Okay so I’m going to be updating, my first day is today Monday 20 of July. Have in mind that first of all we might be in different time zones and do not relay only on this, you want more results then you must do (Even a little) daily exercise, I do 2 intense routines both of them from 10 to 13 minutes long so I may be showing faster results than most of the people.
Day 1: I saw no much difference only that it is a little bit less swollen.
