i’ve always wandered if pilates was a good start because i love blogilates but i dont know is the workouts are good so this was a nice start!
i’m 21 and i’ve always loved doing pilates and honestly i feel a difference after a week!! i feel stronger and it gets easier… it’s always good to push yourself but if you need time go slow and i promise you feel better and see a change in your posture
I wouldn’t mind doing Pilates but it’s so bloody expense. For 4 pirates session it’s £120 for 4 sessions
Not very positive. My clients have had felt results after one practice session. My beginners once a week, within 10-13 weeks mentally and physically showed massive results. People just don’t answer the actual question. If this was a sales pitch it wasn’t good. Sorry
should you just do one 30 minute workout a day or should you do multiple videos a day (1-2 hours)?
I’m so happy that I’m finally doing this. I’m currently taking 3 classes a week I feel amazing! 3 weeks into it now. I used to have a personal trainer and I used to always feel burnt out afterwards, with Pilates I feel great always! Looking forward to seeing the amazing results!
Dear Casey your kinda body (muscle body) is not my type that I like (my dream body would be more like Candice Swanepoel slim kinda body) ; however, how dare people be rude and criticizing towards you??? How could anyone say that you were fat??? You are a very positive, supportive and beautiful woman!!!! Don’t let bad comments get to you ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love Pilates!! I do it almost every day. After I had my first baby, I continued doing Pilates and I was leaner after having a baby than before! It works:)
I’ve been following you since 2019 and just completed your piit28 challenge. I didnt lose a single ounce but I did lose a total overall 6.5 inches! Thank you!
Thanks for sharing this wonderful video! Just like Joseph Pilates himself said; In 10 sessions you will feel a difference, in 20 you will see a difference, and in 30 you will have a whole new body. I think all you need is patience and you will see the results in no time.
Hi, I would suggest going to an instructor who has experience teaching on reformers… Teachers will often mimic reformer moves in Pilates mat classes. Else subscribe to my channel and I’ll post a few moves up there you can try.
Sarah,
i want to try reformer classes but cant afford too. Is their anything you could suggest?
Oh Sarah like your top! Very pretty where did you get it?? and great video btw:)
I saw your channel yesterday and I subscribed.
Your voice is so soft and sweet.
I feel like eating is more important than working out. I usually eat late. So even if I do workout regularly consistently, my body is toned but no weights lost:(.
Just found you here and I must say, I love your personality and workouts! I am so surprised you get haters. But that reflects their internal hate, not what you are. Thank you for what you share with the world!
I tried drinking 2 litres a day for a month but had to stop because my body DID NOT get used to it so I had to go toilet often and almost got fired for it lol
Youre so beautiful Hannah.i like doing your exercise videos.
So true about water! Every time i have a bad eating day, I realise I’ve also not drunk very much water.
what a beautiful, inspiring young lady you are!
all the best to you and your loved ones from Italy… <3 <3 <3
u r so right… pilates is amazing… while doing pilates u feel the sore, but after that, u feel activated and refreshed, not dead and my muscles, specially my back and shoulders do not feel bad at all many many thanks Hannah
Teacher Hannah, I just feel so motivated about your journey! I workout, rest and eat healthy vegan food and lots of water but I have seen more difference since I do Pilates with you you are the best
Thank you, Cassie, for your story. I would love to know more about your journey, it will help me a lot!
Hannah, you are awesome! I started doing your sessions and I am so happy and energized and feeling great! Thank you!!
Hey guys! Thank you sooooooo much for all of your love! I feel so happy reading through your comments.
Also if you’re thinking of starting your own 90 day journey, I wanted to let you know that the 12 week fit journal and pretty much the entire POPFLEX store is 40% off right now for Black Friday! Use code “gimme40”. https://www.popflexactive.com/collections/black-friday-2019
Good luck guys!!! Love you!!!
You guys need mics on yourself to minimize the terrible echo in there.
I discovered my best self being more concious about my food, starting my journey to get vegan and working out as a routine that is just as important in my day as like brushing my teeth.
I started to love myself for the first time because I knew that my body is nourished, healthy and fit so I didnt have to worry about how I look or if I have fat because I am healthy. And that’s whats important☀️
This is just a” I “video; I I I I IIIIIIIIIIII was, I am I will be, ONLY IIIIIIII in this video; very boring not inspiring
Just wanted to say you look beautiful Cassie, I saw the frustration of your post:( Sometimes clothes can make you look a little tinier than normal but overall you look very healthy and long and lean. I noticed you were becoming more long and lean from the beginning of the year and didn’t think you were doing anything wrong. I’m a bit on the thin side (probably a little too thin) but I still eat! however, my body just naturally looks a certain way. For instance, my arms are sticks lol they’ve always been sticks! even at my heaviest, they were still stick-like, but you know what I’m okay with it and I embrace my stick arms:) Do what you want to do! and be you! because you are the happiest, sweetest, energetic, and most amazing person!
You are such a motivation.. The journey of “working out with you” is Amazinggggg… Thank you for being you….
I’ve never commented on your videos before but you have been a consistent workout buddy for years. I love how happy you are:) p.s I did an amazing booty workout today, I’m still hurting I appreciate your videos heaps!
I love that you’re so open and sharing. I’ve been following you for many years:) You look fantastic:) How’d you decide on 90 days?
I remembering finding your channel years ago and for some reason, I wasn’t as into it. I had a warped perception of fitness and at the time, didn’t take the time to know your channel and definitely was trying to find someone “more fit” (
Just discovered your videos on You Tube they are great! You are beautiful in all of them! Keep on posting!
This is so inspiring on how you overcame everyone’s opinions about yourself and just pushed hard until you achieved your goal, I am gonna work hard too like you now!!
See you are so inspiring ❤️
Love ya!
God, your introduction is EVERYTHING! Freaking love you and your entire vibe and outlook on life, you look so good! Love PIIT baby!!
A friend introduced me to your videos and because of you I now love pilates! I think the main reason why I enjoy it so much is because of how positive and motivational you are. I haven’t followed one of your workout calendars yet but so far I’m staying up to date with July 2020. Thank you so much for being honest and for staying joyful, you inspired my friend to always be the sunshine and now you’ve inspired me to be the best version I can be of myself!
Uff, Cassey had over 24% Body fat but even looked skinnier than me with 16.6% Bodyfat an less weight. Maybe because everything is on my abs and hips
Cassey, you’re such a great person and I’m so happy, you did it! I do you’re workouts since 9 years and I love it! And your body was beautiful before, and is still beautiful after this 90 days ❤
You ARE and LOOK wonderful Cassey do not take care about what other people say

wow ur story in the beginning makes me so sad:( u should be able to say and do what u want! u are seriously SOOO inspiering!!! <3
Such an inspiration. Shut out all the jealousy! Thank you for this.
U are a beautiful role model! It made me sick to my stomach to hear how awful people acted towards YOUR self improvement! I love the journal idea! I am on a self improvement journey as well and watching you makes me more excited about it! Thank you….
Do you think this is feasible for people who work full time? I want to try something like this but every time I take on a weight loss/self-improvement journey, I find I can’t keep up with the time commitment.
I WAS BORN ON AUGUST 16!!!!!!!!!! I KNOW THAT DOES NOT MATTER.. YOURE HERE TO LISTEN TI CASSEY…
Only 5 minutes into this video and have already subscribed. So refreshing to hear you be upfront and honest about the industry and how it has impacted on you. It’s so easy to fall into the trap of letting other people’s opinions set limitations for you and we need more videos like this to show a healthy approach to counteract this!
I love your channel. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. You’ve inspired me to focus on myself for myself. ❤
Weight loss is not just about lossing weight. it’s about stop being lazy, taking care of your body, love, taking out that toxic. It’s her body. If it’s okay to eat unhealthy and not taking care of body then why it’s not okay if someone wants to pay attention to thier heath??
We only get one body. One life. Stay healthy (and healthy people don’t come in one perfect shape and size)
It’s unfortunate that some people feel the need to judge others based on their thoughts and beliefs. We don’t have to agree on everything, I may even be totally against some of your beliefs, but that’s because, like you said, we’re all unique. You wanting to be the best version of yourself, inside and out, is absolutely nothing to be attacked for. If people have a problem with you, then they should just unsubscribe instead of being downright mean. I love your workouts and I love your personality, continue being your authentic self!
I don’t get it… People be like “I am body positive ” then start hating on people who are trying to be the best versions of themselves. Isn’t the whole point of “body positivity” to stop listening to society’s standards and to build your own? My standard is to live inside a happy, healthy, strong body. Someone else might choose to have a different body. Body positivity is not telling you to never change your body, it’s saying that you should take care of and love which body you are given, regardless of how it looks. It’s saying “it’s okay to have an ideal body but that should never stop you from loving your own”. That is what body positivity means to me.

Who the hell is so blind?? Which angle she is fat????
You have such a bright and beautiful spirit and that bothers some peoples demons
I know this is old but your such a beautiful woman because it radiates from inside you. I’m glad your able to feel it on the outside now too. I’m finally in a spot where I can do a 90 day challenge and focus more on myself & this is crazy (the good crazy) inspiration. Please continue to do these kind of videos where you can teach how to track progress I found it very helpful!
I feel so inspired by this video. Thank you Cassey. I’ve recently started my own journey too. 2019 wasn’t a very good year for me mentally, which caused a lot of weight gain. Now this quarantine period gave me a lot of time to self introspect and make positive changes in my life both physically and mentally. I kept struggling but finally I’ve been on a 7 day steak and each day I struggle to keep that on but there’s one thing I decided this year, and that was to not give up on myself.
I thank you again for sharing this amazing journey of yours, it inspires so many of us to keep going and not care about the negativity that’s taken over the internet.
I love your workout videos. Keep that up.
I keep returning to this video whenever I want to be motivated with my fitness journey:). You are an inspiration, Cassey:)
I so love you very much Cassey! Hug hug hug from someone you continually help everyday!
You’re such an inspiration Cassey. Thanks to you I now love working out and I’ve seen changes in my body that I didn’t think were possible. I love your positivity and I think you’re amazing for following your heart.
Did you eat chocolate during the 90 day challenge if so how many times I’m feeling in trying the 90 journey
This is my first time on your channel and I already admire you! I also love how observant you are and including empirical data to showcase this entire journey, love it! ♀️
Thank you so much for sharing your experience ❤️ I had a baby last year and i reached my goal in 5 months!! I’ve been eating clean carbs, fruit and less fat meat. Also i did workouts at least 4 times a week. I had lots of plateaus during the time.. I set a new goal a month ago and i started watching your workout video! It helped me a lot! I love your positive energy that i can feel and sometimes you say don’t give up or straight your legs! to make myself to know what to do. Thank you for your workout videos!! I’m looking forward to myself when I complete my new goal!
Cassey, would you do an update? I’d love to know how you’re maintaining your lifestyle and hear your tips. Our lives and priorities are constantly changing, even without COVID continuing. Personally, my approach to my diet, exercise, and lifestyle seem to change every 6 months so I’d like to hear how you’re adapting and if there have been any changes. Much love and thanks for sharing!
I really appreciate it that you brought forward the messages in a positive manner. It is very tough to speak with compassion especially to those people who were mean to you but you did well. I’m glad you made this video even though I only watched it so many months later.
I don’t care what anyone says… You loving your body just like it is but wanting it to be the best that it can be is the most inspiring and “role model-like” thing anyone could do!! And you being you and sharing your life with us just like it is is the most honoring and encouraging! Thank you!!
Do you have challenge? I needed this video I have been lacking motivation
I am sooo proud of you. I realized major change and happy for the positive vibe you have now. I believe change doesn’t mean you aren’t happy with yourself but more embracing of how you feel in yourself.
You are such an inspiration! ❤
Loads and loads of love to you!
Y’all need to calm down cos she’s literally giving u free workouts. Ppl are so negative these days
I’m so happy for your journey, but the whole time I was watching this video I kept thinking to myself “she has to be a capricorn” for how dedicated to and happy you get about collecting data and how hardworking you are. Then I looked up your birthday, and I was right!
Wow, you are so beautiful inside out! Such an inspiration. Love your videos! xx
Cassie youre a beautiful and amazing person and hearing that you support the LGBTQ+ just made me like and respect you even more. Thank you for being a leader in your field <3
Hannah you are a savior. I developed knee issue at a young age, I was very active before but later on it got impossible to do regular exercise routines with bad knees. This made me sad, but workouts like these help me stay active, which is not only good for health but more for my mental health. Keep up the great work. Thank you!
I realize this is old now but I’m just seeing it. I am a beginner watcher but your beginners calendar has kept me on track for more days than I’ve literally ever stuck to exercise, so thank you! Also I just want to say if you’ve never heard of Brene Brown speaking about “stepping in the ring” and other people’s criticism, you might want to take a look. It might help confirm the directions your learning to move in.
I do NOT understand why people feel the need to shout their negativity at you when you are doing what is best for YOU (this does not involve you haters, so bye bye now). Like. what do you get out of this guys? CASSIE WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU!!! Speaking for myself, you’ve encouraged me to see my fitness and wellness journey as an amazing opportunity to feel my best inside and out. I was always intimidated, but you make it more fun (and challenging. Oh boy it’s challenging) and I love it! Thank you for all the time you take to create content for all of us to follow (and products!).
<3
Love your generous spirit in sharing this journey and congrats on hitting your goals.
Cassey, I am new to your channel and I love your workouts and positivity! It’s refreshing and helps a single mother like me feel like I am worth taking care of myself. Thank you!
Great video!!! I love you’re attitude! I also really like the scientific approach to your journey. Knowledge is power!
I feel so sad for her. Her body was perfect and she doesn’t realize the body privilege she has. Trying to lose weight when you are already thin is just feeding right into diet and fat shaming culture and distracting us from what’s really important.
I’ll be 41 on September 27th n feel like my health has went down hill. I’m using itworks n need a 90 day challenge to be my healthiest by my 41st bday.
I just want to say, I just started the July 2020 challenge. I only recently got turned onto blogilates but I have to say its definitely helped me and I’m really looking forward to finishing this challenge, seeing my own personal growth and just kicking some ass!
So thank you so much for sharing and being vulnerable.
I hope you continue to be yourself, love yourself and creating awesome workouts that make YOU happy!
This video was very helpful and informative for me in many ways, because I myself have struggled with a lot of similar challenges through out my life and experiences as an athlete and my overall fitness.
I loved your charts and all of the in detailed information, it’s definitely making me want to do some sort of challenge like this for myself!
Anyway, just wanted to say thank you for opening up and please don’t stop doing the things you love or supporting the causes that you feel are worth supporting. Because there are people out there like me who are searching for more people like you in the world!
thank you!!!!
The Court of Public Opinion is fierce, ever-changing, and insatiable. You gotta do you!
I am on my second season of 90dc after one successful season. I watch this video everytime i start a new season.
I’m not sure why people demand that you are either super ripped with perfect shredded abs and not a hint of cellulite OR a body positive fitness guru against all forms of weight loss/wanting to change your body. Umm, there are a lot of shades of grey in between! Not sure why people put you in the latter box, when it was very clear your issue was with super high, unrealistic expectations of women in the fitness industry not the concept of losing weight or getting in shape in general! 1200 calories does seem very low, but overall it does seem like this journey has been good for you inside and out, and you clearly took a holistic approach to reaching your goals rather than obsessing over a number on a scale. I can’t see that being anything other than a positive message and influence. It’s so ridiculous that you have received so much hate and nasty messages, I think people forget that a real human being with feelings is on the other side.
Hey! Loads and loads of love and warm virtual hugs from India! ❤️
You are great and I’m currently following your July Calendar. Thank you for being there on YouTube and being such a help to SO MANY PEOPLE out there.
It’s your life and thus your rules so don’t let the opinions of others bother you. I know it’s very hard done than said but you deserve so so much more than all that NegAtivIty. I’m proud of you and thanks for inspiring me every now and then when I feel low. ❤️
U r a wonderful person. I have been following u for yrs!
There r a lot of grateful people like me, focus on that. U r AMAZING!!!! Aspirational!!!
Hi Cassey. Just wanted to say Thankyou so much your inspiration. I’m just over half way into my 90 day journey and have lost 13 pounds so far. For me it was never about losing weight as I was already fairly “slim”. But as I turn 30 next year I really wanted to change a lot of my habits for good. Cutting out the junk food and changing my meals has made me realise I never really needed all the junk in the first place. I’ve been tracking macros, this way I can have some bad food every once in a while if I really feel like it! I feel less bloated all the time and so much better mentally! I even have what resembles abs for the first time ever I’ve been doing a mixture of your videos, Joe wicks the body coach and weights circuits. I’ve never felt so strong and fit! I’m going to continue pushing myself and make changes to my eating habits for good! (And eat a sneaky cookie once in a while )
I am not saying that this is your fault but my first reaction to your before and after pictures were “I guess I should lose some weight”. This is not a healthy thought for me, I am pretty thin and once I start dieting I get obsessive very soon. I am working hard on accepting my body instead of feeling inadequate and wrong, so I probably shouldn’t have watched a video like this
Some people don’t handle the opinions of others well. I’m sorry that you’d taken the brunt of it. I certainly don’t believe in boycotting such an awesome channel that helps people improve their lives and self-esteem just because they don’t agree with politics, personal choices, or personal beliefs. Keep up the good work Cassey. You’re really awesome.
Aww, why are people so mean? I don’t like how you have to make some precautionary statements at the beginning of your video. The ones warning folks about triggers are good, but the others aren’t. Such a strange world… You’re like the Meghan Markle of the fitness world. (sigh) That said, thanks for sharing your story. <3 I enjoy your watching your videos.
I am planning to do the same thing… this is so inspirational… where I can find your fitness journal? well done, you are amazing!!
I think you are wonderful honest and vulnerable. Thank you for sharing. I have done paleo to get into my ideal body and I love the physical results but I got a bit tired of the same foods. I’d love some recipe ideas so I can get back to my ideal weight which happens to be the same as you 120 and I am 134 right now, so I need to lose a similar amount.
WHO GIVES A CRAP ABOUT THEM HATERS.YOU ARE PERFECT!!!NOTHING IS WRONG WITH YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU. life is not full of sunshine and rainbows so there will be rain and storms here and there for a reason.
I am sorry but unfortunately I can’t drink water more than 2 glass and can’t even run it’s so difficult but i do pilates everyday with you…will it work to loose weight??
This is an honest (and inspiring!) discussion about achieving goals in a healthy way and the skills you used to combat negativity. We have a HUGE problem in our society with perfectionism getting in the way of embracing confidence and authenticity, and with this video and your blogging journey, you’ve combatted that. When you said, “I should have been celebrating small victories” instead of worrying about negative feedback. When you remembered to give yourself an A without it being 100% -THIS is what so many people need to be taught, so that they can cultivate compassion for themselves and confidence!! And those types of skills (being nice to yourself, getting back on the horse when you’ve fallen off, changing the plan to fit YOURSELF above all) are valuable to everyone, regardless of whether they’re struggling with these same goals or not. Thank you for your hard work!!!
Im so sad people took your fitness journey against you. I know you just wanted to inspire everyonr and share your story with us. Thanks for always inspiring me to be better!!
Thanks for making this video Cassey! I had no idea you went through all this, and I’m glad you’ve been able to be honest. You’re so brave for continuing to be in the public eye despite the criticism. Do what is best for yourself!
I don’t know why but when I was watching this I thought to myself how she kind of looks like Dr lee from doctor pimple popper lol
I’ve been doing Pilates along with Insanity…. at the same time on my xbox fitness oh my goodness… sometimes I have too stop! I did my pilates going on day 4 I work out 30 to 40 minutes a day… I really hope I will lose all the weight I want too:(
You are an inspirational woman! Your videos have helped me carry on with my weight loss journey
Cassey, that’s so sad you’ve received so much negativity. I’ve watched your videos since Pop Pilates and weather your weight is up or down, you’ve always had a killer body. Thanks for killing me daily in my living room!! You’re uplifting, sunny and fun:) Also, way to go on the 17 lbs!
I cant believe she mentioned the 2012 bikini competition, I started following her back then. At 12 years old I wanted to have her body and was weight obsessed (society smh), I was also doing her 90 day challenge from back then ( tried but failed ) and stayed doing her monthly calendars until I turned 14 and got into crossfit. At 17 I stopped working out alltogether and now at 20 Im back in this channel trying to finish her workouts (forever the hardest). Since I was 12 Cassey has been someone I’ve looked up to, and it’s very sad to see all the backlash she gets, back then I loved reading her blogs and how genuine she was during her blogs and workout talks with us. Thats what made so many people love her I think. Im glad she is gaining her confidence back. I wish nothing but the best for her (: The best trainer I’ve had
