Year after year, I have tried and failed miserably at having a fitness routine. I’m lazy. I hate working out. And I recently thought that maybe the problem is that every time I commit, I commit to this very long workout routine at the gym that occupies such a large portion of time that I come up with any excuse in my mind not to do it. I recently read a bunch of articles that discussed the benefits of 10 minute workouts. I live in an apartment so I tried to use that as an excuse but that’s why I’m here. I’m all out of excuses. no going to the gym, no 60 minute commitment, no loud noises. Thank you so much for uploading this. Since I do figure skating it’s much easier for me to balance but I’ve seen people who struggle with balance for this exercise, practice balancing on one foot with your eyes closed for a minute every day, I find that this really helps with my balance

It made me CRINGE seeing Anna in supine for some of the exercises, supine (laying on your back) should be avoided after the first trimester especially the third trimester to avoid vena cava syndrome!!

I love doing them and I am able to manage for the most part, except for one small area of dificulty, which is pain and weakness in one of my wrists that prevents me from any pushing with my hands, especially on one side such as the side plank & up to down dog to touch the ankle. It would be much appreciated if you could show modifications for any poses that required to put load on the wrist that would allow me to continue doing these pilates without skipping a move. Thank you so much!

Gosh, Popsugar I love your workouts, but geez, a lot of these trainers have terrible alignment (the other women are doing better!). They’re also doing things that we know to be not good for joints (say, lateral raises above the shoulder). Keep giving us workouts with good form and fewer like this one please:-D

This is my favourite workout that I label personally as my prenatal workout. I focus on moving fluidly and understanding my body’s ability and limitations. Sciatic pain has been with me since the 2nd trimester (still hurts now) which takes me away from exercising. Having been familiar with FB since 2012, I find your videos somewhat therapeutic and motivating (better than “real prenatal workouts” available on Youtube). Now, at 30 weeks pregnant, I am prepared to practice this daily in my own pace while searching for some more level 2-3 FB workouts to switch up. Thank you xx

i did this workout right when it came out and still come back to this video when i feel i need a good workout. for anyone who is feeling unmotivated…i had never done any fitness challenge before or forced myself to stick to a particular workout for 7 days straight but let me tell you…i lost about 6.5lbs (3kg) in one week. my mind was blown and i was so happy! you. can. do. this.

day 1: hard as hell, haven’t worked out in like a month so yeah
day 2: definitely did better today took a lot of breaks but it made me push it trough even more
day 3: its not like i’ve seen major changes in my body but it has definitely made my mental health bette since ive been feeling productive
i had a MAJOR upgrade in the way i do the exercises which is obvious that with the time ill get even better. they’re becoming a lot easier and im taking very little brakes, mostly because of me changing the music but overall im feeling happier

I have been following blogilates workout since i was in high school. I kept doing the workout until the early years of my college life. It has been almost 2 years now since i stop working out. A week ago i found this and i finally tried it today, i can’t do the third round! Omg i feel like i was about to throw up so i stopped. Really grateful you guys created this workout. The days after a migraine, I do this one. It helps me relax while keeping me toned and active without too much cardio, on the days my body is too fatigued to even consider HIIT.
god is my first day and i took like two breaks, i had no energy after the half of the second one and i was devastated when i realized there was a third time. but at te end i did, not that well as i would have liked but its a start
second day: is easier if put music on your phone while doing it, you get distracted from the time. also between the sets i took like a minute and a half break to make things easier and be more aware of my body

This workout is good and challenging and never get boring. However too much advertisement, it was disruptive. I wish they do it during h water break it there had to have many ads playing.
I also have slight lordosis, nothing too much, and I found that If I focus on keeping my belly button down towards my spine it helps to keep my lower back firmly on the mat.

This wasn’t good:( My weak arms didn’t let me to finish any of the postures. I had to stop and take a break so many times. Don’t have the good feeling. I have to continue trying. Maybe one day it’ll get better.

While I was doing the plank Jack I got in trouble from me trying not to fall. My mom shouted from downstairs “what is that!?” Its also 1:42 PM on a Saturday. I usually do my workout at 6:00 AM. But I was exhausted

Just awesome yoga workout, seriously this is the YouTube channel I visit every morning. It helped me a lot I can feel the same level fitness in 15-20 mins which you usually get after spending an hour in gym. The combination of asanas yoga practice is so well balanced gives you complete cardio without getting any strain or injury. 5 star from my side. Keep up the good work, make world a healthier and happier place.

I usually love what you guys do and what you guys stand for, but I can’t get behind this video because the title is so so so not aligned with the message, and it just isn’t mindful. It’s so so toxic. I thought we were supposed to love our bodies. Now we want them to cry? Mindfully building muscle is much healthier, especially for your mind, and it’s much more rewarding in all aspects. As someone who has suffered from anorexia for many years along with body dysmorphia, I’ve found yoga to be a way that I can connect with my body while also working it out, a nice balance that allows me to be soft and care for my body after so much abuse. Body acceptance is a h a r d goal to reach, but I am working so hard. You guys are amazing and have beautiful souls, but please don’t bring toxic body talk into this! <3 still love and support you guys.

I am here for April 2020 calendar workout and I did this twice. Making sure I did the opposite side of the “one-sided” (single legged squat and lift) moves on the second round and then continued to the next workout.

Even some of the weight lifting on other videos is just too much for my elbows, wrists, ankles &/or shoulders. But moving is the whole point, and I CAN do that. Love this one, and others that alternate between abs & cardio. I bought one of your workouts, but I just love the whole workouts you post on Youtube! lol

This is the perfect video. My best friend and I always did FB together. Back in November I had a brain aneurysm and have been terrified to get back into working out. I have missed you guys so much and this is going to be a great way to ease back in somewhat normalcy. I know you have had your own journey with your health too. I have been following this couple for over five years and because of them I was confident and strong. Then about a year ago I broke my fibula and needed a plate with 8 pins. Thought that was the worst of it but nope, I developed CRPS from the break (it is a terrible neurological disease). Without getting into to much, I have missed my workouts. This one by far in all the five years of watching was perfect for me and my disorder! I feel like the old me a bit again! Please keep these kinda workouts going for the ones who yearn for the true burn! Nice Job Kelli!!

I finished this exercise for the July calendar which felt like a workout on its own. It was great and I wish this was the only video for today. It is late at night here when I did this exercise so I wonder if I’ll finish the expected exercises for today.

I love all your workouts but this is probably one of my favorites. I had to run some errands with my son after work and got home much later than usual so I didn’t have time to do my full routine before dinner. This allowed me to still get a work out in, including some cardio, and still have time for my family. I love that you provide modifications and go over proper form as well ☺️

Thanks for this workout! Like many of the others who have already commented. I suffer from chronic pain and I’m not able to do HITT workouts anymore. This one was perfect and I was able to do almost everything. That doesn’t happen very often for me in online workouts anymore! Please make many, many more of these types of workouts!:) they are perfect.

I had the beginnings of a migraine in my left eye this morning. i wanted to workout, but knew that too much jostling around would have aggravated it. This exercise was perfect for me today.

Love the exercises and the lack of music allows me to concentrate on form. I would like more instruction on breathing in each exercise, as well as how to accommodate things like neck or shoulder strain during pilates exercises because I’m sure I’m doing it wrong when it hurts in those areas

#workoutcomplete I love the variety of workouts! Never disappointed. Plus I don’t feel guilty about having to modify due to terrible knees. Instead of split jumps, I do a boxer shuffle or ‘step out’ jumping jacks. I like that I’m encouraged to push my own personal limits but never to the point of true pain, discomfort maybe, pain? No. Thank you for your dedication.

I found this to be a great ‘active rest’ workout when you’re sore from yesterday but still want to get your body moving!
