I love to come back to this when I’m feeling unbalanced in life. It’s also helped me to build balance on my left side after having a stroke in 2015.
I have just found you and have been doing a routine for just over a week I can already notice the difference! You are a fantastic teacher and I love how you explain every step and breath.
Even though I wasn’t able to do most of the poses, I know it’s just a matter of time (and arms strength). I think I’ll do this practice over and over until I’ll be able to do everything!
I can not see what you doing properly because of the writingson the screen
Impossible, whats that, she is human, Im really not sure!
Your each video is so useful I like all so inspiring… May god bless you all… Be the world best successful YouTuber… good luck…
meget flot, du gør virkelig hårdt, meget flot og kan lide det hårdt, og indsæt flere videoer
XD IT REALY HELP ME SO MUCH THAT I WAS GOING THAROW. THANK U SO MUCH
Good routine but one can’t even get time to breathe, godamn!!!!!!!
Sorry but you’re too beautiful to watch; even the view around you pales in comparison.
I’m in love with you boho beautiful please add me on FB jimmy motherway pleaaaase
The first time I attempted this workout was a week ago. I had to drop to my knees to do the push ups. I was struggling pretty much the entire time. I could barely hold the crow. I kept falling on my butt with the firefly which I had never ever attempted before. I was so tired and breathing hard afterwards. You looked so smooth and effortless through it all. I decided to do this routine every day until I could successfully hit all the poses and exercises without cheating. Today I did it! And it only took me 7 days! I was able to do all the pushups without dropping to my knees. I even did the leg lifts on the side planks. I held the crow the entire time without falling. And I was able to extend my legs for the firefly although not as high or as graceful as you (yet). Even my warrior 3 was tighter and more stable. Thank you so much for a challenging workout and the inspiration to master it.
Hi Rebecca! I’d like to ask you if you can do a video about how to grow taller. I’m 14 (15 this year) and I really want to become taller, I’m around 1.63 cm right now. Thanks for this amazing workout, I’ve never tried yoga before but this was fun! Love <3
Great balance and exercise for the strengthening ankle and settling into practice. Nice quick work.
Still can’t do two legged dog, just keep falling, even though I’m squeezing everything!
Nice video but way too easy for me.. is there a more advanced version you could release?
Maybe include a downward donkey pose revolt into dismount king crab.
Many thanks.
Thanks! I’m going to add this to my quick morning routine playlist.
great job! but this is not for first-timers, i’ll work my way up there
You and your yoga are so beautiful. You are a piece of art, stunning and gorgeous.
IM GOING TO LEARN TO DO THIS WHOLE FLOW BY THE END OF THIS YEAR >:D
Watching this in order to get motivated and see what I can become if i stick to my practice:)
Hey Rebecca, I really like your videos. You are always motivating and spread positivity. I normally do not like yoga, but this video has changed my thinking about it!
watch a real yoga teacher instead:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6pfzj96VVVM
I modified this a little, but overall, loved it for core work. I like to stretch my neck and roll out my wrists between or before some of these poses. You are incredibly beautiful and talented. Cheers to a fantastic workout!
Hellou, i wanted to thank you for transmitting such a beautiful energy every time I can join your yoga claas. I just did my first head stand ever and I am practicing all kinds of yoga for about 13 years. I am just dancing at cloud 7. Thank you
“It’s in that momant when your body wants to stop but your mind says I’m not done yet”…
It’s sincerely one of the most beautifull phrase I ever heard.
I have a question for the advanced yogis here what does it feel like to do head stands? As in physically which muscles are working and where are you releasing tension from, and also how does it feel in terms of your mind? It might be a silly question but I’ve never been able to do them and I’m far from that
Good workout… Would recommend encouraging people to do a warm-up before starting… I think that’s why a lot of people aren’t able to finish it or have difficulties early.
Their bodies need to be warmer at the start:)
Love this video so much! It’s relaxing yet challenging. I have been working on danced pose recently. One side is pretty sturdy and the other side is a hot mess!! Will keep working at it! Thank you!
What a blissful yoga practice, Kassandra! Thank you very much for creating it! I feel myself energized, strong, happy and cheerful after doing it! See you on the mat! Namaste
0:10 Це саме той момент, коли ти єдиний, хто знає те, що ж насправді означає слово “воно”.
When going into pushup try to keep the torso in line with the pelvis though the full range of motion as you are in plank. Try to avoid the snaking double movement where the torso is raised first followed by the pelvis. You want them to come up together as much as possible. This helps work your core muscles.
You are my inspiration ♥️ can you please do a video talking about yourself more I really want to know how you stated your journey
Boy, am I glad there wasn’t a camera pointed at me while I tried to get in to some of those poses.
really very nice and inspirating video, thank you for this. Namaste
Seashepherd. <3 I modelled for their jewellery collection with Jasmine Alexander. Namaskar. <3
I like your video so much. Thanks you very much. I really appreciated it
No challenge… hatha is so you can meditate longer and find your true self
like you said in the video: “find your breath”… make an effort to breathe with your nose only (keep your mouth shot), it will take you deeper then you can imagine in your practice 😉 Namaste
Wow. Amazing. And probably the most beautiful woman I’ve seen in years… Geez
Fantastic. I ride two wheeled vehicles a lot (every day) so balance is really important to me. It’s surprising how much better I am at one side than the other… thank you!
My mom: yoga it’s so easy
Me: are u sure mom?
Mom: yeah, super easy
Me: { show her this video }
Mom: what is this this is so scary ohh…
Me: hhhhh, scary?????
Mom: is she a human???????? How she can do that
This was VERY helpful to me! Thank you so much for helping me find my balance on my dominant side of my body! You helped me make it become balance on both sides of my body!
Thank you so much!☺️❤️
Great flow! A few challenging poses but I did better than expected and like the challenge. I really enjoyed the class. Thanks so much. Namaste
Morning! I’m going to try this on the weekend!!! I’m so not balanced! But work in progress! Thanks!
Thank you Cole! This was a delicious little practice just before bedtime. Namaste
Thank you again, Cole! During this yoga lesson I have practiced not only the physical balance, but it helped to calm down and find some internal balans Namaste
This is great for after work and sitting at a desk all day! Loved it!
g8 class i just cant do a pose on 7:50 so can u pls do it in the next video in opposite direction,ty
This is awesome for those of us who are older and really need our balance to be strong! I now do this twice a week.
Great flow!! I’m loving all your content ❤️ could you maybe make some shorter flows for when we don’t have much time in the morning.. 10 mins or 15 mins for flexibility? Or strength? Or abs workout? would appreciate it so much!
Hey Leyla, beautiful video! I will surely try to do this:) Anyway I don’t have instagram but I’ve uploaded a photo on facebook about the poses I’ve learned thank to you and Gillian. I tagged you and Gillian, did you see it? I hope so. thanks again for this opportunity to learn yoga:) have a lovely day xoxo
Challenging but loved it. My right foot in 2 legged dog was nowhere to be found!
Loved it!! You’re my favorite yoga instructor EVER!! Thanks for being such an inspiration ♥
Cole, could you do either some kundalini or a routine practicing breath of fire? I’ve been trying to expand my practice, but you’re the only instructor I really resonate with and I haven’t come across any of your routines that include breath of fire. Thanks so much, with love and light
Like your channel, this one is really challenging, I practiced a few times and I found myself improving by time. thank you very much for all the flow. Love them all!
This looks amazing! I’m so excited to try this move set! Thanks for the upload!
heelllllllll your voice is sooooooo satisfying, would listen to your ASMR!
Thank u for ur help, I’m sorta ok on my right foot but my left foot isn’t that great, I feel like it’s mental, because the left ankle has Ben broke 3 times skateboarding, anyway thank u for your tips, and pointers
Loving these. Can you create more intermediate & advanced videos? Thanks!
Nicely explained,thank you.I love your accent…Namaste Jane
Nice video Steffy, but some of these moves are pretty advanced. I’ve been doing yoga for 6 months and haven’t event attempted to head stand yet. Might give it a go tonight!
Through this yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (google it), I was able to achieve tougher body, developed versatility, looked slimmer and also active the entire day. This delicious handbook is indeed encouraging! It`ll persuade practitioners from all walks of life to take pleasure in yoga. The guide has all you have to start from the basics to advance level of positions, breathing, and then meditation and its benefits..
I was able to achieve head stand in less than a month with no past yoga experience
This was a really tough class. I have a lot of problems with balance, so I will be using this class to help me improve and gauge my progress. Thank you Kassandra! I love your teaching!!
It would be helpful if the demonstrator worked mirror image otherwise we follow with opposite legs which can confuse
This shop is Respectable, you could get free yoga bag there
>> https://t.co/Fi70Xncymh
We just need to add the ship thing cost
How long should I be holding these poses. I can’t help but feel uncoordinated when I try them
That last one would be difficult for almost anyone to do but the rest seem fairly helpful.

Amazing yoga! It was quick and easy and helped me a lot. Almost sad when it finished.:(
fantastic flow for improving balance. This video is how I found your channel and you are now my fav yogi instructor. Love all your classes Kassandra, namaste from Spain:-)
I loved this practice! I’m at and intermediate level trying to go to advanced intermediate or advanced level. This practice will help. More like this please! I also appreciate that the level was included in the title. It made it easy to find.
Helloo! Warrior 3 is definitely not a beginners pose. Nor is low lunge knee of the floor. Please provide modifications for real beginners.
Kassandra provides so many effective options for all levels & time constraints. So grateful to find her yoga instruction
This is a little much for beginner balance. I would say far beyond beginner.
Fantastic been doing this since lockdown. So helpful.thank you.
Very fast for a beginner. Not long enough to follow the poses
I’m a beginner yogi but I was bale to do it omg I’m so proud now I want to keep working on this to become stronger
This is not original assent yogo. You are trying to be over smart. It’s may be harmful for body
Hi @UCX32D3gKXENrhOXdZjWWtMA, do you have a 15 min series that i can follow everyday?
The head stand and legs around the head positions were especially impressive! Quality presentation.
I love your videos! It’d be great if you made some yoga flow on a stand up paddle board videos, too.
Loved this sequence! Its always a new experience with your videos. Thanks as always ♡
This is a great challenge video. I’m doing it every other day to increase balance. Thank you!
I hv just started doing these balance yoga…i really enjoy doing it…i watch this video every day while doing the balancing side by side along with you…thanks so much…
Hello Kassandra, I loved your videos right away and I’ve switched to them while practicing my Yoga. It’s been 3 weeks now since I started.
I’d like you, please, to do a short video about:
Giving tips for beginners. Like, what focus should they start with (i.e. Flexibility or balance or… ) and how they know they’re doing everything right and should search for an advanced class video! Things like that.
If you can, explain the aches one feels in his back and neck! And why that pain usually arises (for people having no medical conditions).
Explain the type of Yogas you have videos for, like the Vin Yoga… what is that?
hey kassandra I’ve been doing that for a week or more and didn’t have a great problem and my balance kept improving. Yesterday I did it without any problems and today I have a great strain on my knee when I try to get up at 2.00 min. What is happening?
Thanks for the great videos also <3
I loved it! Thanks you for doing this and being so nice about the falling out of poses. It was a great way to learn how to laugh even when things don’t go as planned.
Compared to a Year ago exact when I started. Wow, my balance. I dont wabble as much as I did in the beginning. Thank you sooo much.
I did ballet for 10 years and took 13 years off. I’ve recently started exercising again and have gotten annoyed at myself for not having the balance I used to. Thank you for making a video that targets specific weaknesses so I can work on those.
I thought you were breathing into your mic and then you told us it was thunder! What a storm! I did the Vin to Yin practice yesterday and both of these practices had me working on the side plank with the bottom leg up. That’s a new one for me. Challenging but almost doable.
it was quite a challenge for me, but I love it. I intend do repeat it many times till I can do it easier. I’m folowing the 10 mim yoga challenge and following the 10 min I’ll do this till it is easy! tank you for every class!
Great videos! I don’t know how you manage to explain, breath, and do the poses all at the same time, but I’m extremely grateful for it. Especially, the reminders like, “grounding the left shoulder”(for example). Thank you so much!
Beginner so I followed as best I could trying to keep proper form. Enjoyed the short session hoping to improve over time to get maximum benefit with little free time
My figure skating coach said I had to start yoga for balance so here I am
Been doing this about 7 times over 3 weeks. It’s kinda hard, but I’m getting better. I appreciate Kassandra’s encouragement. Hangin in there.
I do struggle with balance. I have added this class to do daily! Thank you Kassandra
This is my 2nd time doing this video. The first time I was wobbling all over the place and kept falling out of position. Big improvement this time doing the video (I have been practicing balance exercises through out the day ) but I still wobble and fall when it comes to some of the stances
but I can certainly see the difference with practicing and feeling so much more stronger and solid. Thank you.
This has got to be my favorite balance flow, thank youuuu ✌
Gillians body is perfect! (:
I think I want to look into yoga.
I saw your thumbnail and remembered that I always dreamed of being able to do press handstands. I’ll start watching your videos and building strength. Your voice is so soothing. Much love.
I tried doing this my first week of doing yoga. I remember being so out of breath and 5 minutes in felt like a lifetime and I stopped and felt so bad about myself.
Just did this after doing yoga almost everyday for 3 weeks and I could not believe it was done when I finished!
Yoga is really really helping me in so many different aspects: practicing patience and transcendence in the moment, learning about myself and my family, pushing myself, even in weight lifting and resistance training. It’s all changed thanks to Kassandra! Yoga felt frightening before starting, now it feels like an old friend.
In love with yoga
Super challenging but a self esteem booster and a beautiful way to start the day
Thank you Kassandra, you are a great and effective instructor!
I liked it I just felt for beginner could have been a bit slower talking through it. well done though I enjoyed this very much thank u
Loved it, a quick way to get started in the morning, thanks!
Beginner??? Good practice but not for a rank beginner especially for 50+
As a taller person (6’4″) i was looking for a routine to help sustain my posture exercises and help day to day motions be less straining and more fluid. My Stability, balance, and strength has all improved within 4 days. I do this every morning, excellent, bravo, a well choreographed routine, thank you! On a constructive not: more time on each pose. A couple more breath lengths on each pose helped my focus and let my body be more precise in knowing what to do, and how to maintain it confidently.
Thank you! That was lovely! Have a blessed and awesome day! 😉
I watch your video’s everyday! thank you so much! would love more balancing videos!
…excuse me just a straight male comment coming through…read on.
Love this video. Thunder adds so much good energy. Thank you!
The rainiest place in North America(Henderson lake) is close to here.
Thanks so much for all your free sequences! I love your short one! I don’t have any reason to skip my yoga practice in the morning anymore. I have time! Continue your awesome work!
Really enjoyed this short relaxed flow. Loved the gentle music at the end of the video.
First time practicing with you, Kassandra. I really enjoyed the flow and you as a teacher. Subscribed!
loved this!! i’ve been starting yoga and wanted to work on my balance and this is an easy work out to check my progress!
Loved this quick practice because balance is so important and vrikshasana is one of my fave asanas. Thank you:)
Fun quickie class! thank you so much. I feel 100% better than I did before the class!
Hi what is that pose called with your left knee behind your right knee then left elbow under right elbow after chair pose? It’s awesome.
I LOVE YOU!!! Thank you a latte. Wonderful 15 min to test my struggle with balance. Excellent content without the hassle to listen to hours of “Please, subscribe me.” info.:) Huge admiration!
раньше женщины детей рожали а теперь какой-то х-ней страдаюти ведь ради чего.
Thank you! I enjoy working on my balance. Some days are better than others, as well as, one side is better than the other. Glad I found your routines.
Before you said there was a storm I thought there was a train going by haha
great quick workout to activate legs during a lunch break! feeling a bit of heat and energy as I get on with the rest of my day! Thanks so much!
Lovely, challenging poses! Great if you want a short but good yoga session

I wonder if Gillian does “barr”, a combination of yoga, pilates, and ballet. It would be nice if she can shows
I suck at most yoga poses but these balance poses are definitely in my wheelhouse! Thank you Cole
Feels sooooooooo amazing!!!! I love the dancing pose so much.
Graceful, elegant, beautiful…so captivating to watch. Now I’m going to do some yoga with inspiration thanks to your fluid practice.
Yoga is super challenging but, it’s so helpful, good job for you all.. <3
This is a random question Leyla but do question stare while filing these videos? Lol
Another great yoga video! Gillian is a fantastic teacher. I like how calm and soothing she is as a teacher which is important for yoga student, especially the beginner ones (like myself).
Have you seen or tried my other Yoga videos? They are all basic level yoga moves that prepare our bodies for the more advanced stuff:)
Loved this class! Thank you Kasandra for your beautiful and graceful classes.
hi rebecca, can you please do one on gaining flexibility for stiff beginners? plzz
this isn’t for beginners. It’s incredibly fast and challenging. It would have been nice if the instructor would have noted that, somewhere.
Great workout, I failed to do half of exercises but I’ll keep trying, I liked them! Thank you, Rebecca!
S T O P. R A P E I N G. B A B I E S

I’ve never done Yoga before because I am not flexible enough and has a terrible posture. but I will give this one a try to help me while working out my abs as my back always comes off the ground.

Could you use a yoga strap for the leg extension fold, and balance?
rebecca could you do a workout video on which workouts are best for a pear shaped body. thank you.
#icanfeeltheburnrebecca <3
I love your workouts and have been following you for almost 2 years now. N have seen great results on me!
Can you please please please do a muffin top workout…
For a second I thought i was doing the firefly pose but then I realized I was doing it wrong
Wow rebecca you are a mind reader… i wanted to try core yoga workout and here are you ❤
That’s a very beautiful scenery. It really catches my attention which will help me keep my balance. I honestly need a workout like this. Thank you for making this Rebecca! I honestly wish I had this while I was in marching band in high school. My balance was pretty bad and this I’m sure would have helped.
One of the most interesting and powerful class among lots of your videos, I love it. Thank you from Japan to Kassandra ♥️
Thank you! I rarely think to work on posture, so this will be great!
Really loved doing this yoga stretch on a Monday morning, which helped me start my week positively.. thank you so much for the clear instructions ❤️
Thank you so much for this practice! Shavasana with the rain and thunder in the background was a pretty magically ending for me:)

Hi Rebecca, how many times a week can i do this workout? And can i do before or After my training? For example when i finished my fitness routine.
You are truly inspiring and uplifting teacher.:)
Thank you so very much, Rebecca.:D
how do you talk so much and yet able to concentrate on your balance:) I never done Yoga before but im going to try this….

Wowgreat balance workout for my Wake up Monday, my body and spirit got recharging energy.
You inspire me to workout and take care of my body and no one else can do that
Wow. Great exercises. Love you Rebecca.
I have tummy Can you tell me tips to have a flat tummy?
I do flat stomach exercises and “best exercises for burning calories”. This video of yours is really amazing.
Will try these yoga postures.
I love this!! Do more of like yoga hybrid workouts.. like yoga cardio, yoga strength. This one’s also good, focused on posture. Love you, Rebecca!
Hey Rebecca, I really love your videos! ❤️
Can you do more celebrity workout videos? I especially love them
Great workout! But my balance sucks so I will keep practicing
Hi rebecca. I have got protein powder. I take it 20 min before workout and then immediately after workout. Am i doing anything wrong?
If I had good balance I could do these poses. These don’t help teach how to achieve balance they show me what I could do if I could achieve balance. Even when I was practicing yoga 3+ hours a week I couldn’t do some of these. I have actually been following another yoga instructor on YT who takes you through the foundation’s of each pose which is helping me learn how to achieve the core strength and balance I need to perform these poses.
This video seemed more like a “watch me show off what I can do” and no instructions on how to grow my own level of mastery.
At the beginning of the video it was very hard for me, (I’ve never done yoga before) but by the time the video finished I felt so relaxed and balanced. You just got another subscriber.
I got ten minutes in and had to to stop but really good instructions:) Love the channel, I’ll have to come back to this lesson haha
I love your channel Kassandra! I just started yoga month ago with you. This one is HARD but it’s awesome.
Really enjoyed that, and even had the thunder and rain in England too!
Thank you for this! I’m proud that I could do some of it and grateful that you’ve helped show me a way to advance my practice
thank you all the way from Bolivia in South America! your yoga clases are a lifesaver!!
Seriously fantastic! I’ve stayed away from intermediate/advanced but I was able to do everything except hold 2 legged dog for more than a split second. I’ve been practicing crow & supported headstand for a few days & finally held them both for a few breaths this morning. It’s amazing and fun to see progress.
By far one of the most challenging classes we have done following you! Very rewarding, however. Thank you.
I love when you post these kind of videos Rebecca, love learning all these cool poses xx
Love this! It was a hard workout, but I loved it. I found your channel a few weeks ago, and I am loving all your classes. It is allowing me to continue my practice while I can’t practice at my local studio! Looking forward to more challenging, relaxing classes. Thank you!
I love yoga workouts,my goal is to do split. You change my life,i was anorexic 2 years ago and i was lucky to find you.I follow your calendar and i have great result.
Can you do a lower back workout? My back muscle are weak and i really need to workout this area.
Thank you Kassandra.. at first it was very challenging but after several times doing this.. I made improvement.
This was the perfect amount of strength, balance, asymetry. 10/10
Thank you so much Kassandra, it’s so restorative. You have so good movement flow when you teach. Send you good energies
lovely and peaceful sound and scene with the storm, really made me smile.
I love this class. I failed a whole lot, but I feel stronger. Thank you so much for all your words of encouragement and sympathy. You’re the coolest!
Excellent class, I havent tried two legged dog before, loved the challenge. Rainstorm was a bonus!
Nice class really great balances and well-explained. Thanks! I’ll try the other classes.
Lol that creepy old guy in the back just watching them the whole time….Hahahahahha
I’m watching this long after you made it, but it’s Valentine’s Day & I wish you a happy Galentine’s Day! You’re a wonderful girlfriend to all of us & I wish you happiness & love! XO:)
Wow this was a challenge! Loved this I’m going to keep coming back to this practice
I’m glad at the end you said let go of disappointment because I did feel kind of disappointed cuz I couldn’t execute some things in this practice
This was exactly what I needed today. Thank you and subscribing!
There are a couple of your sessions that I save as touchstone pieces to check back in to see how I’m progressing over time. Been doing yoga for a year. This was pretty rugged and it’s going on that list!!
I LOVE this class! Thank you <3 It would be amazing to have more hour-long classes like this!
I love this practice even though I couldn’t do all the poses, but I felt my whole body worked all together and it was a wonderful feeling. I will for sure come back often and one day I will achieve the poses. Thank you Kassandra!
I REALLY REALLY enjoyed this yoga session! It helped me a lot with my balance and core strength! Thank you so much!
AMAZING! Thank you! You have a deep understanding on the body and how to prepare/ build to the peak pose. I’m still working on 2 legged dog, but now I feel I know which muscles to engage to get there properly.
Loved it but was tough no doubt. I like to push myself sometimes and today was that day! Love your content!!!
What a great practice! I really enjoyed it! Particularly to try out the two legged dog. It didn’t work at all, but it was fun to try it XD Thanks a lot!!! Namasteji!
Oh, my God, Kassandra THANK YOUUUUU, this was SO nice!!!! <3<3<3
Thanks so much for a great practice! I like that the practice was challenging and you stayed with us for the closing stretch and corpse pose such an important part to the end of class! namaste!
Thanks for the fun challenge. I surprised myself by sticking some of the tougher poses!

this was an awesome way to advance my practice!! thank you so much! i definitely still have a little ways to go before i can nail two-legged dog but i really enjoyed practicing. thanks kassandra!!
Just cannot follow your routines. You talk too fucking much. Your yoga is fucking great but shut up and stop badgering up with unnecessary talk, just do that damn routine
Thank you! I will definitely come back for this practice from time to time, great practice!
Love this assymetrical challenge. I finally was able to get the 2-legged dog…yay!
My balance is still shakey on one side, but that is coming along nicely. The thing I have the most trouble with is Eagle Arms, that one is a real hassle for me.
The rain and thunder was a nice touch to the class.
She mentions a few modifications but never does any of them. Bad. Also, where are the yoga blocks? Those will help those who need modifications, which is virtually everyone who is not far advanced in their practice. Finally, where’s the information that head stands aren’t for people with neck or shoulder problems? You can really hurt yourself trying this before you are ready, without proper instruction/supervision or if you have some muscular issues.
Thanks for this challenging class Kassandra! I really enjoyed it, and I feel great.
Good flow that hits the hips and abs. I’d use this one again!
Biggest challenge is not yoga, wake up at early morning is still issue for me…
Kassandra, I have very flat feet, and I feel like it affects my balance for sure. In some of your videos you mention `the arches of the feet` in regards to positioning, but what should I do if I don`t have any arches? Any ideas for modifications? Thank you!
Amazing class! The storm in the background was a nice bonus. Thank you.
Such a beautiful and challenging practice, I felt so refreshing and positive after the class, thank you so much for sharing various classes as usual.
I stumbled upon your channel and I am smitten by your practice. Thanks you for post it up. I subscribe it.
Really liked the rain sounds outside your window. Music tends to distract me. Do you have a list of your yoga classes with no music?
You are amazing. Thank you so much. 2 legged dog was almost imposible
Really powerful and challenging flow, i loved it and i am so proud of my self. Thank you for these amazing practices
this was so awesome, I’ve been looking for some really challenging poses to do! love this
Hi! This one is really fun. I enjoyed the core work and balancing. The hardest is the last pose with a version of two legged dog
You truly are the perfect yoga teacher! Thank you for your videos <3
great class, the peak pose was challenging!!! and the rain noise in the end was just lovely!!!
I love your channel! One request would be more int/adv practices like this in a one hour class. Thanks Kassandra!
My first yoga lesson ive ever done it seems like my balance is way off! Good for my full body soreness
Spring challenge day 10: I love this flow and I so had FUN! Normally I have difficulties to keep balance in movement but I have well improved during these 10 days with you.:) Completely failed the peak pose but I surprised myself positively. I’ll keep this page into my favs to redo later. Thank you for these great incredible and creative classes. Hoping you are resting and healing well. It will be maybe a great time to imagine gentle yoga flow into the bed to recover ;p Love <3
I love this practice, very challenging! The last time I tried I couldn’t get anywhere near but I managed to hold it for a second this time, doesn’t sound much but I feel quite proud!
This has been on my watch later list for awhile now. I finally did it this morning and it was perfect! I mean, challenging but in the best way! I found the same side table top balance and the pinnacle poses to be the most fun challenge, lots of giggles over here. Thank you for your free content
Thanks Kassandra. Very intense at the peak. Hope you can have more such videos.
Love the creative flow! Thanks for pushing me past my normal limit
Thank you so much for all your hard work. I really like your classes. Love
I did enjoy this but was a bit of struggle. Maybe yoga releases poses to strengthen and loosen up to do these? I will save this video to keep coming back to it and see how I improve.
AHAH, ok, this was challenging!!! I wasn’t really capable to sustain the peak pose but I have had so much fun. This is very playful to me, I have really enjoyed. I will definitely give further tries with time, hoping to improve my balance more and more. Thank you: )
Amazing class Kassandra, it was a little tricky where I had to use the same side leg and arm but after falling a few times I managed a little balance, thank you!!!!
I have been loving all the 10/15 minute yoga sessions with Kassandra. Just enough to do one in the morning and one in the evening every day which I have never committed to before. Better than my normal yoga class. I am sold!
An amazing class, strong, powerful, I managed most of it apart from the last really difficult three legged balance, I will try it again soon, thank you
This one is by far my favorite powerful practice, I feel strong and carry myself differently after it! It is hella exhausting but also incredibly effective. Every time I feel stronger and believe I still will for a large number of times I practice this class because my whole body is transforming due to the balance and muscle advancements. I really want to thank you Kassandra for your thoughtful way to design and teach your practices and the variety of classes that make it possible to do yoga everyday. Because there is a class for every way you feel that day which will benefit you. Thank you thank you thank you:-) Greetings from Germany!
