily everyday!!!!love u:))))
Thank you for this video, my morning has been improved by your voice and encouragement. Subscribed!
So AMAZING! hips are so open. I loved the repetition of this class, really helped me to get into it and immerse myself. Thank you!
Brilliant routine, could have done with a little more warm up before the lizard stretch (ooch!)
Ajay, your “HIP OPENING EXER….. IS CONGRECH…. FROM 67 AGE KOKILA.V. PARIKH. HAPPY….HAPPY SEE IT…
Wow, got into lotus for the first time with this video. Very nice stretches, thank you for the great content. Namaste.
Love this stretch! My left hip is chronically tighter and needs more encouragement to externally rotate completely. This is a safe and intelligent approach to bringing greater opening to the hips, and lovely way to relax:) Thank you!
Your videos are marvelous. Some of my favorite asanas. Feel so great.
really great poses, but waaay too fast for opening my hips. thanks
Hi Laura, it was a really good stretch. Thank you for your great work. I have a couple of questionscan you recommend when this opening hip exercise is recommended the most? Also what can i use to protect my knees? Otherwise I really laughed during the happy frog and you made my day. Many thanks!
Bahut achha h vedio ye yoga h sir to power yoga kya hai… Suparb vedio
I can’t get enough of this flow! Targets the hips in exactly the right way! Highly recommend it to anyone looking to increase mobility in the hips:)
That was amazing, I feel aligned again. Thank you so much for sharing. Namaste.
Is there have this teacher in Ha Dong District? I am really want to practice yoga in Ha Dong Dist

Great videos, very professional and I enjoy and appreciate the information shared during the videos…thankyou very much!
I’ve never been able to do a full lotus before, but I was able to finally do it for the first time at the end of this session!! I did hold most posses for longer than the video does.
Thank you Esther. I love how hip openings feel. Ive done 2 of your videos and i feel wonderful after all:)
Sir aap Kahan se Hain? Kya slipdisk k patient bhi yoga Kar sakte Hain?? It’s too good
Great class, but do you have anything geared for a beginner? I was nowhere near several of those poses.
I’m 51 years old and this has been SOOOoooooo great for lower back and hip relaxation and flexibility. After 3 weeks of doing this, I just today….felt the true realization of these great poses. I believe I have finally arrived at being more flexible in the hip area! Thank you!!
Doing this at night time helps me melt into my bed and fall asleep faster. Thank you
Kylan is very sweet, but it was too fast and too difficult for me:( but thanks anyways
Any modification for shoelace pose where you cross the legs completely like your knee is on top of one another. With arthritis on both knee very difficult and painful.
Esther, I just found your channel and I am in love with it! I love how you instruct and your knowledge. Thank you new sub!
This was exactly what my hips and lower back need, every day! I have been trying to recover from an injury and this was pure medicine! I did a lot of pausing to be able to really hold the poses and get all the benefit I could. Thank you Kylan!
this is medicine! maybe holding the poses for a bit longer would be even better:)
This class needs a warmup. She starts you right into DEEP stretches, which can lead to injuries. I recommend 5 mins of a warmup before starting this practice.
Love it! just finished second day of shoulder opening and first day of hips…I am in bad shape however shoulders today was easier I have hope!!! thanks a new fan here as well.
lack of cues, she’s busy by herself. stretching in codyapp are better….sorry
Wow, I did not realize just how tight my hips were until doing this sequence. This class will definitely be in heavy rotation! Thank you!
One of the best sessions for hip opening. Glad I found your video:)
Keep up the great work!
thanks so much for this video, it helps so much with my hips! I sit in a chair all day and also have bursitis in the left side of my hip and this helps it to feel so much better
Wow! Amazing video! I followed through will all of the positions and found it so relaxing! Well done!
In the dimond pose my knees are so high off of the ground and im not sure how i can actually get a stretch in my hips cause of this… is there any way i could go about getting that stretch?
Donde busco las clases anteriores para llevar seguimiento y obtener la flexibilidad para llegar a estos movimientos gracias
Really enjoyed this so challenging. Would you recommend using a strap to help with binds?
Thank you doing so many hip opening stretches, this is exactly what I need but it’s not my knees that hurt it’s my right ankle. Any suggestions on how to correct that?
Great video. Listening to the language of your body and the cues of your breath is key.
blessings
great video Kino im a 53 year old karate black belt i can kick easily over my head with both legs, its the roundhouse kicks where i find the most difficulty due to lack of mobility in my hips these videos are great thank you
great class. My hips thank you! I will do this every other day to free my stiff hips.
This was the first hip opening exercise that truly opened my very tight hips. Thank you SO much!
Amazing class! Thank you for sharing. Adding this class to my arsenal!
Thank you, Brett, that was such a rewarding class for my hips. xx
I liked the postures but for me to open the hips you really need to hold them for much longer… this class would be perfectly suited for Yin styleholding each posture for much longer like 2-3 minutes. Still a very nice class!
I really like this one i have really tight hips and am struggling to get flexibility into them but i noticed a big diference with this i was able to get into a full lotus for the first time at the end. Thanks for this will definitely make this one of my regular classes.
This is amazing. Looking forward to try it.
One question: you base the sequence of the positions on what? Or is it an improvisation?
I would love to understand yoga practices better.
Namaste
Siwar.
Kylan what other type of workout you suggest to do. They said with yoga we push on lots of poses we do.
Great flow but would’ve definitely liked more time in each pose!
Lost my flexibility after not dancing for 6 years and I did this flow with my girl yesterday and I was able to do my splits again!!
This was beautiful and exactly what I needed! My hips have been so tight that I have not been able to finish bike workouts. I hope doing this flow a couple times a week will open me up!
This was brilliant! I was in agony due to fibromyalgia. However I believe, the days I’m more flexible this will be amazing!
When I saw pictures of the birds of paradise pose I never thought it would be within my reach, but Brett’s explanation and step-by-step process got me there before I even knew I was doing it!! Great teacher.
Hi kino…
Thanks was almost there…
Very nice explanation…
Esp… External hip rotation..
I was struggling with this poisture long time..
Kylan, thank you for this hip opening sequence. Wow, my hips are awake. Your reminders to relax into each pose were perfectly timedI find that I often fight gravity with muscle tension. This was lovely and exactly what I wanted from a quick hip practice. Namaste.
great class, really liked all the hip opening variations. I was able to do both birds of paradise. Always focusing on your breathing and your body, we can do anything! <3 namaste!
LOVED it. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you putting this out here for me to have while traveling, before or after work, every day. <3 what a gift.
Though i have been practicing yoga since many years, i had been facing problems with my stability….ur videos are very effective…the way u teach is super cool. Im waiting everyday for d practice tym nowadaysd way u instruct is very satisfyinglyk…it always keeps my motivation on. Thank u Brett for ur wonderful classes❤️
Taking josh kramer’s advice and working on those hips to make lotus more comfortable!
Hip openers… for someone like me they should better be called hip destroyers (in a good way tho)
My arms not.flexible.how to.open sboilders..don’t lock.behind..nd even lift that high???
Wow, i just discovered your yoga vids, you are so inspiring!
this was so good and i feel like my entire body was wrung out like a rag being washed in a river by a sturdy peasant woman in a bonnet, which is the ultimate sign of a good stretch, thank you
The moves are great, I just wish this sequence was a bit more slower. Maybe because I am a beginner, by the time I am getting in a pose, the instructor is already changing positions haha
Day 1 post #30daysofmindfullmovement and I find myself still rising early and seeking my practice. Thanks Alo for bringing consistent practice to my journey! And thank-you Kylan for stretching out my hips!:)
I actually Came at 4:21 n I paused it n came loads ;O)
n her expression mmmm priceless
How long have you been doing yoga? You are a master at your craft and it is beautiful to watch.
I love this video! I started doing this flow (almost) everyday because I had really bad back pain caused by tight hips. I used to be limping/in pain 4 hours into a shift but now I’m pain free after 8 hours. At first I disliked this flow because of how short the poses are (I’d recommend pausing it during your poses for the first few practices) but after a while the speed of the flow is perfect. Thank you Kylan!
Please wear solid color spandex next time preferably white. Thank you.
This looks very good. I am going to put these stretches into my routine.
I did this at the end of a long day and too much sitting, and I feel much calmer, ready for sleep. I appreciate that its not too long, and has the best hip opening poses. I will do this sequence regularly. Very wrist friendly too. Thanks for this relaxing flow!
Amazing. I can just get the leg behind my head. Looking forward to the day I can do that. Wow
I’d sign up for yoga classes just to meet health-minded and very flexible women like that instructor. What? Why are you looking at me ( 7wow.cc/4fox ) like that? At least I’m honest, yes?
Ci algunpedo estamujer me estabiendo lacara dependejo ok en sus comentarios par que cemete en mipantalla detelefono yo nodigo mipajina como loacentodos por que no lae comprado
This is honestly the best stretch I’ve ever experienced for opening hips. Wow. Thank you. My knees are starting to hurt when I run and I suspect it’s from how tight my hips and IT band are. Thank you.
OK no way in hell I can do that but thanks for showing us how maybe one day I’ll try to dislocate my hip
Love this posture but why is it in third series? I get that it must prepare you for Durvasasana but I find this pose easier to access than eka pada sirsasana and will often times do it when practicing on my own outside the context of the traditional practice.
And I repeat, in..effing believable in all your videos. And I have a degree or two in bones and joints.
I freaking LOVED this flow! great for a naturally tight hipped person! please do more flows for hips and hammies! you’re great! and you actually made made me laugh a few times, so thanks for that too! haha. namaste
In your opinion, how does yoga contribute towards the sensuality of form? Are there specific postures or poses which you credit greatly towards the unique characteristic contours of certain features…for example, your legs? The shape and musculature is quite eye-catching in its smooth dynamicity.
this routine honestly helps me so much. my back pain has arrived to my hips and legs and this releases so much pain, emotional too. thank you.
My 2 beautiful teachers were trying to make me do yoga. They showed me doggy style position and some other provocative move, and I was not complaining. I wish I was still in H.S.
Hey Kino, when I do hip openers my legs start tingling. My hamstrings are not too tight, so I wonder where that comes from. Should I stop doing them or is it harmless? I really want to work on opening my hips. Thank you!
1.) Day one of me actually setting goals with my yoga practice and Day 2 of my moon cycle and I have been avoiding hip openers…I always come back to Brett for my dang hips. Haha 2.) This practice was SO great that my only! distraction was thinking about the comment I would leave raving about it. 3) I have NEVER been able to get into Bird of Paradise, today I perched up into that pose on both sides with ease?!? Brett Larkin you are a goddess, thank you
I really appreciate your videos! About a week ago I pushed myself into doing the splits, and pulled my hamstring. Now I’m only left with the fleeting satisfaction of actually doing the splits and the more prevalent feeling of pain whenever I try to do anything. Your videos are really helping me with my injury and my hips! Thank you!
Love the prep work towards getting the leg behind the head! Nice to know where to start the journey.
Perfection! I’ve done enough of these videos to decide to subscribe! You’ve got mine
I feel much better after these sequences, much better! thanks Esther
Good one Brett! I was challenged and invigorated. Loved the length of this one even though hard to get in a long yoga session I appreciate how open I can get with an hour versus only 30 minutes.
Thank you for the info. Unfortunately they are sold out, but I will try again later on.
I wanna be able to do that. I wish there was a place like that here where I live. 315 HANNA DRIVE

thank you for this great video! Do you recommend holding the positions for longer or repeating the sequence for better results?
Oh my gosh… I’ve watched many of Kino’s tutorials, and she has so many blocks in different colors LOL
Hi..good streching excercises!! I add to my practicing!! Thanks!!:)
Regarding cow face and men: to make it comfortable you have to pull out your jewels and put them on top of the thighs, as otherwise you’d be crushing them.
the yellow one, are very bottle my friend…. change she what heat… exercice without
who else couldn’t make the first pose in the beginning of the video with both feet up and is now reading the comments after the video having his legs in the same pose? xD
im getting to where I can kinda do this, but I go without a day of stretching that screws my flexibility up completely, it’s like I have start over! ugh!
thank you much. as it has been stated more than once you are very good in your instruction(s). slow, deliberate, and simple. makes it not only easier but motivates one to try..
She’s one of the best yoga teachers on here. She clearly describes the asanas, simply and to the point. She helps you feel at ease and doesn’t overwhelm you with unnecessary dialogue. Been watching these videos for a couple of years now.
Loved the flow, but in the middle of the class the audio gets messed up and it starts echoing. Any chance that it can be fixed? It distracts from a beautiful practice. Thank you!
This video was a great! I love being able to press pause the videos and hold stretches for a few minutes!
Hi from last 2 days I am practicing these poses will these pose help me to get into splits ( I want to splits for that I need flexibility in my lower body)
i cant believe she was a drug addict in her earlier years.. and a huge party girl.. anyways fast forward and she’s now a yogi
And what is with the soul??? Soul cannot! be influenced by body! Only body by soul! Only the esoteric antichrist people say and believe that!
…..IT’S NOT ONLY “HIP OPENING” YOGA….
…..IT’S A “PUSSSY HOLE OPENING YOGA” ALSO….
Wonderful video! This is great for my hips and lower back, I can really feel the difference. Thank you! Namaste.:)
I love this so much have been doing it for a few weeks now and definitely noticing an improvement in my hips feel so much lighter and looser thank you x
This flow is amazing. Great job Kylan:) I definitely have happy hips now.
My word…Ill take years and to reach this level where I can talk so rapidly and posture like a yogi at the same time
Thank you so much for sharing this video!! Love all your videos.. they have been very helpful!! Thanx once again.
I probably wouldn’t use this flow to follow as much as I’d integrate it into my own practice. Thank you for leading this
What is your zodiac sign, your a great teacher, your videos are the best, thank you very much for putting so much time in teaching on YouTube
Im inflexible please can u make a video how to sit cross legged thanks loads of love from mauritius
it would have been nicer if you could have named each poses using either the original names or their english versions but it was a nice hip stretching class.
Every day watch & take yoga exercise
You are the best trainner for me
Thanksgiving
It can be a difficult pose for many, not just men:). If you find you cant get your knees to sit one on top of the other, try beginning with having one leg straight and have just the upper leg folded over. Keep practicing and you will soon see flexibility improve. Some good preparatory poses would be: Hero/reclining Hero, Reclining big toe and Bound angle pose.
Thank you so much Esther! Your channel/videos help me a great deal in getting more flexible!
Some pressure on my knee for the second pose so ill do the variation.
thank you SOOOO much for this video! My hips need to stretch and these exercises help a lot. I appreciate you sharing your wisdom and your professionalism on YouTube! Go Esther!!
My husband has really messed up hips from years of skating, so I convinced him to start doing this yoga “routine” with me… He just came to me saying how he hasn’t been in any pain (which was a daily occurrence before) since we started doing this once a week. I’m so grateful to have found it! Thank you!
@255094 got it at asquithlondon doghtcom, get 20% discount when you enter “ESTHER” at check-out!
Thank you so much for another amazing class! Still reeling with energy that emanates from my hips to my upper and lower body. Have a question, when in bird of paradise pose I couldn’t get my leg up for some reason. I felt open and warm but it’s like my leg it’s too heavy to keep it lifted in that way, and it kept falling. I could almost go all the way with the had bind, and needed a towel as aid only a little bit. Is it something to do with my hand placement? or maybe core or upper body strength? Would love to hear your feedback!
Hi! Thanks for this high quality content video! If I can ask, when you mention a tilt, it is an inward tilt of the pelvis, or an outward one? I think outward, but am not 100% sure. Also, when you say open your heart, it can be translated with keep your chest open? Thanks again!
felt I achieved something by doing this
birds of paradise new achievement
is cow face impossible for all men or just me? how am i supposed to do this?
Do i need to do each position in my routine or do i just put one position into my routine?
Could you possibly do a sequence that would be appropriate to do before doing a heavy sport?
Need extreme practice for all this posture plz make some video for beginners
This class would be better after a warm-up, maybe a short vinyasa flow. There are some difficult hip stretches that.
Felt great. Thank you Brett, Bird of Paradise-could not life with the balance on my left foot but was able to lift up into a 1/2 bird with balance on my right.
I like your video, plz give me your mob no. I want to join your centre.
Wow. I really loved this. Some of the poses I need practice, but that is a process. Thank you
Such a lovely flow to open the hips, shoulders and hammies. Was pleasantly surprised at how accessible the bind came and appreciate that this classes explored a more challenging pose without a thousand vinyasas to warm up the body. Another great class.
This was awesome! I really appreciate your patience and encouragement and I find that I like your videos more than anyone else’s I’ve seen thus far. Thank you for a great yoga practice and I look forward to purchasing your dvd!
Amazing flow! What did she say just before namaste? Thank you
Sar mera vajan mera vajan 78 hai mere ko batao aap Jara Mein Phoolon Karoge aur main aapke Sare exercise kar rahi hun Subah Aur Sham donon time Karti hun Sans rok rok ke Karni Hoti Hai Na Main Karti hun aur aap mujhe Tera message Karke batao
She is great!!!!! This could have been like 45 minutes reallly cause i needed all these moves
Great class! Hips and shoulders are two of my tightest areas and they are feeling gloriously open. Is it ok if I hold my fingers for the bind instead of the wrist? I got to a bind that way and stood my pose up, but it’ll be a while before my shoulders are open enough to support a straight leg.
PS there was some weird sound stuff happening in the middle around 40 min.. it sounded like two sound tracks were overlaid for about a minute. Any way to fix it?
I absolutely loved and needed this. For me the pace was perfect and the sequence of poses had a great flow. The tip about aligning your hips with the front of the mat was something I haven’t heard before and I definitely benefited from it! Thanks
This is my 2nd time doing this class. I was able to lift myself up in the bind of birds of paradise, Not able to straighten my leg yet,
Best yoga ever do any one have a solution for wet hands while practicing?
Saludos para una muñequita que tiene un kuerpesito bien rico mmmmmmmmm chikitita
Super practicas excelentes me gustoo mucha flexibilidad en cada postura
Awesome! Really helpful. You make everything looks so easy!! thank u.
You’re sexy and your videos are awesome. I want your body. It’s perfect.:O

Hi Kino, I had a question (and I know it doesn’t really pertain to the content of this video but…) As a vegetarian/vegan, how do you make sure you get all your vitamins like Vitamin D, Iron, etc. Do you suggest taking a multivitamin? I’ve recently kind of fallen into the vegetarian lifestyle and I wanted to get some advice from someone who has lived this way a while:) Thanks!
I would really love to practice but I did for a couple of months and noticed my breasts (already small) were decreasing! and my behind as well…also I noticed all of the women that practice regularly lack curves….is there anything that can be done about it?…
Beatiful as usual!
I like your top, where can I get something similar?
I love this class! My hips are relaxed and open now. I feel great after doing it! Namaste
I’m not as flexible as I used to be, but I still tried some of it.
I felt like there wasn’t enough direction on how to get into some of the poses. I’m still a beginner. I just thought this vid would have more instructions into the poses like the other videos in the beginner playlist.
Thank you for your yoga videos! They are absolutely fantastic & extremely helpful. You’re my yoga hero Kino.
I love this video, do it almost every day to improve my turnout in dancing. But I noticed that the backside of my right knee feels strained when I do the knee to ankle pose, even if I do the easy version and even though my feet are flexed. My hips are at a point where I don’t feel a stretch in this pose anymore, but I can’t go further because I’m afraid for my knees:( I hope it’s nothing serious…
Show an easier way to hold ur leg from.behind ur head pls..it’s tough
Beautiful flow, I felt completely rejuvenated afterwards. Peace and love xoxo
