I’ve been working out a lot during quarantine and this was one of the first I did in march to get rid of my hipdips… let me tell you, i cried. But now, 3 months later, I’m doing these with almost no hip dips and ankle weights. The dips are still there a bit but I accepted them now. I’m in a happier headspace thanks to alle the workouts on here:)

Day 1: done, felt dizzy like I’m gonna puke whew!
Day 2: done, my lower belly is angry with me hahaha
Day 3: done, I’m sore lol
Day 4: done, active rest day, tho I’ve done a 10-minute leg workout
Day 5: done, so sore this day
Day 6: done, it’ getting easier but still with a lot of sweat
Day 7: done, active rest day, tho I’ve done a short back workout
Day 8: done, I’m so sweaty and tired, felt like the first day haha
Day 9: done, felt a bit stronger
Day 10: done, felt more excited to workout again. I have also figured out that it worked for my daily routine if I exercise in the morning than in the afternoon. Mmm, for me.
Day 11: active rest day, I really felt like resting my body and train my mind with some good reads.
I skipped the bits I didn’t like/couldn’t do, BUT I’ll be back ’cause this workout is the whole package ❤…

okay so i”ve been doing this workout for 2 months and 1 week, im not gonna even lie to u guys kay this workout routine is literally magic. i’ve gotten so many compliments on how amazing my legs look. i feel way more comfortable wearing shorts. like wearing tight jeans is nice but shorts r a whole other level. trust me guys this is the thing ur looking for. i promise you it works like magic. no cap recommend 10000000%. if it doesnt work then ur doing somthing wrong. like my legs look amazing and im still eating unhealthy. idk abt u but this got me living my best life. if u have any questions abt it ask me abt i have experience on this.

My overall goal is maybe to lose a bit of my waist and hips but not a lot. And get a more toned booty. Also, I hope to become stronger too. Maybe tone my legs up too
Day 1 workout complete ✅. I admit I have never really done booty workouts before. I did my friends for about a week which was 4 exercises and it was too tough for me. I had also never used resistance bands before. I also used to do 100 squats a day for a month. I was always nervous to do booty workouts cause I don’t really know what I want my booty to look like. I do know I want it to be more rounded and toned, I guess peachy if that makes sense. Anyway back to the first day of this workout. I found it tough, my legs were sore in the first set of exercises. I took a few breaks during the first two sets but the final set I pushed through and took no extra breaks.
Day 2 workout complete ✅ I found it tougher than yesterday. I pushed through the pain I had in the first set and didn’t really took a break until the end. My quads were on fire though. I hope it’s not just me but my eggs were sore when I woke up but my ass wasn’t
Day 3 workout complete ✅ I don’t know if it’s just me but I sweat with this. I also don’t really have a sore booty
Day 4 Rest Day
Day 5 workout complete ✅ I don’t know if it’s good or not but my lower back ear my bum aches when I do some of the exercises, most on the final set part. I don’t know if my form is wrong or not
Day 6 workout complete ✅ this makes me sweat. I have also started to focus on my breathing and or which made my back less ache on the final set. Maybe the soreness when doing the exercises is good. Cause it only aches when I do the exercises but when I wake up there no soreness or ache
Day 7 workout complete ✅ I am taking tomorrow off as my rest day then I am doing this workout every other day for another week.

hi I’m going to be doing this every day for 2 weeks and post my progress! I’ve always naturally been lean but I don’t have a butt whatsoever and my legs are very skinny lol. I’m hoping to see some results in the next 14 days:)

day 1: just finished! the first part (with lunges and squats) was THE DEATH OF ME. I took so many breaks but still got through it. After that, it was still SUPER challenging, but i didn’t take any more breaks.
I love her energy. She makes us want to keep going even when youre tired. Gives great instruction.

I have problems using my band. It rolls every time I try to do a donkey kick, abductor and probably other workouts. They are 100% silica gel, and Lord it rolls to much! Maybe they are to big for me? My thighs are similar to yours, except mines are not strong

If you have pain LYING ON YOUR BELLY:
1) try putting a pillow underneath your hip, belly or boobs & see if it gets more comfortable
2) perform those exercises in a kneeling position instead (like the fire hydrant at 2:30):)
.. because those exercises are soooo effective, try to be creative & don’t just skip on them!
(I don’t have big boobs so I didn’t know about this problem haha sorry!!!)
I do this 4days ×week next my abs and other body parts exercises, and i sow a huge rezult after 2 weeks. Now i’m in the 4th week and i do all this with the eyes close. It’s an amazing workout!!

I definitely recommend this workout. On day 2, my mom had already pointed out a difference in my thighs! Fast results! Tomorrow will be day 5 of doing this workout. Saturday and Sunday are going to be my break days. I might do the workout either on Saturday or Sunday but right now those are my rest days. I have been doing this workout along with her six pack workout. I have also been working out my biceps with the dumbbells my dad bought me. Two weeks ago I did the chloe ting abs in two week challenge and I hardly saw a difference. I think her workouts are aimed towards losing weight. That’s why I started using Pamela Reif. I am going to finish off my first week with her workouts and see my results after a full two weeks. I’m very excited! Her workouts are very challenging. I highly recommend this but workout!! It is especially intense with a cloth band lol my glutes feel like they’re gonna pop

hi there, i’m doing the booty exercises etc. and i’m saving them on my fit365 program to measure my calories burned. however, i don’t know that what kind of sport is this. is it aerobic or gymnastic or cardio? please inform me about this. thank youuu ☺️
I’m grateful that there is no single leg glute bridge here. Always when it is this exercise, despite the fact that I try to do it as best I can, I don’t feel the buttocks, but I feel pain in my back.

day 1: butt= 88cm, waist= 68cm
day 2: was sore, didn’t work out today (rest)
day 3: worked out, was sore but the workout was easier than before. I’ve noticed my butt is a little more round. I’m also going to do gabrielle whiteds hip workout, and abs workout (the 6min ones)
What tension value for the resistance band would be best for this exercise?
does this actually grow your butt? i tried it today, do i just do this everyday for a few weeks? is there another video i should do as well?

O god i am so confused!! Hourglass has four episodes! It is a 26 days program so i have to follow the first episode for 26 days then move to episode 2 for next 26 days or i have to do all the episodes in 1 day for 26 days! This is damn confusing! Please someone guide me

I have completed the 25 day hour glass challenge today. It’s the only challenge I’ve stuck with thanks to the numerous recommendations from viewers like you. A lot of my gut is gone and loving what I see in the mirror. The belly I used to get when I suck in, I now have. I will do this challenge again. The exercises were tough initially but get easier with time. If you saw me today, up and down planking like a (somewhat) boss. Lol. Keep at it. Thanks Chloe Ting

This was terrrrriiibbblleee yet amaaaazzinggggg I almost died. This is definitely going to be my go-to workout video. It was super intense. How do you do this, with a smile all throughout the video and without gasping for air and stopping to rest every 5 seconds?? You are amazing. I pray I’ll be as fit as you are one day. when i first started i would only do 20 seconds and it was extremely difficult but after only 5 days I am almost able to the whole 30 seconds! I’m very proud of myself.

Hi! So I am on day 8 of the Hourglass Program This is the first video of the day but I am feeling amazing. In this quarantine I didn´t do any sport, I am 15 years old, I am not strong but let me tell you the Hourglass program is awesome, like really awesome, at the beginning I was dying but now my legs are feeling stronger than they used to be, my body is starting to gain form but what I like the most is that I am feeling more confident about my body and I am feeling happier. Ladies and gentlemen don´t give up, it is worth it and try to push harder doing excercises if you do them in a lazy way you are not going to win anything. KEEP GOING WE ARE GOING TO GET THAT SNACK BODY!

But my balance on a couple of the standing kicking exercises, barely got a burn in those cause I was so wobbly

This workourt killed me, but I didn’t feel a lot of burn in the glutes mostly just the thighs and hipps, did I do it wrong or will it Adventually start to burn?
