I was a bit intimidated by some comments before I began. Sometimes I don’t even reach the water break in other workouts. This time, I got my “WORKOUT COMPLETE!!!” Yay! Will definitely do it again.
I always used to do this workout; I stopped for 5 months, come back to this.
But I will try mixing it up with the other workouts that’s here. I got ill I stopped for 2 weeks…then I got lazy over lockdown…now I am going to starting back on these, I’ve done 3 workouts so far of this particular ☝️ I was dieing badly after the workout..but felt better, I am back to eating clean, I was eating chocolate and put on weight. I just have to look at chocolate to put on weight. “Good luck everyone in staying healthy in body and mind.”

I’ve strat doing this since 2017 when I had my knee surgery & coudnt run anymore. ( Back on track by now) Sinse then never stopped! Thanks to this video ; I’ve lost 80 pounds in 5 months. My original weight being 241 Pounds. It’s hard work. But keep pushing and finding delicious healthy food (My favorite is whole wheat/w lean ground turkey…hehe). You’ll master this in time. Just don’t give up. =)
2 years back, this FB workout popped in my recommended videos. I tried this work out thinking that it looked easy, only to realize that i couldn’t. All this time I was deceiving myself into thinking that i am fit, i dont need this, i can brisk walk for over 1 hour. So, I left it there
6 months later, it was the peak of summer in India, so it was difficult to go for a walk. And i needed to do some lower body workout for my upcoming beach vacation. I resorted back to FB glute and thigh pilates workout. It really worked as i could feel the change within a month. But, I again left it after my vacation. Infact i lost track of my physical health completely after that, gained weight and became lethargic.
This year in February i decided to take back control of my fitness. This time i took time with my body, acknowledging what i could and couldn’t do, instead of just pushing myself to insane HIIT workout.
Its been over months now following FB routines. Gradually building my strength, endurance and fitness level. I am now able to finish this workout without stopping without struggling. I feel mentally and physically healthy. I do HIIT, body wieght cardio, pilates, and a multitude of different routines by FB.
I feel so good. Thank you FB, Kelli and Daniel for making me feel like you are training me in person.

If you’re a begginer PLEASE don’t do all the “jumping” stuff, like changing from one position to other jumping. Take your time, begin slow. Otherwise, you’ll have to take time from exercising bc you’re going to get hurt.

Hi Caroline I’m Leonise and I’m a diabetic 1 and I’m 15 I wasnt by a docter yet since we can really afford it but I was wondering if it’s ok If I do this exercise maybe everyday or every 2 days my mom has been struggling with my sugar since I was 2½ years old and I don’t want her to get a heart attack but I will try ur exercise tho and see what happens I mean if this helps then it will mean alot to me and my family^^

Caroline Jordan I am enjoying your diabetes 1, 2, and 3 workouts. My suggestion (and I realize these vids are older) is that the same way you remind viewers to be mindful of posture and breathing, you should remind and give space in the video to hydrate. This is even more important for diabetics!
Another observation I have is that older participants or those with additional medical challenges may not be able to keep up the pace of your lean, healthy, lithe body. I would prefer to see a video with more reps and a smidge slower pace. It is disheartening to not be able to build up to YOUR pace. Ever.
Thank you for what you are doing! I especially enjoy your diabetes foot workout, which I do at the end of all my workouts and sometimes several times a day.

If you did a video that discussed the effect of exercise on glucose…before and after, and the best times of day for diabetics to exercise to help with blood glucose control — that would be fantastic! My specific need would be in battling the “Dawn Phenomenon” glucose spike.

Is 15mins a day enough exercise to get diabetes under control I have not long been told I have it and it got me down so down I gave up my levels are so high but I refuse to go on insulin I want to beat this can it be beaten

That was great!. I just found this video the other day, & have just found out I have Diabetes 2..& my Doc says to start exercising & dieting now..today..& not to leave it..So this morning I’ve just done this exercise routine with you..& I must say..this video & your instructions have been a fabulous fantastic help to me this morning..I had intended to go to the beach for a 45 minute walk.. But decided to try this exercise video first as I have a Drs appointment in 1 hour..so I’m pleased I decided to do this..I will continue with this one each morning..& add to it with the your other videos as I progress along., Once again many many thanks for the video..it’s the best 12 minutes Iv had today since I woke up..Cheer’s..Doc J Feelgood..

God bless you with this exercise, I had no where else to turn to my insulin doesn’t help me any more and I couldn’t find time to exercise when I’m at work. I am a type 1 diabetic for 20 years and I was born with it. And with this exer size daily I hope I can get my a1c back to normal because I know it’s out of control, this is the best workout I’ve had in a while and I will be here everyday!
