Many kinds of weighted shoes are not flexible: Weighted shoes can feel extremely comfortable—until you try to walk. Walking shoes need to flex as your foot flexes through the step. If you can’t twist and flex the soles, they are not suitable for fitness walking. This is true for any shoe—stiff shoes are not good for walking.
Some weighted shoes may be designed to flex. Be sure to test them. When it comes to walking, most people put on any old pair of sneakers or flip flops and go about their daily activities.
Some may even choose loafers or high heels, depending on the day or event. However — and especially when it comes to walking for fitness — it is important you have walking-specific shoes on.The side-to-side fit of the shoe should be snug, not tight.
Women with wide feet might consider men’s or boys’ shoes, which are cut a bit larger through the heel and the ball of the foot. Walk in the shoes before buying them. They should feel comfortable right away. Make sure your heel fits snugly in each shoe and doesn’t slip as you walk.
Walking is easy, and just about everyone can do it. While walking without weights is perfectly beneficial, the added weight elevates the exercise to a new level. A key change is in the upper body workout.
Walking, like running and jogging, works primarily the lower body and a little bit of the core, leaving the arms, chest and shoulders with a lot less to do. If walking is your.A good walking shoe will flex at the forefoot, as walkers should push off with their toes.

Walking shoes are built for comfort, first and foremost. This has traditionally meant that they’re not always the most sexy (or cute even), but they’ll undoubtedly keep your feet and body happy.A walking shoe should have a supportive heel counter (back of the shoe), the midfoot should be supportive and flexible to permit the natural stride, and the shoe should be able to.

Hi Jessica. You are beautiful and competent. This morning I introduced the jogging in place exercise into my workout. After exercising, and in the following hours, I felt a little bit of pain at my ankles (I did my workout barefoot). Is it normal when you jog in place for 20 minutes or do you think being barefoot can overload the ankles? Thank you!
First young people get compression fractures. Im 26 now fractured at 22. Secondly anger and her thoughts are what come with pain that you didn’t want her to talk about! Suicide rates are ridiculous with chronic back pain so her talking about her anger can benefit others. The thing you chose to not let her talk about. Being in pain is not fucking rainbows so stop diluting what it is.
I live in a small town and maybe overthinking how dumb I’d look but I wouldn’t mind packing a bag with weight and just walking around and building endurance & strength.
for running i like wearing reebok (not any type i like the light and flexibly one that i can band with my hands ) and for the gym or normal workout i wear sketchers.. BUT AT HOME when i workout with you i dont wear shose
4 inch increase in vertical jump is pretty amazing. Beyond that yeah no thanks lol
I was very interested in this episode as I always workout barefoot. This works for me!
Hello,
Very interesting subject, I workout barefoot whenever I can but my floor is a bit slippery. I wanted to Jessica or to anyone in the community ask what kind of shoes she’re using in her Barre DVD, and if they help stability. I’ve looked through the comments here and in the other video about shoes but couldn’t any information.
Thank you! Ale
So instead of using an excessive amount of weight, what about using less weight to keep control of your movements while training or sparring. Because that’s what I saw Goku doing even with the weighted clothes on.
Hi this is the first time I have managed to find my way into the comments area. Thumbs up for this ‘numpty’.
I am a ‘no shoe’ person by choice as often as possible. Have never been able to wear heels! Although sometimes it is essential depending on what surface I am working out on. SueH
1:46 At least a 140 kilograms Over 300 pounds. (ball comes into him but blocked) Get that crap outta here, Krillin, no one wants you here. Krillin owned count: infinity.
I usually workout barefoot, but I can’t do a lot of the high impact exercises right now. I’ve never been a “shoes” person so I never really liked wearing them. However, yesterday I wore my tennies all day and my feet felt great, so I don’t know. My active rest day yesterday was spent baking yellow and chocolate cupcakes and turning them into Minecraft characters for my son’s birthday party today so I had a busy day:)
Well if you wanted really accurate info on the amount of weight goku has you should have used like episode 3 or 4 of DBZ, goku tells the exact weight of each piece as he takes them off
Hmm I’m not quite sure on one side your body adapts to whatever you use it for. For example if I were a gamer (which i am ) I’d be skinny and have pale skin. However your muscle fibres break down when you train and regrow stronger when you rest and sleep so if your body is under a continuous strain I’m not sure if you’d get “buff”
hi @jessicasmithtv I have a question is jogging or hiit is better for weight loss? please answer me if you can because I hate jogging:p and thank’s I love you xx <3
I just started rucking in a pair of army boots. What a work out
I do as much as I can barefoot, I only put shoes on if I see the workout involves a lot of jumping.
A couple times a week now I’ve been rucking around the reservoir in Central Park, NYC. I started with 35 lbs going just under 6 miles at about 15 minutes/mile if I push. Sometimes I “trot” but make sure my feet never leave the ground and I am always naturally conscious of form and mechanical efficiency. The whole reason I started was as a lower-impact alternative to running. Appreciate what you said about stretching and going for speed first before weight/distance. I’m 41.
I just have a L1 compression also it’s only been two weeks the doctor said by the end of the eight weeks I should be back to work and on my way to normal life again hope this is true
Hey! Thanks for watching. Loved how this episode turned out. You can find all of the resources I used in the show notes. I see a lot of angry comments, but remember, the question was should YOU wear weighted clothing. Goku is a super buff alien and he can obviously pull it off, but would using our Earth-version of weighted clothing give you similar benefits? Keeping that in mind, I stand by my conclusion. KH
If I am doing high impact exercises, I wear shoes. When I’m going @blogilates, I usually don’t wear shoes.
Really love ur workout videos!! Pls have more barre workout! Already finished all ur workout videos! Sending love from singapore:)
I don’t the fact that she had Prolia for four years and this happened after she came off of it.
Hi Jessica! Great épisode!
I prefer wearing shoes during my workouts because I have special soles that help me to correct my posture.
I would like to know what are your recommendation for active rest days. What do you do on your active rest days?
Thanks a lot!
Flo
Interesting video; however, it was not clear if this woman has actually had back surgery of any type? Thank you.
Question, how often should I change my workout routine? I don’t want my body getting used to one particular exercise. Thanks!
I recently had a bone dexe scan, it was confirmed I had osteoporosis also the operater told me that I had four compression fractures on my spine, on the report sheet it says lumber spine L1-L4 Zscore=-5.3 Tscore=-5.7 BMD =0.536 I would like to know what this means, is lumber spine L1 to L4 mean the fractures, the only thing I have been given is calcium supp’s and Allendronic asid tablets one a week it can take a year to have any affect at all plus side effect,it can kill the nerves in the jaw bone, scary stuff, I have c,o,p,d, so I have been on three diff, innhalers for years they contain steroid, I am told that is likely to have caused my osteoporosis, no health person ever told me to get calcium supp’s or any preventative measure which makes me mad, I am 64 men don’t usually get osteoporosis I should sue my Quack.
Plz mujhe koi y bata sakta h ki plaster se kuch relaxed ho paye ga
Nah to improve correctly all you need is situps, pushups and plenty of juice
Just started first walks with weights. Can you recommend shoes? Boots? ( Montpellier, France)
I love working out barefoot and I never wear shoes. I do however work out on a cushioned floor which substitutes for cushioning in shoes, but it allows me to utilise all my foot muscles and improve balance. I think as long as you are not too heavy and adjust to it gradually, it can become the most natural thing.
Youtubes spying on me I said out loud I’m gonna buy weighted clothes
…. (I pressed the post button to soon!) when I do wear shoes I usually go for split sole jazz trainers, very comfy shoe.
My son is 7 years old and he can’t walk too, so pls help to provide me with the contact or email. It’s my pleasure to know this.
The word is cerebral palsy I know cuz I’ve got it’s not what you saying pronounce it right cerebral palsy
Is it possible if we used it with very light weights and proggresively adding them?
Yeah this would be a bad idea especially for me cuz I’m basically a stick figure
Will it affect my other gains(triceps chest days etc) because of the calories loss?
Speaking of Captain America, if I am not mistaken, the comicbook version is not necessarily super strong,, the serum didn’t increase his strength but rather altered the release of the lactic acid that builds up in his muscles when moving something extremely heavy or running farther/faster, slowing that release so his muscles can work longer and lift greater weights beyond what a normal human can, so he is not so much super strong as his muscles can function at their peak physical ability/tolerance.
So if we could be genetically enhanced to be as strong and durable as Kakarot/Goku, could we possibly get the same benefits?
I’ve been humping good ole ALICE for 16 years now, and not once have I strayed….Rucking makes you tough and tough dudes are 1,000% more useful in life.
The increases you state seem very significant from an athletic perspective!
Really enjoying your channel! I’m 48, fat, but otherwise in good shape, no knee, back or other health problems. Pretty active, do a lot of hunting, fishing and some hiking. Haven’t done any rucking since my army days 1990 to 1994. Few months ago I dug old ALICE out of the basement and got her all cleaned up, repaired and packed with some camp essentials. About 35# of weight in her. Every other day I carry her on a 2.3 mile course through a local park while walking the dogs. Haven’t been timing myself, but my walks usually take about an hour to hour and 15, lots of up and down small hills, a considerable amount of that is spent fooling with the dogs, fetch, etc. Great way to break in boots. I want to start doing some longer rucks on local dirt country roads to get in better shape. I get what you are saying about speed being better than distance. What do you think a good starting distance would be? I was thinking 5 miles to start. Roads around here have hills, but gentle slopes.
Anyone else think he looked like chris hemsworth in the thumbnail
I have a T-6 compression fracture that was an Incidental Finding on a chest X-Ray I had in 2007 after a car accident. The radiologist noted the fracture was old and of “indeterminate” age so I could ‘t claim it as an injury from the accident according to my attorney. He also noted I had mild scoliosis which I never knew. I don’t understand why the radiologist couldn’t say how old my T-6 compression fracture was. I also had an MRI of my back to see if there was other damage but there was only normal degenerative changes for my age at the time (39). I am 53 now and my back problems are getting worse. I have a dull ache in the middle of the back and I wonder if they are related to my t-6 fracture or if I have developed other fractures. I am waiting to see my PCP so I could get another X-Ray and/or MRI.
Yeah I’ve been rucking for a year or so now. Everything he said is correct. I’m smashing out 12km (7.5 miles) in under 1h 50 mins carrying 30lbs, 4 times a week.
I’m absolutely ripped. I seriously don’t need to actually do any other exercise…although I do like to throw in a few pull ups on my off days. 😉
The only real side effect is that after a short while, you need to take a massive shit as soon as you finish! haha
he is 9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999… times stronger
This technologically isn’t fair bc goku’s planets gravity is strongers then earths
Been rucking for months now. I used to have trouble with 9kg, now im walking my dog with 18kg. Dont really track my walks but i basically just walk my dog when i ruck so its reallllly convinient. I noticed i got what i would call “Real world Strong”, like working strong, physical labour strong, i live in the hills and mountains so thats a plus. I used to do Prison style workouts but i dropped all of that because i simply dont need it anymore. I am only doing pullups, rucking is my main strengh excersise and endurance excersise (apart from cycling as well) and im in the shape of my life (and i tried alot of different shit). This is by far the most useful, multifunctional.
And i partly disagree with the tennis shoe part. I think you can ruck in them IF you Supplement your other walks and activities with barefoot shoes.
Are you an idiot? Comparing a anime with real life? Anyways Weighted training in martial arts have proven effective many times in past, unlike this shit, the weights can be used to strengthen the user and not increase the “power level” like in boxing or MMA the fighters use Light weighted dumbbells to practice punches while shadow boxing, that improves accuracy and punching power. Similarly if a person uses light weights not 140kilos they will get stronger, unlike vest and shirt a person should use 5% of his/her idea weight the best bet can be having a light weight bag, also precision is more important than strength in a fight and for a fighter. So anyone can integrate this in their daily training regime and get stronger anyways.
What weights like gokus oooh you mean the ones in kamis training oops too late I got 30 lb of weights I use them every week then I wash them then again and again for 2 years
Thsnk you for the great interveiw.Just wondering,Is it possible to inrease bone density after an osteoporatic spinal fracture?I fractured my L2 and am wondering if you ever see bone density increases in your clients with spine fractures and osteoporosis, or is it extremely rare or nearly impossible to do.
Except all of this is inaccurate data because Goku isn’t a human being and doesn’t possess the same physiology as one because he’s a Saiyan. We know when a Saiyan is seriously injured or on the brink of death, they get stronger when they recover. So though years of intense training under high amounts of gravity and whatnot may just help him more than you think. He was born on a planet 10x Earth’s normal gravity after all, so even as a child he was already stronger than most grown men on the planet.
Hey I did push ups with like 5lbs on me and I did 200 nonstop when I took them off and then tried it next day I did 600 nonstop
I love you Jessica! You’re awesome and I LOVE your workouts! Please tho, just tell me what is that large green glow in your glasses! Lol
i yust wanted to get riped by breathing hard enough why do you have to ruin it
These studies are vastly too shallow to have a definitive answer to this question. For example, the weights on the wrist and ankle cause joint problems because people are starting off with 5 lbs. That’s like trying to bench your body weight the first time then concluding that benching has no benefit because it crushes your chest. Did they do these studies over a five year period starting with like, a half pound the SLOWLY increasing the weight, strengthening the joints and connective systems as well? I think not. Don’t think just because a study has been done that the question has been answered.
I wasn’t kicking or punching with them but I lived In weights for over a year. Worked in them too. No joint pain for me neither.
On king kai’s planet, the weights goku used there is even heavier.
I’m Surprised the Gravity Capsule Corp didn’t Compress Goku and Vegeta into pintsized Supermario Bros.
This was confusing I thought this was avengers cause the guy looks like Thor but it’s also dragon ball
Former 173rd 11b, since the gyms are closed here in California, been rucking the hills most days. Think i might quit the gym when this is done and just ruck. I remember EIB ruck try to keep that standard. My wildland firefighter qual ruck is 3 miles, 45 min with 45lb ruck. Pretty easy.
2:30 was like i had a mixture of thor and ace ventura in front of me
I workout barefoot. For me it’s more comfortable and I feel lighter:P
Follow up Question: In the video interview with Brenda titled: How to Treat a Compression Fracture, you said, regarding the weighted Kypho-orthosis vest you’d show the vest “later on”. When is later on? or When was later on? How do I get to view that showing? Thank You.
In the original japanese version, they said the total weight of Goku’s clothes was 100 Kg.
You litteraly look like Oliver’s girlfriend from ARROW but a male version
increasing your vertical leap by 4 inches and a second off a 40 time if that was the distance is pretty significant actually. You also wouldn’t expect your endurance (how many pushups you can do to be effected as much) as how much weight you could push.
If you wear clothes your already wearing weighted clothing because clothes usually weight something
So i’m not the only person to wonder if vest weights and ankles, waist, and other weights are worth using and if they would make anything stronger or not. I assume they would since as someone who use to be a weightlifter/bodybuilder they are weights but up until a few years ago the thing never crossed my mind… But every time i see the vests and such i wonder…
This video is NOT one year old I swear I watched this in 9th grade
I trained a young girl with cerebral palsy to walk again…and run
Whhyyyyyyyyyyy I’m dying from special effects puns and the green screen
If this doesn’t work im gonna continue with my saitama regiment of training
i think it depends on what type of exercise you’re doing too; and we LOVE peanut:):)
noises or not:)
Im 44 been diagnosed with 7,8 a 9 fracture over a year ago, but previously about 10 years ago my GP thought it was a slip disk!! nor untill I ended up in Hospital with severe chest pains that they gave me a back xray! so yes get a 2nd answer. The only treatment I have are very strong painkillers which take away some of the pain. Like this lady I am the same, how will I be when im older? Great video thank you.
“Man it is cold out here… Its like i’m in a freiza” me instantly…booooooooo
Hi Jessica, I really love all of your workouts. They have helped me tremendously to keep off a 90lb weight loss. I was wondering, when trying to loose weight, but the scale isn’t moving,( despite following the proper diet and exercising regularly), what is actually happening in the body during this “stagnant” time. I know weight loss eventually resumes, and I’ve always heard that the body is “changing,” but exactly how I don’t know. Thanks so much for all you do!! I really respect your expertise.
Angie
So here’s a question If the rotational force is too much to handle when wearing weighted shoes & wristbands, why not slowly increase the weight over time? Start off with just like Half a pound, then increase to a pount, etc. This will (I think?) get your body adapted to such forces, or at least adapted to resisting them.
Is this method of thinking incorrect, or does nobody know for sure?

Hi Jessica…love your workouts and the variety you offer…helped me lose about 8 lbs so far:) I have a question for you I have a very weird knee problem…I can walk, jog and even jump during workouts without no pain at all, but lunges and squats are really painful for me, do you know why I have this issue? Thanks!
Army standards are 15 min mile at what weight?
I just started rucking not too long ago, using about 50 lbs, and having trouble getting below 17 min mile. It is about 30 degrees these days. FML! Thanks for your service!
Thank you for the video. Those that have never had a Dexa bone density test SHOULD PUSH FOR IT! Those that are told (as in ER a doc told me) that “your pain it is only a “muscle sprain”.. SHOULD ALSO PUSH FOR THE DEXA TEST! In fact, they should demand for that test. If you all are placed in some kind of pill, injection, or else, READ AS JOE BLACK (below)SEEMS TO HAVE DONE IT! All those treatments have terrible side effects. So, any treatment is up to you all to stop it, in time, after reading, after seeing some result and continue on your own before getting worst due to the treatment. There is no real cure yet for osteoporosis. The Dexa will show some “improvement” in “density” of one point (From -4.9 to 3.8…) but… that kind of bone is fragile and brittle, like a new plastic object (flexible)compared to another one placed to the sun for days (breakable). Search for Algae Calcium and take Vit D3 NEVER LESS than 1000 IU (in fact, they advise on 1000 to 2000 IU daily) and request Vit D blood test to keep checking it, as well as Calcium, to keep them within its highest normal range. For Vit D3, I keep it the highest (50-100) at 80-95. Vit D3 is one of the few Vit. that its excess does not lead to toxicity, I read once.
Read, prove me wrong. Osteoporosis is an individual chemistry problem. My mom at 102 had better bones that myself, being 30 years younger. She fell on the carpet in 2018 (a third fall in 10 years) she broke nothing. Weightbearing Exercise, stop lifting heavy weights unnecessarily just to show off!!
Well thing is, a 100 kg person that doesn’t train at all, vs a 50kg person that doesn’t train at all, will be stronger and have better developed muscles, that’s a fact.
Sure, training (especially fighting) with the weighted clothing would be a bad idea, BUT how about living your normal life with extra weight on you? Nothing extreme, just like 20% extra weight on you, and without doing anything extreme, just living your normal life, no running or anything?
Shouldn’t that theoretically make you passively stronger without the risks? Since you’re not actually putting any dangerous stress on your body.
I fell backwards in to a tiled floor and fractured T9&T10 and burst the discs. Pain excruciating That was 10 months ago! I am still in pain and can’t sit without a pillow behind me. I can now walk using an elbow crutch to ease the compression, but not for more than 30 minutes. I’m experiencing all the negative effects that Margaret Martins client spoke about. It’s life changing. I feel very depressed at my inability to do what I used to do.
Thank you. Very helpful. I recently fell and have compression fracture in three discs and was diagnosed with osteoporosis.
Can Brenda stay up all day.. I need to bedrest every 2 or 3 hours.

Jess! Any chance of some low impact plyo routines? Love to improve speed/agility/reactions for sports but need to keep it gentle on the body… TY
HELLO JESSICA, I AM PASSIONATELY INTERESTED IN A HEALTH AND WELLNESS CAREER. AS A RETIRED RN WHO HAS SOME EXPERIENCE IN THIS AREA, I WOULD LIKE TO NOT LOSE THE EDUCATION I HAVE OBTAINED. WHAT ARE THE STEPS I NEED TO TAKE AND ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
Good thing you don’t collect heels. Sneakers look better than heels, and they are healthier.
Thank so much for both of you, for the interview! it will be really knowledgeable!i have also suffered from Compression Fractures in the lumbar area(5 vertebrae:first there were L2,L3). In a year, there came again compression fractures of L3, +L4, L5.It happened because i did some wrong stretching exercises.I am having the same pain and now(after 7 months i began doing some easy exercises, watching videos that i found on the YouTube.I am happy to walk now!!! I know GOD LOVES ME! My sister came to me and stayed for about 2 months to help me,and i was better. She made me homeopathic injections herself(she is a medical assistant).
THANKS TO GOD there was a Man from your country who showed his Real Help (He came to my former pupil on a tour to Moldova and stayed at, in her family.).I am so much Grateful to him.I wish he would live healthy and wealthy for long, long years!I am sure, he even doesn’t know that i have written about his deed! P.S.I was the teacher of English, and i am so much happy to know your beautiful language,
it also helps me to learn more! If you want to see and learn about our small but beautiful country you may come and live in my apartment(free of charge) or rent any. Here is my e-mail: [email protected] mail.ru There is no visa for visiting Moldova.
In this video Margaret you said you’d “show” us the weighted Kypho-orthosis vest “later on”. How can I access your showing this. I would like to know how to use it and where and how to purchase this and get the right size? I couldn’t find it on your website. How do I find the weighted Kypho-Orthosis vest on your website? I’m asking these questions for a friend of mine who needs this vest as soon as possible.
I love the way Jessica never gives a one-size-fits-all advice:)
I always thought it was necessary to wear shoes with all workouts. Well, maybe except for barre and yoga exercises. From now on I’ll make it a point to test how I feel without using shoes on certain workouts. I can see how it would help improve my balance and strengthen the muscles in my feet. Thanks Jessica! I learned something new today.
Yo nigga idk how the fuck to measure kilograms im American
Im 29 and I have an L1 compression fracture from jumping a 45 ft falls.. I’ll be having my balloon kyphoplasty in two days.. I hope it will reduce my pain and return to my normal activities.. I’ll update you guys soon..I’m hopeful and praying it will be a success..
I LOVE working out barefoot! For the more high impact exercises, I do put my sneakers on for more support. I like my Nike Flex trainers because they’re light and flexible, which is good for strength training workouts. In addition to barre, Pilates, yoga, and your barefoot walking routines, I prefer to go barefoot when kickboxing. I feel like my form and balance is so much better without shoes, but that’s my personal preference.
Afraid of calcium for fear it will damage the heart since costochondritis feels like a 24 hour heart attack to start with, especially when violent spasms make it sometimes nearly impossible to inhale for several minutes at a time.
What kind of fitness guru have you got? Physiotherapist gym instructor, chiropracter… Do you get accupuncture?
They gave me prednisone to help my lung disease I had osteoporosis by the time I was 41 and I they were vertebrae just kept snapping everyone and my back is out of way and I feel like a worthless piece of shit my husband died here all alone and I can’t do anything when the pain gets so bad I put myself to sleep and the pain clinics they are so rude don’t let me run out of my pills and go through detox they could not put any cement in my back because I just kept popping they couldn’t catch him in time and I’m in extreme pain I’m wearing this stupid patch on me it doesn’t do anything I wish I could find a pain clinic that would help me instead of making everything worse
Bruh for those who dont want to waste their time.
You should only wear weighted vests when training.
The footwear can vary I have better luck for a 5mi ruck with minimalist shoes like vibrams.
Okay I watched this some time ago and have seen many issue were you went wrong with your portrayal, the test, nearly everything.
And we are only talking about science here.
For example at 9.30 you put an idiot with a utterly insane unscientific experiment on display.
To explain more in detail:
We get to see Goku after 3 years of training when he returned from his 3 year all day long training with god.
So we dont get to know in which time periods the increase has been done.
But the fool you are referring to, was trying to do the same as Goku did, while being untrained in comparisment.
Let me put this straight:
It would be the same as me in my current condition doing the Iron Man tournament in world record time.
Its impossible, because I lack the training needed to do that.
I cannot lift the world record weight, because of the same reason.
And for the same reason that so called fitness expert lacks the training to sustain the constant added load to his body.
If he on the other hand had started 3 years earlier and would have been increasing the weight over time, then he would have no problem with it at all.
Thats why you failed scientifically on this topic.
Your conclusion is not accurate, and your research was bad, since your did not objectively think this through.
Also without a scientifically experiment with more than one participants there is no sure evidence.
And lastly: what effect will it have when we are no longer under the weight pressure, while doing our trained sport?
Dude, what happened to the vegan unleashed page? Still love the vid. rucking rocks
C’mon, everyone knows Goku’s strength is leagues above cap. Steve is literally a scrawny, puny little kid in front of Goku.
I’m suffering from L1 compression fracture since 9 months and still with a deep pain! Doing everything one need to do. Physiotherapy, pain medication, etc. Nothing shown progress.. Any extra suggestions Please?
You miss something i must say, that Goku isn’t human,he is alien that look like human and called “saiyan”
The only human can resist it is krillin, because he is the actual human,he train to be strong, not just like Goku and Vegeta that already granted strength from child
Hi I found this link, can you please suggest which ruck sack to get. There are many kinds and I don’t know which one to get.

This is not to be mean but yiu kinda look like Thor from the thumbnail
I just found the following article about the findings of the gene that has to do with our problem on osteoporosis. I hope they will not stop there for 50 more years!! https://labblog.uofmhealth.org/body-work/new-study-identifies-causative-genes-osteoporosis
One last advice… keep away from Chiropractors!!! One of them refractured my RIB 6!!! Read, google it, immerse in the subject and….. keep walking and weightbearing exercises.
Fuck Goku get a weighted vest instead!!!! Buy now:D I’m selling 103lb (30ibs) MiR weight bars that go inside a weighted vest if anyone is interested. They’re new and unused, my vest was canceled so I don’t need the bar weights. This is the link to the item. http://ebay.us/dpmKeW?cmpnId=5338273189
Honestly, a good way to simulate the weight, in my opinion, for the shirt is to wear a Ballistics vest
Basically: weighted clothing all the time does damage to the body so only do it for speed training if you know what the fuck you are doing
Thanks to the so called “opioid crisis” I was given n.o.t.h.i.n.g. for pain! Told to take Advil, which I cannot because of stomach problems and tylenol which doesn’t help…i also have arthritis and fibro along with severe osteoporosis since my late 20’s and early 30’s. Never had pain meds. I have been in so much pain with this compression fracture that the thought of suicide has crossed my mind. This opioid crisis is hurting those of us with chronic pain. Guess that’s what they want…depopulatization of us old people (I’m almost 65)…make us kill ourselves because we can no longer deal with pain! Tylenol & Advils and my arthritis meds used to help. And, no cbd oil doesn’t help not enough thc in it and I do not live in a legal state. Cannot smoke it…have had lungs collapsed at 1 time and no I never smoked. Also have costochondritis pain. I react to severe pain by my blood pressure bottoming out and I faint (vasovagal syncope). Sometimes I just wish my blood pressure would not come back up. One of these VVS episodes is how I got the compression fracture.
Question. How much time should i work out? I notice you have very short workouts 10, 15, 20 minutes…is that enough for a day? Thanks and love yaaaa!
Awesome, very informative! Keep these great videos coming man.
Year round I ruck 3 miles every other day with 40lbs wearing nothing but shorts… Even in the dead of winter
hi mam.. i had DLS compression fracture from 4 months and i m under the treatment… now i m feeling better than the first stage but it start pain when i m set anywhere mostly in class chair after 6 or 7 minutes… and i wear the DLS jacket too… now i m getting sometime hopeless that the pain couldn’t recover…. is it recover??????? i need help 03449309900 whtsp
Is using a heavy weighted vest to walk the same as rucking?
But if Yamcha lifted the shirt and he said it’s a 100 kg then it’s said in the manga that each of the clothing Goku removes weighs 100kg then isn’t it,like wild math guess, 400 kg?
Ok u clearly don’t watch the show so lemme explain something to you saiyans like Goku and Vegeta have these things called zenkais which basically makes a saiyan become more powerful when injured so weight training is way better for saiyans
I have no legs, yet i am not crumpled because of gravity. Fraud.
I’m not wearing wear the clothes like Goku I’m just wearing weighted clothes
I ruck 12 miles with a 55lb dry weight pack in the Colorado hills. Usually takes under 2 hours and 45 minutes with no running. I’ve heard that this will cause injuries later down the road. What do you think if I’m doing this weekly and sometimes twice a week?
There no hills in south Texas should I find a tall apartment complex and just take the stairs??
Consuming dairy is the WORST thing you can do for bone strength….despite what the dairy industry wants you to believe. Google dangers of dairy to find out the real truth. Calcium supplements are also detrimental….if you read the scientific studies on them…..of course the calcium supplement industry will disagree!
Ive just started rucking last week, i covered 20 miles carrying 22 pound over 5 days, im 60 years old. Is this too much, i have kept fit all my life though. and normally cover 60 to a 100 miles a week cycling walking running, plus doing light weights
I mean those types of results in only a couple weeks imagine a couple months
Hi I have a question I just started rucking I wear a 10kg vest and also put a 10kg pack in a rucksack is this ok or is it better to put all weight in the rucksack I only do it once a week to supplement my other workouts cheers in advance
Im a window cleaner and started rucking 4 month ago started with 5kg then 10kg now im upto 22kg at a body weight of 69kg the results have been mind blowing il never step foot in a gym again the only problem im havin is after 5 hours im done in and have to it off but my goal in another 4 month is to ruck all day with 30% of my body weight i cover 10 mile per day and half that mileage is climbing a ladder iv dropped from 80kg to 69kg without dieting i feel seriously fit and strongest iv ever been and im 39 i have my 1st 50mile ultra run in may im from scotland and this is making me seriously tuff and strong minded beyond belief
Any recommendation for rucking in snow and cold when it’s dark out? One of the issues here in the winter is that it starts getting dark around 5:30 pm. That combined with plenty of snow (18″ dumps aren’t uncommon) and typical winter temps of around -15C to -25C makes it pretty treacherous to walk with any kind of consistent speed. Would trudging through the snow partially make up for the slower speeds?
Shame on you who has shared this video for making money from youtube. If this os genuine why dont u reply the comments of people. This is really make one sleepless if one knows there is cure of the problem. Share solution and make it reach across all across. Dont need such videos. Need a path.
I’m pretty new to rucking and exercise in general. Would there be benefit to rucking with 17 pounds or is that to low to be beneficial?
Awesome vid! I started rucking exactly as u suggested at the start of the year and whoa has it made a big difference.
Be great to see how u load up your Alice pack to go rucking.
Any good tips on modding old ALICE to take a hydration bladder?
In medicine look don’t do this it will fuck up your joints and give you early onset arthritis.
Monday-long run(2+miles)
Tuesday-sprints intervals(walk-jog-sprint around the block)
Friday-ruck(2+miles)
On top of calisthenics
Push pull
Hold/legs
Push pull
I think I’m liking your style thanks for the videos, am now subbed, I do have hills very near me and do use them. Long history of outdoors stuff.
I watched a video you did on large Alice packs as am just interested in issued gear etc. (Yes I have been issued my own gear myself. Am glad to say.) Am very happy with my gear but good to learn new stuff. All the best from Sussex, England.
I did a 16km Ruck March with 18kg of weight. I did this in Northern Sweden. We started at minus 7 Degress and at the end it was minus 30 Degrees.
My understanding on weighted vests is that when fighters cut weight they add the vest to there workout to match their previous weight so as to not lose the power from the legs and such that comes from losing weight which results in muscle loss as well. It helps keep the speed of your new weight while keeping the muscle in your legs of your previous weight and come fight day the difference in weight won’t affect your fighting style
i lost my first 20 pounds working out without shoes and it left me with a spinal protrusion. if you have alot of weight to lose and you are doing high intensity workouts, dont do it w/o shoes
I remember my time in basic at ft. Benning our first ruck was 8 miles. Built up from there. 55 was my preferred temperature. Hahahahaha. Im gunna have to get the old boots out and just get after it.
Great video and it’s great to see you back… Thanks to the tips I got from yer previous videos you made it so much easier for me when I went up Ben Nevis in the summer xxx
