The only people that need to be careful with this are people with type one diabetes. However people with type two diabetes have been treated incorrectly by medical experts for years. Again check out Dr. Jason Fung for more information on type 2 diabetes and how he is helping his patients to reverse the disease through intermittent fasting. Lastly you have the myth of eating 5 to 6 times per day. As I said before that does not speed up your metabolism. All that does is keep your insulin levels high. And I have already explained the results of that. Again I am not sharing something that I have not tried. Intermittent fasting in conjunction with keto has been a complete game changer for me. We need to start being a little more open minded to these ideas because the fact is true that we have got it wrong for years. Sometimes I feel sorry for folks who have to “acquire” the taste for fish. It’s probably my favorite meat. Salmon especially. I usually steam it along with my broc or brussel sprouts, loaded with herbs & spices.

I don’t now how im supposed to do stuff like this, i need to wake up for school at 6:00 am and i want to get 8 hours of sleep wich means going to bed at 10 pm i cant bring whole meals with 5 different types of foods to school and eat that in a 10-15 min lunch break. Not really, as protein comes from what the animal eate in the first place. So your eating protein that has been eaten already, eat vegs and remove the middle man, get the protine from the source.
We were never meant to eat meat or dairy (which humans only began consuming 6,000 years ago), our bodies are not designed to eat flesh and our health is suffering because of it. When I stopped drinking pop I lost 10 pounds in 1 and a half months, I used to drink pop a lot, about 3 to 5 cans a day.
If I already hit the calories goal to gain weight (2400kcal/day), should I consider eating more calories on a training day in order to create a surplus? How many should I add back, or I should just stick to this 2400 calories goal without considering too much?
