beautiful tutorial by beautiful people… thankyou guys..nice video
That was beautiful, I wish the names of each move were written on the bottom right corner. Trying to learn.
Wow, thank you so much for the wonderful instructions and tips! I really appreciate watching people who are new to these positions too. And Katerina is so funny! “I can climb him” so cute!
Where is your training centre? I mean in which country? I love your videos and I shared with many people.
Wow allow your concert and your guidance and I love everything you are so amazing great job
This must be Kino number 2! Look at her body type, the thighs, the feet, the shorts, the lacquered toenails.
Only a little bigger breasts.
Even her tongue is moving almost as fast as Kino’s.
But that’s just because she’s speaking English. If she was speaking her native, she would move it even faster than Kino.
How interesting…
This is undoubtedly good, but it’s not beginners I’m going to break my back!
Beautiful and precise movements. Very nice form and lovely flow!!
It feels so happy to observe the motions, also the ultimate pose was very beautiful ☺️.
Go to Unflexal workouts if you want to learn much more about workouts.
I dislocated my shoulder during the reverse flow:D but doesnt matter, half year later time to start again:)
Can be viewed without sound without losing any important info, FYI

Amazing video! I’m preparing a fun Acro/partner class for my students and this video totally helped me!
SO very informative! And entertaining with a great sense of humor reminding us all that it is done in fun and not to stress over mistakes
One more advice that helped me (flying side star) is to not arch but get a hollow body position instead 😉
this keeps the body more stable and makes things easier for the base:D
hope this helps someone who’s been wobblin’ all around:P
