How to Work Your Abs Standing Up Typical Ab Exercises on the Floor. Doing ab exercises on the floor makes sense—to work your muscles, you have to be in a Standing up for Your Abs. I really appreciate the workouts Chloe posts but sometimes it shocks me how wobbly and poor her form can be. I get this is a low impact workout but it seemed a bit on the lazy side.
Starting today I’m also doing her other standing workout and Adrian Bryant’s chair burpees workout since i work i only eat one meal a day but sometimes two i work at Taco Bell i go in at 11am i eat only on my break which is around 2pm and sometimes that’s my only meal but I get off at 5pm and I just drink water but if I’m extremely hungry I’d eat I really don’t eat healthy lmfao but I should I’ll keep updating for 14days Starting Weight: 157.8lbs Goal Weight: 130lbs. Day 1: It wasn’t bad but it does hurt doing these workouts ✅
Day 2: Today my body is really sore it wasn’t hard but it burns so bad but im 157.0 (8) I’m really enjoying this workout cause it’s easier than the other ones also I ate Taco Bell oatmeal and McDonald’s today oops btw I do walk to work and wear a sweat band all day so I really be sweating it’s a 15min walk right across the street I also walk back so that could contribute to my weight loss

I’ve been struggling with reflux and so typical ab workouts were painful for me. Measurements: Waist 41 Hip 46. This workout was manageable. I am happy to say I completed:
Day 1 Added some modifications
Day 2 reduced the number of modifications that I did.
I must be doing it wrong bc I feel the burn mostly in my arms and shoulders…and surprisingly butt!

Thanks Chloe, I really needed this workout! I hurt my shoulder a few weeks ago and haven’t been able to do any mat/plank exercises since. Even though my weight loss progress has plateaued for now, at least it isn’t increasing thanks to this video!
What other of your videos would you recommend where I don’t have to put any weight/pressure on my arms but still get a good overall workout for weight loss? I can’t go outside for a walk or anything cause of quarantine.
I am now getting to the point that these workouts aren’t as tiring as when I first started! On the weekends I do 5 minute beginner abs, 5 minute standing abs, 7 minute flat abs and a 15 minute dumbbell beginner workout, 2x per day or 3 times if I don’t have homework. It is a lot but it is keeping my stress down!
This workout was awesome I’m a beginner in workouts and it is simple the music was great me being Puerto Rican and and I appreciate also how cool the vibe was thank you so much I will be repeating this routine often during my week.

For some reason, I never clicked on the links so never saw your main channel til just now (after doing this and the upper back workout) and…WOW. If I EVER feel unmotivated because I’m not seeing results…all I have to do is think about your journey. Once the body gets to a certain point of fitness, seeing results is far less shockingly noticeable because the sculpting stage is, in my opinion, the hardest after the initial start *that’s the hardest*. A few days ago I sat here eating ice cream at 9pm, deciding if I’m happy where I am and want to maintain…or keep climbing. After seeing the past 3 years of your physical, mental and emotional growth….no WAY am I settling here. THANK YOU, both of you. I know it’s not a solo effort.

I’m overweight, do absolutely no excersise and this is my first day. I managed to do 8 minutes with two 20s breaks and tbh I’m proud I managed to do that much considering I hardly move at all. I want to get my weight down before I go back to university and I’m really hoping I can stick to this!

Found this workout, will do it for 15 days continuously. Im sure it will work.
31.6 upper ab, 33 waist, 36.6 lower belly.
Day 1: stopped after 4:30 minutes, tired, had trouble breathing.
Day 2: could go until 6:05 and then vomitted. Didnt give up, gained strength and finished the workout. OMG im dying right now!
Day 3: Took a break at 6:15, then continued to finish the workout. Why do i feel so difficult to breath, i wonder if im doing something wrong?
I usually start with their cardio workout then planks then this one lastly thigh and butt workout with equipment love that they are short i double them sometimes just love that they are easy and not much of do this and that

10 min before work, it was perfect. I was doing really Good, then the Covid-19 Hit NYC, I lost my Job and motivation went out the window. Why should I workout, I can’t go out anyway!!! A few pints of Ice-cream and some Netflix! Wrong! Now I look a MESS!
So I started up again. I like your video because its a standing workout.
I have a Chronic back problem and it’s hard for me to get on the floor and do crunches, sit-ups, mountain climbers. I always have a good workout with this video, and a really good sweat. The others you have, I just keep walking and moving.

I live in an apartment, so had to modify the jumping parts, but they’re very doable and effective
I wish i could pay one of these fit ladies to punch my fat body into fitness. I feel the shame and embarrassment of dropping to a knee after a wicked hook to a love handle day after day would eventually motivate me to get in shape.
Even though this is much shorter than many workouts, it’s just about as much work because there are no pauses. MadFit’s 10 Minute Standing Ab (Intense) workout only has one more exercise per round for as many rounds, and one exercise is pure footwork. It just has a 15 sec rest in between the 45 sec work periods, so it’s longer.

An oldie, but goody! Love the fast pace and thoroughness of ab exercises you can do in such a short amount of time. I started adding this in after I do my regular 20 to 30 min HIIT/kettlebell routines to get an extra boost and definition for my trouble area.

Great workout. I feel the burn in my legs as well as my abs
I started following this workout on April 2020. I do this every day (even weekends) and now (June 2020) I can see my belly has reduced fat and has toned in a satisfactory level so I can really say this works 100%!
I also do not follow a strict diet although I’ve slightly reduced my intake of meals but still pretty liberal on everything! Again, I do this exercise everyday (including another 4-minute routine from PopSugar Fitness and sometimes 15-20 minutes on an indoor cycle if I missed a day working out) so I burn the calories immediately. In case anyone’s curious, I am an average build so there was not much to shred anyway but just the motivation to do this six minutes everyday will get anyone going and loosing weight!

29 years old male doing this and 30 squats a day. I don’t know my weight but I have a belly and sadly man boobs. Thick thighs and an ass that I consider has too much fat and looks like I’m big bone. Squats also increase testosterone levels in males which is why I’m doing it. Day is May 27th. 2020

I actually was able to somewhat complete this I just modified some of them a bit. Instead of jumping high knees I just lifted them, and I held a chair for a few for balance. I woke up with a nice burn in my abs so I know it worked, going to do it again today!

This is my go to workout now. It’s only 6 minutes so it doesn’t take long. But its effective. I can’t do crunches on the floor. It hurts my hips. So this is finally an exercise I can do for my core.

Week 1: So it’s been a week. I’ve had about 2 rest days from this workout but did others. It’s actually getting more challenging and less challenging at the same time. I suppose because I work out 7 days a week so it’s just my muscles continuously working. I find it easier to get through without looking at the timer and letting my mind wander off onto other things. I also ended up muting the video and playing my own music which also helps working out to my favorite songs. I’ve been working out for about a month, but from last week I have lost 1 inch on my waist, hips and hip dips. I’m extremely happy and will continue pushing and updating as well.

Day 1. I started (9:25 AM) in the morning. This workout is so easy, but it doesn’t have a rest time so i didn’t rest too. I get thirsty but its fine. And I can’t see the result tho. But i’ll balance my food eating.

My back/shoulder feels “off” and hurt too much to do your floor workouts so I pivoted and did this awesome standing workout (thanks)! My knee also hurts, so I jumped on the bike for a solid cardio workout. It’s all about being flexible and knowing your body so you can safely work out even when you are hurting.

Late to the party, just found this and am able to get it in at work! Im a beginner at this long over due fitness and weight loss need, plus im 56 so this works, my goal is to be able to maintain my balance and get my knees higher and have fluid movement.

The floor abdominal exercises are risky to my spine. I’m a dermatologist and know some healthy tips about exercises. I can’t forget to mention that I am also doing your lower back rehabilitation exercises daily, day by day without laziness.These exercises are a recommendation from my rheumatologist and physical therapist. I like your workouts but I can’t do some of the exercises because I had acl, meniscus and ankle surgery so I can’t apply too much to my right leg because that’s the one I had all these surgeries on lol, also if you do leg workouts can you take out the lunges or something I can’t do them for shit could you do a modified leg strengthening video for people like me who are trying to regain some strength back? Since the gyms are shut down in philly I only have access to 2lb dumbbells in my house and some resistance bands
