I have been a lifetime member since 2000 (lost 80 lbs.). I went up and down a few times and a couple of months ago hit my goal again. I never want to go up again, so I’ve really researched weight maintenance. What I am doing is working. I weigh myself every day, attend weekly meetings, but only weigh in once a month at WW. Weighing myself every day and tracking most days has kept me on track. What I’m actually doing is gaining and losing one pound. When I went on vacation for a week, I gained two pounds. This is the trickkeeping on top of this daily makes it a simpler task (only a pound or two to lose if necessary). I have fallen lower than I want, so get to eat a treat to bring it back up. Don’t skimp on exercise. You need to at least walk daily, but you should do something that builds muscle as muscle speeds your metabolism. Also, try to avoid processed foods. WW sells a lot of it. It’s not going to help your health and it’s loaded with crap. I hope this helps someone!
Great video. I’ve signed up today and it’s given me purple. I have to say, I’m pretty nervous about the amount of carbs on this list. I honestly think I need to change to a different colour.
Thank you. I became a lifetime member in January and maintained till March. Since then, it has been a spiral down! I came upon your channel looking for some inspiration—together we can do it!
Wow….so true! Have been on maintenance one year this August. I totally agree, I still go to class and weigh in weekly. I know you will get to your goal again and think you are a beautiful person right now. I only added 3 extra points daily and some weeks I have a gain and then manage to lose it the next week. I have always gone back to binging in the past and this time I realize that is not possible for me. I too have a sweet tooth. Love catching up with you and you always inspire me to get some exercise every day. Hugs. Lorie
I have just completed a week on the purple plan and lost 5lbs. It was great as it stopped my snacking because the meals were so filling. I love the Purple plan!
I am so intrigued by purple but I know that blue is for me. I am in my 4th week of maintenance…so close to lifetime!! ❤
I think purple would be tough for people who don’t like the added starches. Mainly because the smaller amount of daily points that could be used to add something else. Which could lead to eating items they don’t enjoy.
I switched to green as there aren’t that many vegan options on freestyle. Also I list a lot of weight on smartpoints before freestyle.
I wonder if that includes smoked mackerel great vlog and explanation x
amazing as usual, I think im sticking with blue but this would have been my choice if I was maintaining x
I love and appreciate your channel! I am a return Weight Watcher and would like to follow you on Connect. Can you please give me your Connect username? I too regained weight I lost. I am ready to start fresh!
I totally needed to hear this today. I stumbled on your YouTube channel yesterday and it was a Godsend. I’m so grateful for your words!
I just switched fro green after almost a year on blue. I had so much success on blue, but kind of fell off and decided to take the quiz. It recommend the green. I’m kind of nervous because I feel like I’m eating the same stuff just with more points…
I chose green since I am still in weight loss more. I am hoping when I get to goal I can move to one of the others. Right now I want/need more structure. I love that I can easily translate your recipes to my plan!!
thank you for your honesty I have been doing this forever it seems, yes I got to goal once but it has been such a long time ago, as you said I she need to suckered it up and to it,
I chose Green. Before I didn’t eat chicken or fish or eggs so I struggled getting my calories. Lost weight but was hungry all the time. Than I startet upping my points and ate about 30 a day. Still lost weight. So I am very happy about the green Plan because it’s what I did the last month anyway. But I don’t think you can drink more alcohol or eat sweets because you have to point more. But that’s great.
Totally agree xx I’m 10 lbs over goal xx I’m not sure what’s wrong with me I keep watching these videos to gain inspiration, the other day I saw my ww leader at spouts grocery store I thought omg this is a sign lol anyways thanks for keeping it real I need to get back on pp I used to enjoy it so much I don’t know what’s wrong with me x
I agree! I’m a Lifetime Member too. I didn’t change my etools to maintain. I didn’t want the extra 6points…lol and I will count for LIFE!!!!!! I do Cardio only for an 1 hour some days 2 hours. I TRACK TRACK TRACk when I shop only for the week and I scan everything to see how many points before I purchase the item. This method has saved me, because something are just not worth the points in my opinion.
Think I’ll stick with blue especially if parsnips are now zero points.. I love them and they’re a great potato substitute
love all you said!!! I agree its not a diet its a lifestyle. And one I know i will be doing for a lifetime. I think at least if I am gonna do it forever I might as well is have fun with it. And so I am!!! Also I was curious if you use your phone to film or an video camera? The quality is amazing!!! TIA
You got that right!!! The struggle for us lifetime members is real.
I am going Green. I need more structure while I work on my relationship with food. With that said I will still be here watching every video and making it work on Green!!
I’m staying with blue. I’m new to WW and have good luck on the blue.
Thanks. Really hit home with me today as I was pondering this very topic today.
Concise and informative as usual, really love your channel Natasha and you look beautiful x
I’ve struggled on freestyle but persevered. I’m on the plan now. I’ve been on green nearly 4 days and lost -2lbs yesterday. I love green because it’s like the old smartpoints. I feel free is so flexible, I don’t feel hungry and gives accountability x
Totally agree with everything you said. I hit lifetime in 13 months and gained everything plus 30 lbs.
Just wondering…is there no place to put in comments when you watch on your phone? Anyway…recently found you, love you, I’m binge watching your videos:)
Started on the purple plan a couple days ago, my first time doing WW and I love it so far! It’s really encouraging me to think about what I’m eating and stick to healthy meals as I don’t want to waste my points! Even though I love carbs, it’s pushed me to have wholewheat pasta instead of the plain (and less pesto!) and because bread and sugar (my faves!!) still have to be tracked I’m not in danger of bingeing. Loving it!!
Thanks Kate. This video came at a good time. Trying to dig myself out of this hole today. I had thoughts of seeing about attending meetings. I do online only right now.
Looking at the stats I think Blue is for me, last time I was on pro points, long time ago, I was allowed 29 points and a weekly allowance on top of 49, so should I just stick to 29points plus free food on the blue plan now, thanks in advance.
Kate your face looks so thin, a non scale victory, keep it up girl.
I’m so glad you did this video! I was only 5.4 away from my goal (I lost 100 pounds, most of it was as a WW member) but then I went up 9 pounds. I’m struggling to get to goal but I’m working on it. I really believe in this program and know that it will help me get there! I really enjoy your videos!:) Question for you, were you in a WW magazine? I think I remember you saying it in an older video. I have the issue!:)
Thank you for sharing! I hit life time in 2007 and now currently sit 30lbs above goal and that was after raising my goal weight 10lbs to account for getting older. maintenance is harder and meetings often times are not geared to those who hit goal so there is not much to strive for, in theory. I would say, do not be too hard on yourself, find a meeting you enjoy and go. also, track and pretrack, write values and serving sizes on containers. Find a great support system too. great video and thanjs for sharing.
Im almost to my goal weight…I have always said the easy part is losing but where is all the help for After!!! so thanks for putting it out there!! there should be a group for lifetimers….hummmm
Thank you for this, sounds fantastic. I am a old ww customer but when they changed the points I struggled as I didn’t eat or like a lot of what was on the free foods menu but this changed sounds perfect for me. I’ve been calorie counting which has been working well but I do miss the WW meetings and I need someone to actually weight me once a week to keep me on track. X
It is so funny to hear the perspective of different people about the different plans. Some have referred to the blue and purple plans as being more “freeing” because you don’t have to track as much. When I was on Freestyle I still tracked everything. It felt very restrictive to me a good bit of the time trying to focus on choosing from the 0 point list. I felt like my points were used up very quickly if I strayed from that list. I chose the green plan because it feels like a more flexible plan to me. I’m glad WW is finally offering different plans so we can each choose what is right for us at any given time. I think more people will find success this way.
I’m on the green plan and I love it. It’s totally working for me!!
Loving the green plan! Don’t know how I’ve never seen you on here in the WW bloggers!!! Welcome ps loving your hair!
Check out Hannah on carbs channel. She is a vegan an all she eats is Cathy and starchy food with fruits and veggies and she has lost a ton of weight.
This sounds really interesting and I think I agree with what you said on Instagram that this would be great for vegetarians too x
Get off weight watchers!! Learn Keto or intermittent fasting! It is so easy and so much healthier. This is why I stopped WW. IT’S A TRAP
You explain everything so well and so clearly. Thank you so much xx
Hi Natasha, I’ve got to goal weight and am on 16 pts a day. I fill myself with lovely porridge, baked potatoes and wholemeal pasta and rice. I am enjoying this planalthough only lost 1lb( didn’t really need to loose more weight but wanted to try it) love your video, lots of information x
I have been a lifetime member at goal for almost 2 years. Granted this was my 3rd go around on WW, but hey 3rd times a charm right? When I finally obtained lifetime, I also struggled with the “now what?” It wasn’t more than 4 months that I was over my goal weight and had to pay for my meeting. After 2 months of paying, I decided that would be it. I realized that I needed a new goal, which was to tone my body and improve my running times. I found this new goal helped me maintain. I also realized (and this has become my mantra) “what got me to goal will keep me at goal”. What got me to goal? Weekly meetings, tracking, weighing my food. Have I been struggle free since then? No! But I know what I need to do, and if that means I have to pay $15 every week? Then so be it! Money can be a great motivator. Thank you for this video, I know lots of lifetimers struggle, and it’s nice to know you are not alone.
I love your honesty, and your humans and your not alone, I agree with you
Great explanation of the meetings. I’m not really feeling my new leader and may change nights.
brilliant break down Natasha, WW are lucky to have you, you inspire thousands inc me x
I see herring is free on blue plan, would that include rollmops.?
LOL I was literally thinking it was going to be like biggest loser:)
I am staying with what works well for mr, so it’s blue all day long. Like you Natasha, I’m pleased the confusion about smoked fish is sorted out as I love smoked salmon
If you can make eating healthy and good portions a habit then you do not need to count.
I feel it’s harder bc you’re probably frustrated. You put so much work in, then achieved goal. Life happened then you got back in it. You probably have slight burn out, frustration, irritation and anger bc you have to redo what you’ve done. It’s hard to refind focus and that fire. You got this!
Hi Natasha.. thank you for this video, with the Green plan, and the zero points.. can i eat them till im full/satisfied? Obviously not to overfeeding myself.. cos I find myself still quite hungry after a while. Thank you x
Im joining today and going to be on the blue plan. Out of all of them i feel like for me to be starting out having a bit more on the 0 point would be beter, and in a few months if i feel I’m taking advantage too much of the 0 points I’ll go for a more restrictive 0 point plan:) looking fowars to starting!
You are so right. As a Lifetime member at goal, it never ends. I am also always trying to have a loss at the scale every week. I have such a fear of gaining it all back. I have lost 120 lbs and feel soooo much better. But like you said the journey never ends, it’s a lifestyle change. Love WW! Thanks for this video, I needed to hear this. You rock.
Great video so true that it is a lifetime commitment! 5 weeks to go until I get to lifetime. I exercise all of the time and try to limit social engagements each week. If I have a few things scheduled, I at least try to space them out during the week and eat super clean in between. Praying I can keep the weight off. I have never hit lifetime/or goal before so am super excited lost 40 lbs
I will probably go on purple but I will wait for your video first
omg, did I need this…thanks Brianna….Lifetime 3 weeks ago…scared, lost, and nervous…
Lol, I tried to see who thumps down person was…If you see me down then up…hehe
Great video, I myself went for green which is good for me as I always went into my weekly points. This way I have points rolling over now. I did weigh myself and have lost 1lb in 3 days since I’ve been doing the green plan. happy days for me I like the idea tho, if I get bored I can choose A different plan. ❤️
I agree with Julie below. I’ve been at lifetime since 2011 and working for WW since 2013. I officially weigh in at a meeting once a month, but I weigh myself at home every day. I track and weigh and measure to stay in control. I get new food ideas from watching YouTube. There’s no perfection here. I need to exercise more and drink more water. But that gives me something to strive for. You did it before and you can do it again!!
I will wait till I also see your purple video before I make my choice. Thanks Natasha
Amazing plan for veggies or vegans this one! not to mention carb fiends! Thought it may be helpful to get this up a day early as I’m looking forward to all the seasonal WW content Hope this helps and let me know if your thinking about the purple plan Or like me you don’t need the potato temptation x
Hi Natasha, great vlog as always, I am happy to stay with Blue and that parsnips are now zero x
brilliant video and you really have a natural talent with explaining this so well and simply x
I’ve never heard it was easy. It’s a forever journey. Thanks for your great honesty.
I just rejoined WW in the purple plan and I love the new 0pt foods. We don’t eat a lot of meat in our house, so things like quinoa and beans being free make it really easy to get plant based proteins on WW
Welcome to the Green plan and I really hope this helps if your wondering about which plan to choose! I feel like this is the plan that will appeal to a lot of people because dailies are that little more flexible and the great area of free point food is less! Are you a Greenie? Let us know what you chose and why or what your thinking about choosing x
I was on the Purple plan for two weeks and did well. However, I didn’t eat as much oatmeal, brown rice and potatoes as I thought I would. I’m excited to start the Green plan today! . Thank you for an excellent video!
As an ex ‘No Counter’ the Purple Plan is ideal so therefore it is my chosen plan and I love it! The only thing that’s different is that on No Count we used to have low fat bread that was free and a few other things such have now been removed. For someone who wants to lose weight is 16 points daily. Obviously for maintaining it would be slightly more. I love the freedom of the Purple Plan and am enjoying it xx
I am soooo glad I don’t need to worry about all this if anything my style of eating is similar to yours so thats all fine..I am indulging in a almond latte and a couple of the most cutest mini star shortbread bidciuts which I picked up in sainsbury…. u need them in ur life natasha for ur coffee after the school run ha ha px
What a treat to see you twice in one day, I think I’m seriously considering green, thanks for the info and I know I always say this but you get prettier with every video
I have been stuck on Freestyle. I am excited about following the plan.
funny cause whent I wnet off I started losing weight, no counting points, im not hungry, just by eating healthy and working out im now a size 4 was a 6..i even eat cheesecake LOL give up WW
I hit goal 4 weeks ago. So far I’ve been slacking in tracking but am still 2 pounds under goal. Just been staying mindful and weigh at home every morning. That seems to be working. I am hoping in two weeks, after Lifetime, the fact that I need to weigh in officially once a month that my goal number will be my motivator. I appreciate your confession video as it has made me think about NOT letting myself get too lax in tracking. Thank you!!:)
I’ve been maintaining 21 years by tracking and planning
I love tracking
I really need the structure
I’m a Classic points person
I’m going green because I loved the smart points b4 free style. I’m so glad I have the choice now
I feel like brushing her hair I know it’s supposed to look messy but this one was a fail omg lol
The Purple Plan reminds me a lot of Slimming World which I did well with when I lived in England. So I’m going to give it a go.
Well said! I am 15+lbs away from my lifetime goal! I made lifetime years ago and quit. It IS a lifestyle so I’m in this for life now! I will not let myself quit this time even though my weight loss has really slowed down..I’m concerned on how I will handle being at goal when I reach it and staying there.
I’m on purple at 16 points.. been loving it! Actually working great for me…
Me, too! Same thing! I became a lifetime member in 2002. It is so fun to lose but mundane to maintain. So very true! I am back to WW as of 2 weeks ago. Sigh…
Looking forward to purple plan video. I switched to it few days ago so far so good but I’m now in two minds thinking maybe blue one was better. I’m not sure xx
yep, it happens, you feel good about yourself, go out w/friends, don’t realize weight gain happens overnight. DUH, we EAT TOO MUCH WHEN WE DON’T MONITOR OURSELVES..
Thank you so much I did it once before and am a gold member but I have put on stones weight I’m just worried about the app I have to use I don’t think I could manage that I do it some other way love Ann ETHERINGTON x
So I just started this program last week. After answering all my questions, it automatically set me as a purple with 16 points a day. I had no idea that this was a big deal. I’m optimistic. I am currently up to 176 and need to get back down to 120. I’ve always been very good at eating healthy aside from portion control and god forbid cookies or candy come near me. That’s my downfall. My biggest shock was my go to bagged salads. Damn those are a lot of points. Ugh.
So I’m optimistic and have opted for the online only version.
My question is, should I really worry about the purple plan? Or wait for a few weeks and see how it goes.
thank you for this video, I found it by accident but so glad I did. I have been at goal for a year and have found it is so hard. I watch a few lifetimers videos and honesty is the top thing I love. Great video!
Thank you! Your video was great! I made live time years ago. It seemed like the moment that I stopped tracking and started eating, I gained my weight back. I have no secrets. I’m still working to get the weight off. Some days are easier than others, I’m a stress eater. To me, that is the difficult part. It’s not eating when I’m stressed. I wish I could tell you it gets easier, but it doesn’t. We just have to hang in there and work the program. Take care, Star
Hi there, you’re video makes me somewhat scared of my future. I am only in week 4 of my first time with ww and now am questioning if this is the right way for me. A live time of counting and waying my food is not someting I look forward to. Is there no ‘after-plan’? Feeling a little discouraged and hope it will turn out okay for me. Ps Sorry if my gramatics are not correct, it’s not my natural language, i am from The Netherlands
Thanks for being so honest about the struggle. I have been at lifetime for about 6 months, I struggle with do I count points everyday??? Do I just eat a basic meal plan???? I have struggled with my weight since I was about 17 and am now 60 and final made goal, so that tells everyone it is never to late. I think I have finally wrapped my head around YES you do have to count everything you eat…..life is not fair… but I love the ride.
Awkward times when I’m a carb fiend and have been given purple
My understanding is that potatoes are not unlimited and zero points. You still have to manage portions for them to be zero points and its also based on how they are prepared. Thanks for your tips!
Thank you very informative looking forward to your next vlog xx
Started today. Got the purple plan! So excited to start WW! Tbh, I just joined WW cause starting the gym and really don’t have any idea of what to eat. I was just sticking to fruits, veggies, eggs, sweet potatoes, and turkey.
I’m on green weigh in tomorrow (Friday)
For me green plan helps me make sure my portions are correct
I snack bit more when it’s cold, this is perfect and 30 dailys I get is more than enough great video x
Just joined and matched me with purple plan but its 16 sp per day not 20…
Oh my goodness I just stumbled across this and this is my life! I hit Lifetime in 2004, then hit goal again in 2010… and now am rejoined in 2017 after two kids… I probably rejoined (and quit) 5-7 times in those years between my “milestone” years of doing well. I think this was the first time I “got” that this really is for life… I used to look at goal as the cure to obesity… not the beginning of a whole new journey.
I’m on my third try…down 3.8 on my first week. 17 to go…I remember knowing when I was getting close to my goal the second time that I was vulnerable to slipping backwards. It’s true for me that the losing part is the much easier part. This time I plan to find a way to continue even after goal. My husband was much more successful, and I’m pretty sure it’s because he had continued to weigh in weekly even though he’s been at goal for 3 years. I plan to use that this time as well.
Glad I found your channel.
Diets don’t work long term and weight watchers is a diet. This is a diet.CAlorie restriction forever. Each time you do this it gets harder and when you gain, you’ll probably gain more weight.Im Sorry but weight watchers is too low of calories.Your body will fight to get you to eat more. Its part of the diet cycle.
I just finished my first session of Weight Watchers and signed back up again. I am down 18lbs, but honestly, it is the only thing that has worked for me. The accountability is awesome and the added bonus of the group is great. We all know what we are suppose to do, but I will always have me an accountability partner. I think that way we will try and stay at goal or strive towards our goals! Your awesome. I love your honesty. This is by far the greatest community of people I have associated myself with!
I regularly to go meetings and this last year and a half my weight is plus or minus 3 points. I love purple plan because you get 4 extra points.
Thank you for explaining the minor additions to the BLUE!
I made it to Lifetime on New Years Eve for the first time, after many attempts over the past 15 years. I was just barely within my 2 pounds in May, and I’m weighing in on Saturday and I could well be a couple pounds over. I also didn’t see that I was heavy before I lost 53 pounds and I don’t see it now that I’ve lost it. I still have a muffin top that sits there and makes fun of me every time I sit down, and I think to myself, what if I just gained 10 pounds back? I have two chubby tummies! And I don’t eat any different than I did when I was losing. Just the same. It’s really hard. Thanks for sharing, Brianna!
Great video! I’m prepared to do this for life. But sad you don’t get to goal then get to eat whatever lol.
I hear you about the potatoes, but Natasha….it doesn’t say French fries are 0 points. Lol.
I’ve actually lost 10 lb from Weight Watchers! I have social anxiety so going to meetings is overwhelming.. I just stick to the app
I have chose BLUE too, this video is amazing and so informative xxx
I am getting really close to goal and am glad I found your video. Thanks for your honesty! <3
I so agree! I originally hit goal in 2006. Then again in 2016 and here I am 15 lbs up again….
Those are maintenance points? In US, 16 pt minimum purple, 23 pt minimum blue and 30 pt minimum green for weight loss. It’s interesting I have toggled between the green and the blue to see my points in each for the day and they are similar. I am trying to eat more of the whole grains and other purple foods while tracking everything on the green plan if that makes sense. Trying to get away from processed foods. I started on purple but got so confused on what was and what was not a zero pt food by brand. Many scan and are in app as pointed. When I get more comfortable with the foods I might want the freedom of not tracking but for now I am trying this. This is Lisa, sorry hubby and I share YouTube
The good thing about blue was that it did encourage me to eat more fruit but I don’t eat fish and I tend to only have eggs once a week. I like to have the occasional snack and therefore really suits me. I don’t drink alcohol or eat out much but I like to cook family meals and really struggled to do this on blue and keep within the daily points. I also prefer the pointing of everything as I think it makes you more aware of potion size. I did smart points before and lost well, on Flex I’ve lost 7lb since January and have been static since the summer. There must have been a lot of WW members having similar issues for them to introduce the “new” system.
As a lifetime member I still havevto, stick to 30 points and some times I still gain!
In watching this I suddenly realised that I need a goal beyond the scale. A long term goal such as “I want to stay within +/2lbs of my weight for a whole year”. Self weekly weigh-ins at home. If going to discontinue ww and lose access to the app, it could be a good idea to copy all the foods (aside from zero point foods) into the my fitness pal app to see what maintaining looks like calorie wise before access to the ww is lost. That way one can continue to track the food and be reminded of what sensible portion sizes look like.
Lastly, after the 6 weeks I’ll probably still use the app for another 6 months. Why? Because it takes around 2 or 3 months to form new habits. Habits such as knowing what a reasonable portion looks like. I guess it seems silly to keep spending money when I eventually get to target but I’d rather spend once and get it right than keep going back.
My goal was 128. I made Lifetime in June 2014 at 128 after weighing in orginally at 152. Fast forward August 2018 I weigh 169. And now losing back what I lost and gained back plus. Grrr now on Itrackbites. I will forever be on a weight loss program because once you lose the weight you will gain it back and then some. And peri menopause and actual menopause do not help the matter! And if you have PCOS like me the struggle is real!
Omg I remember that feeling when I became lifetime best feeling until reality set in cause u can’t ever go back to eating the way u use to eat. Lifetime….
Just signed up, and got put on the green plan. Just getting my head around it. Your video was very helpful.
What lipstick are you wearing?
Not to goal yet but I FEAR that I will feel it is an “end” instead of a “journey”. I guess you could compare it to the difference between a wedding and a marriage. You spend all that blissful time planning for a beautiful wedding and when that “special day” comes it’s really only the beginning of a long and successful marriage that requires constant work and refinement. Thanks for the TRUTH! Somebody had to tell it, right?
Where my fellow Blues at?! ♀️ Hope this video has helped in explaining all things blue! Also stay tuned for the same videos coming for both Green and Purple plans Which plan have you chose and why? Or are you undecided? Let us know ♀️ Much love guys x
Hi Natasha love watching your videos and have binge watched your what I eat in a days! Just a question on the points. The points allowance on each plan sounds higher than in my app only get 23. Maybe it depends on what you want to lose? Thanks in advance. Great vids x
I’ve chosen purple can’t wait to get started tomorrow! Love these new changes, I couldn’t get my head round freestyle last year! Fingers crossed this is the one for me!
What is going on with your eyes? It’s highly distracting to watch and listen to the information your communicating.

I’m on the green plan and loving it. I would like to know the things I can’t have.
I love that you went to a meeting! I used to go to them in NYC (the people are much more scarier in NYC) and you do pick up different tips and tricks. It’s really good for accountability.
I feel your pain!!!! I hit goal when I was 23, in 2004 and lost 50lbs. I went from 174 to 124, I started in late October and was at goal by May. I worked very hard to maintain my weight loss, but in 2015 my tracking became shoddy and by 2017 I had gained back all but 5 pounds. Now, I am trying to lose again, and while I am losing inches, the pounds are moving so slowly, I mean 1 pound a month slow! I think I may have did metabolic damage keeping such a low calories, protein and fat levels for so long. I am hoping to be back at goal by my 14th year anniversary. Maintaining is seriously a struggle but I don’t believe for one second that it is hard as being obese. I remember how it felt to be discriminated by my weight, how much lethargic I felt, how disappointed I was in stored, and how badly my feet hurt at the end of the days
Omg that is so familiar n the harder I try the worse it is I lost 50 pounds n 25 came back I’m so bummed n I can’t get it off ughhhhhh
Natasha, french fries would not be free, as they are fried, or if frozen still coated in oil…I’m doing purple and I mash up some Purple potatoes (lol) but don’t add any oils/butter, so I can feel good about what I’m eating. It’s also been great to discover a 100% whole wheat thin spaghetti by Barilla and a 100% whole wheat orzo that I use on occaision
You are so right on the money. I hit Lifetime, added the 6 points and started gaining. I am 8 pounds up from goal and really struggling to lose it. My goal is to reach my goal weight by September. I wish WW had a program for Lifetime members. Anyway, wish me luck. I’m wishing the same for you.
I wish that you people would have respect for other peoples data and get to the point without all the fluff.
I have just signed up today and I am on the blue plan as well But it is nice to see how the green and purple one is working
This is my third time and losing weight is always the easy part. What is different this time is that I am resigned to the fact that this is a lifestyle I am willing to adopt for good. For the rest of my life.
This video is so helpful! I joined WW yesterday and I got matched to the Green Plan so I feel better understanding why I got matched that. My aim is to lose quite a bit of weight so I feel like having to point more foods is gonna really help. I tried slimming world last year and it just didn’t work for me so I’m hoping WW will help a lot
How are you doing? If you weight 240 how many points would you get?
yes! maintaining is the hardest part! I lost 85lbs and once I felt comfortable I started gaining and gained it all back plus more. now I’m back trying to lose it all again. This time I will know it never ends! It’s a lifestyle not a diet.
Absolutely love your videos and your explanations too, your amazing xxx
I just switched to purple and for breakfast had oatmeal made with water and unsweetened almond milk topped with bananas was 1 point.
I have just rejoined, thanks for the code, I’m also doing blue like you, even tho it said to do green x
I ❤️this video so much! This is my story exactly!! Exactly! Thank you for your honesty. I am with you on this lifetime journey!
Totally totally TOTALLY agree with you! This is 100% a lifetime lifestyle for me, and I know I will ALWAYS have to count points or I WILL start gaining! The journey doesn’t necessarily get easier, it just changes somewhat. I mourn the fact that I can’t just eat with wild abandon or even eat a simple basic meal without tracking or thinking about it, but it is what it is, and I have accepted that it’s just something I will have to DO and be AWARE of For. The. Rest. Of. My. Life. I guess I would say I’m the person you’re looking for because I have hit Lifetime and maintained since September 2017, but there are no secrets, it’s just literally CONTINUING WITH THE PROGRAM. That’s it. Continue tracking. Continue counting points. Continue exercising. It’s literally just more of the same, day in and day out!
Yes!!! Been looking for this kind of honest content! I am in maintenance right now and other members say the same thing maintenance is harder than losing –
