I drink water daily. I never liked soda so having Sparkling water is same thing. Any carbonated beverage I don’t like at all. I have a 40 OZ water bottle I got at Target. Allows me to have plenty on hand because I drink so much at a time and normally gets filled twice a day. And other favorite everyday beverage is Skim milk. So water total is close to 80 oz per day but summer I tend to drink water almost double in humid weather which is a good thing for sweating.

I’m 17 and I, Well actually the only way you can accurately find out how much water you actually need to consume for your body is by finding out your weight and dividing that number by 2. Whatever number you get afterwards should be in ounces. Whatever you get convert that number from ounces into liters and which ever number you get for example as in my weight is 177 and when I divide that by 2 I get 88.5, now I put that as in 88 ounces. Since I rounded down. Now I check what that amount is in liters, that’s 2.6 liters which makes about 4 and a half water bottles everyday to drink for my weight. Easy and simple, fast and reliable. Although, great video!

I’ve been trying to figure out what is making me feel like crap. I drank. Coffee with 16 oz of water when I wake up because I was under the impression that caffeine makes you excrete more water. So I make my coffee with. 2 and a half tablespoons of coffee and 16 oz water bottle so 3 cups and I usually drank a 16 oz water an hour before or an hour after. But I also put four ounces of milk to 8 oz in it. So I’m drinking 22 to 26 oz with coffee but 16 an hour before after I usually have to go to the bathroom more than once before I start work which is an hour or two after. Then I drink a 16 oz bottle during. All four sections of my 8-hour shift So around every two hours. When I get home, I drink at least one or two bottles of water also. I have a lot of eye fatigue and I experienced a lot of bloating. I think I am drinking too much also my urine is clear. So I am drinking. Around 26 oz with coffee liquid hand 5 or 6/16 oz bottles am I drinking too much? I constantly have eye fatigue.

It’s 12:27pm and I’m a gallon ina half in. Been up since 6:22am.
I love drinking water now. But back when I didn’t I increased my intake by not allowing myself other competing drinks (even juice and flavored water). I trained myself to associate water only with thirst quenching. Now I can drink other things, but I still vastly prefer water.

I’m seeing several comments that have “7.8” in it and I have no idea what it means! I hope it doesn’t have anything to do with math because I failed that several times can anyone help me out?!
I’m like a big V8 engine, I drink a LOT of water. Usually 8-12 bottle a day
