I make a big fruit smoothie for breakfast nothing else. Really good
kale is bitter but if you cut kale then wash it, believe or not it removes the bitter taste. Pomegranates, I cut it in four ways like I would with an orange, then peel the skin its less work and it works

Ma’am, I am taking the dip diet according to which my breakfast after exercise pranayama methi seeds water giloy water is a big plate of 4-5 varieties of fruits mostly 1full mangoe, banana 3-4 big chikoos, 1 bowl of water melon 1 whole apple . Then after 2 hrs I have a similar plate of salads and then health rich lunch usually millets dal vegetables curry. My sugar medications are reduced to half. But after 2 hrs of fruits my sugar levels are showing 196-200 but the rest of the day even after lunch, or dinner or next fasting it is just normal 130 pp and 115 fasting. What should I do? The fruits are showing immediately high sugar but controlling the glucose levels for the whole day

I went to this Japanese Shabu Shabu place where you cook your own food in a broth. They had sliced pumpkin as an option. I thought I would give it a shot. I couldn’t believe how good the pumpkin tasted after it was boiled in the hot broth.
Thanks for the new tips. I am in Australia, and our seasons differ. Still, I get the idea. Sad about pumpkin though. I only started eating it, along with sweet potatoes and carrots, cooked in oven, as an alternative to McDonald’s fries. Still struggle with trying leafy greens, like kale… Love fresh cucumbers and spring onion, reddish and cooked beetroot and cabbage… Dropped potatoes and reduced tomatoes. On the whole, I believe my diet is getting healthier. Thanks for your support.

Cook kale in soups, you can cook it a long time, unlike sprouts which shouldnt be overcooked. You need to leave a bit of crunch. I always steam veg up to ten minutes. K
What the appropriate fruits to eat at night? Lately i started eating oranges much more but i read that orange is not good eating at night because of its acidity..

What about shredded-Brussles-Sprouts salads? I like it with a few pomegranate seeds.
The flaw in this video some of these fruits will never be locally produced because the local climate doesn’t support them. So whether in season or not these fruits will always be more expensive.
Also, where I live (in the Southern Hemispherd) citrus is in season in June / July.
Fruits or any diet will be beneficial for you ONLY if it is in its purest form e.i. unadulterated and organic… I don’t think you can have that in India even if you are ready to spend extra… unless you can grow your own only possible for the farmer himself…same with dairy products specially milk….

My 3yr.old son is eating mostly fruit & some veggies,doesn’t care for meat. I’m concerned that perhaps he is not getting a balanced diet. Could there be an issue of too much sugar?
Fruits is not recommended after sunset….. It’s better to eat at morning in empty stomach.

I just started reading your book last week. I’ve been vegan and gluten free for about four years but didn’t feel amazing lately.
