This is an easy delicious recipe, it was very tasty, your recipes makes being a vegan beginner easy. So far, I have made cauliflower fried rice and Miso udon soup, both were easy to make and a crowd pleaser.

I am SORRY I am alllll for vegan foods but this is NOT a recipe. You literally just placed mostly raw vegetables on a different plate than they were already in a little bit different sequence. The only thing you “made” was a dressing made of vegan milk lemon and tahini.It makes me so sad when people think these are recipes. It’s a salad with some boiled potatoes.

Sugoi Oishi! It was too thick for me though tasty so I eye balled the dashi stock dilute per your suggestion and added it. Maybe 4tbsp water to a half tsp of granulated dashi microwaved until diluted. I think the taste and texture as a result gave the dressing an even better experience. You saved my pocket book a big expense. Nice!

This is a great recipe. Wanted to figure out the sesame dressing we had at a Sushi restaurant we used to frequent. The restaurant’s was more watery than creamy, so replacing some or all of the mayo with water is more accurate to the restaurant. But the flavor is spot on, the creaminess I think only depends on personal preference or use case (Creamy would be great added in a roll)

I added bamboo shoots, white pepper, and lots of kosher salt. It’s one of our favorite dishes now! If you like your veggies softer, cover the pot while it cooks. Also, take it off the heat and let all the flavors come together before diving in for at least 5 minutes.

Made this today, and we ate SO much salad because this dressing is so delicious! I added a bit more soy sauce to balance the sweetness. They don’t sell kewpie mayo in Norway, at least not where I live, so maybe the sweetness/saltiness would be different if I had kewpie. But it turned out amazing!:)

I’m from Germany and tried the famous Fuji Sesame Dressing in Thailand last month for the first time. Ever since I keep searching for a way to get my hands on it, but Asian grocery stores here don’t sell it, and neither does the internet it seems. Anyways, thanks to Benji I stumbled upon your amazing recipe and fortunately I had all the ingredients. I just now made your dressing and enjoy my salad with it and it is absoultely AMAZING! For me it tastes exactly like the Fuji one and the awesome thing is it is made from scratch in absolutely no time. I’m addicted! Thanks a million! Love from Germany x
