Hi! I’m from the Caribbean what kinds of food would you recommend?
I lost weight. There was a time when I stopped eating just to lose a few pounds but I just ended up wanting to eat a lot more. I then tried exercising to no effect, I just got tired of it immediately. I may be lacking in motivation because of the lack of results. I go the tea & resoloution drops im excited lol. It’s hard for me to follow the diet plan though only because I’m vegan and a lot of my vegan proteins aren’t on the list. They only have tofu on there…. but other wise I eat a pretty wholesome diet.
